Abstract

Tingkat penetrasi asuransi jiwa di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah, meskipun industri ini terus tumbuh dari sisi aset dan jumlah perusahaan. Fenomena ini menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara ketersediaan produk dan partisipasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku pembelian asuransi jiwa yang dimediasi oleh intensi, dengan fokus pada nasabah di wilayah Jabodetabek. Kerangka teori yang digunakan adalah Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), yang mencakup tiga variabel utama: attitude, subjective norms dan perceived behavioural control. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode purposive sampling dan melibatkan 234 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjective norms dan perceived behavioural control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to purchase, dan intention to purchase secara positif dan signifikan memengaruhi purchase behaviour. Intention to purchase juga memediasi secara positif dan signifikan pengaruh subjective norms dan perceived behavioural control terhadap perilaku pembelian. Namun, attitude tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap purchase behaviour.

Abstract

Generaly, the purpose of this research are: 1) To determine the analytical description of the television advertisement, price and purchase decision of Lux soap (Survey on visitors of Mega Bekasi Hypermall), 2) To determine the effect of television advertisement on purchase decision of Lux soap, 3) To determine the effect of price on purchase decision of Lux soap, 4) To determine the effect of the television advertisement, price and purchase decision of Lux soap (Survey on Visitors of Mega Bekasi Hypermall). The analysis which has been applied in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The study has been conducted with a convinence sampling technique of 110 consumers who visited Mega Bekasi Hypermall, while the technique of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires which were processed by SPSS 19. According to the research that the t test result on the variable of television advertisement is 2,965 with a significant value of 0.004,which means that the television advertisement has a significant influence on purchase decision. Furthermore, the t test result on the price variable is 3,678 with significant value of 0.000, which means that the price has a significant effect on purchase decision. Whereas, the F test result of two variables television advertisement and price is 9,087 with a significance value of 0,000. Those figures descibes that the television advertisement and price simultaneously have significant influence on a purchase decision. In addition, the F test R2 value that is resulted from the research is 0.145 or 14.5%. This value describes the television advertisement and price influence on purchase decision as 14.5%. Abstract

Indra Sasmita, 2012 the influence of the product quality and the price on the purchase decision used car (survey on the consumer Melaju Raya Rizky Motor in east Bekasi), Thesis: Management Studies Program, Department of management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, in July 2012. This research aims to analyze and describe the product quality and price of a used car purchase decision making in the showroom Melaju Raya Rizky Motor. This study uses survey methods, sample, and a questionnaire as a means of data collection. The location of the research carried out at the Showroom Melaju Raya Rizky Motor at JL.Raya Kota Legend No. 8. Bekasi Timur. Analysis of the research was carried out by using the application program SPSS statistics (Statistical Package for The Social Science) version 19, to manipulate the data. Abstract

The purpose of the research are: to know the description of product attributes, variety seeking, and brand switching decision of handphone Nokia to Samsung Smartphone, test empirically the influence of product attributes toward brand switching decision of handphone Nokia to Samsung smartphone, test empirically the influence of variety seeking toward brand switching decision of handphone Nokia to Samsung smartphone, test empirically the influence of product attributes and variety seeking toward brand switching decision of handphone Nokia to Samsung smartphone. This is a quantitative research, descriptive and causal design, collecting data by survey method. Population of this research is visitors of Outlet Okeshop ITC Roxy mas, Central Jakarta who use Samsung smartphone and had use handphone Nokia before. Analysis of the research was conducted using SPSS. The results of the t test shows the product attributes and brand switching significantly influence the significance value, and variety seeking toward brand switching are also significantly influence. The results of F test simultaneously indicates product attributes and variety seeking influencing significantly to brand switching. And the result of determination analysis in this research shows the variation of variables product attributes and variety seeking could explained brand switching together. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui deskriptif experiential marketing, persepsi harga dan loyalitas pelanggan DHL pada service point Pancoran. 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing pada loyalitas pelanggan DHL. 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan DHL. 4) untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing dan persepsi harga secara bersama-sama terhadap loyalitas pelanggan DHL. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pelanggan DHL selama satu tahun. Total sampel 211 responden, menggunakan non probability sampling method. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode penelitian ini adalah konklusif. Hasil dari uji t pada pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dikatakan berpengaruh signifikan yaitu X1 ke Y (0.000), dan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan juga berpengaruh signifikan yaitu X2 ke Y (0.000) yang mana keduanya tidak lebih besar dari 0.05. hasil dari uji f experiential marketing dan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (0.000). dan hasil uji determinasi pada experiential marketing, persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yaitu sebesar 28.7%. Abstract

The purpose of this researchareto determine the description / overview of the perception of service quality, perceived value and customer satisfaction at Indomaret Palmerah, to examine empirically the effect of perceptions of service quality on customer satisfaction Indomaret, to examine empirically the effect of the perception of the value of the Indomaret customer satisfaction, to empirically test the influence of perceptions of service quality and perceived value together towards customer satisfaction Indomeret. The research object Indomaret customers western Jakarta branch palmerah shopping more than once a month in the period from May 2013 to January 2014. Analysis of data using SPSS software. Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) To find out the description of destination image, tourist satisfaction, and revisit intention of Betawi cultural village Setu Babakan, 2) test empirically the influence of destination image toward revisit intention of Betawi cultural village Setu Babakan, 3) test empirically the influence of tourist satisfaction toward revisit intention of Betawi cultural village Setu Babakan, 4) test empirically the influence of destination image toward revisit intention of Betawi cultural village Setu Babakan. The object of this research was 200 respondents who have ever visit to Betawi cultural village Setu Babakan at one time. The results of descriptive test explained that the destination image provided is good according to the tourist, so that the tourist is satisfied and want to revisit intention of Betawi cultural village Setu Babakan. The hypothesis test shows: 1) the influence of destination image toward revisit intention by -30%, 2) the influence of tourist satisfaction toward revisit intention by 118%, 3) the influence of destination image toward tourist satisfaction by 92%. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: 1) influence of confidence to Toyota Agya car purchase decision in Jakarta area, and 2) influence of brand image to Toyota Agya car purchase decision in Jakarta area. The object of this research is 200 respondents of Toyota Agya car users in Jakarta area. Methods of data collection using survey method. Data analysis using SPSS 22. Descriptive test results explain that there is still a lack of trust and brand image in Toyota Agya car in the Jakarta area causing the lack of consumer response to make purchasing decisions. The result of hypothesis testing shows: 1) existence of positive and significant influence of trust toward purchasing decision, 2) existence of positive and significant influence from brand image to purchasing decision.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-service quality terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Tokopedia. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived service value terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Tokopedia. Metode pengumpulan data ini menggunakan data primer yaitu kuesioner. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 200 orang responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis berganda, dan alat analisis data menggunakan software SPSS versi 22. Dengan hasil t-hitung sebesar 6.751 lebih besar dari t-tabel sebesar 1.972 menunjukan e-service quality mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan Tokopedia, dan hasil t-hitung sebesar 6.063 lebih besar dari t-tabel 1.972 menunjukkan bahwa perceived service value mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan Tokopedia.
