Abstract

Perilaku partikel atomik dapat dipahami dengan jelas bila energi dan fungsi gelombang dari partikel tersebut diketahui. Spektrum energi dan fungsi gelombang untuk partikel yang dipengaruhi oleh potensial Rosen Morse dianalisis menggunakan metode hipergeometri. Persamaan Schrödinger untuk potensial Rosen Morse diubah menjadi persamaan diferensial orde dua fungsi hipergeometri dengan substitusi variabel dan parameter secara tepat. Spektrum energi diperoleh secara eksak dan fungsi gelombang dinyatakan dalam bentuk polinomial hipergeometri. Grafik potensial efektif dengan spektrum energi, fungsi gelombang tingkat dasar, tingkat pertama dan kedua serta rapat probabilitasnya divisualisasikan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman Delphi 7.0. Kata kunci: Hipergeometri, Potensial Rosen Morse, Spektrum energi, Fungsi gelombang.   Analysis of Rosen More’s Wave Function and Potential Energy Spectrum using Hypergeometric Method Abstract Behavior of atomic particles can be clearly understood if the energy and wave functions of the particle are known. Energy spectrum and wave functions for particles governed by the Rosen Morse potential are analyzed using hypergeometric method. Schrödinger equation of Rosen Morse potential is reduced into a second order differential equation of hypergeometric function by appropriate variable and parameters substitution. Energy spectrum is exactly obtained in the closed form and the wave functions are expressed in the form of hypergeometric polynomials /series. The graphs of the effective potential with the energy levels, groundstate, first and second excited  wave functions and its density probabilities are visualized using Delphi 7.0. Abstract

This research is aimed to know students’ concept understanding profile on heat and temperature. This research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Subjects of this research are 10th-grade students in Surakarta in the academic year of 2016/ 2017. They represent high, medium, and low categorized school. Subject selection is based on the average score of physics at the latest four years. This research uses the question of extended response test through essay question. Before having given to the subjects, essay questions are validated by the experts. Based on the research result and the data analysis, students’ concept understanding on heat and temperature as follows: (1) The average percentage of students’ concept understanding at high categorized school is 60,66%, at medium categorized school is 51,47%, and at low categorized school is 48,83%, (2) Most students have misconception on basic concept of heat and temperature such as heat capacity, thermal conductivity, and expansion concept.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar bahasa Jawa siswa melalui model pembelajaran aktif CRH pada siswa kelas IX B semester I SMP Negeri 2 Sukoharjo tahun pelajaran 2017/ 2018. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai Desember 2017 di SMP Negeri 2 Sukoharjo. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX B sebanyak 32 siswa. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Teknik  pengumpulan  data  menggunakan   teknik   dokumentasi, observasi, dan  tes tertulis.  Alat pengumpulan data berupa lembar pengamatan, butir  soal tes, dan dokumen  daftar  nilai. Analisis data  menggunakan  analisis deskriptif  komparatif  yang dilanjutkan  refleksi. Setiap  siklus terdiri dari  empat langkah, yaitu: (1) Perencanaan, (2) Pelaksanaan Tindakan, (3) pengamatan, dan (4) Refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan prestasi belajar bahasa Jawa siswa, nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar bahasa Jawa siswa mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebelum tindakan sebesar 68,3, pada siklus I sebesar 75,9 dan pada siklus II sebesar 82,9. Selain itu, persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa juga meningkat, yaitu sebelum tindakan sebesar 34,4%, siklus I sebesar 56,25% dan siklus II sebesar 87,5%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Model pembelajaran aktif CRH dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar bahasa Jawa siswa kelas IX B semester I SMP Negeri 2 Sukoharjo tahun pelajaran 2017/ 2018 ”.Kata kunci:   Prestasi Belajar Bahasa Jawa, Model Pembelajaran Aktif CRH

Abstract

ABSTRACTAim of this research was to determine chemical structure of flavonoid from water fraction ofSappan wood. The flavonoid was isolated by Soxhlet xtraction using methanol and infundation.First, the detection of flavonoid was done using Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) with statioramphase silica gel GF 254 and mobile phase ethyl acetate : acetyc acid 15 % (9:1 v/v) smoked byNH3, and detected under UV 366 nm, showed 5 spots with hRf 7, 50, 61, 68, and 80. PreparatifTLC was done to water fraction, disolveed in methanol and detected with UV-Visspectrophotometry using diagnostic reagents NaOH, NaOAc, NaOAc+H3BO3, AlCl3, ACl3+HCl andcompared with references. In fraction 1, 2, and 5 showed isoflavon with 7-OH, substitution oxygenin position six. In fraction 3 showed isoflavon with 7-OH, substitution oxygen in position six, 6,7diOH in A ring, and o-diOH in 6,7 or 7,8. In fraction 4 showed isoflavon with 7-OH, substitutionoxygen in 6, o-diOH in 6,7 or 7,8 and 5-OH.Key Words: Caesalpinia Sappan. L, Flavonoid, TLC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometry

Abstract

ABSTRACTRambutan fruits are consumed by people for additional food and medical use. Pericarp oframbutan has been known to have some active compounds such as flavonoid. Many flavonoidsfrom plants are known to have anti radical activity effect or antioxidant. It is very interest todetermine of antioxidant activity from ethanol extract of rambutan pericarp (Nephelium lappaceumL.). Antioxidant activity was carried out spectrophotometry by using DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) as a reagent. The extract and vitamin E (-tocoferol) concentration was made 2, 3,4, 5, and 6 g/ml. The increasing concentration of extract and vitamin E has caused the scavengingof free radical DPPH. The amount of free radical scavenging DPPH was calculated based on itsabsorbance, measured at  521 nm. The result showed that anti radical activity of ethanolic extractof rambutan pericarp (EC50 = 1,62 g/ml) is higher than that of vitamin E (EC50 = 2,91 g/ml).Keywords : Rambutan, antioxidant, free radical DPPH

Abstract

Feces waste water disposal which do not qualify cause loss of environmental quality such as interference with the aesthetic form of smell and a polluted environment. There was also other effect such as bacteriological contamination on water resource and the rivers. This condition will not occur if acces to sanitation such  as toilets helthy at anytime, either normal or emergency condition. This acces is often faced obstacles, in particular on the discharge into the septic tank and absorption wells for those who live in tidal areas.            Acces healthy toilets is a shared responbility  between the government and the public in accordance with PERMENKES No. 3 in 2014 abaout Total Sanitation of Community Based (STMB).  Under certain condition the efforts made are often faced with specific problems such as Geographical condition, people I the swamp area, Tidal and or any other emergencies such as natural diseasters, Gathering of people a that, and others. So  that, facilities necessary with a special design made with appropriate technology approach.            The study used a prospective cohort study design with the approach of the observation of the physical condition of the septic tank. While the quality by checking the parameters of TSS and BOD wastewater samples were taken from the outlet 4 time examined the laboratory of BLHD in Jambi Province.            TSS content on compartment A of 178 mg/l whereas in compartment B are in the range between 45 mg/l  amount up to 310 mg/l BOD content on compartment A of 281 mg/l whereas in compartment in the range between 72 mg/l amount up to 846 mg/l.            The high parameters of TSS and BOD in the test of the 2 nd possible because the decomposition of organic materialby microorganisms isnot optimal. While decreased dramatccally in 3 sampledue to the absence increase feces in  a relatively long time.            Altough in general the average TSS and BOD levels are still above the water quality standart of waste in accordance of LH PERMEN No. 3 in 2012 but the septic tank can be used for people in the tidal area of the disposal of feces directly into the environment. Utilizationof drums into a septic tank can lead to the achievement of acces to the toilet in order to achieve the first pillar of STMB.Further studies are needed to design an experiment that conditioned the continuity of feces waste stream and the addition of various media bioflm.Keywords : Drums, Septic tank, BOD, TSS, The density of flies, Smell.

Abstract

Background: Scabiesis a contagious disease, initial observation indicates that patients with scabies are foundin Olak Kemang Health Center Area, Jambi City. Scabies in human could be affected by human factors, environmental and health servicesObjective : This study aimed to identify risk factor related to scabies incidence at Olak Kemang Health Center Area, Jambi CityMethod: This research was an analytic observational study, using a case-control study design. The variable measured wereage, education level, economic status, knowledge, personal hygiene, contact history with scabies patients, humidity and occupancy density. The study population were people that live in Olak Kemang area. There were 44 case sample in this study. As a control group, there were 44 people that is not asufferer of scabies in Olak Kemang Area taken randomly. Data were collected by questionnaire and processed by univariable analysis, bivariable analysis using Chi-square statistic test and multivariable analysis with logistic regression.Result : Research results showed that there was significant relationship as a risk factor between scabies incidence and age, education level, economic status, knowledge, personal hygiene, contact history with scabies patient and occupancy density. There was no relationship between scabies incidence and room humidity factor.Conclusion :There was are lationship between age, education level, economic status, knowledge, personal hygiene, contact history with scabies patient and occupancy density of scabies incident. There was no relationship between the incidence of scabies and room humidity factor.Keywords: Risk Factor, Scabies

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan Multikultural diharapkan menyadarkan warga negara Indonesia bahwa bangsa ini adalah bangsa yang beranekaragam. Sebagai upaya, pendidikan multikulural di dalam kurikulum terintegrasi atau menyatu dengan mata pelajaran lain. Penerapan pedidikan multikultural yang integratif dapat menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif. Dasar pembentukan kelompok dalam pembelajaran kooperatif yang efisien dengan membentuk kelompok non permanen dengan perjanjian sesi atau pertemuan tatap muka. Pembiasaan dengan dasar pembentukan kelompok yang variatif dalam model pembelajaran kooperatif akan mengembangkan kesadaran bahwa hidup sekarang dan nanti bagi siswa adalah tidak ada masalah dalam penyesuaian. Abstract

Apel (Pyrus malus, L) merupakan buah yang memiliki banyak kegunaan dalam kesehatan, yang mengandung zat fitokimia dan flavonoid. Salah satu zat yang terkandung dalam kulit buah apel adalah kuersetin. Kuersetin yang terkandung didalam kulit apel diketahui mampu menurunkan permeabilitas vaskuler (Mochizuki, M., et al, 2004). Berdasarkan penelitian Mochizuki maka dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas ekstrak etanol kulit buah apel terhadap penurunan permeabilitas vaskular sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai terapi kebocoran plasma dalam pengobatan Demam Berdarah Dengue. Uji permeabilitas vaskuler dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode induksi asam asetat. Uji aktivitas ekstrak dilakukan pada mencit jantan putih strain BALB/c yang telah dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok. Kelompok pertama dan kedua adalah kelompok kontrol, kontrol positif diberi 50 EKSAKTA Volume 14 No. 2 suspensi kuersetin standar 0,2mg/20g dan kontrol negatif diberi suspensi Na CMC 0,5%. Kelompok ketiga, keempat, dan kelima adalah kelompok perlakuan . Pada kelompok ini, masing-masing hewan uji menerima suspensi ekstrak etanol kulit buah apel dengan dosis 0,2, 0,4 dan 0,8 mg/20g BB mencit per oral. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan mengukur intensitas warna dari cairan rongga perut hewan uji yang telah dicuci dengan salin setelah terlebih dahulu diberikan sediaan uji, diinjeksi dengan larutan trypan blue, dan asam asetat. Hasil persentase penurunan permeabilitas vaskuler tiap kelompok dianalisa dengan analisis statistik anova satu arah dan dilanjutkan uji tukey dan korelasi-bivariat. Dari hasil penelitian, diketahui persentase penurunan permeabilitas vaskuler ekstrak etanol kulit buah apel dosis 0,2, 0,4 dan 0.8 mg berturut-turut sebesar 42,15%, 63,28%, dan 84,19%.

Abstract

Silage can be produced in two ways, namely chemically and biologically, followed byfermentation. Biological silage production is a fermentation process that utilizes certain microbes (lacticacid bacteria) by adding carbohydrate sources. The lack of carbohydrate content in fresh rebon shrimp canbe added sago flour as a source of carbohydrates. The study aimed to determine the effect and amount ofaddition of the best sago flour on the quality of rebon shrimp silage. The method used in this research wasexperimental method, namely conducting to produce rebon shrimp (Acetes erythraeus) silage using 10%L. plantarum bacteria of the weight of rebon shrimp used. The treatment used was the addition of differentamounts of sago flour of which consisted of 4 treatment levels, each: P1 (10%), P2 (20%), P3 (30%), andP4 (40%). The experimental design used was a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with3 replications. Data from observations were analyzed using ANOVA test and Turkey’s HSD test, each at a99% confidence level. The best treatment was P4 with proximate including: 17.13% protein content,0.95% fat, 74.02% water, and 1.08% ash. Furthermore, the pH value was 4.7 and the total lactic acidbacteria was 1.36 x 107 cfu/mL. Eventually, the addition of different amounts of sago flour can increasethe quality of rebon shrimp silage.
