Abstract

This research aims to formulate a strategy for developing the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) cluster using SWOT Analysis and the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The aim of this research is to identify internal and external factors that influence the MSME cluster and map existing business models in order to formulate effective strategies. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with case studies, involving data collection through in-depth interviews, observations and literature studies. The SWOT analysis revealed key strengths such as adaptability and government support, but also identified weaknesses in technology access and management. Meanwhile, BMC helped map out the important elements of the MSME cluster business model, showing the need for product diversification and expansion of the distribution network. The findings of this research lead to a comprehensive development strategy, such as increasing technology access and market diversification, which is expected to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of the MSME cluster in the future.

dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik di institusi pemerintah. Dengan menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka (literature review), artikel ini menyajikan hasil analisis terhadap berbagai studi dan teori terkait manajemen SDM, kualitas layanan publik, dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja institusi pemerintah. Temuan utama dari artikel ini menyoroti bahwa pengelolaan SDM yang efektif dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik. Hal ini terwujud melalui strategi pengembangan karyawan, peningkatan motivasi, dan penerapan praktik manajemen yang baik di lingkungan institusi pemerintah. Artikel ini juga menyoroti implikasi penting dari hasil penelitian, yaitu perlunya peran manajemen SDM yang komprehensif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi institusi pemerintah dalam memberikan layanan yang berkualitas kepada masyarakat. Dengan demikian, artikel ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman tentang strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik melalui pengelolaan SDM yang efektif di institusi pemerintah. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat fokus pada pengembangan strategi konkret yang dapat memberikan dampak positif yang lebih besar dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of digitalization and automation on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The background of this research is based on the dynamics of modern organizations that are required to continuously adapt to technological developments, particularly in the era of digital transformation. The implementation of digital technology and automation systems has become a key strategy for improving operational efficiency, accelerating work processes, and optimizing workforce productivity. However, this transformation also poses new challenges, particularly regarding how technology impacts employee job satisfaction and overall performance. This study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. A questionnaire using a 4-point Likert scale was distributed to 65 employees of the Karanganyar Regency Environmental Agency. Data collection was conducted directly, and data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to examine the relationships between variables and the mediating role of job satisfaction. The results indicate that digitalization and automation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction was also shown to play a significant mediating role in strengthening the influence of digitalization and automation on performance. These findings demonstrate that the success of technology implementation in the workplace is not solely determined by technical aspects, but also depends heavily on how the technology improves employee well-being and job satisfaction. Therefore, organizations need to consider employee psychological aspects at every stage of their digital transformation. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions to understanding the role of digitalization and automation in improving employee performance through a job satisfaction-oriented approach.

Abstract

Based on the controversy (research gap) regarding the influence of Brand Image, Product Quality, and Celebrity Endorsers on Consumer Purchase Interest. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, and celebrity endorsers on consumer buying interest in MS Glow cosmetic products in the city of Surakarta. The type of research used in this research is associative with quantitative methods, namely a research problem formulation that asks the relationship between two or more variables. The research sample is 100 respondents. The population in this study are MS Glow consumers. The method used in sampling is Nonprobability Sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used SPSS V 25. The results of proving the solution proved that all independent variables (brand image, product quality, and celebrity endorser) had a positive effect on the dependent variable, namely consumer interest. This means that according to consumers, the three independent variables are considered important when buying MS Glow cosmetic products. The conclusion of this study is that Brand Image, Product Quality, and Celebrity Endorsers are very influential on consumer buying interest for MS Glow Cosmetic Products in Surakarta City.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental dan motivasi kerja merupakan faktor penting dalam menentukan produktivitas dan keberlanjutan usaha kecil. Namun, banyak karyawan di sektor ini menghadapi tekanan kerja, kelelahan emosional, dan kurangnya dukungan psikologis yang memengaruhi kinerja serta kepuasan kerja. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis dan motivasi kerja karyawan melalui program pelatihan manajemen stres, komunikasi positif, dan penguatan nilai kerja. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sesi konseling kelompok, pelatihan interaktif, dan kegiatan reflektif berbasis pengalaman kerja sehari-hari. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kesadaran peserta mengenai pentingnya kesehatan mental, kemampuan mengelola stres, serta komitmen terhadap pekerjaan. Selain itu, peserta melaporkan peningkatan semangat kerja dan hubungan interpersonal yang lebih positif di tempat kerja. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk memperkuat kapasitas sumber daya manusia di sektor usaha kecil dan menengah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh realitas tertambah kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Leker Gajahan Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian online produk dari Leker Gajahan Bp. Fathoni Jr melalui platform WhatsApp, Gojek, dan Shopee Food., dengan teknik purposive sampling. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan untuk memastikan kelayakan instrumen penelitian, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diketahui bahwa realitas tertambah dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Realitas tertambah menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,002 dan kualitas produk juga sebesar 0,000. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,480 menunjukkan bahwa, kedua variabel independen memberikan kontribusi sebesar 48% terhadap perubahan pada variabel kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the determinants of turnover intention among Generation Z employees in Indonesia and investigates the moderating role of organizational commitment in the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention Research Methodology: A quantitative survey was conducted using an online questionnaire distributed to 258 Generation Z employees with 6–12 months of work experience across various sectors in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0, employing validated measurement scales from prior studies. Results: The results indicate that work environment (? = –0.278, p = 0.000), work–life balance (? = –0.036, p = 0.049), job satisfaction (? = –0.421, p = 0.000), and organizational commitment (? = –0.129, p = 0.028) significantly reduce turnover intention. Conversely, workload (? = 0.024, p = 0.687) and salary satisfaction (? = 0.101, p = 0.265) show no significant effects. The moderating effect of organizational commitment on the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention is not significant (? = –0.011, p = 0.654). Conclusions: Turnover intention among Generation Z is primarily influenced by work environment, work–life balance, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment Limitations: The study is limited to early-career employees in Indonesia using cross-sectional data. Contributions: It contributes to HRM literature by clarifying key retention factors and testing the moderating role of organizational commitment in a generational context.
