Abstract

Generasi Z yang baru memasuki dunia kerja sering menghadapi tantangan dalam menyesuaikan diri, dan self efficacy dipercaya dapat meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh self efficacy terhadap produktivitas kerja pada generasi Z di Solo Raya Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei, melibatkan 50 responden pekerja generasi Z di Solo Raya. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala self-efficacy dan skala produktivitas kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja .Pembahasan mengungkapkan bahwa self-efficacy dapat meningkatkan kinerja, meskipun penelitian ini terbatas pada jumlah sampel yang kecil dan wilayah yang terbatas. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperluas sampel dan variabel yang digunakan.

Abstract

Globalization drives the presence of digital markets, including Tokopedia's collaboration with TikTok Shop. This collaboration creates new market opportunities and attractive offers that trigger impulsive buying behavior due to Fear of Missing Out (FoMO). This study aims to analyze the effect of FoMO on impulsive buying of fashion products on Tokopedia. Quantitative methods are used with purposive and convenience sampling techniques, involving 75 respondents. A questionnaire with a Likert Scale was used to collect data, and SmartPLS 3 was used for analysis. The findings show that FoMO has a significant and positive impact on impulsive buying. However, the shortcomings of this study include the small sample size, focus on fashion products, and one platform, so the results cannot be fully generalized. Further research is expected to expand its scope for more comprehensive results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of live streaming and brand image on online customer reviews. To analyze the influence of live streaming and brand image on purchasing decisions. To analyze the influence of online customer reviews on online customer reviews. To analyze the influence of live streaming and brand image on purchasing decisions mediated by online customer reviews. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling while the population used was consumers or users of skintific products in Surakarta and a sample of 100 consumers or users of skintific products in Surakarta. The results of the live streaming study have a positive and significant effect on online customer reviews. The results of the brand image variable have a significant effect on online customer reviews. The results of the live streaming variable have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the brand image variable have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the online customer review variable have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the mediation show that online customer reviews can mediate positively and significantly between live streaming and purchasing decisions as evidenced by the t-statistic value. The results of the mediation show that online customer reviews can mediate positively and significantly between brand image and purchasing decisions.
