Abstract

The research is aimed at describing and analyzing the social competence of madrasa heads in empowering school committees to improve madrasa facilities and infrastructure. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a case study type of research. The data in this research was collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques, while the data analysis technique used was data triangulation techniques. The results of the research show that the social competence that must be possessed by madrasah heads concerns several things, including: a) collaborating with other parties for the benefit of the Madrasah; b) participate in social activities; c) have social sensitivity towards other individuals or groups. By empowering committees to improve madrasa facilities and infrastructure, madrasas can utilize additional resources, gain community support, manage projects more efficiently, and build sustainable capacity.

Abstract

Tujuannya adalah agar  anak memiliki kemampuan memahami dan menyuarakan tulisan dengan intonasi yang wajar, sebagai dasar untuk dapat membaca lanjut. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif.  Penelitian ini termasuk  penelitian terapan. Data penelitian yang dikumpulkan berupa informasi tentang proses pembelajaran bahasa keaksaraan dengan media celemek huruf, motivasi siswa dalam kegiatan  mengenal huruf, serta kemampuan guru dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran dan melaksanakan pembelajaran termasuk penggunaan strategi pembelajaran di kelas. penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purpose sampling. Perencanaan pembelajaran keaksaraan  melalui RPPH yang terdiri dari kegiatan pembukaan, inti dan penutup. Dalam rencana telah disebutkan berbagai persiapan yang dilakukan antara lain dengan menyiapkan materi, metode dan media. RPPH dibuat berdasarkan silabus, program semester, dan program tahunan. Hambatan yang dialami oleh anak diantaranya: Kurangnya gambar pada kantong media celemek huruf, guru  kurang cakap mengelola kelas. menambah berbagai macam gambar yang menarik pada kantong media celemek huruf. Guru berusaha  mengatur waktu sesuai perencanaan pembelajaran. Sebelum pembelajaran guru membuat kesepakatan bermain bersama anak.

Abstract

Abstract Leadership in building a team at an islamic education is very impotant, because through solid leadership at is able to awaken motivation for members of the work in creating superior, high-quality education. Leadership is an interaction of group members aimed at creating change, renewal, and changing motivation to bring about a collective decision. These elements are human resources made up of schollteachers, educators, staff, learners, of students, and student parents. Leadership is an important part of the manajement of planning, organizing, but the main role of leadershio is to influence others to actieve the astablisted goals. Leadership has been described as a job adjustment through the person or group an manager’s performance will depend on his her ability as manager in an organization leader. this means leaders are able to influence the subordinates or members of the organization to achieve the desired and mutually establisted results in an organization. key word : leadership, the team work

Abstract

Kemampuan mengidentifikasi persamaan dan perbedaan antara teks descriptive dan explanation sangat penting bagi peserta didik. Hal tersebut akan sangat membantu peserta didik dalam memahami isi teks secara benar pada khususnya dan menentukan jenis teks pada umumnya. Pada kenyataannya, kemampuan peserta didik kelas X MAN 1 Ponorogo semester 2 tahun ajaran 2019/2020 sangat rendah. Hasil tes awal pengetahuan memahami isi teks menunjukkan dari jumlah 27 peserta didik yang mencapai nilai KKM (75) hanya 3 anak (11,11%). Adapun kesalahan peserta didik dalam mengidentifikasi jenis teks terletak pada 3 hal, yakni: pertama, pemahaman isi teks, kedua, penguasaan kosakata, dan pemahaman persamaan dan perbedaan antara teks descriptive dan explanation. Keaktifan peserta didik dalam kegiataan pembelajaran pun rendah. Mereka kurang merespon pertanyaan guru atau cenderung diam dan menunggu guru menjelaskan. Penggunaan media gambar dapat dijadikan teknik alternatif dalam pembelajaran jenis text, khususnya pembelajaran descriptive dan explanation text. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan ketuntasan belajar yang cukup signifikan dari prasiklus, siklus I hingga siklus II. Pada prasiklus jumlah peserta didik Kelas X IPS 2 MAN 1 Ponorogo yang mencapai ketuntasan sangat rendah, yaitu hanya 3 anak (11,11 %). Pada siklus I jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas meningkat menjadi 18 anak (66,67 %). Pada siklus II terdapat 23 peserta didik yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar atau meningkat menjadi 85,16%. Penggunaan media gambar dalam pembelajaran mengidentifikasi jenis teks dapat menimbulkan perubahan yang positif baik pada diri peserta didik maupun pada diri guru sebagai peneliti. Perubahan perilaku pada diri peserta didik tampak pada keaktifan peserta didik yang meningkat dari siklus ke siklus. Keaktifan peserta didik pada tahap prasiklus Rendah, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi Sedang dan pada siklus II meningkat lagi menjadi Tinggi. Perubahan positif perilaku guru tampak dalam kesediaannya untuk secara kolaboratif melakukan refleksi dan analisis dengan sesama guru (kolaborator) seperti terjadi pada kegiatan lesson study.

Abstract

Pendidikan dalam ajaran Islam mempunyai fungsi untuk membimbing serta mengarahkan peserta didik supaya mampu menerima amanah baik sebagai hamba maupun khalifah. Kepala madrasah perlu melakukan suatu pembiasaan dengan memasukkan nilai-nilai keagamaan pada setiap kegiatan lembaga agar mampu membentuk budaya religius. Budaya tersebut perlu ditekankan dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam karena terdapat sekumpulan nilai agama yang melandasi atas perilaku, kebiasaan dan simbol-simbol dari warganya. Tujuan kepenulisan artikel ini untuk mengkaji terkait bagaimana pola kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam membangun budaya religius peserta didiknya. Metode penulisan artikel memakai studi pustaka dengan cara menggali tulisan-tulisan yang tersedia namun disesuaikan terhadap fokus penelitian. Model analisis isi digunakan untuk mengolah data dengan cara menganalisis makna dari sumber-sumber yang sudah diperoleh. Hasil penelitian telah membuktikan bahwa kepala madrasah mempunyai peran untuk mengarahkan seluruh sumber daya dalam lembaga supaya bisa menciptakan tingkat produktivitas yang tinggi. Penanaman akhlak mulia pada siswa bisa diketahui dari adanya pembiasaan religius dalam madrasah seperti sholat berjama’ah, membaca Al-Qur’an, berbusana muslim, menebar tali persaudaraan dan lain sebagainya. Kepala madrasah perlu menerapkan tiga strategi ketika akan membangun budaya religius tanpa memandang latar belakang dari siswanya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of SDI Al Huda conflict management through quality assurance, especially during the covid-19 pandemic. Al Huda, who was able to survive even during the pandemic, is even now experiencing growth from the acquisition of a total number of students with a total of 496. Through interviews with school principals during a pandemic with online learning, Al Huda often comes into contact with conflicts, especially the relationship with parents. This study concludes SDI Al Huda Kediri City has implemented conflict management and strategies within the organization. using a five-step strategy to achieve peace in conflict, a step that is as basic as that proposed by Stevenin. The conflict management model used by SDI Al Huda can be said to use an integrative model of organizational conflict management. with a formula that includes: 1.) rationale 2.) expected impact 3.) sources of conflict 4.) conflict management in increasing organizational productivity

Abstract

Smoking causes various diseases in our bodies, such as heart disease and blood vessel disorders, lung cancer, oral cavity cancer, laryngeal cancer, high blood pressure, impotence as well as pregnancy disorders and fetal defects. The dangers of smoking are not only aimed at smokers (active smokers) but also for non-smokers who inhale cigarette smoke around smokers (passive smokers) and in fact the effects received from passive smokers will be much more dangerous than active smokers. Because of the many negative impacts that arise for teenage smokers, it is necessary to provide knowledge and understanding to teenagers, especially Islamic boarding school children, regarding the dangers posed by smoking. The goal is to increase understanding by providing education to Students regarding the effects of smoking on the heart and blood vessels as an effort to reduce smoking behavior among students in PP. Al Hikam Bangkalan. The methods used in counseling are lectures and questions answer. Before counseling, participants were given a pre-test, then after counseling, participants were given a post-test. The results of the pre-test and post-test are assessed and then data processing and evaluation are carried out. Pre-test results and post-test regarding knowledge of the effects of smoking on the heart and blood vessels through a questionnaire, there was a direct increase in scores by students who took part in this activity. The percentage increase in average value was 9.7%. This significant increase in the average value indicates a change in the level of knowledge of the participants after attending the counseling session. Introducing the effects of smoking on the heart and blood vessels as an effort to reduce smoking behavior among students in PP. Al Hikam Bangkalan has increased knowledge and understanding of the dangers of smoking.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilakukan berangkat dari hasil observasi dan wawancara terhadap rendahnya pemahaman konsep peserta didik di SMP Negeri 19 Semarang yang berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik dan guru berusaha untuk mengupayakan peningkatkan hasil belajar pemahaman konsep peserta didik di sekolah tersebut. Alternatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan yaitu dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan media diorama. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan tes hasil belajar pemahaman konsep pilihan ganda beralasan sebanyak 20 butir soal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dan langkah-langkah setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan uji ketuntasan klasikal, uji normalitas, uji paired sample t-test, dan uji N-gain. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik belum mencapai ketuntasan klasikal 75% yaitu hanya diperoleh sebesar 73%. Pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 100% melampaui ketuntasan klasikal 75%. Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran model problem based learning berbantuan media diorama dengan nilai masing-masing signfikansi two tailed siklus I dan siklus II sebesar 0,000 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05. Berdasarkan data analisis N-Gain terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar pemahaman konsep diperoleh data peningkatan pada siklus I sebesar 0,41 dengan kriteria sedang, mengalami peningkatan signifikan pada siklus II sebesar 0,73 dengan kriteria tinggi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model problem-based learning berbantuan media diorama pada materi ekologi dan keanekaragaman hayati di Indonesia efektif dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pemahaman konsep peserta didik kelas VII E SMP Negeri 19 Semarang.

Abstract

This research aims to examine in depth the importance of public relations management in educational institutions in building a positive image of educational institutions. Through literature studies, this research analyzes various literature related to the objectives and functions of public relations management, the role of public relations in educational institutions and building a positive image in educational institutions. The results of the study show that public relations management has a crucial role in shaping public perceptions of educational institutions. Public relations management acts as a communication bridge between educational institutions and various internal and external publics, including students, teachers, parents, the community and the government. Effective communication can increase involvement of all parties, strengthen relationships, and achieve common goals. Effective communication strategies, managing relationships with various internal and external publics, as well as quick responses to public issues are the keys to building a positive image and good reputation for educational institutions.

Abstract

Leadership in Islamic education is an important aspect aimed at forming a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent but also strong in faith and morals. The basic concept of leadership in this context includes several key aspects, namely leadership based on Islamic values, noble character, and educational goals. Leaders in Islamic education are expected to serve as role models for students, implement the principle of shura (consultation) in decision-making, and emphasize the importance of beneficial knowledge. The purpose of this research is to understand the principles of leadership in Islamic education derived from the Qur'an and Hadith. Data was collected through literature studies and document analysis. The results of the research indicate that leadership in Islamic education must be based on Islamic principles such as honesty, justice, and wisdom. Islamic education leaders are responsible for guiding students towards optimal self-development, both academically, morally, and spiritually. The conclusion of this research shows that the concept of leadership in Islamic education must combine modern leadership principles with spiritual and ethical values of Islam to create a good leadership model. This research provides insights into the basic concepts of leadership in Islamic education.
