Abstract

Financial distress merupakan kondisi yang dapat mengarah pada kebangkrutan jika tidak ditangani dengan baik. Dalam kajian ini, penulis menganalisis peran rasio keuangan dalam memprediksi potensi financial distress di perusahaan. Rasio yang dibahas meliputi likuiditas, leverage, profitabilitas, dan aktivitas. Studi mengindikasikan bahwa rasio likuiditas berpengaruh secara bervariasi terhadap financial distress, sementara rasio leverage berhubungan negatif signifikan, di mana tingkat utang yang tinggi meningkatkan risiko kesulitan keuangan. Profitabilitas yang lebih tinggi berhubungan dengan pengurangan risiko financial distress, sedangkan rasio aktivitas menunjukkan hasil yang tidak konsisten tergantung sektor yang dianalisis. Penelitian ini memperlihatkan pentingnya manajemen rasio keuangan untuk menghindari financial distress dan menekankan perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut untuk memahami hubungan antar rasio dan kondisi keuangan perusahaan. Temuan ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan bagi manajer, investor, dan regulator dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menjaga kesehatan keuangan perusahaan dan mencegah kebangkrutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peran kepemimpinan dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta sebagai sarana untuk mengembangkan keterampilan mahasiswa sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Banyak mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam berbagai organisasi kemahasiswaan, namun pemahaman mereka tentang kepemimpinan yang efektif seringkali belum dipahami secara mendalam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana mahasiswa memahami kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam konteks organisasi kemahasiswaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus fenomenologis, yang berfokus pada pengalaman subjektif mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam kegiatan organisasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang memiliki pengalaman langsung dalam memimpin atau aktif dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan panduan wawancara semi-terstruktur sebagai alat ukur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa cenderung memahami kepemimpinan yang efektif sebagai kemampuan untuk memimpin dengan komunikasi terbuka, membangun hubungan yang baik, dan membuat keputusan yang tepat dalam situasi kompleks. Selain itu, faktor pengalaman pribadi, pendidikan formal, serta pengaruh dari mentor dan teman sebaya sangat mempengaruhi pemahaman mereka tentang kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa mahasiswa menghadapi tantangan seperti perbedaan pendapat antar anggota dan keterbatasan sumber daya, namun mereka dapat mengatasi tantangan tersebut dengan meningkatkan keterampilan interpersonal. Namun, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan terkait cakupan sampel yang terbatas pada satu universitas dan jenis organisasi kemahasiswaan yang diteliti.

Abstract

Green economy and sustainable industries are experiencing rapid growth. This is driven by increasingly stringent environmental regulations and growing public awareness of sustainability’s importance. In response, companies are focusing on developing eco-friendly products and resource efficiency to meet high regulatory standards and meet consumer expectations regarding environmental impact.This study aims to investigate the impact of green pricing on customer loyalty, considering customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed, collecting primary data through questionnaires from 150 respondents. Analysis reveals significant positive effects of green pricing on customer satisfaction and satisfaction on loyalty. These findings provide strategic implications for companies to integrate green pricing into marketing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Companies should integrate green pricing practices in marketing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. This can be done by: (1) offering discounts or rebates for environmentally friendly products, (2) communicating the environmental benefits of these products, (3) developing loyalty programs that support environmental awareness, and (4) communicating and distorting the impact of green pricing on customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this way, companies can improve their brand image, expand market share, and support environmental sustainability.

Abstract

This research was used to find out how brand awareness and brand image impact interest in purchasing iPhone products in Indonesia. Brand awareness includes recognition of the product and logo, while brand image involves consumer perceptions regarding product quality and exclusivity. This research uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents who are iPhone users. Data were analyzed using SEM PLS, which showed that both brand awareness and brand image had a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. These results indicate that increasing brand awareness and image can encourage consumers to prefer iPhone over other brands. It is hoped that this research will provide guidance for companies in developing marketing strategies that focus on increasing brand awareness and image to attract consumer interest.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and employee involvement on employee performance. With a quantitative approach, data was collected through a survey involving employees from DJP Central Java II. This research method is quantitative. The population of this research is all 130 employees of DJP Central Java II. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, the number of samples obtained in this study was 130 respondents. The data needed in this research is primary data. The primary data needed in this research was obtained through distributing questionnaires which were distributed to respondents at DJP Central Java II. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that transformational leadership style and employee involvement have a significant influence in improving employee performance. In addition, organizational commitment functions as a strengthening relationship between leadership and employee engagement, which indirectly influences performance. This study emphasizes the importance of the role of adaptive leadership and employee involvement in creating a productive work environment resulting in effective and efficient employee performance.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious health issue in Indonesia caused by chronic malnutrition, negatively impacting both physical growth and psychological development in children. Although the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia decreased from 37.2% in 2013 to 30.8% in 2018, it remains far from the 14% reduction target set for 2024. This study evaluates the effectiveness of a community service program in Joyosuran Village aimed at reducing stunting rates and improving children's psychological well-being through education and group discussions. The methods used included workshops and focus group discussions (FGD) with 50 participants from the Aisyiyah organization. The results indicate an increased understanding among participants regarding stunting prevention and child psychology management, and the application of this knowledge in daily life. The program successfully educated the community about the importance of nutritious diets and emotional support for children, demonstrating that a comprehensive approach can contribute to reducing stunting and improving children's psychological health..

Abstract

Kerjasama antara Le Minerale dan Timnas Indonesia menjadi fenomena menarik di industri minuman, yaitu pemanfaatan figur publik sebagai brand ambassador untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk. Meningkatnya popularitas Timnas Indonesia, terutama setelah kesuksesan dalam kualifikasi Piala Dunia, telah menciptakan peluang besar bagi berbagai merek untuk menjalin kerjasama. Le Minerale, sebagai salah satu merek air mineral terkemuka, telah menangkap peluang ini dengan cermat melalui pemilihan para pemain Timnas Indonesia sebagai brand ambassador. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh brand image dan brand identity dari Timnas Indonesia terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam memilih air mineral Le Minerale. Meningkatnya popularitas Timnas Indonesia belakangan ini, terutama setelah kesuksesan dalam kualifikasi Piala Dunia, telah dimanfaatkan oleh Le Minerale dengan menjadikan para pemain sebagai brand ambassador. Penelitian ini relevan mengingat persaingan yang ketat di industri air mineral dan pentingnya strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini menguji hipotesis bahwa brand image dan brand identity dari Timnas Indonesia sebagai brand ambassador memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam memilih Le Minerale. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif, khususnya bagi perusahaan yang memanfaatkan figur publik sebagai brand ambassador.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the success of a company depends on the ability of human resources to adapt to an increasingly open and diverse work environment, with the main challenges for HR related to cultural diversity and leadership dynamics. This study examines the influence of leadership style and work environment on the performance of MSME employees in Boyolali Regency, filling the gap from previous studies that produced different findings. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a survey of 152 employees and analyzed using the SEM PLS method. The results showed that both variables had a significant effect on performance. Although validity and reliability were met, this study was limited to the scope of local MSMEs without considering external factors. These findings emphasize the importance of leadership and work environment in improving the performance of MSME employees.

Abstract

Amidst the challenges of technology adoption, Indonesian MSMEs have a great opportunity to improve efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainability through digitalization. With a large contribution to GDP and employment, MSMEs need to utilize fiscal incentives, digital strategies, and online payment methods to meet the needs of modern customers. This transformation not only helps businesses operate, but also opens up opportunities for growth in the age of technology. This study looks at how digitalization, financial literacy, and technology support affect the financial performance of MSMEs. It also looks at how these factors affect productivity, efficiency and day-to-day operations in the digital age. This study aims to evaluate the impact of these three components on the financial performance of MSMEs in Karanganyar Regency. This study uses primary data from questionnaires given to MSME owners. The study findings show that financial literacy, financial inclusion, and technology use significantly improve the financial efficiency of MSMEs by helping with financial management, capital access, and business sustainability. However, the limitation of this study is the limited scope that only covers a part of the sample of MSMEs in Karanganyar Regency, so it cannot represent all MSMEs more broadly.

Abstract

The bottled water industry (AMDK) in Indonesia is highly competitive, requiring companies to develop effective marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image on purchase intention for Le Minerale products, with social influence as a mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative survey method involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. A Likert-scale questionnaire was used to measure respondents' perceptions of the study variables. Results analyzed using PLS-SEM indicate that brand image significantly impacts purchase intention, both directly and indirectly through social influence. A positive brand image enhances consumers' perception and trust in the product, while social influence strengthens this relationship. This study highlights the importance of brand image management and the role of social recommendations in influencing purchase decisions. However, limitations include the small sample size, potential respondent bias, and a lack of exploration of other factors such as price and product quality. Future research is recommended to expand population coverage, include additional variables, and adopt a longitudinal design.
