Abstract

Tradisi (kebiasaan) adalah suatu aktivitas atau kegiatan yang pelaksanaan berulang-ulang dengan corak yang sama. Larangan pernikahan meliputi, tidak diperbolehkan menikah di bulan suro, posisi rumah tidak diperbolehkan mojok (ngalor-ngulon), kecocokan weton, rumah berhadapan, tanggal meninggalnya masing-masing mempelai. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif artinya penyusunan laporan ini menganalisis data dengan cara mendeskripsikan atau menjelaskan dan dikemas menjadi satu untuk dapat ditarik kesimpulannya. Penelitian menggunakan teori komunikasi budaya dan teori interaksi sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi mereka tergantung pada latar belakang, pengalaman yang terjadi.

Abstract

Nyai dianggap Sebagai tokoh agama, beliau berperan penting dalam transformasi dan promosi pesantren, khususnya pondok pesantren wanita, meskipun kebanyakan petani biasanya dipimpin oleh seorang kyai dan nyai hanya sebagai mitra. Namun pada kenyataannya peran nyai cukup besar, karena seorang nyai perempuan memahami permasalahan yang ada pada santri, jiwa keibuan dan kepemimpinan yang baik dapat mengembangkan pesantren. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan Bu Nyai, mengetahui dan menemukan tipologi Bu Nyai di masing-masing pesantren dan menganalisis tipologi yang berlaku dalam perkembangan pesantren di Sidosermo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif Miles & Huberman. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan tipologi Bu Nyai dalam perkembangan pondok pesantren. Setiap bu nyai menggunakan tipe yang berbeda dalam mengembangkan pesantren. Tipologinya adalah demokrasi yang diterapkan oleh Bu Nyai Mas Rosyidah di pondok pesantren An-Najiyah dan tipe paternalistik yang diterapkan oleh Bu Nyai Mas Hikmiyah di pondok pesantren Hikmatun. Najiyah dan Bu Nyai Mas Farochah menggunakan dua tipe, yakni otoriter dan militer, di pesantren Roudlotu Chubbil Qur'an. Dari keempat tipe tersebut, tipe otoriter dan militeristik yang digunakan oleh Bu Nyai Mas Farochah adalah yang paling dominan dalam perkembangan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan permasalahan dan hambatan mengenai implementasi pembelajaran daring melalui grup whatsapp pada siswa kelas 3 SDN Celep Sidoarjo . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif yang memaparkan dan mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan melalui observasi ,dokumentasi, dan wawancara wali murid peserta didik kelas 3 SDN Celep Sidoarjo menghasilkan data bahwa implementasi pembelajaran daring melalui grup whatsapp dapat diketahui tingkat proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara daring melalui grup whatsapp pada siswa kelas III SDN Celep Sidoarjo tergolong “Belum Efektif”. Untuk hambatan saat melakukan pembelajaran daring adalah gadget yang kurang memadai, karena saat ini gadget yang digunakan masih menggunakan gadget orang tua atau bukan milik pribadi. Hambatan yang lainnya adalah kurangnya tanggung jawab peserta didik pada saat mengumpulkan tugas sehingga banyak peserta didik yang terlambat mengumpulkannya. Pada saat pembelajaran daring terjadi banyak kendala, seperti paketan data yang terbatas dan masih menggunakan gadget orang tua atau bukan milik pribadi. Sehingga hasil belajar yang didapat peserta didik pada saat pembelajaran daring kurang efektif dan terbatas

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kepercayaan diri (self confidence) siswa yang mengalami verbal bullying dan yang tidak mengalami verbal bullying, serta untuk menguji ada tidaknya perbedaan antara kepercayaan diri (self confidence) siswa yang mengalami verbal bullying dengan yang tidak mengalami verbal bullying. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuanitatif dengan metode penelitian komparatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria-kriteria yang sudah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji analisis statistic deskriptif dan uji man whitney. Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah 10 dari 30 responden mengalami tindakan verbal bullying dan memiliki kepercayaan diri yang rendah, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan analisis statistic deskriptif yang memperoleh skor >60% sedangkan untuk kepercayaan diri siswa yang tidak mengalami tindakan verbal bullying memiliki kepercayaan diri yang tinggi. Kepercayaan diri siswa yang mengalami verbal bullying dengan kepercayaan diri siswa yang tidak mengalami verbal bullying terdapat perbedaan hal ini dibuktikan dengan perhitungan ujii man whitney yang memperoleh nilai Asymp. Sig sebesar 0,000 sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa 0,000< 0,05 maka h_0 ditolak sedangkan h_1 diterima, sehingga ada perbedaan antara kepercayaan diri siswa yang mengalami verbal bullying dengan kepercayaan diri siswa yang tidak mengalami verbal bullying

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and corporate image on customer satisfaction and loyalty at the cargo terminal at SAMS Airport, Balikpapan. This study uses a quantitative positivism paradigm which is used to determine the relationship between variables. Data were taken using a questionnaire method given to 120 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of research with 6 careful hypotheses include service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, corporate image has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant influence on corporate image, service quality has no positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, corporate image has no positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This service aims to increase the entrepreneurial capacity of BUMDesa administrators in Bajeng District through Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Bookkeeping Training. To increase capacity in the field of management, participants were given training on how management functions that we know as POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling) can be carried out properly in managing the resources owned so that organizational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. To increase capacity in the field of entrepreneurship to the trainees, material was given about: (1) entrepreneurial mentality, namely how to build a mental attitude that entrepreneurial actors must have so that they can compete in their business development (2) creative thinking, where BUMDes administrators must be able to take advantage of existing business opportunities by utilizing their resources (3) business management, each BUMDes administrator understands the analysis of the micro environment that affects (Competitor, New Entry, Buyer, Supplier), Product Life Cycle consisting of Introduction, Growth, Maturity, Decliner as a tool for justifying the business stages managed and being able to set the right strategy at each of these stages (4) Business Plan, Bundes Management is able to make a good business plan by considering the condition of the resources owned from the internal side and the opportunities and threats that exist from the side External    To increase capacity in the field of marketing, the trainees were given material on how to determine effective marketing strategies used to increase sales turnover by utilizing the marketing mix consisting of 4P, namely: (1) product development in accordance with consumer tastes, (2) determination of competitive product selling prices (prices) in accordance with people's purchasing power, (3) choosing the right distribution channel (plice) so that poduk (4) choosing the right promotion mix in delivering information about the product to consumers   For capacity building in the field of bookkeeping, the trainees were given an understanding of bookkeeping that can be applied in managing their business finances, with the following materials: (1) Accounting, providing an understanding of the basic equation of accounting which is a balance between the asset and asset sides, (2) Calculating and recording in bookkeeping, aiming for business actors to know the financial condition of the business they runKeywords: BUMDesa, Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Bookkeeping.

Abstract

Company competitiveness is very important for business continuity. Therefore, the research aims to investigate and find an empirical model of the influence of entrepreneurial values, transformational leadership, and service innovation on company competitiveness through mediating mechanisms of organizational performance. The research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and causal design. The sample was 153 leaders of ferry companies in Indonesia.The research instruments consist of organizational performance, competitiveness, entrepreneurial values, transformational leadership, and service innovation, as questionnaires were designed as a Likert scale. The questionnaire was distributed in Google Form format via the WhatsApp application. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling analysis based on partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The research's findings demonstrate that entrepreneurial values, transformational leadership, service innovation, and organizational performance all significantly impact a company's competitiveness; additionally, entrepreneurial values, transformational leadership, and service innovation have a major impact on organizational performance, which in turn has a significant impact on company competitiveness. These results support a novel empirical model of how entrepreneurial values, transformational leadership, and service innovation affect company competitivenessby using organizational performance as a mediating factor. Before being modified or used for their future work, researchers, academics, and practitioners should critically examine this new model without discounting some of the study's limitations.

Abstract

Currently, Japan's free market and industrial economy is the third largest in the world after the United States and China, in terms of international purchasing power variations. The Japanese economy is made up of all the elements that make up a modern economy: industry, trade and agriculture. Good relations with various countries are one of the factors that help expedite foreign trade. One of them that is being intensively reviewed by the Japanese government is the halal market in Japan which has experienced quite significant developments in recent years. The Japanese government is motivated to advance the halal market by increasing the halal industry and halal tourism because Muslim tourists from all over the world are starting to flock to Japan. The seriousness of the Japanese government in the halal market is marked by the provision of halal-certified products that attract Muslim tourists from all over the world. Japan is also paying attention to the application of sharia principles in the field of tourism, including halal food with halal standards. The desire to prepare many halal restaurants was also driven by Japan's election as host for the world sporting event, the 2020 Olympics.

Abstract

The study aims to find out the effect of loading and unloading workers’ performance and port facilities on the terminal productivity and the port operational’s performance in Tanjung Priok Port. The problems of the study are the low productivity of loading and unloading performance in the port, the lack of main facilities and supporting equipments could decrease the loading and unloading performance and unorganized service performance in the port. The research method used path analysis with Structural Equation Modeling using Smart PLS. The 152 samples were taken from Tanjung Priok Port service users. It is concluded that directly and indirectly there is a significant positive effect on the performance of the loading and unloading workforce and port facilities on terminal productivity and the impact on port operational performance in Tanjung Priok Port.

Abstract

PT. MAL one of the container terminals at Tanjung Priok Port has experienced problems related to customer loyalty. Container terminals and the emergence of new competitors are competing to improve service quality and offer perceived prices to satisfy their customers where the level of perceived satisfaction is veritably important demand to get loyal customers. The objective of this study is to analyze the direct influence of port service quality and perceived price on customer loyalty and the indirect effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty.  The analytical method this study uses is the partial least squares method of the structural equation model with sampling technique. using a total sampling of 60 respondents representing export/import companies, shipping companies or agents, forwarding companies, and consignees. The results of this study are that the quality of port services and perceived price have a direct positive and significant effect with the endogenous variable of customer loyalty and an indirect effect through the intervening variable of customer satisfaction
