Abstract

Inclusive education is an educational paradigm that places all students as individuals who have equal rights, dignity, and learning opportunities without differentiating physical, intellectual, social, and cultural conditions. From the perspective of educational philosophy, inclusive education is not only interpreted as a policy of accepting children with special needs (ABK) in general schools, but as an effort to build a humanistic, democratic, and equitable education system through respect for human diversity. This study aims to analyze the problems of inclusive education at SMAN 4 Jambi City from the perspective of educational philosophy. The novelty of this research lies in the philosophical analysis of inclusive education through ontological, epistemological, and axiological dimensions at the high school level, which has so far been studied more from the aspects of policy and implementation. The state of the art of previous research focuses on inclusive education management, teacher competence, and adaptive learning, while the research gap of this study shows the limited study of inclusive education philosophy that integrates aspects of student existence, construction of learning knowledge, and human values ​​in the practice of inclusive education. Abstract

PT. Varia Usaha Beton menghadapi fluktuasi permintaan produk beton yang berdampak pada ketersediaan stok, sehingga diperlukan metode peramalan yang akurat untuk mendukung perencanaan produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meramalkan permintaan beton masonry dengan menerapkan metode Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA). Data yang digunakan berupa penjualan periode Januari 2023 hingga Desember 2024, yang kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan uji stasioneritas, identifikasi model menggunakan ACF dan PACF, estimasi parameter, serta evaluasi model berdasarkan Mean Square Error (MSE) dan uji normalitas residual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model ARIMA (1,0,1) merupakan model terbaik dengan nilai MSE terkecil sebesar 1,06488 dan residual yang terdistribusi normal (p-value 0,150 > 0,05). Dengan demikian, metode ARIMA (1,0,1) terbukti efektif untuk memprediksi permintaan beton masonry dan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam perencanaan produksi serta pengendalian persediaan secara lebih akurat dan efisien

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan manufaktur furniture yang memproduksi empat jenis pintu. Permintaan yang terus meningkat, mencapai 600-1000 pcs menyebabkan keterlambatan pengiriman karena kapasitas ruang pengeringan hanya 500 pcs. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa penjadwalan produksi menggunakan metode NEH dalam menentukan nilai makespan dan urutan pengerjaan, serta memberikan rekomendasi efisien yang memungkinkan perusahaan memenuhi permintaan pasar secara tepat waktu dalam mengoptimalkan waktu produksi untuk mengurangi waktu menganggur pada ketelambatan pengiriman. Hasil dari penjadwalan produksi menggunakan metode NEH menghasilkan makespan yang lebih kecil dan waktu proses produksi yang lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan metode FCFS. Metode NEH menghasilkan makespan sebesar 5,67 dengan urutan job J2-J1-J3. Sedangkan metode FCFS menghasilkan makespan sebesar 6,10 dengan urutan job J1-J2-J3. Sehingga metode NEH  dikatakan optimal sebab memberikan perbaikan waktu makespan sebesar 0,43 jam.

Abstract

In a production requires the right raw material inventory, in order to minimize the occurrence of overstock or outstock, an approach is needed, namely inventory control. In the diffuser company there is an overstock problem and results in high storage costs. The purpose of this study is to optimize the amount of raw material inventory in diffuser companies against uncertain demand, so as to minimize losses for companies to support economic growth and make a major contribution to the company. Fuzzy logic mamdani is used to process uncertain or vague data and decision making related to the accuracy of the amount of raw material inventory. Identifying data by determining the variables needed there are several stages, namely fuzzyfication, implication, and defuzzyfication. The results project that with a production target of 353 diffusers and facing a demand of 198 diffusers, the inventory, which was originally 419 steel plates, can be optimized with the Mamdani fuzzy logic method around 343.61 plates, rounded up to 344 steel plates. The MAPE calculation has an error value of 26,4971% and is included in the sufficient category.

Abstract

Penurunan kualitas perairan Sungai Batanghari akibat aktivitas pencemaran antropogenik telah mengurangi keanekaragaman ikan secara signifikan dari 297 spesies menjadi ±134 spesies dalam dua dekade terakhir. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kawasan Cagar Budaya Nasional (KCBN) Muaro Jambi untuk mengidentifikasi spesies ikan langka dan terancam punah, menilai karakteristik habitatnya, serta menyusun rancangan konservasi berbasis zonasi. Data diperoleh pada musim hujan 2023 dan musim kemarau 2024 melalui survei, pemetaan habitat, studi populasi ikan, dan wawancara dengan masyarakat setempat. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di berbagai stasiun di KCBN Muaro Jambi, ditemukan 38 spesies ikan dengan status konservasi menurut International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), seperti Betta rubra dan Betta picta (EN), Hemibagrus planiceps (VU), dan Trichopodus leerii (NT). Rancangan zonasi konservasi meliputi zona inti (Danau Klari, Sungai Melayu) untuk perlindungan habitat dan populasi ikan langka, zona pemanfaatan Terbatas (Sungai Jambi, Parit Johor) untuk kegiatan restocking dan penangkapan ikan terbatas, serta zona penyangga (Hilir Sungai Berembang, Danau Tebat Patah, Kolam Telago Rajo) untuk pemulihan habitat oleh masyarakat. Zonasi ini diharapkan dapat melestarikan keanekaragaman hayati perairan Sungai Batanghari dan mendukung pengelolaan sumber daya secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Machines are the main element in manufacturing companies, and the role of machine performance is vital in the production process. Downtime problems caused by machine damage can significantly affect company productivity. This research implements the support vector machine (SVM) method for predicting Dry 8 production machine line maintenance, which aims to reduce downtime and increase productivity. The SVM method is known for its high accuracy and low error rate. The evaluation process used four kernel functions: linear, radial basis function (RBF), polynomial and sigmoid. The linear kernel function performed best with 99.8% accuracy, 83% precision, recall, and f1-score. These results show that the SVM method can be a viable solution to improve the efficiency of machine maintenance. Keywords: Confusion Matrix, Machine Learning, Predictive Maintenance, Support Vector Machine

Abstract

Birds play an important role in ecosystem as pollinators and seed dispersers, so avian diversity can serve as an indicator of environmental quality. This study was at Muaro Jambi Temple, a National Cultural Heritage Area (KCBN), and began with a presentation on observation techniques, field identification, and understanding of ecological characteristics. The survey was conducted in two observation zones, namely the core zone and the buffer zone, using the point count method. Observers stood at specific points within the habitat and recorded bird sightings during defined time periods. Observations were conducted for one week in August 2025, from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The study recorded 79 species comprising a total of 327 individual birds. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H’) of 3.75 indicates a very high level of diversity in the area. Several species found are protected, including frugivorous and pollinating birds. Based on the IUCN Red List, identified species include the Java Sparrow (Vulnerable), the Ciblek/Perenjak (Near Threatened), and a numerous other species categorized as Least Concern. These findings emphasize the importance of conservation efforts at KCBN Muaro Jambi to preserve habitats and maintain the ecological function of birds.

Abstract

General Background Local tax revenue plays a crucial role in supporting regional development and fiscal sustainability. Specific Background Sidoarjo Regency experienced a general increase in local tax revenue from 2014 to 2024, with a significant decline in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Knowledge Gap Accurate forecasting methods are required to anticipate future revenue and support regional financial planning, yet the most suitable model for Sidoarjo’s tax data remains unclear. Aims This study aims to forecast Sidoarjo local tax revenue for 2025 and determine the most appropriate Exponential Smoothing model. Results Single, Double, and Triple Exponential Smoothing methods were applied and compared using Mean Absolute Percentage Error. The Triple Exponential Smoothing model produced the lowest MAPE value of 8.37% and a forecasted revenue of Rp. 1,507,007,282,941 for 2025. Novelty This study provides a comparative application of Exponential Smoothing models using long-term local tax data with explicit accuracy evaluation. Implications The findings support evidence-based regional revenue planning and contribute to methodological selection in public sector financial forecasting. Revealing phylogenetic relationships of Cyprinidae based on DNA barcoding in Merangin Jambi Geopark, Indonesia. Biodiversitas 27 (3): d270317. https://doi.org/10.13057/biodiv/d270317. Cyprinidae, a dominant freshwater fish family, plays a crucial role in biodiversity and ecosystem functioning. The Merangin Jambi Geopark, under evaluation for the UNESCO Global Geopark Network, hosts a rich freshwater fish fauna, but morphological identification is challenging due to overlapping characters. This study employed DNA barcoding of the mitochondrial COI gene to identify species and investigate phylogenetic relationships of Cyprinidae. A total of 26 individuals representing 14 species across 10 genera were analyzed. The Cytochrome C Oxidase subunit I (COI) gene (~650 bp) was amplified and sequenced. Sequence analysis was performed using Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (BLAST), and a phylogenetic tree was constructed in MEGA 12. Sequence similarity ranged from 88.11% to 99.56%, with most species exceeding 96% identity, indicating strong intraspecific homogeneity and clear intergeneric divergence. Genetic distances ranged from 0.000 to 0.179, reflecting population stability in species such as Barbodes lateristriga and Rasbora spilotaenia, and high divergence in species like Luciosoma spilopleura and Epalzeorhynchos kalopterus. Phylogenetic reconstruction revealed two major clades, with samples clustering consistently with GenBank reference sequences, confirming accurate species identification and taxonomic placement. Based on IUCN status, most species were categorized as Least Concern, though several were Data Deficient or Not Evaluated, highlighting the need for local conservation attention. These findings demonstrate that DNA barcoding effectively complements morphological taxonomy and provides a robust framework for biodiversity monitoring. Furthermore, the study contributes to local conservation by informing habitat protection, species management, and sustainable freshwater resource utilization in the Merangin Jambi Geopark.

Abstract

Desa Muaro Pijoan di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi memiliki potensi wisata berbasis kearifan lokal melalui kawasan Lubuk Larangan Guci Emas, namun promosi digitalnya masih terbatas. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi desa wisata berbasis web dan media sosial untuk memperkuat strategi promosi serta meningkatkan kapasitas digital Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Guci Emas. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui pelatihan literasi digital, pendampingan pembuatan website, serta produksi konten promosi digital. Hasil kegiatan meliputi terbentuknya website https://lubukguciemas.com, aktivasi akun media sosial resmi, modul pelatihan, serta peningkatan kemampuan mitra dalam mengelola konten secara mandiri. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat promosi wisata berbasis teknologi dan kearifan lokal, sekaligus menjadi model replikasi pengembangan desa wisata digital di Provinsi Jambi.
