Abstract

Kinerja pegawai merupakan faktor penting yang berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan perusahaan. Kinerja ini dapat dilihat dari segi kualitas dan kuantitas hasil kerja yang dicapai oleh pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan. Untuk itu, penting bagi perusahaan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terbentuknya kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran modal psikologis, kualitas kehidupan kerja, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh pegawai perusahaan yang berjumlah 143 orang. Dalam penentuan sampel, metode sensus digunakan di mana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda untuk menganalisis hubungan antara modal psikologis, kualitas kehidupan kerja, kepemimpinan, dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa modal psikologis berperan penting dalam membentuk kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, kualitas kehidupan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Begitu pula dengan kepemimpinan, yang juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik modal psikologis, kualitas kehidupan kerja, dan kepemimpinan, maka kinerja pegawai akan meningkat. Implikasinya, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor ini dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan ilmu perilaku organisasi dan sumber daya manusia dengan menguatkan temuan sebelumnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana Upaya pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam meningkatkan Pengembangan Badan Usaha Milik Desa Karangrejo Ngasem Kediri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Selanjutnya Teknik keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat kita simpulkan bahwa pemilik UMKM kurang memahami tentang kewirausahaan dan tidak seberapa tau bagaimana cara pengembangannya agar produk-produk dari UMKM tersebut bisa menjadi produk unggulan. dan juga kurangnya wawasan bagaimana menciptakan lingkungan atau situasi kerja yang efektif. Oleh karena itu, pendampingan yang berupa dua macam pelatihan yaitu Pendampingan rutin dan Pendampingan incidental.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of the Executive Board of Santri Pondok Pesantren Jagad 'Alimussiry (BES PPJA) in realizing cleaner, healthier Islamic boarding schools and safe. The type of research used in this research is descriptive method by explaining and describing the series of organizational management carried out by BES PPJA. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and studies documentation, which among other things refers to data sources from BES PPJA management. Results this study explains that the ministry of K2S and the ministry of security and order able to boost students to maintain cleanliness and safety. It shows that organizational management provides an important role in realizing the cottagea cleaner, healthier, and safer pesantren. Keywords: Management Organization, Clean, Healty, and Safety

Abstract

Merdeka belajar merupakan tuntutan pada saat ini oleh sebab itu perlu di persiapkan perangkat dalam mendukungnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemenuhan capaian pembelajaran lulusan dan peran dari dosen itu sendiri dalam meningkatkan kemampuan Hardskill dan Softskill mahasiswa. Hardskill merupakan kemampuan yang dibutuhkan untuk sebuah pekerjaan sedangkan Softskill merupakan kepribadian, atribut personal, serta kemampuan komunikasi yang dibutuhkan untuk sukses dalam sebuah pekerjaan. Metodelogi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Diskriptif Kuantitatif dimana menganalisa dari hasil surve yang dilakukan, populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 219 orang dan menjadikan 219 orang tersebut menjadi sampel. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah CPL dan Peran Dosen sangat berperan penting dalam peningkatan Softskill dan Hardskill dari mahasiswa yang mengikuti program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM).

Abstract

This research aims to describe how legal regulations awareness efforts will develop investment in village-owned enterprises (BUMDES) Karangrejo, Kediri. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Furthermore, the data validity technique in this research uses triangulation. The results of this research explain that in this community service we can conclude that the legal basis that has been stated and applies in BUMDES Karangrejo, Kediri still does not apply well in the governance of BUMDES. Awareness of the law in investment development can still be said to be lacking, this can be seen from the many rights and obligations that are ignored when investing in BUMDES. Therefore, in this service activity, counseling is provided regarding the legal basis and basis of BUMDES and development of BUMDES investment, counseling regarding the rights and obligations of investors and BUMDES, and providing legal assistance to optimize BUMDES Karangejo, Kediri.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan bagian integral dari tridharma perguruan tinggi, di mana dosen berperan aktif dalam mendukung dan membangun masyarakat melalui berbagai kegiatan. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan di Bangkalan, Jawa Timur, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan manajemen keuangan di kalangan generasi muda, khususnya pelajar. Kegiatan terdiri dari pelatihan dan penyuluhan yang menyasar sektor pertanian, peternakan, perdagangan dan UMKM. Selain itu, program ini diintegrasikan dengan konsep Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) untuk memberikan pengalaman langsung kepada mahasiswa sebagai fasilitator. Metode pelaksanaan PKM meliputi survei kebutuhan, pengembangan materi pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan di SMA 1 Bangkalan, serta evaluasi dan pendampingan pasca-pelatihan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuisioner, sesi tanya jawab, dan pemantauan berkelanjutan terhadap penerapan praktik manajemen keuangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam pengelolaan keuangan usaha desa. Topik pelatihan mencakup perencanaan dan penganggaran keuangan, pelaporan keuangan, analisis keuangan, pengendalian internal, transparansi dan akuntabilitas, serta strategi pendanaan dan pembiayaan. Metode pengajaran interaktif seperti kuliah, studi kasus, diskusi kelompok, dan latihan praktis digunakan untuk memperkuat pemahaman peserta. Tantangan yang dihadapi selama lokakarya termasuk literasi keuangan yang rendah dan keterbatasan waktu. Untuk mengatasi ini, fasilitator menggunakan bahasa sederhana dan memberikan dukungan tindak lanjut melalui sumber daya tambahan dan program mentoring. Program PKM mendukung indikator kinerja utama perguruan tinggi dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan pembelajaran mahasiswa yang relevan dengan kebutuhan nyata di lapangan. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dan kolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan usaha desa di masa mendatang.

Abstract

The most important thing in the insurance industry to remain sustainable and able to compete in this era of globalization, one of which is the role of agents. Agents as salespeople in insurance companies are the spearhead of the company. Apart from that, Insurance Agents have a big duty and responsibility in providing education to the public about the benefits of insurance and changing the anti-insurance mindset of the public to become insurance minded. Therefore, it is a crucial thing to research regarding agent work performance, and one of the factors that influences agent work performance is in terms of compensation, where there is financial and non-financial compensation received by insurance agents. This research aims to determine the influence of financial and non-financial compensation variables on the work performance of insurance agents in Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative method using a descriptive approach that focuses on hypothesis testing, with statistical analysis and produces conclusions that can be generalized. The population used in this research was insurance agents in Surabaya, totaling 800 people. The sampling technique in this research was random sampling technique, using the Slovin formula to determine the sample size from the total population. The data collection method uses a questionnaire, which is then processed using; validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22 software. The research results show that there is a positive influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable, Financial Compensation and Non-Financial Compensation partially and simultaneously have an effect significant impact on Insurance Agent Work Performance in Surabaya.

Abstract

Human resources hold an important position in a company, because the human factor is the most important driver in every activity within the company, because employees carry out company activities from planning, implementing, to controlling every activity and activities of the Company. This research aims to determine the effect of wages on the performance of shopping center employees in Surabaya. The research carried out was a Literature Review Using the Systematic Literature Review Method. Final findings include variables that have been researched extensively, namely the influence of wages on performance among shopping center employees in Surabaya. The research results show that the Wage Variable has a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. It is hoped that the findings of this research can help Shopping Centers in Surabaya to pay more attention to and improve employees who show good work results at the Company, so that they can become role models for other employees, that providing decent wages from leaders can improve employee performance.

Abstract

The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in all corners of the world has made all activities from various sectors difficult and even experience complete paralysis. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, a crisis emerged in various organizations engaged in the medical and non-medical fields. With the crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a transformational leadership role is needed as a form to overcome feelings of worry, fear, and anxiety that arise in healthcare workers. The purpose of this review is to examine the resilience of healthcare workers amid the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Through well-established adopted questionnaires, data were collected from healthcare workers (N=134) treating COVID-19 patients in the Islamic Hospital in Surabaya, Indonesia. This type of research uses a quantitative approach, a sampling method with census technicalities, and the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The results showed that transformational Leadership had a positive effect on health workers. Then, there was no significant influence of transformational Leadership on negative effects on health workers. At the same time, from positive effects, it was found to have a significant influence on the resilience of health workers of Islamic Hospital during the COVID-19 crisis.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between commercial bank financial performance, share price dynamics, and the role of profitability as a moderating variable. Data from 47 commercial banks (conventional and sharia) in Indonesia during the period from the first quarter of 2021 to the third quarter of 2023 was used to test the hypothesis. Independent variables include Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Operational Costs compared to Operating Income (BOPO), while the dependent variable is share price dynamics. Profitability, measured through Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE), is implemented as a moderating variable. The results of the moderated multiple regression analysis show that financial performance does not directly have a significant influence on stock prices. On the other hand, profitability directly has a positive effect on stock prices. Furthermore, profitability strengthens the relationship between financial performance and share prices, indicating that banks with high profitability tend to experience a more significant impact of financial performance on share price changes. Although it only explains 13.4% of share price variability, these findings provide an in-depth understanding of the factors influencing share price dynamics in the banking sector.
