Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena yang mengatakan bahwa pendidikan harus dikelola dengan manajemen strategik. Pemilihan manajemen strategik diharapkan akan menghasilkan manajemen yang baik untuk dikembangkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 1 Kalidawir. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perencanaan stategik SMAN 1 Kalidawir yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan, pembentukan tim perumus visi dan misi, perencanaan jangka panjang dan pendek, peningkatan mutu pembelajaran, bekerjasama dengan lembaga luar dan peningkatan mutu pendidik. Implementasi dilaksanakan sesuai perencaan stategik dengan adanya tim perumus visi dan misi, telah tersusun perencanaan panjangn dan pendek, peningkatan mutu pembelajaran berjalan baik, tertib dan efisien, kerjsama program Double Track dengan ITS, dan mengadakan wokshop serta MGMP untuk tenaga pendidik. Evalusi dilaksanakan dengan rapat dinas, rapat kepala sekolah dengan komite, rapat kepala sekolah dengan wakil kepala sekolah, rapat kepala sekolah dengan komite dan wakil kepala sekolah dan rapat kepala sekolah dengan guru.

Abstract

Pesantren is Indonesia's oldest Islamic educational institution. However, public interest in studying in Islamic boarding schools remains low. It is necessary for Pesantren curriculum management to change the public's perception of Pesantren to a positive one during its implementation. The community's opinions will influence a Pesantren's image, which will influence students' interest in choosing a Pesantren. Internal and external factors influence students' interest in selecting a person. The goal of this study is to examine how Pesantren curriculum management is implemented in order to pique the interest of prospective new students. The method used is literature research by collecting previous articles and analyzing them according to the topic of discussion. The study's findings include the implementation of a good Pesantren curriculum management system that adheres to the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) method. Pesantren curriculum management will create student curriculum programs as well as other factors such as promotional materials for Pesantren that can pique students' interest in terms of external factors that will stimulate internal factors for prospective students. The greater a Pesantren's reputation in the community, the greater students' interest in enrolling in the Pesantren. Keywords: Curriculum Management, Interest, Pesantren, Students, POAC.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology and increasing global competition necessitate educational adaptation to 21st-century skills, including critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration (4C). This study aims to analyze how innovative curriculum adaptation aligns learning content with these essential skills in several senior high schools (SMA) in Bojonegoro. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with school principals and teachers, classroom observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that schools have integrated digital technology into learning, implemented project-based learning (PBL), and conducted teacher training to enhance 21st-century skills. However, challenges such as inadequate technological facilities, varying levels of teacher readiness, and resistance to new teaching methodologies were identified. These findings suggest that innovative curriculum adaptation plays a significant role in preparing students for future challenges. Therefore, stronger support from schools, policymakers, and society is required to optimize the effectiveness of curriculum adaptation in fostering 21st-century competencies

Abstract

The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has significantly transformed education, particularly in assessment and personalized learning. This study explores the implementation of AI in senior high schools (SMA) in Tulungagung Regency, focusing on its impact on evaluation processes and individualized learning experiences. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and students, classroom observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that AI-driven assessment enables faster, more objective, and adaptive evaluations by analyzing student performance in real time. AI can identify learning patterns, detect areas requiring improvement, and adjust question difficulty according to individual capabilities. Additionally, AI enhances personalized learning by recommending tailored learning materials, providing interactive content, and adapting instructional methods to suit diverse learning styles. This fosters greater student engagement, comprehension, and motivation. Despite these advantages, several challenges hinder AI implementation. Limited technological infrastructure, insufficient access to digital devices, and unstable internet connectivity in some schools pose significant barriers. Moreover, low digital literacy among educators and students complicates the integration of AI into daily learning activities. Ethical concerns regarding data privacy and security also require attention to prevent misuse of student information. To maximize AI’s potential in education, policymakers must invest in technological infrastructure, expand digital access, and provide ongoing training for teachers and students. With the right strategies, AI can revolutionize education by creating a more inclusive, efficient, and adaptive learning environment, preparing students for future academic and professional success.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keterampilan yang diperoleh melalui penggunaan model PJBL atau Project Based Learning. Dalam studi ini mengaplikasikan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Basis data pada Scopus, Erics dan Google Scholar selama 10 tahun terakhir yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Melalui hasil pencarian dan analisis didapat 25 artikel yang sesuai dan sejalan yang kemudian dikelompokkan berdasarkan kriteria inklusi sehingga menghasilkan 16 artikel yang dijadikan penelitian utama. Setiap item data selanjutnya akan dianalisis berlandaskan pada kemampuan yang dikembangkan dari hasil penelitian. Hasil analisis artikel ini dapat diambil hasil kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran PjBL memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap peningkatan keterampilan teknis dan soft skill pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar. Abstract

Background: The rising prominence of the digital economy has heightened the need for MSMEs in Demak Regency to adopt digital technologies. However, many MSMEs face challenges in effectively utilizing these technologies to enhance their performance. This study addresses the research gap by examining the mixed results in prior studies on the impact of business strategy and technopreneurship on MSMEs' performance.Purpose: The study will investigate the key determinants of MSMEs' performance in Demak Regency and the intermediary role of digital technology. It examines how business strategy and technopreneurship, through digital technology, influence MSMEs' performance.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research adopts a quantitative method by collecting data from 109 MSME respondents in Demak Regency through convenience and non-probability sampling. The study analyzes the connections among business strategy, technopreneurship, digital technology, and MSMEs' performance using SmartPLS version 4.Finding/Result: The data suggests that business strategy and technopreneurship are positively tied to the adoption of digital technology. Business strategy significantly boosts MSMEs' performance, whereas technopreneurship, despite a positive trend, isn't statistically significant. Digital technology substantially improves performance, mediating business strategies' and technopreneurship's influence on MSME success.Conclusion: Strategic planning and innovation in technology play essential roles in promoting the adoption of digital tools and improving MSME performance. Digital technology acts as a key mediator that strengthens these relationships. As a result, MSMEs are encouraged to improve digital literacy and infrastructure, and policy support remains crucial in fostering an environment that supports digital adoption.Original/value (state of the art): This study offers new insights into the elements that influence MSMEs' performance in the digital economy, highlighting the importance of strategic management and technological adoption. Abstract

Abstract SISUKA is a voluntary term deposit in the financing and fundraising industry and is the most dominant deposit in BMT Hudatama Semarang City. In carrying out one of its duties in providing funds from customer members, both on a small scale and on a large scale. Therefore, a strategy is needed to increase customer loyalty through marketing strategies and product service strategies. Research approach uses a qualitative approach by explaining or describing clearly and in detail a phenomenon and obtaining complete data about the subject of research. The method used in this study is comparative descriptive, namely by the way researchers describe the findings in the field from the results of interviews, observations and documentation. The subjects of this study are the Head of BMT Hudatama, employees of marketing, cashiers and CS as well as BMT Hudatama customers with certain secretaries. Data collection techniques in this study used data collection methods with observation, interviews and documentation. Data validation techniques use triangulation. The results of this study will report on the mechanism of SISUKA products (Voluntary Time Savings), marketing strategies through market segmentation, produc, price, promotion, and place as well as product services carried out through tangible, Emphaty, Reability, Responsivenes, Assurance. With a good mechanism, marketing strategy and good service will be able to increase customer interest in raising funds at BMT Hudatama so that customer loyalty increases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Program Kelas Bilingual di SMAN 5 Mataram menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Program ini dirancang sebagai strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan yang bertujuan membentuk lulusan yang unggul secara akademik dan memiliki kompetensi bahasa asing, khususnya Bahasa Inggris. Pendekatan penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi yang dianalisis menggunakan model Miles & Huberman. Hasil evaluasi pada aspek konteks menunjukkan bahwa program bilingual merupakan respon terhadap kebutuhan globalisasi dan harapan masyarakat. Pada aspek input, sekolah telah menyiapkan sumber daya manusia, kurikulum bilingual, dan sarana pembelajaran dengan cukup baik. Evaluasi proses menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran telah berjalan dengan pendekatan CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) dan menggunakan media digital, meskipun masih menghadapi tantangan heterogenitas kemampuan siswa. Sedangkan pada aspek produk, ditemukan peningkatan kompetensi bahasa Inggris siswa, baik dalam kemampuan lisan maupun tertulis, meskipun dibutuhkan penguatan dukungan lingkungan belajar. Secara keseluruhan, program ini menunjukkan efektivitas yang baik dan dapat menjadi model pengembangan pembelajaran bilingual di sekolah menengah atas lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the practice of transformational leadership by the school principal in managing inclusive education at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Tulungagung. Adopting a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the school principal consistently demonstrates proactive, visionary, and highly transformational leadership. This is evident in their strategic decision-making, such as implementing SWOT analysis for program planning and fostering critical collaborations with external experts like the Autistic Service Center (PLA) Blitar. Furthermore, the principal's leadership is prominent in human resource management, including the appointment and continuous professional development of special accompanying teachers (GPK), and actively leading curriculum and assessment adaptations to cater to diverse student needs. The school employs flexible inclusive learning models, specifically regular classes with clusters and full special classes, adapted based on individual student requirements. While challenges such as managing tantrum behaviours in some students with special needs were identified, the principal demonstrated effective responses through dedicated GPK support, therapy recommendations, and robust collaboration with parents. This research concludes that transformational leadership is a pivotal factor in establishing and sustaining a high-quality, effective, and adaptive inclusive educational environment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The results of research that examine the effect of the current ratio, Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) Earning per Share (EPS) on stock returns. The population in this study uses property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), which continuously publish financial reports and annual reports for the period 2020-2023. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling method, the sample obtained was 20 companies that were consistently listed on the IDX in 2020-2023, so that 60 observational data were obtained. The data collection method is done by means of documentation. Data collected were analyzed with multiple regression techniques and hypothesis testing. The results of this study simultaneously showed the results of this study showed that size, CR had a positive and not significant effect, ROA had a positive and significant effect, ROE has a negative and significant effect, EP has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns.
