Abstract

One of the shops that uses Instagram as a marketing medium is the online shop Grosirolshop.id which sells goods such as clothing, accessories, headscarves, shoes, bags, makeup tools. One of the features used to introduce their product is only through a short photo/video that is uploaded, which gets a positive response from potential customers. From this presentation, this study aims to find out how digital marketing marketing communication is through Instagram media used by the owner of the Grosirolshop.id online shop. The research method in conducting this research is a qualitative method. The results show that marketing communications are carried out through Instagram media used by the owner of the Grosirolshop.id online shop through promotion on the Instagram application. Of the various Instagram built-in support features, the features most frequently used are the Instastory photo upload feature and Story Highlights. In the instastory feature, Grosirolshop.id uses it to inform the latest products and store situations every day. Meanwhile, for uploading photos, Grosirolshop.id uses it to post new products with an attractive layout. Highlights Story is used to provide important information such as how to order online, store location instructions, shopee address and more. The features used are felt to be very effective and helpful in the promotion process of Grosirolshop.id products, because they can convey direct messages to consumers .

Abstract

This study aims to find out more about marketing communication strategies in promoting Rani Creative House knitting products as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in promoting Rani Creative House knitting products. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data obtained from the results of interviews and documentation. The theory used is integrated marketing communication (integrated marketing communication). The results show that in promoting their products, Rumah Kreatif Rani carries out a communication process by implementing a communication strategy that includes communication components, namely sources, messages, media, recipients, effects and feedback. In addition, Rani Creative House also uses the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) theory which shows that advertising activities (advertising), direct marketing and sales promotion are effective and efficient marketing communication activities for Rani Creative House in promoting products. Some of the activities carried out by Rani Creative House in promoting their products are taking product photos, using social media WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram as promotional media and giving discounts to consumers. Factors supporting Rani Creative House in promoting its knitting products are affordable promotional costs, easy internet access, and a broad target market. While the inhibiting factors are the limited staff to take product photos, limited staff to promote and store locations that are difficult to reach are taking product photos, using social media WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram as promotional media and giving discounts to consumers. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kontribusi kepemimpinan otentik, budaya organisasi, dan inovasi terhadap kinerja tinggi dan kinerja perusahaan. High performance sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PTPN 4 PKS Ajamu dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode SEM dan melibatkan 90 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan otentik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja tinggi dan kinerja perusahaan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan (estimasi = 0,439; p < 0,001), tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap inovasi maupun kinerja tinggi. High performance tidak berpengaruh signifikan sebagai mediasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kepemimpinan otentik dan budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan, serta memberikan wawasan bagi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di sektor agribisnis.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan ketidakamanan kerja terhadap niat berpindah, dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan CV. Bintang Oasis Laut. Tingkat turnover yang tinggi merupakan permasalahan utama dalam dunia usaha, dan penyebab utamanya adalah stres dan ancaman kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan analisis asosiatif dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 karyawan (HRD CV Bintang Oase Samudera). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan analisis jalur dan software Smart-PLS 3.0. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, stres kerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang besar terhadap niat berpindah (T statistik |O/STDEV|= 0.663), sedangkan ketidakamanan kerja memiliki pengaruh agak positif (T statistik|O/STDEV|= 4.786). Kepuasan kerja terbukti bertindak sebagai moderator dalam pengaruh antara stres kerja, ketidakpastian kerja, dan niat berpindah. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya perusahaan mengatasi stres dan ketidakstabilan pekerjaan karyawan. Karyawan yang mengalami banyak stres di tempat kerja akan kurang puas dan lebih cenderung untuk keluar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kontribusi kepemimpinan otentik, budaya organisasi, dan inovasi terhadap kinerja tinggi dan kinerja perusahaan. High performance sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PTPN 4 PKS Ajamu dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode SEM dan melibatkan 90 responden. High performance tidak berpengaruh signifikan sebagai mediasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kepemimpinan otentik dan budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan, serta memberikan wawasan bagi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di sektor agribisnis.

Abstract

Kinerja adalah seluruh hasil kerja seseorang selama periode tertentu dalam melaksanakan tugas sesuai standar yang telah ditetapkan. Kinerja dipengaruhi banyak faktor, seperti motivasi instrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik, dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi instrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik, dan produktivitas terhadap kinerja ASN badan kepegawaian dan pengembangan SDM Kota Medan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian korelasional jenis desain analisis jalur. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 9.968 orang, sampel diambil secara proporsional menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kredibiltas (10%). Sehingga sampel diperoleh sebanyak 101 orang. Instrumen penelitian adalah angket dengan desain Skala Likert menggunakan alternatif jawaban (1-5). Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus Regresi Linear Berganda dan analisis jalur yang dianalisis menggunakan SPSS Versi 21.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Ada pengaruh langsung motivasi instrinsik terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,660; 2) Ada pengaruh langsung motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,018; 3) Ada pengaruh langsung produktivitas terhadap kinerja kinerja sebesar 0,148; 4) Ada pengaruh motivasi instrinsik terhadap kinerja melalui variabel moderator produktivitas sebesar 0,328 x 0,148 = 0,048; 5) Ada pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja melalui variabel moderator produktivitas sebesar 0,303 x 0,148 = 0,044; 6) Total pengaruh motivasi instrinsik, motivasi ektrinsik, dan produktivitas terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,758. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi instrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik, dan produktivitas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja kinerja ASN Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumberdaya Manusia Kota Medan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan indikator kinerja dalam RPJMD, sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam PP No. 6 tahun 2008 dan dipertegas dalam Permendagri No. 54 Tahun 2010. Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan content analysis, dari 10 RPJMD provinsi di Indonesia dan 5 RPJMD kota/kabupaten di Sumatera Barat. Pemilihan sampel didasarkan purposive sampling terhadap RPJMD yang telah diupload di internet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan indikator kinerja dalam penentapan Target Kinerja telah relatif sempurna, tetapi pengunaan indikator kinerja dalam Analisis Capaian Kinerja Masa Lalu sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan masih sangat terbatas, baik untuk RPJMD provinsi dan lebih-lebih untuk RPJMD kota/kabupaten. Analisis capaian kinerja masa lalu dalam RPJMD Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan memberikan beberapa kelebihan dibandingkan provinsi lainnya. Di samping itu, DI Yogyakarta juga mempunyai kelebihan yang dengan menetapkan secara tegas siapa yang bertanggungjawab dalam pencapaian Target Kinerja.

Abstract

This study analyzes work motivation and work environment that affect employee engagement through organizational commitment. This study uses an ex post facto research approach in a quantitative model. Survey data collection with a sample of 293 employees from a total of 1090 employees of PT Asam Jawa was carried out through observation techniques, interviews, and distribution of special questionnaires with a Likert scale. Data analysis used path analysis through two stages, namely measurement model analysis (outer model) and structural model analysis (inner model), assisted by Smart PLS software version 4.1.0.3. The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on employee engagement at PT Asam Jawa. The work environment has a significant effect on employee engagement at PT Asam Jawa. Work motivation has a substantial effect on organizational commitment at PT Asam Jawa. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee engagement at PT Asam Jawa. Work motivation has a substantial effect on employee engagement at PT Asam Jawa. The work environment has a significant effect on employee engagement at PT Asam Jawa.

Abstract

The plantation industry, such as palm oil, is characterized by demanding, field-based work that demands high levels of physical endurance and discipline. Therefore, work motivation is key to maintaining employee enthusiasm, perseverance, and loyalty to the company. This study applies a quantitative method. According to Sugiyono (2022), the quantitative method is rooted in the positivist paradigm, emphasizing objective measurement and statistical analysis to test hypotheses, which is applied to research specific samples or populations. The result is organizational Culture (X1) significantly influences both Work Motivation (Z) and Job Satisfaction (X2), as evidenced by a very small p-value (0.000). This indicates that a strong organizational culture can increase employee motivation and job satisfaction. On the other hand, Work Motivation (Z) also has a considerable effect on Employee Performance (Y), with a p-value of 0.001. This finding reinforces that high work motivation is closely related to improved company performance. However, the direct relationship between Organizational Culture (X1) and Company Performance (Y) does not show any statistical significance (p-value 0.051), meaning that the impact of organizational culture on performance is indirect and influenced by other variables. Furthermore, Job Satisfaction (X2) does not have a statistically significant effect on Work Motivation(Z) or Company Performance (Y), with a p-value greater than the significance level of 0.05, which implies that in this particular model, job satisfaction does not play a direct role in motivation or performance.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between Online Customer Experience (OCE) and TikTok Shop users' Customer Satisfaction (CS) and Repurchase Intention (RI), with CS serving as a mediating variable. As social media-based e-commerce has gained popularity, especially among Indonesia's youth, TikTok Shop has emerged as a prominent online marketplace. As part of a quantitative approach, a survey was completed by 100 respondents who had made purchases on TikTok Shop over the last six months. The data was examined using multiple linear regression and mediation tests using SPSS 26. The results show that OCE has a positive and substantial impact on CS. RI is also significantly impacted by CS. However, when CS is included as a mediating variable, the direct effect of OCE on RI is minimal, indicating that CS fully mediates the relationship between customer experience and repurchase intention. These findings highlight how important it is to offer a comprehensive and satisfying user experience in order to foster customer loyalty on digital platforms. This research recommends that TikTok Shop businesses focus their strategy on enhancing customer happiness and experience quality in order to retain consumers, given the growing competition in the e-commerce industry.
