Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of PTMT policy on the implementation of the revised 2013 curriculum and how the influence of PTMT policy on the implementation of the revised 2013 curriculum on teacher performance at MI Ma'arif in Mojotengah District. This study uses a quantitative approach, using a survey design. Data collection methods used include: questionnaire method, and documentation method. The research sample used a total sample of 60 teachers in MI Ma'arif, Mojotengah District, then the data collected was analyzed by simple linear regression. The results showed that: PTMT Policy on Curriculum Implementation the average total score of respondents' answers was 34. The mean of all total scores was 34. The lowest total score was 24, the highest score was 45. and the standard deviation was 4.2. While the level of teacher performance the average total score of respondents' answers to the questionnaire is 43. The middle score is 44. The lowest score is 17, the highest score is 52 and the standard deviation is 6.3. This study can be concluded that the PTMT Policy in the Implementation of the 2013 Revised Curriculum has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance This is shown from the test results, namely the comparison of t count is greater than t table, then Ho is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the pattern of the concept of integration between Science and Islam, to explore how this integration is implemented, and to identify the factors that influence its effectiveness in the context of learning for the Integrated Madrasah Science Competition (KSM) in Biology at MAN 1 Wonosobo. This study employs a qualitative research method, utilizing field research and descriptive research approaches. The findings indicate that the pattern of integration between Science and Islam in biology learning is interconnective, blending both perspectives seamlessly. Supervisory teachers, who predominantly have a pure scientific background in biology, play an active role in discussions and studies. The use of biology textbooks as learning resources, which integrate both scientific and Islamic content, is maximized, allowing for in-depth discussions between teachers and students. Key factors influencing the effectiveness of the Biology KSM include the curriculum and learning materials that emphasize the integration of Science and Islam. The competencies of interdisciplinary teachers who understand and master the integration of both sciences are crucial for the success of the Biology KSM. Additionally, support from all components of the madrasah is essential for creating a motivating and guiding framework that encourages the integration process. These findings suggest that the combination of academic expertise in both science and Islam, along with strong institutional support, contributes significantly to the effectiveness of the Integrated Madrasah Science Competition and enhances the learning experience for students. This study provides insights into how the integration of Science and Islam can be effectively implemented in the educational context, specifically within biology education.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the integration pattern between Science and Islam in the context of the Integrated Madrasah Science Competition (KSM) for Biology at MAN 1 Wonosobo. The research specifically seeks to: (1) identify the conceptual pattern of Science–Islam integration in Biology learning, (2) examine the implementation of this integration in the KSM preparation process, and (3) analyze the factors influencing its effectiveness. This research adopts a qualitative approach, employing field research and descriptive analysis to capture a comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon. The findings reveal that the integration pattern in Biology learning within the KSM context is characterized as integrative–interconnective, where scientific concepts are interconnected with Islamic values and perspectives. Supervisory teachers with a strong background in pure Biology tend to be more active in developing discussion themes, conducting in-depth dialogues, and organizing studies that merge scientific and religious viewpoints. The effective implementation of this integration is supported by optimal utilization of learning resources, particularly Biology textbooks, as a source of pure scientific material enriched with Islamic insights. Such integration is further strengthened by collaborative discussions between teachers and students, fostering deeper understanding and critical thinking. Several factors contribute to the effectiveness of Biology KSM learning. These include the existence of a curriculum and learning materials that intentionally integrate Science and Islam, as well as the interdisciplinary competencies of teachers who not only master Biology content but also possess the ability to connect it with Islamic principles. Additionally, institutional support from all components of the madrasah—administrators, fellow teachers, and students—plays a crucial role in creating a structured, motivating, and inspiring guidance environment. In conclusion, the integration of Science and Islam in the Biology KSM at MAN 1 Wonosobo represents an effective educational model that promotes both scientific literacy and religious understanding, contributing to holistic student development in madrasah education.

Abstract

Implementasi Media Pembelajaran Dengan Metode Team Quiz Pada Mata Pelajaran Akidah Akhlak Kelas VII Di Mts Negeri 1 Wonosobo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Media Pembelajaran Dengan Metode Team Quiz Pada Mata Pelajaran Akidah Akhlak Kelas VII di MTs Negeri 1 Wonosobo dan mengetahui apa saja faktor pendukung dan kendala Implementasi Media Pembelajaran Dengan Metode Team Quiz Pada Mata Pelajaran Akidah Akhlak di MTs Negeri 1 Wonosobo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif.Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan catatan.Analisis data menggunakan analisis model interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan inferensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Metode Team Quiz dalam Pada Mata Pelajaran Akidah akhlak Bagi Siswa MTs Negeri 1 Wonosobo dalam keseluruhan, metode Team Quiz merupakan metode yang efisien dalam menumbuhan rasa semangat dan rasa bertanggung jawab siswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaraan Team Quiz pada mata pelajaran Akidah akhlak. Meskipun hasilnya tidak instan, metode ini memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan antusias siswa dalam mengikuti kegiaan belajar, faktor pendukung meliputi motivasi guru, motivasi orang tua, dan lingkungan yang mendukung namun terdapat juga faktor penghambat dalam penerapan metode team Quiz berasal dari berbagai elemen meliputi keterbatasan waktu dan lingkungan yang mendukung motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam merupakan mata pelajaran dimana metode menjadi salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaannya. Apalagi bagi siswa Tunagrahita yang memiliki hambatan intekektual. Metode yang dipilih harus menyesuaikan kebutuhan siswa, setidaknya bersifat interaktif dan dilaksanakan secara kontinu seperti Metode Drill. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta hasil belajar siswa tunagrahita dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam menggunakan metode Drill di SLB Negeri Mandiraja Banjarnegara. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan ketiga teknik tersebut diketahui bahwa penerapan Metode Drill dilaksanakan pada materi yang lebih banyak membutuhkan keterampilan dan melalui langkah tertentu. Ada beberapa faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang harus dikaji kembali guna meningkatkan penerapan Metode Drill di SLB Negeri Mandiraja Banjarnegara. Metode Drill memberikan hasil pembelajaran yang baik bagi anak tunagrahita pada pembelajaran PAI, khususnya dalam keterampilan siswa.

Abstract

Lulusan Pendidikan masa kini tidak hanya dilatih pada bidang kompetensi dan teknologi saja, namun pentingnya kemampuan berkomunikasi, kemampuan bekerjasama dalam tim, kemampuan bekerja mandiri bahkan berpikir analitis untuk menghadapi lingkungan ini perlu dilatih untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas. Untuk itu memerlukan pengembangan soft skill dalam Pendidikan khususnya dalam Pendidikan Islam untuk membentuk komunikasi dengan diri sendiri bahkan membangun komunikasi sosial. Oleh karenanya pengetahuan intelektual saja tentu tidak cukup bagi Pendidikan saat ini, perlu adanya pengembangan keterampilan agar siswa dapat mengamalkan ilmunya dalam kehidupan. Mengenai kurangnya pengembangan soft skill dalam dunia Pendidikan, penulis mengambil novel Ranah 3 Warna untuk dijadikan penelitian mengenai Pendidikan soft skill yang terkandung didalamnya. Sebagai media pendidikan untuk pembelajaran dalam Pendidikan Islam. Maka, dari uraian tersebut penulis melakukan penelitian mengenai Pendidikan Islam Berbasis Soft Skill Dalam Novel Ranah 3 Warna. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) untuk mengetahui konsep Pendidikan Islam berbasis soft skill; 2) untuk mendeskripsikan Pendidikan Islam berbasis soft skill yang terkandung dalam novel Ranah 3 Warna; 3) untuk mengetahui relevansi Pendidikan Islam berbasis soft skill dengan Pendidikan Islam di era sekarang. Abstract

Critical thinking is a crucial competency in physics learning, yet students’ performance in this area remains relatively low. This condition is largely due to the lack of learning models that encourage active involvement and student-centered activities. This study aims to examine the effect of the experiment-based Learning Cycle 5E model on students’ critical thinking skills in the topic of vibrations and waves. The research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental design, specifically the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research sample consisted of two eighth-grade classes at MTs Ma’arif Kejajar, one as the experimental group and the other as the control group. The research instruments included essay tests, questionnaires, and observation sheets. The data analysis revealed that the average N-Gain score in the experimental class was 0.4949 (moderate category), while the control class scored 0.2020 (low category). The t-test indicated a significant difference between the posttest results of both classes. It can be concluded that the experiment-based Learning Cycle 5E model is effective in improving students’ critical thinking skills in physics learning.

Abstract

This analysis addresses the knowledge gap on laissez-faire leadership in organizations. After reviewing 64 articles through the systematic literature review, the study finds that laissez-faire leadership, marked by minimal decision-making involvement, is generally associated with negative outcomes like reduced employee satisfaction and productivity. However, its impact can vary based on context, potentially fostering creativity in highly skilled and motivated teams. The study emphasizes the need for judicious application of this leadership style and suggests that school managers should discern when to use it, considering its suitability for different types of educators. Overall, the research contributes valuable insights for leaders aiming to optimize leadership strategies in diverse contexts.

Abstract

Khitobah is the delivery of ideas and thoughts about Islam for approximately seven minutes. Each student delivered his khitobah in front of the congregation, hoping to build the children's confidence and spark bright ideas in the minds of the students. Therefore, in pesantren it is necessary to hold evangelistic activities to convey the thoughts of students in public and train the students' mentality. The formation of self-motivation is very important, not only requires self-motivated people to memorize yellow papers, but also requires self-motivated people to be able to develop in various fields, especially when self-motivated people have gone downhill.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah kunci utama pembangunan suatu negara, dan di Indonesia, inovasi pendidikan seperti Kurikulum Merdeka bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas, kemandirian, dan jiwa wirausaha siswa. Salah satu aspek penting dari Kurikulum Merdeka adalah pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, yang dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan individual siswa. Penelitian ini membandingkan karakteristik, implementasi, dan implikasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMP Takhassus Al-Qur'an Kalibeber, sebuah sekolah penggerak, dengan SMP Negeri 2 Watumalang, sebuah sekolah biasa, di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan analisis induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua sekolah melayani peserta didik sesuai dengan kemampuan dan latar belakang mereka, meskipun ada perbedaan dalam strategi pembelajaran dan peran guru sebagai fasilitator. Di SMP Takhassus Al-Qur'an, perencanaan dan pelaksanaan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi lebih berkembang dibandingkan di SMP Negeri 2 Watumalang. Implikasi dari pembelajaran berdiferensiasi termasuk peningkatan hasil belajar, motivasi, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan peningkatan rapor pendidikan. Namun, metode penilaian dan refleksi pembelajaran berbeda antara kedua sekolah.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di sekolah penggerak lebih komprehensif dan terstruktur, memberikan dampak positif yang lebih signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dibandingkan dengan sekolah biasa. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya dukungan dan pendampingan yang intensif dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang lebih holistik dan berkelanjutan.
