Abstract

Marketing strategy is a type of plan in the field of marketing. In general, marketing is a social process in which individuals or groups obtain what they need or want by creating products or values ​​and exchanging them with other people or groups. The purpose of is to show research results that are relevant to the achievement of the results of the Influence of Digital Marketing Strategy on Purchase Interest in Miemu in Surakarta City. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a data collection method through a questionnaire distributed online to respondents in Surakarta City. The results of this study can be concluded that the results of the analysis show that there is a positive correlation between digital marketing strategies and purchase interest in Mie Mu products. Although not all factors that influence purchasing decisions can be explained by digital marketing variables, this strategy makes a significant contribution to increasing the attractiveness of the product in the eyes of consumers. This indicates that investing in digital marketing, such as through social media and creative content, is the right step to increase Mie Mu sales.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of airport experience on passenger satisfaction and the perception of green image at Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA). The study utilizes the Experience Economy Theory, examining the roles of entertainment, education, aesthetics, and escapism in shaping passenger satisfaction and contributing to YIA’s green image. Data were collected from 327 passengers using a structured questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to analyze the relationships between the dimensions of the airport experience and their impact on passenger satisfaction and green image. The results indicate that educational and escapist experiences significantly enhance both satisfaction and green image, whereas entertainment and aesthetic dimensions have a less significant impact on the perception of YIA’s sustainability efforts. This study provides insights for airport managers on how to improve airport experiences and green initiatives to foster stronger passenger loyalty and environmental awareness.

Abstract

Asisten dosen memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi, termasuk di UMS. Namun, terdapat permasalahan terkait kinerja asisten dosen yang dipengaruhi oleh efikasi diri, iklim organisasi, dan program mentoring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja, dengan program mentoring sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel terdiri dari 150 asisten dosen dari 36 program studi di UMS yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner daring, yang dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja asisten dosen, (2) iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (3) efikasi diri dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap program mentoring, (4) program mentoring berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, (5) program mentoring tidak memediasi hubungan antara efikasi diri dan kinerja, tetapi memediasi hubungan antara iklim organisasi dan kinerja. Penelitian ini menyarankan pengembangan program mentoring yang relevan dengan kebutuhan asisten dosen, peningkatan dukungan organisasi, dan evaluasi kinerja yang lebih terintegrasi. Studi selanjutnya dapat memperluas cakupan sampel, mengintegrasikan metode kualitatif, serta menambahkan variabel moderasi untuk hasil yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

Learning Arabic requires an understanding of four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor is an educational institution with Kulliyyatul Mu'allimin Al-Islamiyah curriculum that teaches Arabic and English. Researchers found that the difficulties of class students are expected to be achieved. How to teach a good teacher is the key and prerequisite for students to be able to learn well.  Teachers are expected to be able to choose the right way of teaching so that they can create a conducive learning environment system and activate students, one of the right learning strategies applied is a learning strategy, namely the Guess The Picture Strategy in Arabic Language Learning at MTSN 2 Ponorogo.

Abstract

Islam is a religion that prohibits fraud because in any activity must be in accordance with Islamic law, in the banking world it has also formed Islamic banking which has more advantages than conventional banking but with the Covid outbreak, bank performance has declined in Sharia, and conventionally this is highlighted in the bank's financial ratio. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of determining the relationship between Financing To Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Operational Expenses Operational Opinion (BOPO) as moderating variables on Return on Assets (ROA) in Islamic banking in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses quantitative methods and uses secondary data using a sample of 11 Islamic banks for the 2020-2023 period which were selected based on being registered with the OJK and using data processing tools in the form of EVIEWS-12 panel data regression for analysis. It can be seen from the results of the t-test that FDR has an effect on the financial performance of Islamic banking, NPF has a significant negative effect on the dependent variable, the effect of variable X1 on the dependent variable is not significant after being moderated, and variable X2 has a significant negative effect on the dependent variable. seen from the results of this study it is recommended to each Islamic bank to ensure that financial performance must remain stable. with the development of the era that exists, it can encourage helping Islamic banking to be known by some people through technology so that Islamic banking can be easily known by many people.

Abstract

In today's era of globalization, business competition is getting higher and every company is competing to provide its best quality. As a country with a Muslim majority population, Indonesia has great potential for the development of the halal industry. The results of this study are 1) Halal Lifestyle has a significant influence on Purchase Intention so that the first hypothesis is accepted. 2) Halal Certificate has a significant influence on Purchase Intention so that the second hypothesis is accepted. 3) Brand Ambassador has a significant influence on Purchase Intention so that the third hypothesis is accepted. 4) Brand Ambassador can moderate the relationship between Halal Lifestyle and Purchase Intention so that the fourth hypothesis is accepted. 5) Brand Ambassador cannot moderate the relationship between Halal Certificate and Purchase Intention so that the fifth hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas inovasi terbaru di dunia fotografi yang terus berkembang seiring dengan perubahan zaman, terutama dalam subsektor ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklan media sosial terhadap Purchase Intention melalui Brand Image sebagai mediator. Studi kasus penelitian ini berfokus pada layanan foto wisuda Emalio. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi mahasiswa di Surakarta dan Yogyakarta sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik non-probability sampling dengan kuesioner, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 85 responden. Analisis penelitian menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung dari iklan media sosial pada niat beli lebih kuat daripada efek mediasi citra merek. Artikel ini berpotensi memberikan kontribusi penting pada pengembangan subsektor fotografi di Indonesia dengan menyajikan informasi baru dan relevan.

Abstract

This study discusses students' challenges in reading narrative texts. In this study, we have discussed the effectiveness test of the Google Sites digital multimodal platform to improve students' comprehension in reading. This study used pre-experimental approach with a single-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 79 ninth-grade students at SMP Ma’had Islam Semarang. They were selected using purposive sampling. In this method. Iit systematically explored basic comprehension through pretests, intervened students using Google Sites, and ended with a posttest to determine the improvement in reading comprehension achieved by students. The main findings of this study show an increase in students' understanding in reading narrative texts through the Google Sites digital multimodal platform. So it can be concluded that Google Sites' learning tools are significant for improving the reading comprehension of narrative texts. The limitation of this study is the absence of a control group, but the results of the study show that this method approach is highly recommended to maximize students' reading comprehension instruction.

Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing the impact of live streaming features and ease of use on purchase intention for Muslim fashion products on Shopee, with consumer trust as a mediator. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents who are active Shopee users in Sukoharjo Regency. Data analysis is performed using SmartPLS 3 to test the structural model and relationships between variables. The results show that live streaming and ease of use significantly affect consumer trust. Live streaming features also significantly affect purchase intention, while ease of use does not. Consumer trust is proven to mediate the relationship between live streaming features and purchase intention, as well as between ease of use and purchase intention. This research provides important implications for e-commerce industry practitioners, especially in marketing strategies for Muslim fashion products through the Shopee platform, highlighting the importance of live streaming features and building consumer trust to enhance purchase intention.
