This study aims to analyze the role of learning communities in improving the quality of education through teacher collaboration and instructional innovation. The method used in this research is a literature review by analyzing 20 relevant scientific articles. The findings indicate that learning communities, particularly the Professional Learning Community (PLC), play an important role in fostering a collaborative culture through discussion, reflection, and the sharing of teaching practices. Such collaboration encourages the improvement of teachers’ competencies, motivation, and innovation in developing creative and technology based learning. The resulting instructional innovations have been shown to increase student engagement and learning outcomes, which ultimately contributes to the improvement of educational quality. However, the implementation of learning communities still faces several challenges, including limited time, varying levels of teacher readiness, and insufficient institutional support. Therefore, learning communities have a significant contribution to improving the quality of education, but they require continuous support to function effectively. Â
