The purpose of this research is to determine the Marketix Mic strategy for customer satisfaction at Akira Our Shop Banyuwangi. The independent variables in this research include product (X1), place (X2). promotion (X3) price (X4), and while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction (Y). The population in this study were all customers at Akira Our Shop Banyuwangi. The number of samples was determined as 30 respondents. The measurement scale in this study uses five levels in scores from 1-5. Descriptive analysis was carried out to explain respondents and research variables. Analysis of validity tests and reliability tests was carried out to test research measuring instruments. Based on the results of the analysis regarding the influence of the marketing mix which includes product (X1), place (X2). promotion (X3) price (X4), on customer satisfaction at Akira Our Shop Banyuwangi, the results are that product (X1), place (X2) and price (X4) have a significant effect on the level of customer satisfaction. Meanwhile promotion (X3) does not provide customer satisfaction.

Education is an important thing that every individual must have. With education, people's knowledge will increase. This article is a concept about the impact of service quality and brand image on user satisfaction of educational services at State Middle Schools in Jember Regency. The population in this study were users of educational services at State Middle Schools in Jember Regency. The number of respondents was determined at 100 respondents provided that the respondents were for regional research. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research are expected to show that service quality and brand image can increase customer satisfaction at State Middle Schools in Jember Regency.

Today's food business competition is required to have strategies that are able to attract and retain consumers for the sustainability of the company. This research aims to see the influence of brand image, location and service quality on customer satisfaction at Mie "GCN" Jember. The population of this research is all people who have bought Jember "GCN" Noodles. The sample size was determined at 30 respondents with the condition that n≥30 is a large sample and research can be carried out. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the criteria being those who have purchased twice. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale model which has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis with multiple linear regression analysis tools. Simultaneous research results show that brand image, place and service quality do not have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, it can be seen that the brand image variable has no impact on customer satisfaction. The place variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the service quality variable has no influence on customer satisfaction

Willingness to pay (kesediaan untuk membayar) merupakan suatu keinginan seseorang untuk membayar suatu kondisi lingkungan atau evaluasi sumber daya alam dan jasa dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan. WTP sangat berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga, khususnya para rumah tangga nelayan. Hal ini dikarenakan WTP sangat erat kaitannya dengan ekologi pesisir yang dirugikan oleh pencemaran, salah satunya adalah nilai degredasi lingkungan yang semakin tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui factor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi Willingness To Pay (WTP) rumah tangga nelayan terhadap ekosistem mangrove di Desa Sei Nagalawan, Kecamatan Perbaungan, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial faktor yang berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Willingness To Pay (WTP) adalah variabel jumlah pendapatan. Sedangkan variabel usia, pendidikan dan jumlah tanggungan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kesediaan membayar konsumen (WTP). Secara simultan seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen dengan nilai sig F (0,00) sig ὰ (0,05). Nilai Willingness To Pay (WTP) yang diperoleh rataan sebesar Rp 1.380.000/tahun, sedangkan total nilai Willingness To Pay (WTP) diperoleh sebesar Rp 41.400.000/tahun.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis daya saing lada hitam Indonesia di pasar internasional dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi daya saing lada hitam Indonesia di pasar internasional. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Ekspor Produk Dinamis (EPD) dan Porter’s Diamond. Hasil analisis, India memiliki keunggulan komparatif ekspor lada hitam dibandingkan Vietnam, Amerika Serikat, India, Perancis, dan China. Vietnam, Amerika Serikat, dan India berada pada posisi diuntungkan dan masuk dalam kategori bintang baru. Falling Star terjadi pada pangsa pasar Perancis. Kemunduran terjadi pada pangsa pasar Tiongkok. Porter's Diamond menunjukkan bahwa lada hitam Indonesia memiliki keunggulan dari sisi permintaan dan peran pemerintah, sedangkan kelemahannya terletak pada faktor sumber daya manusia.

Limbah ikan berasal dari sortiran nelayan maupun yang berasal dari pedagang dipasar adalah bahan baku pembuatan tepung ikan. Limbah ikan merupakan produk dis ekonomis sehingga perlu diolah menjadi produk yang bernilai pasar seperti tepung ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai tambah dari proses pengolahan limbah ikan menjadi tepung ikan di PT. Pelita Adi Pratama Tanjung Balai. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah metode in depth interview dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 6 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1).nilai tambah tepung ikan Rp. 3.383,4/kg dengan rasio nilai tambah 67,7%. (2). Marjin pemasaran proses pengolahan limbah ikan menjadi tepung ikan setiap pengolahan 1.000 kg limbah ikan menjadi tepung ikan di peroleh marjin sebesar Rp. 3.500/kg yang di distribusikan untuk masing-masing faktor yaitu sumbangan biaya input lain 3,33 % dan keuntungan perusahaan 21,67%.

Some of the main research problems are the lack of fuel efficiency use, difficulties in loading and unloading process, the refueling process tardiness and the ships route’s delay of the determined and planned routes that could affect the Ciremai Ship’s On Time Performance (OTP). The research aims to determine and analyze the effect of production and fuel oil cost modifications based on the income of Ciremai Ship and its implications for its financial performance after “Three in One” modification. This research used Descriptive statistical analysis method and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS-3. The research sample was taken from the entire routes of Ciremai Ship over the last four years of 48 months. The secondary research data was taken from the financial reports related to production modifications, fuel oil costs, the income and financial performance of the ship. Research findings show that the production modifications have a direct influence on financial performance while fuel costs and income do not have a direct influence on it. The production modifications do not have a direct effect on income instead fuel costs have a direct effect on income and production modifications do not have an indirect effect on financial performance through income.

Many studies have examined the value of strategic alignment on company’s performance in general, though the study of the information system value on other factors such as efficiency and productivity are still limited. The purpose of the study is to examine freight transportation related to its business strategy, information system strategy, Website information system effectiveness, organizational culture, and organizational effectiveness. The sample of the study was taken from 30 goods transportation companies. The data collection used 150 respondents consist of 50 academicians and 100 practitioners. The data analysis used hierarchical regression. The results show that the level of alignment of business strategy and information system affects the level of users’ satisfaction of the company’s website information system. The results also show that the level of users’ satisfaction of Web information system mediates the relationship between business strategy and information system of the company’s efficiency and productivity. The research findings do not support the role of organizational culture as a moderator of the relationship between Website information system and organizational effectiveness, although it shows the positive relationship between these variables.
