Pembimbing I Dr. Yovitha Yuliejantiningsih, M.Pd dan Pembimbing II Dr. Muhammad Prayito, M.Pd. Kualitas pembelajaran merupakan mutu dari proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Penelitian ini mengungkap sejauh mana supervisi akademik, kompetensi pedagogik guru, dan budaya sekolah ramah anak berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kualitas pembelajaran 2) pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap kualitas pembelajaran 3) pengaruh budaya sekolah ramah anak terhadap kualitas pembelajaran 4) pengaruh Supervisi akademik, kompetensi pedagogik guru, dan budaya sekolah ramah anak terhadap kualitas pembelajaran. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ex post facto (noneksperimen). Populasi penelitian adalah 300 guru dari 40 SD Se-Kecamatan Kembang. Sampelnya 172 guru. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket. Analisis data penelitian meliputi analisis uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan analisis deskriptif, uji regresi tunggal dan berganda menggunakan SPSS 25 serta uji struktural menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kualitas pembelajaran sebesar 27,2% dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 188.532 + 0,328X1, (2) pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap kualitas pembelajaran sebesar 18,9% dengan persamaan regreai Ŷ = 198.769 + 0,260X2. (3) pengaruh budaya sekolah ramah anak terhadap kualitas pembelajaran sebesar 15,2% dengan persamaan regreai Ŷ = 210.543+ 0,507X3. (4) pengaruh supervisi akademik, kompetensi pedagogik guru dan budaya sekolah ramah anak terhadap kualitas pembelajaran sebesar 39,8% dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 254,655 + 0,258X1 + 0,163X2+0,289X3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa supervisi akademik, Kompetensi pedagogik guru dan budaya sekolah ramah anak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas pembelajaran secara keseluruhan terbukti secara signifikan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Pembaharuan kurikulum nasional sangat penting untuk menjawab tantangan global dan kebutuhan adaptasi sumber daya manusia. Namun, pada penerapannya kerap dihadapkan pada tantangan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan kesiapan profesionalisme bagi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana dampak pembaharuan kurikulum nasional terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas serta mengevaluasi kesiapan dan profesionalisme guru dalam penerapannya. Menggunakan metode kajian pustaka (literature review) dengan menganalisis berbagai jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan dokumen kebijakan, data dikumpulkan secara sistematis dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif melalui koding, kategorisasi, dan sintesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum baru mendorong terjadinya pergeseran pedagogi ke arah pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa dan berpeluang meningkatkan keaktifan siswa, meskipun dampaknya pada hasil belajar masih beragam. Guru juga menunjukkan kemauan beradaptasi namun terkendala kurangnya pelatihan secara komprehensif, beban kerja yang berlebih, dan sedikitnya dukungan profesional. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan pada guru, pendampingan, penguatan komunitas belajar guru, serta dukungan sumber daya dan penyederhanaan administrasi bagi sekolah untuk mencapai implementasi kurikulum yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini telah dilaksanakan selama 1 hari pada masyarakat di Universitas Bhakti Asih Tangerang dalam rangka HUT Kemerdekaan RI dan HUT Tentara Nasional Indonesia ke-79 bertujuan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan sebagai bentuk screening test dalam mendeteksi dini tensi darah, gula darah, kadar hemoglobin dan kolesterol. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan untuk masyarakat. Tahapan pelaksanaan diawali dengan melakukan pendaftaran pada daftar hadir peserta lalu dilakukan pengukuran tensi darah, selanjutnya pemeriksaan gula darah, hemoglobin, dan kolesterol dengan menggunakan stik digital. Pemeriksaan kesehatan ini dilakukan seluruh dosen dibawah fakultas ilmu kesehatan dan sains, baik prodi DIII kebidanan, S1 Adminitrasi Rumah Sakit, S1 ilmu keperawatan, dan Profesi Ners. Hasil evaluasi terhadap kegiatan pemeriksanaan kesehatan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat dapat melakukan deteksi dini dalam mengetahui kondisi tensi darah, gula darah, hemoglobin dan kolesterol setiap individunya.

Abstract

The intention of this article is to report one of Pejuang Muda program called Team Based Project in the form of empowering a poor family. After going through the stages of observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires on problems to all sub-districts in the Sukabumi Regency area, it was determined that the program to be implemented by the Pejuang Muda of Sukabumi Regency was a humanitarian program in the form of provision to be given to Mrs. Kokob and Mr. Eman, a person with disabilities. The Poor Families empowerment program was implemented on the 16th of December 2021 in Darussalam Village RT 8 RW 6 Bantargadung Regency Sukabumi Regency West Java. The result shows that 1) The target of this program can be achieved properly according to planning and expectations. 2) Through this program Ibu Kokob can run a stall so that she can earn money from it for helping their daily needs. 3) The team of Pejuang Muda of Sukabumi Regency succeeded in conducting the Team Based project as one of the programs of Pejuang Muda. They were able to find the problem, set the solution, and solve the problem that occurred in the society

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dengan nilai-nilai moral keislaman pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Sahabat Alam. Dengan melibatkan media pembelajaran yang inovatif, menggunakan video cerita "Burung Merpati dan Semut" dalam bahasa Inggris, tujuan utama kegiatan ini untuk menguji efektivitas penggunaan video dalam keterampilan menggunakan kosa kata bahasa inggris dan memperkuat nilai-nilai moral keislaman. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pelatihan tersebut dilaksanakan secara langsung (offline) yang dihadiri oleh 27 siswa kelas VIII SMP Sahabat Alam Palangka Raya. Pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang melibatkan penyampaian materi dengan video cerita, tanya jawab, dan kegiatan interaktif lainnya berhasil meningkatkan kosa kata pada siswa dan berhasil mengintegrasikan moralitas dengan penguasaan kosa-kata. Keterlibatan 27 siswa dari SMP Sahabat Alam Palangka Raya menunjukkan minat yang tinggi terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran ini. Diharapkan, integrasi pendidikan bahasa Inggris dan nilai-nilai moral keislaman melalui pendekatan inovatif semacam ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pembentukan generasi cerdas, beretika, dan berwawasan luas di era digital.

Abstract

The studies regarding the effectiveness of teaching using a mobile phone on students’ vocabulary mastery are widely discussed.  While the process of how students acquire that vocabulary from a mobile phone is barely touched. That’s why the purpose of this study is to investigate the process of students acquiring English vocabulary from mobile phone use and whether the students comprehend the meaning of the vocabulary that they acquire or not. The design of this study employed study case design. The subject of this study was 7 students at a fourth-grade elementary school. The observation and interview were used for data collection. The research results demonstrated that mobile phone has great potential as an instructional tool for acquiring English vocabulary. The findings also indicated that the process of acquiring English vocabulary is caused by two factors. The first is psycholinguistic factors and the second is social factors. The finding indicated that the psycholinguistic factors hold the significant one. It can be seen from the repetition and exploration done by their own self in acquiring the English vocabulary. While the social factor such as people around them (their parents and friends) have less contribution in assisting them in acquiring the English vocabulary. Regarding the comprehension of vocabulary that they acquired, the findings suggested that three students understand and know the real meaning of most of the English vocabulary that they gained from daily mobile phone use, while the rest (four) students knew the words only based on words function without knowing the real meaning of each English word. Generally, findings clearly showed that mobile phones facilitated students in acquiring English vocabulary independently.

Abstract

Education is a constitutional right and a pillar of national development. The government allocates a minimum of 20% of the budget, with a total of IDR 665 trillion in 2024. However, increasing the budget does not guarantee equitable quality. The average length of national school is 8.92 years, but Papua and NTT are still below 7.5 years. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of local governments in the management of education budgets, as well as to assess the extent to which this management contributes to improving access and quality of education in the regions. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the aim of gaining an in-depth understanding of the role of local governments in managing education budgets and their impact on improving access and quality of education. Based on the results of the analysis, it is shown that the allocation and distribution of the education budget in Indonesia does not fully reflect the principle of justice between regions. Although most regions have met the minimum provisions for education spending in the APBD, the achievement of indicators such as average length of schooling, pure participation rate, and national assessment results still show striking gaps. For example, DKI Jakarta has the highest RLS of 11.31 years, while some provinces such as Papua are still below 7.5 years. Intermediate APM also varied, with Papua at 60.5% and East Nusa Tenggara at 63.2%. In terms of quality, DKI Jakarta and Yogyakarta show the percentage of student literacy and numeracy competency above 80%, while Papua is below 60%. This proves that the large proportion of the budget does not automatically guarantee equitable educational achievements. Therefore, the quality of governance and the effectiveness of program implementation are key factors in realizing equitable access and quality of education throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

The application of integrated quality management principles (TQM) is vital to ensure that every stage of education, from input, process, to output, meets the established quality standards. SMK Negeri 4 Samarinda is one of the vocational schools in Samarinda city that plays an important role in producing ready-to-use middle-level workforce. This study aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses in the implementation of TQM principles and provide strategic recommendations to assist the school in improving its management system comprehensively. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with the aim of understanding and deeply describing the application of the process approach principles in integrated quality management at SMK Negeri 4 Samarinda. The results indicate that the implementation of this principle is still not optimal in various aspects. Teacher involvement in the development of quality programs is dominated by passive participation, with only about 20% of teachers actively engaged. Similarly, the realization of the teaching factory program and industrial practice has not been fully equitable, with only 68% of students gaining experience in the teaching factory and 60% of the practice facilities deemed adequate. These findings reflect the incomplete implementation of the process approach in the planning and execution of quality-based learning activities.

Abstract

The EFL students' difficulties in academic writing, including limitations in grammar, vocabulary, and idea development, necessitate innovative AI-based writing tools solutions. The usage of artificial intelligence (AI)-based writing tools to assist students in producing academic essays is examined in this study. Five English education majors who had completed essay writing classes and had prior experience with AI tools participated in semi-structured interviews as part of a phenomenological qualitative technique to gather data. Students utilize a variety of tools, including ChatGPT, Grammarly, and QuillBot, for brainstorming, grammatical correction, and idea organization, according to the study's findings. In general, they considered AI to be effective in speeding up the writing process, improving language accuracy, and reducing anxiety. However, they emphasized the importance of wise use to avoid sacrificing critical thinking independence. These findings confirm these tools serve as a support, not a substitute, in the development of students' academic writing skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the kiyai leadership model in developing the quality of boarding school education. A qualitative approach with an interpretive paradigm was used in this study. A case study was designed at Pondok Pesantren Khas Kempek Cirebon during the year 2022-2023. Primary and secondary data were collected through observation, documentation, and interviews. After that, the data were analyzed, which included information reduction and data validation. The results of this study show that Kiyai implements a transformative leadership model in four dimensions, namely Idealized Influence, Intellectual Stimulation, Individual Consideration, Inspirational Motivation. Efforts made by the Kyai to improve the quality of education by making changes to the boarding school education system, namely with a directed and modern curriculum. The results of this study provide important insights for kyai in particular and for pesantren education managers in general about how to optimize their leadership to improve the quality of education being implemented by their pesantren institutions. This study also shows that a transformative leadership model of kiyai is needed in moving boarding school educational institutions to produce quality education.
