Abstract

This study is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative type, namely library research which seeks to explain the development of Madrasah Aliyah through the concept of education quality assurance. In this study, researchers made use of several references including journals, books, articles and documents related to the theme of this study. This research focuses on the development of educational institutions at the secondary level by paying attention to the concept of quality assurance, especially looking at aspects of educator competence, curriculum, student competence, learning environment, infrastructure and the role of quality assurance in it. The results of the study show that quality assurance and control play an important role in the development of an educational institution, as seen from the improvement in the achievements of the participants in the academic, artistic and sports fields. In addition, activities (PKB) or Continuing Professional Development for educators at Madrasah Aliyah include: First, self-development for Madrasah Aliyah teachers which is carried out in the form of collective teacher activities. Second, teacher scientific publications and third, the innovative works of Madrasah Aliyah teachers which are implemented into simple learning media procurement activities based on ICT.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze political communication strategies and inhibiting factors as well as political communication opportunities for the winning team of Al Haris and Abdullah Sani in the Jambi Governor's Pilkada in 2020. In an effort to achieve victory in the 2020 Governor's Pilkada contest in Jambi Province, planning must be carried out. A mature political communication strategy and massive dissemination of issues to the public are important to achieve victory. In this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods. Researchers use Political Marketing theory with three approaches, namely; push marketing, pull marketing, pass marketing. There were several steps taken by the winning team of Al Haris and Abdullah Sani during the campaign period, namely in three ways: face-to-face campaign, campaign using social media, and limited open campaign. The obstacles experienced by the winning team of Al Haris and Abdullah Sani in the field were semantic factors, namely, lack of solid coordination and communication between the winning team and distortion of perception, namely, mistakes caused by the narrow thinking of novice voters, making it quite difficult to convey programs. as well as the vision and mission of the candidate pairs. Keywords: Strategy, Communication, Political Communication Strategy, Candidate Pairs

Abstract

Background. The subject of natural science at the level of elementary school education grade 3 semester 1 is to learn about living things. Purpose. The purpose of this article is to find out what methods or media are suitable for students during the Covid-19 pandemic. Then the technology that can be utilized in the learning process so that educators and students can still meet virtually during the learning process Method. The technique used in this investigation is an approximation technique by surveying the school before the online teaching process is carried out with the aim of seeing what kind of methods and media are used by educators at the elementary school. Results. In the first part, it can be recapitulated that 90% of learners cannot understand the learning provided through WhatSapp Group. In the second part, it can be recapitulated that 96% of students can understand the learning well, the learning process takes place through the Zoom Meeting application by displaying learning media in the form of videos created and edited using the KineMaster application. 4% of the learners experienced problems during the learning process. They are constrained by the network and do not have a HandPhone so that the video displayed during learning in the Zoom Meeting is sent back to the WhatSapp Group of class 3. Conclusion. Kine master app can be used during online learning with the help of zoom app or other learning video apps.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of implementing this PKM is to provide knowledge to children so that they can be more motivated to be more creative and independent in growing their leadership spirit through digital education. Discipline itself when it raises an independent and creative attitude in which children will be able to overcome various kinds of problems faced so as to grow the spirit of leadership itself.The method used in this PKM is the presentation method which aims to make the understanding of the growth of leadership spirit easily accepted by the children. And as a result of this PKM, we hope that the children can understand more about the definition of leadership and see examples of people around them who can be used as leaders so that they better understand what a leader is like so that they know that leadership is very important and can be started in activities. daily. Keywords: Leadership, Children, and Digital Education  ABSTRAK Tujuan dilaksanakannya PKM ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada anak-anak agar mereka bias lebih termotivasi untuk lebih disiplin kreatif dan mandiri dalam menumbuhkan jiwa kepemimpinan melalui edukasi digital. Sikap disiplin sendiri kapan memunculkan sikap mandiri dan kreatif dimana anak-anak akan mampu mengatasi berbagai macam masalah yang dihadapi sehingga menumbuhkan jiwa kepemimpinan itu sendiri. Metode yang dipakai dalam PKM ini adalah metode presentasi dimana bertujuan agar pemahaman tentang penumbuhan jiwa kepemimpinan ini mudah diterima oleh anak-anak. Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional telah menjadi fokus utama dalam literatur manajemen karena potensinya untuk membentuk kinerja organisasi yang unggul. Artikel ini menganalisis dampak kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui studi komparatif pada berbagai sektor industri. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari sejumlah organisasi yang mewakili sektor industri yang berbeda, termasuk manufaktur, layanan, dan teknologi. Melalui analisis data kuantitatif, artikel ini mengidentifikasi hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan indikator kinerja organisasi, seperti produktivitas, kepuasan karyawan, dan inovasi. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang sejauh mana kepemimpinan transformasional dapat mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi dalam berbagai konteks industri. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan panduan bagi para pemimpin dan manajer dalam mengembangkan strategi kepemimpinan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

In the realm of elementary education, particularly in the context of Islamic Religious Education (IRE), the integration of interactive learning media has emerged as a promising strategy to enhance student engagement and motivation. This study investigates the impact of utilizing interactive learning media on student learning motivation in IRE at the elementary level. Employing a qualitative approach, this research conducts an extensive literature review and library research to explore existing studies, theories, and models related to interactive learning media and student motivation. The findings reveal that the integration of interactive learning media in IRE instruction positively influences student learning motivation. Interactive media, such as educational games, multimedia presentations, and virtual simulations, offer dynamic and engaging learning experiences, stimulating students' interest and intrinsic motivation. Furthermore, interactive learning environments provide opportunities for active participation, collaboration, and personalized learning, catering to diverse learning styles and preferences among elementary students. The utilization of interactive media fosters a sense of autonomy, competence, and relatedness, which are key components of self-determination theory and motivational frameworks. This heightened motivation leads to increased attentiveness, enthusiasm, and persistence in learning IRE topics. The implications of these findings underscore the importance of integrating interactive learning media into IRE pedagogy to cultivate a supportive and motivating learning environment for elementary students. This research contributes to the existing literature by highlighting the significant role of interactive media in promoting student motivation and engagement in religious education contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya dan usaha Negara dalam melindungi hak asasi manusia atau warga Negara dalam tindak kejahatan cyber dan mengetahui kepastian hukum terhadap kejahatan cyber di Indonesia. Menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif. Pemerintah Indonesia memiiki upaya dalam penanganan kejahatan cyber dengan membentuk Badan Cyber dan Sandi Negara atau BSSN Berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden No. 53 Tahun 2017. Kepastian hukum terhadap kejahatan cyber di Indonesia telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang No 39 Tahun 199 Tentang Hak Asasi Manusia, Undang-Undang No 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik dan Undang-Undang No 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik.

Abstract

The use of smartphone technology with various operating system platforms and Android is also widely used in education. Various types of applications were created to support the learning process at school and outside of school. The purpose of this research is to create an alternative learning media in the form of an interactive animation application that utilizes smartphone technology on material or topic discussion of elements and chemical experiments in the eyes of chemistry lessons. This android-based interactive animation application is focused on periodic table material that provides necessary information about elements and chemical experiments that include PH solutions, electrolyte solutions, and synthetic reactions in them. The application is designed using the Construct 2 application software, HTML 5 programming language, the Intel XDK compiler with the waterfall software development method, and BlackBox testing as a software testing method. This study's results are in the form of an Android-based learning application to test chemical elements hoped that this application could be implemented for chemistry subjects. Especially for high school students, as an attractive alternative learning media to make it easier to understand chemistry.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Islamic education in countering radicalism and extremism among Indonesia's young generation. Indonesia, as a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, faces increasing challenges related to the spread of radical ideologies, particularly among its youth. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a literature study method (library research), this article explores various academic sources, government reports, and research findings to analyze the significance of Islamic education in promoting religious moderation and peace. The study identifies that radicalism often stems from a lack of comprehensive understanding of Islamic teachings, coupled with external influences such as digital media and extremist propaganda. Islamic education, therefore, serves as a vital instrument in fostering values of tolerance, inclusivity, and critical thinking among students. Furthermore, this research highlights the importance of integrating moderate Islamic teachings, such as wasatiyyah (the principle of moderation), into school curricula and pesantren (Islamic boarding schools). Teachers, educators, and Islamic scholars play a critical role in guiding youth to reject extremism by emphasizing compassion, peaceful coexistence, and a proper understanding of religious texts. The study concludes that strengthening Islamic education with a focus on moderation is essential to curbing radical tendencies and creating resilient young generations who can contribute to a harmonious and pluralistic society.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang perkembangan pinjaman online di Indonesia dengan syarat adanya penambahan saat pembayaran terjadi sesuai dengan perjanjian, terdapat juga Tindakan mengancam serta menyebarkan aib atau informasi dari Nasabah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu doktriner atau penelitian dogmatis untuk mencari solusi sikronisasi hukum. Melalui studi pustaka (library research) terhadap berbagai dokumen dan literatur hukum yang terkait, data diolah dan dilakukan analisis secara kualititaif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan praktek yang dilakukan pinjaman online terdapat pertambahan dengan bunga dalam fiqh muamalah hal tersebut termasuk riba. Dalam hukum Islam riba hukumnya haram. Mengancam merupakan perbuatan yang dilarang dalam islam bahkan dianjurkan untuk memberikan tambahan waktu untuk nasabah serta tidak boleh mengumbar aib dari nasabah karena itu perbuatan fasiq dan dosa besar. Didalam sejarah islam bahwa hutang piutang pernah terjadi di zaman nai muhamad saw dan sahabatnya namun praktek-praktek pinjol pada zaman modern ini telah jauh berbeda. Penggunan sistem elektronik dalam kemajuan zaman modern diperbolehkan namun terjadinya praktek riba, penyebaran aib serta pengancaman dalam menagih hutang itu yang menjadi masalah pinjaman online saat ini dan tidak sesuai syariat islam.Kata kunci : Pinjaman online, Ushul Fiqh, Maqasid Syariah, Kaidah Fiqih,
