Abstract

This study aims to analyze the language style of K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari and its relevance to character education in the modern era. The research employs a qualitative method with a text analysis and case study approach, in which the researcher examines the writings and speeches of K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari to identify the values of politeness, empathy, and respect contained within. The results indicate that K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari's language style not only reflects knowledge and exemplary conduct but is also rich in moral values that can serve as a model for the current generation. This research emphasizes the importance of integrating these values into the character education curriculum, utilizing technology and social media as tools to teach students about polite language. Additionally, the challenges of adopting traditional values amidst rapid social development can be addressed by involving teachers as role models and creating a school environment that supports character development. The conclusions of this study suggest that the implementation of K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari's values in character education is highly relevant and can contribute to the formation of individuals who are not only intellectually capable but also possess noble character. Thus, character education grounded in the example of K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari can help shape a civilized and dignified youth in facing the challenges of the modern world.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain how to improve the quality of Human Resource Management (SDI) in Sharia financial institutions. The Islamic economy in Indonesia today has undergone substantial development. Unfortunately, the development of these is not balanced by the qualified human resources. Human Resources power is one of the problems faced by the Institute of Sharia recurrence.Using an approach using the literature review approach, which the author is looking for relevant discussion used with study taken from several related articles with human resources management (human).From the results of the can be inferred that to improve the quality managementmen human resources (human) on Sharia financial institutions required training, development, and education on things that relate to the source of human power (human) that is enforced in Sharia institutions and the enactment of certification because if there is no shows the lapse of birth in the field that leads to compete in the era of globalization.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the distribution of foreign markets. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that explains phenomena and data and previous research, then draws conclusions from the existing problems. The purpose of research using this method is to describe the problem taken more accurately and clearly based on facts. Data collection is secondary data with journals, news, and government announcements which are analyzed and explained in the discussion. The results of this study are basically, the target of international distribution (in a broad sense) is the same as in the domestic market, namely providing products according to the product items needed by buyers in the quantity, time and condition needed with the most efficient cost possible. This target can be achieved through the use of distribution channels and management activities for the physical distribution or logistics of the company's products. However, this target is more difficult to achieve, especially for global companies because of different economic developments in each country which will affect the existence of these institutions and distribution systems in each of these countries. Furthermore, this will have an impact on the distribution strategy and the costs incurred, the different consumer behaviors in each country, especially shopping behavior, differences in the distance between one country and another which will affect logistics costs and laws and regulations, especially related to the traffic flow of goods which may vary from one country to another.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource development: education and training, non-training activities, promotion and motivation on employee performance at PT. BPRS Al-Wasliyah in Medan. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variables (training & education, non-training activities, promotions and motivation) and the dependent variable (employee performance) with a fixed population and sample of 85 employees of PT. BPRS Al-Wasliyah in Medan 2023. Based on simultaneous data analysis, the variables of training and non-training education activities, promotion and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Al-Wasliyah in Medan. While partially it is shown that the variables of education and training, promotion and motivation significantly influence the performance of employees at PT. Al-Wasliyah in Medan while non-training activity variables have no effect on worker performance.

Abstract

In this research, the researcher chose SO Division employees (Signing Officer) as the subject which is one of the important divisions in completing the KPR contract at PT. State Savings Bank KC Medan. This study aims to analyze the level of  work  stress  and  work motivation obtained by employees of the SO (Signing Officer) division. The results of this study explain what things make employees' workloads causing  work stress,  and  what  things  make employees motivated to work during the work process. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the analysis show that work stress  occurs  due  to the burden of credit settlements from problematic customers and differences of opinion with the leadership which cause pressure on SO employees. Behind work stress, there is employee work motivation with the feedback they get.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how Indomie's product quality strategy can be analyzed to meet global market standards. Qualitative research is used as a research method, namely: 1) descriptive and explorative; 2) describe and explain. Based on the discussion, it can be concluded that an analysis of Indomie's product quality strategy to meet global market standards can be carried out through 1) Production strategy, carrying out continuous innovation, building factories overseas, product standardization and quality maintenance. 2) Location determination strategy, taking into account distribution channels, sales areas, storage locations, inventory levels and locations and transportation systems. 3) Promotional strategy, Indomie has a slogan that is very simple but suitable and easy for people to remember, namely, "Indomie is my taste" while the name or brand of Indomie is one of the successful products, so its products are widely known, especially among Indonesian people. 4) Strategies for building relationships with consumers, namely noodle communities, distribution channels, partners, health facilities, supply chains, electronic print media and pricing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct effect of price perception on purchase decisions, the quality of service on purchasing decisions and social media advertising on purchase decision of the product Sippin in Tanjungbalai. The research strategy used is the strategy is associative. The population in this research is the consumer not the only one in the City of Tanjungbalai. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents who are consumers who buy the product Sippin while visiting outlate. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with the instrument of data collection in the form of a list of questions. This research method using qualitative descriptive. The results of the research concluded price perception has a positive effect on the purchase decision. Service quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions and social media advertising also has a positive effect on the purchase decision. Therefore the price perception, service quality and social media advertising has a positive effect on the purchase decision of the product not the only one in the City of Tanjungbalai.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the extent of preparation and readiness that has been carried out by Bank Syariah Indonesia as a whole to make efforts to improve the quality of superior services in the use of technological advances. Bank Syariah Indonesia was chosen as the subject of this study. The type of research carried out is using qualitative descriptive with the data used is secondary data taken from the observation process and literacy studies. From this research, it can be concluded that in facing changes and welcoming technological advances, Bank Syariah Indonesia itself has at least made several efforts such as conducting skill training for employees in digitalization and making efforts to improve the quality of human resources within the company to hone the ability and understanding of employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh kejelasan sasaran anggaran, pengendalian internal, dan kualitas SDM terhadap kinerja manajerial pada OPD Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini bersifat explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pejabat struktural yang terdiri dari eselon II dan eselon III pada 26 Dinas di lingkup pemerintahan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kejelasan sasaran anggaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial pada OPD Provinsi Sumatera Barat, 2) pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial pada OPD Provinsi Sumatera Barat, 3) kualitas SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial pada OPD Provinsi Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

Globalisasi telah menciptakan peluang bisnis yang berkembang di seluruh dunia. Dalam lingkungan bisnis yang semakin terhubung ini, komunikasi antar budaya menjadi sangat penting. Perbedaan budaya yang meliputi bahasa, nilai, norma, dan kepercayaan mempengaruhi cara orang berinteraksi dan berbisnis. Artikel ini akan membahas tentang latar belakang dan pentingnya komunikasi bisnis antar budaya di era globalisasi. Studi ini menganalisis dampak globalisasi terhadap bisnis dan mengidentifikasi tantangan komunikasi antar budaya yang dihadapi organisasi. Selanjutnya, artikel ini membahas manfaat mengembangkan kompetensi dan strategi komunikasi antar budaya yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi yang efektif antar budaya yang berbeda.
