Abstract

This study aims to determine how the facility management of cultural heritage attractions tomb of King Kecik village of Great Buantan Siak Riau Province.In this study the research methods that I use is a qualitative method with descriptive approach, where researchers tried to describe the actual condition or state by collecting data and information in the field and explain in narrative form without test hypotheses or make predictions before. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation.Based on the research that has been done, the management of the tomb of King Kecik already well underway just that there are still some facilities that are not functioning optimally and there are still some unmet facilities such as places to eat, drink, where the sale of souvenirs and so forth.Keywords: Facilities Management, Facilities Attractions, Tomb Kings Kecik

Abstract

Tourist motivation is very important, where tourist motivation is an encouragement in a tourist to travel to meet their needs, both biologically and psychologically. This study aims to find out about the Motivation of Tourists at the Cian Cui Tourism Event in Selatpanjang to find out the motivations of tourists visiting the Cian Cui Event in Selatpanjang Meranti Islands Riau Province, to find out the constraints of cian cui event organizers, this research uses descriptive quantitative methods, to describe the problem in tourist visits the sample used was 100 respondents, data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Abstract

This research intent to know Community empowerment program devastated Custom (KAT) at Tohor's River Village district West East Tall Bank Regency archipelagic Meranti. Empowerment program constitute federal policy that plays ball with local government to be able to increase citizen life quality devastated Custom Community (KAT) to aim the better so most composes independent citizen it, participative and useful. In focus this research which is to see how Community empowerment program devastated Custom (KAT) can happening and how its implement. Method that is utilized in this research is deskripftif kualitatif, collecting is data by interview, observation, and documentation. Researcher utilizes research informan via to y. person by use of purposive is sampling , which is sample determination tech with consideration particular. Abstract

Implementation of promotion is efforts conduted by company in order to advising, informing about their product and company is good in te form of service and also product of finished goods middle of social life, consumer of client, so that the product become recognized and used by costumer with all the form of amenity and advantage facility of given promotion. This research conducted at Sapadia hotel Rokan Hulu, at Tuanku Tambusai street. The purpose of this research is to implementation of promotion at Sapadia hotel Rokan Hulu. In this research is methodologies used by descriptive, sample used by that visitor of Sapadia hotel Rokan Hulu and as source of information is sales and marketing manager. Data collecting is through interview, observation, questioner and documentation. From result implementation of promotion conducted by Sapadia hotel Rokan Hulu convering advertisement activity advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, merchandising and public relation, expressing that the promotion activity be at very good.  Keywords : Implementation, Promotion, Hotel

Abstract

Conservation is the concept of the process of managing a place, space or object so that the cultural meaning contained therein is well preserved. Activities in a conservation itself include all maintenance activities in accordance with local conditions and situations as well as development efforts for further use. Ecotourism is currently experiencing development in Indonesia. Many regions in Indonesia have started to develop ecotourism, one of which is Kota Pariaman. Pariaman City is a city that is developing ecotourism, one of the Turtle conservation. The following are the phenomena of problems the writer found in Apar Village, Kota Pariaman, namely (1) the turtle conservation area has caused various dynamics for the community, namely environmental changes and socio-cultural changes. In facing changes, the community adapts according to their knowledge. (2) The development of a turtle conservation ecotourism area has caused conflict between the Pariaman City Government and the Apar Village community. (3) The problem of the need for veterinarians to handle sick turtles in captivity is still limited. Problem formulation is the risk of turtle conservation areas as a tourism object. And Risk Management in the Turtle Conservation Area of Kota Pariaman. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in qualitative research include transcripts of interview results, data reduction, analysis, data interpretation and triangulation. Risk Identification of the Kota Pariaman Turtle Conservation Area is Identification Focused on Where Business Operators in the Tourism Industry Conduct Their Business Operations, Identification Is Addressed to Basic Parameters and Boundaries Determined to Identify Risks That Must Be Managed, and Risk Management in the Turtle Conservation Tourism Object Area Pariaman City.Key words : Conservation, Identification of Risk, Ecotourism

Abstract

Responses in the world of tourism are income or the perspective of visitors and tourists in undesrtandings a tourist destination. This research was conducted at Boombara Waterpark at street Pasir Putih KM. 5 Desa Baru Kabupaten Kampar Riau, Indonesia. This riset aims to know visitor responses to the tourist attraction of Boombara Waterpark Kabupaten Kampar . This riset uses a quantitative descriptive method, to manage the data obtained in the field through observation, questionnaires and documentation. This riset uses the theory of Suryadana (2015) where an area has a tourist attraction if it has the following characteristics: uniqueness, authenticity, rarity, foster enthusiasm and provide value for tourists. Based on the results of research with those grand theory the results obtained from the sub variable uniqueness are in the agree category, athenticity are in disagree category, rarity are in the agree category, foster enthusiasm and provide value for tourists are in the agree category. Based on the result so visitors responses to the tourist attraction of Boombara Waterpark need to be improved. Keyword: Responses, Attractions

This research is Quantitative Descriptive.The result of Visitors Perception To The Facility Of A Tourist Attraction In Ulu Kasok PeakKampar District categorized Good Enough with the average of value 8.407which is at skorrange 7.801-10.200. Abstract

Tanjung Lapin Tourism Object is a tourist attraction located in North Rupat District. The decline in the income of people who sell souvenirs in Tanjung Lapin Tourism Objects has the traders to lose their jobs. This is caused by the souvenirs not have the hallmark of the local area, and making the tourists are not interested to buy. Then the offered souvenirs has no many choices and not have a good quality. This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence the buying interest of souvenirs and constraints faced in increasing the buying interest of souvenirs. Data obtained from interviews with Pokdarwis Chairman, traders and tourists visiting Tanjung Lapin tourist attraction. Then the data obtained were analyzed by using an interactive model consisting of three steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Research shows that the souvenirs have no artistic touch, no regional characteristics, no charm, no good quality and relatively expensive price. Abstract

Management means a process, method, manager's actions, the process of carrying out certain activities by mobilizing other people's energy, a process that provides supervision on all things involved in implementing policies and achieving goals. This study aims to see how the condition of facilities at Teluk Jering tourism object, Kampar Regency, Riau Province and to see what efforts are made by the manager in managing facilities at Teluk Jering tourism object, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. In this study, the authors used qualitative methods as a procedure for processing data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation of the Head of the Management, the Managing Secretary and visitors. After conducting interviews with the informants, the authors concluded that the overall facilities for the Teluk Jering tourist attraction have been well managed, but there is a lack of facilities, namely the unavailability of souvenir shopping facilities for tourists. Keywords: management, facilities, tourism, Teluk Jering.

Abstract

Responses in the world of tourism are opinions or perspectives of visitors and tourists in understanding a tourist destination. Hotels are included as basic tourism facilities (main tourism superstructures). This can be seen from the number of tourists who come, of course, they need a place to stop or rest. This research was conducted at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru Jl. Gatot Subroto No.7, Kota Tinggi, Kec. Pekanbaru City, Pekanbaru City, Riau 28112. This study aims to determine the quality of the check-in service by the receptionist at the Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru and to determine the guest's response to the quality of the check-in service by the receptionist at the Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, to manage the data obtained in the field through observation, questionnaires and documentation.Information collected to determine guest responses to the quality of receptionist service at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru using a Likert Scale. (Sugiyono 2004: 86), said that the Likert Scale is used to measure attitudes, opinions and perceptions of a person or group, about events or social phenomena. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and questionnaires/questionnaires. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, the quality of check-in service by the receptionist at the Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru is still required for stable service consistency.  Keywords: Guest response, Service, Check – in
