The main principle in wound care management is infection control because infection inhibits the wound healing process, causing morbidity and mortality rates to increase. In carrying out wound care, nurses need to maintain the safety of patients and themselves with applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Nurse compliance in implementing standard operating procedures is one measure of the success of wound care services. Objective: To know the relationship between the level of knowledge and compliance in the implementation of wound care according to SOP. Methods: The study was a correlational design and was conducted at RSUD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Semarang. The samples were 51 subjects collected by purposive sampling technique for surgical ward nurses. The data were analyzed by Spearman rank. Results: The results state that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the compliance of wound care SOP (p=0.000), gender and the compliance of wound care SOP (p=0.000), age and the compliance of wound care SOP (p=0.000), education and the compliance of wound care SOP (p=0.000), working length and the compliance of wound care SOP (p=0.000), and training and the compliance of wound care SOP (p=0.000). Abstract

Bilingual children's story books in Indonesian and English are now being published in Indonesia, providing them as reading options for mothers, caregivers, storytellers, and the children themselves. This study aims to analyze, identify, describe, and classify the forms of translation methods found in a bilingual children's storybook entitled 'The Foos' by Arleen Amidjaja, as well as to analyze the translation methods applied to determine the success in achieving equivalence of meaning in the target language (TL). This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and a documentation method. Employing text analysis, careful reading, and note taking techniques for research constitutes the stages of data collection. Text analysis uses Newmark's translation method theory with data sources from English texts as the source language text (SL) and Indonesian as the TL from the storybook 'The Foos.' The results of the analysis are presented in the form of a comparison of the two languages , along with the results of identifying SL and TL text translation techniques. The interpretation of the identification results is then presented in the form of a descriptive presentation by considering the translation techniques of the identification results. The results of this study indicate that 12 translation method data are oriented to the SL, and eight are oriented to the TL. The translation techniques that are often used are semantic and communicative translation techniques. There are no faithful, adaptation, or idiomatic translation techniques because the children's storybook 'The Foos' does not have proverbial sentences or other foreign language terms. The SL uses simple sentence structures and vocabulary. The translation method that is oriented to the SL with semantic and communicative translation techniques is effective for translating children's storybooks, ensuring that readers understand the content of the stories.

Abstract

Ngiroboyo Beach in Pacitan Regency has great potential as a tourist destination because of its natural beauty. In addition to having a distinctive sea panorama and black sand, this beach also has interesting geothermal potential to be developed. The potential of Ngiroboyo Beach, which has not been widely explored, has led to this community service program being carried out to develop geothermal tourism destinations based on renewable energy, with a focus on increasing access to environmentally friendly electricity and improving tourism facilities. The stages of the activity include socialization, training, and mentoring for tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis) regarding the use of renewable energy through the installation of hybrid PLTS and electric bicycles. The installed hybrid PLTS can produce an electricity capacity of around 400 Watts at peak lighting, as a concrete result of the implementation of this program. The electricity generated through the hybrid PLTS can be used for electricity loads for lights and sound systems to support tourism activities. The training was conducted to strengthen the capacity of the community in managing tourism facilities based on renewable energy. The evaluation results showed a positive response from the participants, who expressed high satisfaction with the implementation of the program. This program is expected to be the first step in promoting the concept of sustainable tourism in Pacitan Regency and supporting sustainable development goals (SDGs), especially in the fields of clean energy and sustainable infrastructure.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to explore visionary leadership strategies for sustaining and developing madrasah culture at the secondary school level (e.g., MTs and MA) in the industry 4.0 era. It examines how effective leadership can preserve traditional values while adapting to technological advancements in education.Method – A literature review approach was employed, analyzing data from databases such as Google Scholar, JSTOR, and Scopus (2010-2025). Keywords included "visionary leadership," "madrasah culture," "Industry 4.0," and "educational leadership." Inclusion criteria focused on peer-reviewed articles, books, and conference proceedings related to madrasah leadership, with exclusion criteria eliminating studies not directly connected to the subject. The quality of studies was assessed using the CASP checklist. Findings – The findings indicate that the effectiveness of madrasah leaders is crucial in preserving and developing madrasah culture in the industry 4.0 era. Visionary leadership is identified as the most effective model, with key strategies such as fostering a long-term, adaptable culture, positioning the leader as an agent of change, aligning goals with technological advancements, and promoting professional development through coaching and collaborative learning (e.g., Professional Learning Communities). The study emphasizes that successful leadership should focus on measurable outcomes, such as increased teacher collaboration, student engagement with technology, and improved educational performance in line with Industry 4.0 standards. Research Implications – Madrasah leaders must adopt visionary leadership to navigate the challenges of Industry 4.0. By implementing these strategies, leaders can ensure the sustainability of madrasah culture while integrating technological advancements. Future research should focus on empirical studies assessing the practical application of these strategies, particularly through longitudinal and case studies across diverse madrasahs.
