Interpersonal communication is essential for student affairs A Guidance and Counseling as a potential counselor because preparation to help foster effective and efficient communication with the counselee. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship jointly between self-efficacy and cohesiveness with interpersonal communication. This research is descriptive quantitative. Population and sample are all students Department of Guidance and Counseling, amounting to 361 students with a sampling technique using proportional random sampling, the samples were taken is 30% of the study population. Means of data collection using a scale of interpersonal communication that has tested its validity the product moment formula and the reliability of the instrument with alpha formula. Analysis of data using multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship jointly between self-efficacy with interpersonal communication, the value of F count = 15,710 with sig = 0.000 <0.05 . The conclusion of this study that there is a significant relationship together between self-efficacy with interpersonal communication. It is hoped advisable for the Department of Guidance and Counseling to provide innovation activities that can improve interpersonal communication, self-efficacy and cohesiveness.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role playing dapat berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman agresivitas siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian eksperimen. Desain yang digunakan adalah (quasi-experimental), serta pola eksperimen yang digunakan adalah pre-test and post-test. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang berjumlah 15 siswa terdiri dari 3 siswa berkriteria rendah dan 12 siswa berkriteria sedang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode summated ratings atau lebih terkenal dengan model skala Likert yang digunakan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian bimbingan kelompok. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil pre-test pemahaman agresivitas siswa kategori sedang (48,65 %). Setelah diberikan treatment berupa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role palying, hasil post-test pemahaman agresivitas siswa kategori rendah (35,52 %). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pemahaman agresivitas siswa dalam bimbingan kelompok pada siswa sebesar 13,13%. Dengan demikian pemahaman agresivitas siswa dapat dipahami melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role playing. The purpose of this study was to determine whether counseling services group with role playing techniques can affect the students' understanding of aggressiveness. This research included in this type of research experiments. The design used is (quasi-experimental), as well as the experimental pattern used is the pre-test and post-test. The sampling technique used purposive sampling consisted of 15 students from low berkriteria 3 students and 12 students berkriteria being. Methods of data collection methods Summated ratings or better known as Likert scale models are used before and after the administration of group counseling. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The pre-test students' understanding of the aggressiveness of the medium category (48.65%). After being given a treatment in the form of guidance services group with role palying techniques, the results of the post-test students' understanding of the aggressiveness of the low category (35.52%). The results showed the influence of students' understanding of aggressiveness in group counseling to students by 13.13%. Thus understanding the aggressiveness of the students can be understood through group counseling services with role playing techniques.

Melalui Bimbingan Kelompok dengan teknik Permainan Kerjasama diharapkan rendahnya komunikasi antar pribadi siswa dapat ditingkatkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan komunikasi antar pribadi melalui Bimbingan Kelompok dengan Teknik Permainan Kerjasama. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik non parametrik dengan rumus wilcoxon. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan komunikasi antar pribadi siswa sebelum mendapatkan perlakuan sebesar 59% dengan kategori sedang dan setelah mendapatkan perlakuan meningkat menjadi 78% dengan kategori tinggi. Perbedaan tingkat komunikasi antar pribadi siswa sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan perlakuan sebesar 19%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah rendahnya komunikasi antar pribadi siswa pada kelas XI Matematika dan Sains 2 SMA Negeri 1 Muntilan meningkat setelah mendapatkan Bimbingan kelompok dengan Teknik Permainan Kerjasama. Adapun saran yang dapat peneliti sampaikan adalah guru pembimbingan dapat melaksanakan Bimbingan Kelompok dengan Teknik Permainan Kerjasama sebagai salah satu media untuk meningkatakan kemampuan komunikasi antar pribadi khususnya untuk kelas X yang masih memerlukan adaptasi di sekolah yang baru. Through the Technical Guidance Group Cooperation Games is expected to improve the students’ interpesonal comunication. The purpose of this study was to determine the success in increasing interpesonal comunication through Technical Guidance Group Cooperation Games. Psychological scale method was used to collect the data. A non-parametric statistical Wilcoxon formula was used to analyze the data. Based on the results of the study show the interpesonal comunication of students before getting treatment by 59% with moderate category and after getting treatment increased to 78% with the high category. The difference in the level of interpesonal comunication of students before and after getting treatment by 19%. The conclusions of this study is the lack of interpesonal comunication in eleventh graders of Mathematics and Science 2 SMA Negeri 1 Muntilan increased after getting Guidance group with Cooperation Game Technique. As for the suggestion, Technical Guidance Group Cooperation Games can be used as one of the media to increase the ability of interpesonal comunication, especially for tenth graders which still require adaptation in the new school.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas VI Al Qolam SD Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah 1 Purwokerto dengan sampel 8 orang siswa. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala konsentrasi belajar dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis wilcoxon match pairs. Hasil analisis deskriptif persentase menunjukan bahwa konsentrasi belajar siswa sebelum memperoleh layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan berada pada kategori sedang (226,9) dan setelah memperoleh layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan berada pada kategori tinggi (274,5). Berdasar hasil uji wilcoxon match pairs menunjukkan Thitung 0 dan Ttabel 4, sehingga Thitung 0 < Ttabel 4 atau berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa konsentrasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan. This study purposed to improve learning concentration trough group guidance services by game technique. This study is experimental study. This study was conducted at SD Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah 1 Purwokerto with eight students in sixth grade of Al Qolam class as the sample. The data were collected by learning concentration scale and observation. The data analysis technique used descriptive percentage analysis and wilcoxon match pairs analysis. The result of descriptive percentage showed that learning concentration of student before students are given group guidance services by game technique is in the average middle category (226,9) and after obtaining group guidance services by game technique have an average in the high category (274,5). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat apakah ada perbedaan interaksi sosial siswa sebelum dan setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik social play. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain pre eksperimen design dengan jenis one group pre test and post test design. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan skala likert dengan jumlah 49 butir pernyataan yang telah diuji cobakan sebelumnya. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggnakan deskriptif persentase dan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, gambaran interaksi sosial siswa sebelum diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik social play menunjukkan bahwa tingkat interaksi sosial siswa dalam kriteria sedang (66,93%). Gambaran interaksi sosial siswa setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik social play termasuk dalam kriteria tinggi (80,61%). Interaksi sosial siswa setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik social play mengalami peningkatan sebesar 13,68%. Dari hasil uji wilcoxon diperoleh thitung = 55 dan ttabel = 8, maka thitung>ttabel, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. The purpose from this research is to get there are differencesabout social interaction before and after a given group guidance with social play. This type of research is experimental research with pre experimental design with a kind of one group pre test and post test design. Tool of collecting data using a likert scale with the number of 49 point declaration has been tested before. Analysis methods data is descriptive percentage and hypothesis testing with wilcoxon test. Result of the research, social interaction of students before being given group guidance with social play indicates in criteria medium (66,93%). Social interaction of students after being given group guidance with social play indicated in the high criteria (80,61%). Social interaction of students after being given group guidance with social play increased by 13,68%. Wilcoxon test result tcount= 55 and ttable= 8, tcount> ttable, so that Ho rejected and Ha accepted.

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Karangrayung yang memiliki kreativitas rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pengaruh layanan penguasaan konten. Subyek penelitian mengambil kelas rendah SMP Negeri 2 Karangrayung yaitu kelas VII H yang berjumlah 25 menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologis kreativitas belajar. Instrumen tersebut telah diujicobakan untuk digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan validitas dengan rumus product moment dan reabilitas instrument dengan rumus Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis deskriptif persentase dan t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kreativitas belajar setelah diberi perlakuan berupa layanan penguasaan konten sebesar 7,13%. Berdasarkan hasil uji t-test diperoleh nilai thitung= 6,929 dan ttabel= 2,064 berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Jadi, hasil dari penelitian ini adalah layanan penguasaan konten mempengaruhi kreativitas belajar. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan guru pembimbing agar memanfaatkan layanan penguasaan konten dengan cara belajar kelompok dan mind mapping disarankan digunakan oleh guru BK untuk meningkatkan kreativitas belajar. This research was conducted based on phenomena that occur in grade VIII Negeri 2 Karangrayung which has a low learning creativity. The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the effect mastery of content services. Subject of this research is the lowest class in National Junior High School 2 Karangrayung which is 25 students in VII H class from purposive sampling. The technique of datas’s collect is psychology scale about creativity in learning. The instrument has been tested with product moment formula for validity, and alpha formula for realibility. The technique of data’s analysis is descriptive percentage and t-test. The result of this research are there is an increased creativity in learning after treatment was given amounted to 7.13%. Based on the results of t-test obtained by value t = 6,929 and t table = 2,064, means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus, the results of this reaserch is mastery of content services are affect creativity in learning. Therefore, it is expected that guidance and counseling teachers in order to provide services utilizes mastery of content services with learning group and mind mapping suggested guidance and counseling teacher used to increase creativity in learning students.

This research was conducted based on phenomena that occur in grade XI IPS 1 Public high School Negeri Kerjo Kabupaten Karanganyar which has on premarital sexual behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of guidance service with discussion techniques on premarital sexual behavior. The research subject in this study were students of grade XI IPS 1 Public high School Negeri Kerjo Kabupaten Karanganyar which consist to 15 students were taken using purposive sampling. Methods were using scaling assessment of premarital sexual behavior of students. The data analysis techniques was using wilcoxon match pairs test. The research result showed that sexual behavior before treatment included in in low category and after treatment premarital sexual behavior included in very low category. Wilcoxon match pairs that result showed that Tvalue(0) dan Ttable 5% (25) so that Tvalue< Ttable = 0 < 25which meant Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. It shows that group guidance service discussion techniques influence on premarital sexual behavior. The conclusion of this research is no effect of group guidance services on premarital sexual behavior

This study was conducted based on the phenomenon in SMA 3 Magelang which indicate that there are students who have a low assertive behavior. The research was conducted on July 28 to September 2, 2015. This study aims to determine students' assertive behavior before and after the service, and to know the influence of the control service content sociodramas techniques in improving assertive behavior class XI MIA 1. The type of research is experimental research. Methods of data collection using the instrument scale psychological scale assertive capability. Methods of data analysis using descriptive percentages and t-test. The results showed that the percentage of early before getting services at 55.99% and after getting treatment showed a percentage of 83.54% is thus increased by 27.55%. Results of t-test showed that the values ​​obtained tcalculated = 17.00> ttable = 2.00 at the 5% significance level, the calculation of the t-test showed that tcalculated> t ttable, so that Ho refused and Ha accepted. Based on the results of this study concluded that the assertive behavior class XI MIA 1 at SMA 3 Magelang before getting services with lower category, after getting the service with high category, so that assertive behavior through mastery of content services sociodrama technique can be improved.

This research was conducted based on the phenomenon in Muhammadiyah orphanage Semarang which shows a low level of self learning. This research aimed to determine changes of children’s self learning inMuhammadiyah orphanage Semarang through individual counselin with behavioral approach, behavior contract technique. This research uses a case study approach that is directed into the handling of the case. The focus of this research is the low level of children’s self learning when the children in the orphanages. Data collection methods used wereinterviews, observation, and documentation. The data’s validity testing technique is by triangulation. Analysis of the data used analysis of content, comparative and logic. The subjects of research are AW, EDP, and MKG that have problems with low level of self learning. Theresults of the counseling research to three children is known that the children’s self learning when in the orphanage is already increase, so based on the results of the research can be concludedthat the lack of counselee’s self learning can be solved through individual counseling with behavioral approach, behavior contract technique.

Perawatan dan pemeliharaan gedung merupakan masalah penting yang harus diperhatikan karena berkaitan dengan kenyamanan dan keselamatan setiap pengguna gedung. Gedung negara memiliki perencanaan umur bangunan 50 tahun. Pemeliharaan dan perawatan gedung negara dilaksanakan dengan mempertimbangkan umur bangunan, penyusutan dan kerusakan bangunan. Gedung C di Komplek Bupati Kudus dibangun pada tahun 2016. Pada komponen arsitektural bangunan terdapat beberapa kerusakan yang disebabkan karena beberapa ruang yang dialihfungsikan, perubahan cuaca dan pemeliharaan yang kurang. Kerusakan gedung dikhawatirkan akan merusak komponen lain yang bisa mengganggu fungsinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kerusakan komponen arsitektural, volume kerusakan dan biaya perawatan dan pemeliharaan Gedung C Komplek Bupati Kudus berdasarkan Permen PU No. 22/PRT/M/2018 serta analisis dengan mengacu pada Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) dan Harga Satuan Pekerjaan Konstruksi (HSPK) Kota Kudus. Analisis biaya difokuskan pada komponen arsitektural yaitu dinding, lantai dan plafon sebagai objek penelitian. Berdasarkan analisis presentase kerusakan komponen arsitektural Gedung C Komplek Bupati Kudus sebesar 1,650% dan termasuk jenis kerusakan ringan. Rencana Anggaran Biaya pekerjaan perawatan Gedung C Komplek Bupati Kudus pada komponen arsitektural sebesar Rp 43.920.000,-. Diharapkan penelitian ini bisa dijadikan pedoman atau acuan oleh pengelola bangunan gedung dalam perencanaan biaya pemeliharaan dan perawatan bangunan gedung, khususnya Gedung C Komplek Bupati Kudus.
