Abstract

Latar belakang: Salah satu kegiatan yang menciptakan bonding antara ibu dan anak adalah memandikan bayi. Namun sebagian besar ibu takut saat melakukanya, hal ini di karenakan oleh kondisi fisik bayi masih lemah. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi ibu postpartum untuk mengetahui cara memandikan bayi yang benar dan aman. Namun, berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di PMB SR, ditemukan bahwa sebagian besar ibu postpartum masih menggunakan dukun atau mertua untuk memandikan bayinya. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui gambaran keterampilan ibu postpartum di PMB SR. Manfaat penelitian untuk penduduk diwilayah penelitian yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu postpartum tentang cara memandikan bayi yang benar dan aman, sehingga dapat mencegah hipotermia, infeksi, dan kematian bayi, serta meningkatkan bonding attachment antara ibu dan bayi. Desain penelitian: penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. populasi seluruh ibu postpartum di PMB SR yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi berjumlah 30 orang pada periode 08 Mei- 08 Juni 2023 alat ukur pada penelitian ini daftar tilik keterampilan memandikan bayi. Hasil: dari hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh, responden dengan kategori terampil yaitu 7 orang (23%), dan tidak terampil diperoleh 23 orang (77%). Pembahasan: Berdasarkan hasil didapatkan Sebagian besar ibu postpartum tidak terampil dalam memandikan bayinya. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat dijadikan data untuk meningkatkan keterampilan ibu dengan cara mengubah metode pada kelas ibu hamil dari ceramah menjadi kombinasi ceramah dan demonstrasi.

Abstract

Students' reading interest is one of the important factors that can influence learning outcomes, especially in Indonesian language subjects, which play a role in developing students' literacy skills. This study aims to determine reading interest and Indonesian language learning outcomes and the relationship between the two variables in grade V students of MIM PK Blimbing Gatak Sukoharjo in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This quantitative correlational study involved a class V population and a sample size of 31 students. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The instruments used were tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study was hypothesis testing using the product moment correlation formula. The results showed that reading interest was in the moderate category of 42% of 31 students; Indonesian language learning outcomes were also in the moderate category of 42% of 31 students. Based on the calculation of the hypothesis test, the value of sig. was obtained. 0.000 <0.05 shows a significant positive relationship between reading interest and Indonesian language learning outcomes.

Abstract

Hypothyroidism has a major impact on cardiovascular, neurological, gastrointestinal function, metabolic function and growth disorders. Congenital Hypothyroidism Screening (SCH) is an effort to improve the quality of life and prevent growth and development disorders in toddlers. In implementing SHK, problems often arise, including a lack of retraining for health workers, a lack of an appropriate information technology system, a mix-up in the distribution of logistical needs, national health policy guarantees, applicable SOPs and patients who are less cooperative. The aim of this research is to study the implementation of The SHK program in various countries. The research used a literature review method, data sources were collected Through the PubMed database with the keywords Congenital Hypothyroidism. Inclusion criteria are research articles published in 2017-2023, using Indonesian and English, articles regarding the implementation of the SHK program and the research location has an SHK program. A total of 150 articles were collected, 8 articles were described. Results Most countries carry out SHK along with screening for other diseases in newborns. The success of SHK can extend The life expectancy of sufferers. Treatment side effect prevention programs are being developed in countries that have successfully implemented SHK.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of productivity on Return on Equity (ROE) in personal care products subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2019-2023 period. Productivity in this research is measured using the ratio of EBIT to Total Production Costs, while asset use efficiency is measured using Total Asset Turnover (TATO). The data used in this research were obtained from the annual financial reports of companies included in the personal care products subsector. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression to test the effect of productivity and TATO on ROE. The research results show that productivity as measured by the ratio of EBIT to Total Production Costs does not have a significant influence on ROE. Meanwhile, TATO shows a significant influence on ROE in the companies studied. These findings indicate that in the personal care products subsector, asset use efficiency has an influence on ROE. However, considering that the R2 value is less than 50%, it is very important to consider that factors such as marketing strategy, product innovation, and cost management may play a more dominant role in determining a company's financial performance. This research provides insight for company management and investors about the importance of considering various factors that influence profitability and overall financial performance. It is recommended for further research to expand the independent variables studied and consider external conditions that can influence research results.

Abstract

Healthy food is consumed to meet nutritional needs in accordance with health standards in order to increase intelligence and a healthy lifestyle. This study aims to determine the factors that most influence on healthy food buying decisions, from internal factors (age, lifestyle and knowledge) and external factors (product, promotion, price and place). In this research delimitation (restrictions) is carried out so that it is more controlled and relevant to what will be proven. The realization is that the age variable is not included in the factor analysis because it is a characteristic of the respondents, the place variable is also not analyzed because the marketing is done online. This correlational quantitative research uses primary and secondary data collected through interviews, documentation and questionnaires to 68 respondents, namely healthy food consumers. Data processing using the KMO-MSA method and interpretation of factor analysis, the results formed factor 1 (price, lifestyle, knowledge) and factor 2 (product and promotion). The Component Transformation Matrix shows the value of Component 1 and 2 whose correlation value is > 0.5, namely 0.735, it is concluded that the five variables are feasible for analysis. To find out the most influential factor, a multiple logistic regression test was carried out, the result is that the product has an Exp(B) value of 4.797, meaning that consumers have a tendency to buy because of the product 4.797 times. Meanwhile, promotions have an Exp(B) value of 8.991, meaning that consumers have a tendency to buy 8.991 because of promotions carried out by producers.

Abstract

Mohamad Alif Fahmi. "Implementation of inclusive education for children with special needs at the inclusive school of SMP Negeri 37 Semarang ". Postgraduate, Universitas PGRI Semarang, 2024. The study was based on students with special needs, especially subjects related to physical education to be lacking in knowledge material and appear more prominent in skills or practical activities. Its implementation at SMP Negeri 37 Semarang was only in 2024, but it is still not in accordance with existing provisions. The objectives of this study are: 1.) To know the process of occurrence or the existence of children with special needs. 2.) To know inclusive education is obtained by children with special needs in PJOK learning in the psychomotor aspect. 3.) To know the treatment received by students with special needs from PJOK teachers and regular students both from learning, assessment and activities at school. The results of this study prove that the implementation of inclusive education for children with special needs at SMP Negeri 37 Semarang is already in the good category. Evidence from the results of this study can be seen from the good running of aspects such as planning, implementation and evaluation in the inclusive education program.

Abstract

Kehamilan adalah penyatuan dari ovum dan spermatozoa, yang akan berlanjut dengan penempelan pada dinding rahim dan akan berkembang dalam rahim yang membutuhkan waktu selama 40 minggu. Dalam proses kehamilan dan pertumbuhan janin dalam rahim, fisik dan psikologis ibu mengalami perubahan. Perubahan fisik yang dialami ibu hamil berupa perubahan volume darah, pembesaran perut, pembesaran payudara, perubahan kulit menjadi lebih gelap, perubahan saluran pernafasan sehingga ibu merasa sesak nafas, perubahan hormonal dan saluran pencernaan yang menimbulkan rasa mual muntah dan terjadi obstipasi. Pada ibu hamil perubahan psikologis juga terjadi, yang kadang menimbulkan kekecewaan, rasa kurang menarik, butuh perhatian dan sebagainya. Perubahan yang terjadi pada ibu hamil, bila tidak dipahami ibu hamil tersebut bisa mengakibatkan depresi pada ibu. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberi pemahaman pada ibu hamil tentang perubahan yang terjadi, supaya ibu hamil tidak mengalami masalah yang tidak diharapkan. Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Praktek Mandiri Bidan Suhartini Tulangan Sidoarjo, yang diikuti oleh 13 orang. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sesuai dengan harapan yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang perubahan fisik maupun psikologis yang dialami ibu hamil, sehingga tidak akan terjadi masalah yang tidak diharapkan, misalkan rasa kekecewaan, depresi dan sebagainya

Abstract

Globally, the number of sexual disclosures (SH) in academia reaches 58%, the second highest after the military sector. This problem remains unresolved due to a lack of internal support and cross-sector mentoring. This study aims to formulate a Pentahelix collaboration model to mitigate SH in higher education. The research method uses a systematic literature review (PRISMA). The results show that a lack of understanding of gender equality and a culture of silence cause SH in higher education. Prevention of SH begins with policies that regulate and accommodate higher education for the benefit of victims. The main obstacle is the lack of understanding of gender equality and the evaluation of SH cases. Additionally, limited mass media space is another obstacle. For the effectiveness of the policy, collaboration between the government, private sector, community, media, and academics is essential through the Pentahelix. The government is responsible for developing law enforcement, while other sectors are aware of the negative impacts of violence against children. The researcher proposes eight phases for policy implementation, starting from defining violence against children to assessing policies that have been implemented.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Semua perempuan yang sedang mengandung akan melalui tahap penyesuaian fisik dan psikologis terhadap kehamilannya, sesuai ditahap trimester yang sedang dilaluinya. Pada awal tiga bulan pertama keluhan yang dirasakan ibu hamil adalah timbulnya rasa nek dan ingin mengeluarkan isi perut yang disebut dengan emisis gravidarum, dimana keluhan tersebut dirasakan setelah bangun tidur saat matahari terbit, dikenal dengan morning sicknes, tetapi ada sebagian kecil ibu hamil mengalami keluhan itu pada malam hari. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya emisis gravidarum adalah dari dalam tubuh sendiri yaitu hormonal, psikologis, gizi, paritas, dan faktor dari luar adalah pekerjaan. Paritas adalah jumlah persalinan dan bayi yang dilahirkan hidup yang dialami oleh seorang perempuan. Metode: Karya ilmiah ini menggunakan desain penelitian analitik dan memakai sistem cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu hamil di PMB Nur Giarti Tulangan Sidoarjo, yang berjumlah 50 ibu hamil. Alat yang dipakai untuk megumpulkan data berupa kuesioner yang harus diisi oleh ibu hamil yang menjadi obyek penelitian. Data penelitian ini dianalisa menggunakan uji statistik uji Chi Square dengan nilai siqnifikansi ɑ= 0,05. Setelah dianalisis hasil didapatkan adalah nilai p = 0, 304 > 0,05, artinya Ho diterima yang maksunya adalah tidak ada hubungan antara paritas dengan kejadian emisis gravidarum di PMB Nur Giarti Tulangan Sidoarjo. Simpulan: Hasil dari penelitian ini tidak sama dengan sumber dan literatur yang terdahulu, yaitu emisis gravidarum disebabkan berapa banyak ibu hamil pernah melahirkan.
