Abstract

The application of puzzle play therapy can minimize anxiety in children undergoing hospitalization. The implementation of puzzle play therapy in nursing care for children with febrile seizures who experience anxiety is carried out through a comprehensive nursing process approach. The descriptive method was chosen with a case study approach accompanied by the application of evidence-based practice. The results of the application of nursing care were carried out on a male patient, aged 3 years, with a medical diagnosis of simple febrile seizure. Analysis of the assessment data found two main problems, namely anxiety and hypovolemia. The application of 5 minutes of puzzle play therapy with a frequency of 2x/day for three days has been proven to be able to reduce children's anxiety levels. The final evaluation results showed that there was a decrease in the level of anxiety from a scale of 8 to 2 on the third day. In conclusion, puzzle games can be applied to pediatric patients with febrile seizures to decrease anxiety. The nurse's suggestion is to apply playing puzzles to minimize anxiety with varying game difficulty levels and a wider age range

Abstract

Waqf continues to develop as a pillar of people's economic power, from the conventional land waqf concept of social and educational facilities to the modern enough stage, now known as cash waqf money, cash waqf linked sukuk (CWLS) and fintech linked to the waqf fundraising process. The aim of this study is to provide an understanding of the legal status of waqf producers, through the use of fintech applications in the context of Law No. 41 of 2004 on Waqf and Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions, and through a processing methodology to find an economic empowerment model for people with productive waqf assets. The study uses a methodology which refers to qualitative legal research. Research findings concluded that Fintech apps are not properly regulated by Waqf of the ITE Law, but are still permitted to be used in the management of cash waqf as long as they are not in breach of the law in force. In the management of waqf, Nazhir shall be liable and may be prosecuted in the event of a loss of waqf properties due to its negligence. Sharía Cooperatives registered as cash waqf nazhir and in cooperation with Bandung City Fintech companies are owned by BMT ITQAN only where they are financed by itqanmobile and involve the Fintceh platform kitawakaf.com with the help of the House Financing Assembly empowerment program for BMT member SMEs with waqf funds and the waqf management models

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the repetitive method in improving the understanding of class IX B students of SMP Negeri 1 Teluk Bayur towards Islamic Religious Education (PAI) material. The repetitive method is a learning strategy that emphasizes the repetition of material in a structured and consistent manner, with the aim of strengthening students' memory and understanding. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the repetitive method was effective in improving students' understanding of PAI material. Supporting factors include student motivation, teacher support, and adequate learning facilities. Inhibiting factors include time constraints, lack of student participation, and less than optimal family support.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is to determine the extent of the influence of work environment and workload on employee performance at the Academy of Secretarial and Management (ASM) Kencana Bandung. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of work environment and workload on employee performance, as well as the magnitude of the influence of work environment and workload on employee performance at the Academy of Secretarial and Management (ASM) Kencana Bandung, both simultaneously and partially. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this research consists of 30 employees of the Academy of Secretarial and Management (ASM) Kencana Bandung. The sample in this research is 30 employees. The data in this research is primary data, obtained from respondents’ answers to questionnaires distributed by the author. Based on the data analysis conducted by the author, the results show that the calculated F-value is 6.150 with a significance level (Sig.) of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05 (α=5%). Therefore, it can be concluded that variables X₁ (Work Environment) and X₂ (Workload) simultaneously have a significant influence on variable Y (Performance).

Abstract

This community service was carried out at IGABA Aisyiah Colomadu Karanganyar. The problem faced by IGABA is the lack of insight and management of financial administration by the HR Teachers and managers of TK Bustanul Atfal Aisyiah. Therefore, this community service is highly expected by partners. The target audience needs support in terms of infrastructure and human resources in realizing useful financial administration and can provide an example for other schools. The purpose of this community service activity is 1. to assist the target audience in carrying out activities 2. Help partners improve financial administration 3. Accompany partners in improving their ability to manage finances, The method used in this activity is the Focus Group Discussion method, direct practice, training, and mentoring. The output of this community service is in the form of published articles in journals, HAKI Posters, HAKI Videos, community service reports, news in the media and documentation that will be uploaded on online media.

Abstract

The development of higher education policies in Indonesia has opened new opportunities for undergraduate students to complete their studies not only through theses but also through publications in nationally accredited journals, particularly SINTA 2-indexed journals. However, students’ limited understanding of the fundamental differences between theses and journal articles often becomes an obstacle in determining an effective and efficient final project strategy. This community service activity aims to provide conceptual and practical insights into the characteristics, structure, procedures, and writing strategies of theses and SINTA 2 journal articles as alternative graduation pathways. The method used was academic socialization through seminars and interactive discussions. The results indicate an increased understanding among students regarding structural differences, assessment orientation, and academic opportunities offered by scientific publications. This activity is expected to assist students in choosing an appropriate final project pathway based on their interests, competencies, and future academic prospects, while also fostering a culture of scientific publication in higher education institutions.   ABSTRAK Perkembangan kebijakan pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia membuka peluang baru bagi mahasiswa untuk menyelesaikan studi sarjana tidak hanya melalui skripsi, tetapi juga melalui publikasi artikel ilmiah pada jurnal terakreditasi nasional, salah satunya jurnal terindeks SINTA 2. Namun demikian, minimnya pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai perbedaan mendasar antara skripsi dan artikel jurnal sering menjadi hambatan dalam menentukan strategi tugas akhir yang efektif dan efisien. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman konseptual dan praktis kepada mahasiswa mengenai karakteristik, sistematika, prosedur, serta strategi penyusunan skripsi dan artikel jurnal SINTA 2 sebagai alternatif kelulusan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan akademik melalui seminar dan diskusi interaktif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai perbedaan struktur, orientasi penilaian, serta peluang akademik yang ditawarkan oleh publikasi ilmiah. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam menentukan jalur tugas akhir yang sesuai dengan minat, kemampuan, dan prospek akademik ke depan, serta mendorong budaya publikasi ilmiah di lingkungan perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Children are a mandate as well as a gift that must be maintained because in them are inherent dignity, dignity, and rights as human beings that must be upheld. Until now, the issue of child labor and child exploitation are two things that are still a serious problem in Indonesia. Indonesia has ratified two ILO conventions related to child labor, namely ILO Convention No. 138 on the Minimum Age for Work and ILO Convention No. 182 on the Prohibition and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labor. Law No. 13 of 2013 concerning Manpower in several articles has regulated the existence of working children. In its implementation, the policy of law formation is still inconsistently applied, as evidenced by the still high number of children working in Indonesia. From the description above, the problems to be studied in this paper are: First, how is the form of child labor protection according to the Labor Law number 13 of 2003 related to Law No. 20 of 1999 concerning the ratification of ILO Convention 138 and Law No. 1 of 2000 concerning the ratification of ILO Convention 182? And second, how are the Government's efforts to implement positive laws related to the protection of working children?

Abstract

This study aims to examine the integration of reason and revelation in Islamic educational philosophy as the epistemological foundation of Islamic education. This inquiry is motivated by the tendency of modern education to separate rationality from transcendental values, a condition that potentially leads to moral and spiritual crises. This research employs a qualitative approach using a library research design. The data are derived from primary and secondary sources, including the Qur’an, hadith, as well as classical and contemporary works relevant to Islamic educational philosophy. Data analysis is conducted through descriptive-analytical and interpretative methods. The findings indicate that reason and revelation in Islam maintain an integrative and complementary relationship. Reason functions as a rational instrument for understanding and developing knowledge, while revelation serves as a source of normative truth that guides and regulates the operation of reason. The integration of reason and revelation rejects the dichotomy between religious and secular sciences and affirms that all knowledge ultimately originates from Allah SWT. This study concludes that the integration of reason and revelation constitutes an essential epistemological foundation in Islamic education for the formation of insān kāmil, characterised by a balanced development of intellectual, spiritual, and moral dimensions.
