Abstract

The purpose of this research is to arrange Bengkulu Malay Grammar. Research method used in this research was descriptive method. Observation, interview, recording and writing on data carts were techniques used in collecting data. Distributional analysis method was used in this research.  The results of this research indicate that from the point of phonology, there is a minimum pair, for example: /c/ and /d/ in /capek/ ‘tired’ and /dapek/ ‘to get’ /m/ and /b/ on /male/ ‘lazy’ and /bale/ ‘revenge’ ; consonant distribution and vowel, for example: [p] on [pai] ‘go’ and [dapek] ‘to get’, [idup] ‘life’, [i] on [iko] ‘ini’, [bini] ‘istri’, [aRi] ‘day’; semivowel, for example duo [duwo] ‘two’, dia [diyo] ‘he/she’. From the point of morphology studied were reduplication, morphophonemic, and word cluster. Reduplication was grouped into two categories, firstly total reduplication, for example, cepek-cepek ‘in a rush’ and secondly part reduplication, for example, termenung-menung, and ‘meditate’. The studied  morphophonemic is a phoneme change, for example, N- + baco   mbaco ‘to read’ and phoneme adding, for example, N- + cat   ngecat ‘ to paint’. Word cluster in this research covers nominal adjectival, adverbial, numerical, verb, pronominal, preposition, conjunction, interrogative, and interjection. From the point of syntax studied were clause, sentence. The studied sentences in this research include informational, interrogative, command, and negation, active and passive sentence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application of the Project Based Learning (PBL) learning model in improving learning outcomes for Comparative Literature Courses. Through the PBL learning model, students are assigned to work on pocket book project assignments. The subjects of this study were fifth semester students of the Indonesian Language Education Study Program Class A FKIP Bengkulu University who were taking Comparative Literature Courses. The research method uses classroom action research methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through oral tests and questionnaires conducted in the first and second cycles. In the second cycle the expected learning outcomes were achieved. Learning outcomes in the second cycle showed that out of 37 students there were 12 students (32%) who got an A. While the rest were students with a B grade of 20 students (54%). C grades are 5 students (14%) and D grades are 0 students (0%). These results indicate that an indicator of the successful application of the PBL model by 30% has been achieved even exceeding the 32% achievement target. In general it can be concluded that the application of PBL for Comparative Literature Courses in the University of Bengkulu University of Indonesia Language Study Program semester V of class a students of school year 2019/2020 2019/2020 can improve learning outcomes in understanding the concept of comparative literature.

Abstract

Idea blanchardii is one of many endemic butterfly species in Sulawesi, Indonesia. This species is among the highly traded butterfly species thus requires biological information on the captive breeding. The aim of this study was to obtain data on the adult life-span, to report the multivoltine generation, and to provide conservation-related insight. Captive breeding research on this species was conducted within the period of September 2018 until February 2020.  The host plant, Parsonsia alboflavescens, was used to support the life of this species for ovipositing and larval food plant. The adults would visit almost any flowers available at the facility. In total, 696 individuals were observed. Data on mating information of the species is presented here. Observations on when a female lays eggs are also revealed. This research showed that I. blanchardii is polygamous and polyandrous. Individuals of this species could live much longer than other butterfly species. A few could live over 80 days and one still seen laying eggs at the age of 136 days old.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of income, perceptions of loan interest rates, and perceptions of the ease of credit loan terms on credit demand at PNM Mekaar in Cimanggu District, Cilacap Regency. The respondents of this study were 97 people who were PNM Mekaar customers in Cimanggu District. Data collection techniques used are direct interviews and questionnaires. As for the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression technique. The results of this study indicate that income, perceptions of credit interest rates, and perceptions of the ease of credit loan terms together have a significant effect on credit demand at PNM Mekaar. While partially, income has a significant positive effect on credit demand at PNM Mekaar. Perceptions of credit interest rates have a negative but not significant effect on credit demand at PNM Mekaar. Perceptions of the ease of credit loan terms have a significant positive effect on credit demand at PNM Mekaar. The implication of this research is that PNM Mekaar should continue to improve business assistance to customers in order to deveop their business, so as to increase customer income. In addition, PNM Mekaar should maintain the ease of loan terms.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and evaluate Android-based crossword puzzle learning media for modern Indonesian literature using the ProProfs application. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) methodology, collecting data through questionnaires and tests. Three types of questionnaires were distributed: material expert validation, media expert validation, and user validation. Additionally, user tests were conducted to assess comprehension of the literature content transformed into crossword puzzles. The combined validation results from material experts, media experts, and users yielded an overall average score of 3.77 out of 5, indicating that the developed learning media is appropriate for use in educational settings. This finding aligns with the results of four user trials, which demonstrated an average score of 80.6 out of 100, categorized as 'good' performance. These findings suggest that Android-based crossword puzzles can be an effective tool for engaging students with modern Indonesian literature. Future research could explore the long-term impact of this approach on literature comprehension and retention among various student populations.

Abstract

The research was conducted in Assa’adah Junior High School District DurenSawit East Jakarta, which aims to identify and obtain an overview of the quality ofeducational services. This research was conducted in October 2016 until February 2017.approach used is qualitative approach with methods descriptions. Data collection wasdone through interviews, observation and documentation. source data from this study isthe principal and several supporting informant as deputy principals and heads ofadministration. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concludedthat the quality of service at Assa’adah Junior High School has been running well. then,from the quality of the services performed directly supervised by the principal. it can beseen from the quality planning services starting from problem analysis, identification ofneeds, formulation of objectives, devise alternative actions, action selection, preparationof work plans, implementation of the work plan, evaluation, and feedback. Furthermore,quality control process of comparing the performance of the service begins with thetarget of evaluation, problem analysis, and manufacture of alternative actions. then, thestrategy of increasing the quality of services consisting of the development of educators,improved quality of service, and continuous improvement.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research entitled Partnership in Implementation of School Based Management at SMA Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading aims to identify and obtain an overview of the Partnership Planning, the Partnership Implementation, and the Partnership Monitoring and Evaluation. The research was conducted from November 2016 to July 2017 using a qualitative approach within description method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis was performed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and verification. Investigation and checking the validity of data was performed through the stages of data credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of research discussions in partnership planning can be done based on needs analysis, then analyzing the partnership to know potential partners, proposal discussion, negotiation and signing of MoU. In carrying out the partnership to pay attention to the matter of conformity, which means that the partner must have the criteria in accordance with the characteristics of SMA Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading based on religious and partnership programs conducted between the two sides in accordance with the needs of the school. In monitoring and evaluation, there are several strategies that are to conduct direct monitoring during the partnership program and to evaluate both orally and in writing to analyze the weaknesses and lack of partnership program so that in the future monitoring and evaluation result can be an input for future partnership program can be more effective . Advice can be given for this research should be able to maintain the continuity of the course of the partnership as a factor supporting school-based management. Abstract

The study aims to obtain data in SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta which aims to know the quality of education management in SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta. This research was conducted from June 2017 until August 2017. Researcher used qualitative approaches and descriptive methods. Data collection was done through observation, interview, and documentation study. The sources of this research are: Deputy Headmaster of Public Relations Department as well as Responsible of Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008, Head of School Administration Administration, and Teacher Representative as well as School Quality Internal Audit Team. The quality management planning of education in SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta starts from the preparation of the plan based on the evaluation result of the previous program. Planning is approved at the faculty meeting at the beginning of the school year. The planning process is guided by customer needs, vision, mission, and school goals, as well as government regulations. Implementation of quality management education at SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta involves every element in school according to the capacity and each part. In conducting the implementation of the school guided by the programs that have been agreed, the government regulation, as well as the quality objectives of SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta. Supervision of education quality management at SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta uses several strategies to conduct supervision that is using supervision instrument, customer satisfaction questionnaire learners to program in each school operational area, monitoring activity of OSIS-PK, and so on. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data empiris serta mengamati secara langsung manajemen peserta didik berbasis sekolah yang dilaksanakan berdasarkan penerimaan, masa pengenalan lingkungan sekolah, pembinaan dan pengembangan peserta didik di SMA Al Azhar Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) pelaksanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru meliputi: pembentukan panitia penerimaan peserta didik, penyusunan prosedur dan persyaratan penerimaan calon peserta didik, selanjutnya pengumuman hasil penerimaan peserta didik baru. (2) pelaksanaan masa pengenalan lingkungan sekolah bagi peserta didik baru bertujuan menumbuhkan motivasi, semangat dan cara belajar efektif, mengembangkan interaksi positif antar peserta didik dan warga sekolah, dan menumbuhkan prilaku positif. (3) pembinaan dan pengembangan peserta didik baru meliputi : memberikan layanan bimbingan konseling, mengembangkan potensi peserta didik secara optimal dan terpadu sesuai bakat, minat dan kreativitas.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk mencari data dan informasi mengenai Pengelolaan Kurikulum Dalam Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SMA Islam Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara yang berfokus pada hal-hal seperti perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kurikulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik, Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1). Pengaplikasian MBS (Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah) dalam perencanaan kurikulum terlihat dengan diterapkannya prinsi-prinsip MBS (Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah). (2) Pelaksanaan kurikulum dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perencanaan. (3) Evaluasi kurikulum di SMA Islam Al Azhar Kelapa Gading dikelompokan menjadi dua tahapan yaitu, pertama melakukan evaluasi setelah kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan yang hanya melibatkan unsur kepanitiaan dan pimpinan yang dilaksanakan rutin setiap bulannya, kedua evaluasi general yaitu evaluasi yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama melibatkan semua unsur termasuk BPPS (Badan Penunjang Program Sekolah). Hasil evaluasi yang berupa rekomendasi tersebut digunakan untuk melihat apakah program kurikulum akan dilanjutkan, diperbaharui atau dihapuskan.
