Abstract

Education in schools is planned education which in its implementation involves various components. The presence of students at school to take part in learning activities is one of the factors in student learning success. The main objective of this research is to: Overcome late students in class IX I Semester I of SMP Negeri 8 Denpasar for the 2023/2024 academic year by implementing group counseling services. The data collected in this research is data regarding student learning outcomes using counseling service guidance. The tools used in this method are the Laiseg, Laijapen, Laijapan tools which consist of counseling services, group counseling created by researchers adapted to the subject matter in the syllabus which is implemented at the end of each cycle. Judging from the frequency of scores obtained from research subjects based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of group counseling services can overcome delays in class IX I Semester I students at SMP Negeri 8 Denpasar for the 2022/2023 academic year. This is evident from the results of the data which experienced an increase in each cycle, namely initially 32%, cycle I 59% and in cycle II it reached 91%.

Abstract

Langkat Regency is one of the districts in North Sumatra Province with interesting tourist destinations to visit. This makes Langkat Regency potentially able to develop tourist attractions. One of the tourism objects that has the potential to be developed is in Pasar Rawa Village. This service activity aims to increase the knowledge of the Pasir Rawa Village community regarding the role and function of Mangroves as a tourist attraction. This beach tourism potential will attract visitors if it is planned according to the safety and comfort of visitors without damaging the ecology. The method of approach offered in community service is socialization with lectures and discussions. The results of this study increase understanding of the role and function of Mangrove forests as an attractive tourist attraction and the strategy of promoting potential village tourism can be implemented well. Where the community can understand the magnitude of coastal potential that can be used as a source of tourist objects. The high enthusiasm of the community in community service activities is a benchmark for the success of this service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak perdagangan internasional terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi negara. Menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka dengan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai literatur, seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, serta publikasi resmi pemerintah dan lembaga penelitian ekonomi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan metode analisis isi (content analysis) untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan hubungan perdagangan internasional dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi berdasarkan teori serta temuan penelitian terdahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perdagangan internasional memiliki dampak yang kompleks terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Di satu sisi, perdagangan dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan melalui ekspor, investasi asing, transfer teknologi, dan diversifikasi ekonomi. Namun, di sisi lain, perdagangan juga membawa risiko seperti defisit neraca perdagangan, ketimpangan ekonomi, serta ketergantungan terhadap pasar eksternal. Oleh karena itu, kebijakan perdagangan yang efektif diperlukan untuk memaksimalkan manfaat serta memitigasi dampak negatif, guna mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Inclusive education that takes into account the diversity of students in all aspects, including disability, social background and culture, has an important role in reducing social discrimination in schools. This study aims to explore how inclusive education can reduce social discrimination in the school environment. The method used was qualitative with a case study approach involving in-depth interviews with 20 teachers and 50 students in two inclusive schools in Bandung and Surabaya. The results show that the implementation of inclusive education helps create a more tolerant atmosphere where students from different backgrounds can respect each other and work together. Teachers trained in inclusive education also showed better ability in handling differences and creating activities that encourage positive interactions between students. However, the challenge is the lack of understanding among some students and parents about the importance of inclusive education. This study suggests strengthening training for teachers and raising awareness about inclusive education through more intensive socialisation programs in schools.

Abstract

Hospital is the most important part of providing specialized healthcare service tocitizen in Indonesia. But there is concern about the healthcare that is provided at hospitals became profit oriented rather than social purpose. Every legal product about hospitals always mentions about the social function of hospitals. As time flies, the health law in Indonesia that is dynamic already changes, is the Law that rules about hospital social function still relevant?. The method used in this research is normative juridical research by reviewing the obligation to do hospital social function and social-spirited function by the regency general hospital such is implementing Regional Public Service Agency financial management pattern with the legislative approach. The result is hospital social function that is mentioned in Law number 17 of Year 2023 concerning Health is using the exact word that was mentioned in Law produced fourteen years ago. So this Law seems ineffective as there are so many changes in Legal Health reality as long as that period of time. The conclusion is there was a lack of caution in the processes of Legal Product Production as cause if the problem, so a change in regulation of hospital social function is needed to make sure it is relevant to date.

Abstract

Student development is an effort carried out consciously, planned, systematically, and responsibly to improve students' attitudes, character, insight, and abilities in supporting activities. One way to development is by conveying knowledge, skills, and attitudes in student organisation management both within and between universities through student management skills practice. Leadership and management training for students is a key element in producing a young generation that is competitive, critical, and ready to face global challenges in the VUCA era. The Basic Student Management Skills Training (LKMM-TD) activity organised by the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Pekalongan, aims to equip students with basic skills in formulating ideas as a basis for planning organisational activities. The methods used are interactive lectures, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and field experience sharing sessions. The results of the activity show that participants gained an increased understanding of the importance of environmental analysis, idea structure, and programme implementation principles. This activity has a positive impact on student readiness in organising and is recommended to be used as routine training in student organisation training. Abstrak Pengembangan kemahasiswaan merupakan sebuah usaha yang dilaksanakan dengan sadar, terencana, sistematis, dan bertanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan sikap, karakter, wawasan, dan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mendukung aktivitas. Salah satu cara atau pengembangan tersebut adalah dengan menyampaikan ilmu, kemampuan, dan sikap dalam manajemen organisasi mahasiswa baik di dalam maupun antarperguruan tinggi dengan Praktik Keterampilan Manajemen Mahasiswa. Pelatihan kepemimpinan dan manajemen bagi mahasiswa menjadi elemen kunci dalam mencetak generasi muda yang berdaya saing, kritis, dan siap menghadapi tantangan global di era VUCA. Kegiatan Latihan Keterampilan Manajemen Mahasiswa Tingkat Dasar (LKMM-TD) yang diselenggarakan oleh BEM Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pekalongan bertujuan untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan keterampilan dasar perumusan gagasan sebagai landasan perencanaan kegiatan organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah interaktif, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan sesi berbagi pengalaman lapangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh peningkatan pemahaman terhadap pentingnya analisis lingkungan, struktur gagasan, serta prinsip implementasi program. Kegiatan ini berdampak positif terhadap kesiapan mahasiswa dalam berorganisasi, dan menjadi rekomendasi untuk dijadikan pelatihan rutin dalam pembinaan organisasi kemahasiswaan.

Abstract

The land sale and purchase deed serves as authentic evidence in business transactions protected by civil law, as regulated in Article 37 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration, which states that this deed is the basis for registering the transfer of rights at the Land Office. However, in practice, disputes often occur due to a lack of clarity in the agreement, violation of the agreement, or one of the parties failing to fulfill its obligations. In the case of Decision No. 760/Pdt.G/2023/PN.Mdn, the dispute arose when the plaintiff requested a refund for a land sale and purchase transaction that initially involved debts and land certificate guarantees. This case is important to analyze, especially in the context of civil law regarding the formal and substantive requirements of civil lawsuits. The formulation of the problem in this study is What is the legal procedure for refunding funds in cases of default on land sale and purchase deeds, What are the legal considerations of the court in assessing the lawsuit filed by the plaintiff, Is the judge's decision in Decision No. 760/Pdt.G/2023/PN.Mdn has provided adequate legal protection for the parties involved. This research was conducted using a descriptive approach with qualitative methods with a normative juridical research type based on secondary data sources taken from case studies of court decisions and laws with analysis using related legal materials. The results of the study indicate that the plaintiff's claim in this case is declared vague (obscuur libel) because the posita and petitum are unclear, and there is a lack of written evidence supporting the plaintiff's claim. The Panel of Judges also stated that there was an error in determining the defendant (error in persona), so the lawsuit does not meet the formal requirements. To avoid this, the lawsuit must be drafted with a clear posita and petitum, supported by strong evidence, and addressed to the appropriate defendant. By fulfilling the formal and substantive requirements, the lawsuit can be deemed not vague and has a chance of being accepted in court.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Hiperbilirubinemia merupakan kondisi yang umum dialami oleh bayi baru lahir, terutama pada minggu pertama kehidupan. Jika tidak ditangani, dapat menyebabkan komplikasi serius seperti kernikterus. Terapi utama yang digunakan adalah fototerapi, namun penggunaan jangka panjang memiliki efek samping. Salah satu alternatif terapi komplementer yang berkembang adalah pijat bayi. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pijat bayi terhadap kadar bilirubin pada bayi hiperbilirubinemia melalui literature review. Metode : Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan pencarian artikel melalui database Google Scholar dan PubMed. Hasil Penelitian : Terdapat 6 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dianalisis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pijat bayi dapat menurunkan kadar bilirubin secara signifikan dan meningkatkan frekuensi buang air besar dan buang air kecil. Kesimpulan : Pijat bayi terbukti efektif sebagai terapi komplementer untuk menurunkan kadar bilirubin dan mempercepat pemulihan pada bayi dengan hiperbilirubinemia. Background : Hyperbilirubinemia is a common condition experienced by newborns, especially in the first week of life. If left untreated, it can lead to serious complications such as kernicterus. The main therapy used is phototherapy, but long-term use has side effects. One of the growing alternative complementary therapies is infant massage. Purpose : To find out the effect of infant massage on bilirubin levels on hyperbilirubinemia babies through literature review. Methode : The method used is literature review by searching articles through Google Scholar and PubMed databases. Results : There were 6 articles that met the inclusion criteria of analysis. Results showed that infant massage can significantly reduce bilirubin levels and increase the frequency of defecation and urination. Conclusion : Infant massage has been shown to be effective as complementary therapy to reduce bilirubin levels and accelerate recovery in infants with hyperbilirubinemia.

Abstract

Pada Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan gambaran kecemasan belajar matematika siswa SMA dan SMK. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA Negeri 1 Binjai Langkat jurusan IPA dan SMK Negeri 1 Stabat jurusan Tata Busana dengan sampel masing-masing 27 siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji t. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket untuk mengukur kecemasan belajar matematika siswa dengan jumlah 38 butir pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa SMA jurusan IPA dan SMK jurusan Tata Busana memiliki tingkat kecemasan belajar matematika yang sedang. Dari hasil analisis data menggunakan uji t menunjukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan gambaran kecemasan belajar siswa SMA Negeri 1 Binjai Langkat jurusan IPA dengan siswa SMK Negeri 1 stabat jurusan Tata Busana pada pembelajaran matematika. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung 0,070 < ttabel 2.007584 dengan taraf signifikasi 0,945.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Mahasiswa kepada Masyarakat (PMKM) dengan tema "Pendampingan Pencatatan Keuangan dan Manajemen Usaha Bank Sampah Sekolah" di SMKN 45 Jakarta sangatlah bermanfaat. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, guru, dan pengelola sekolah tentang pengelolaan usaha yang efektif dan akuntabel, khususnya dalam konteks bank sampah sekolah. Meningkatkan pemahaman tentang teknik pencatatan transaksi keuangan dan laporan keuangan yang mendukung operasional bank sampah, Meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen usaha bank sampah, termasuk perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi usaha dan Mendukung program lingkungan dan pemberdayaan siswa melalui praktik ekonomi sirkular Kegiatan ini sejalan dengan prinsip dasar pengabdian masyarakat, yaitu Berbasis kewilayahan, karena kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 45 Jakarta dan berfokus pada kebutuhan masyarakat sekolah, Penerapan hasil riset, karena kegiatan ini menerapkan pengetahuan tentang manajemen usaha dan akuntansi untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan bank sampah sekolah. Berdasarkan permasalahan, kebutuhan atau tantangan di masyarakat, karena kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan bank sampah sekolah yang berdampak positif bagi lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat sekita. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, diharapkan bank sampah sekolah dapat berperan optimal dalam mendukung program lingkungan dan pemberdayaan siswa.
