Abstract

Tujuan yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara eksistensi guru di masyarakat dengan kualitas guru dalam perannya sebagai pendidik pada guru-guru Kecamatan Tanon, Kabupaten Sragen tahun 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, populasinya adalah guru-guru se-Kecamatan Tanon yang berjumlah 490 guru. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive random sampling dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 10-15% dari populasi, dengan hasil perhitungan yang berjumlah 50 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik angket untuk mengumpulkan data tentang eksistensi dan kualitas guru sebagai seorang pendidik, serta teknik dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data-data guru Kecamatan Tanon. Teknik analisis data mengunakan teknik analisis product moment. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai rxy = 0,853 sedangkan r tabel pada taraf signifikan 5% dengan N=50 diperoleh 0,279 dengan demikian rxy = 0,853 > r tabel 0,279 maka hipotesis yang menyatakan “ Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara eksistensi guru di masyarakat dengan kualitas guru dalam perannya sebagai seorang pendidik pada guru- guru se-Kecamatan Tanon Kabupaten Sragen tahun 2016”, terbukti kebenarannya.Kata Kunci : Eksitensi Guru, Masyarakat, Kualitas Guru

Abstract

Setelah dilakukan pengolahan data dengan uji Kai Kuadrat (Chi Square Test) di dapatkan hasil X2 tabel = 5,99 dan X2 hitung 7,443. Karena X2 dihitung menggunakan tingkat keyakinan 95%, alfa = 5%, df = 1. Dengan kreteria pengujian Ho ditolak apabila nilai X2 hitung >X2 tabel (7,443 > 5,991) maka Ho ditolak, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan riwayat keturunan hipertensi dengan ibu bersalin hipertensi dengan hasil nilai koefisien kotingensi adalah 0,366.

Abstract

Sereh Herb have been proven to have effect asanalgetic at mice which have been induced by acetic acid. In order to develop Sereh herb as  fitofarmaka, it requires acute toxicity testfrom sereh herb to know it’s safety level. Result of this research is expectedto become a studied material of Toxicology. In acute toxicity test of aethanolextract from sereh herb, mice divided into 5 groups which consist of 1 negativecontrol group and 4 dose levels with 2 times interval dose, 200 mg / kg BW, 400mg / kg BW, 800 mg / kg BW, and 1600 mg / kg BW. Up to maximum volume which maybe given to mice, the highest dose given to mice did not caused death,therefore the highest dose expressed as apparent LD50 ( LD0).Thereby, aethanol extract from sereh herb have LD0 value equal to1600 mg / kg BW. If converted to human being with 50 kg BW , LD0aethanol extract from sereh herba become 443,6 g / kg BW. Aethanol extract from sereh herb does not have LD50, this indicate that aethanol extract from sereh herbdoesn't have potention to make toxic effect, this matter is also shown by noany clinical symptom at mice. Thereby acute toxicity potention of Aethanolextract of sereh herb can be classified to relativelynot dangerous (> 15 g / kgBW ). In conclution, safety levelof Aethanol extract from sereh herb relatively safe to be consumed by human being.

Abstract

This study shows that the empowerment of local women through the organization formed by their own efforts more effective than others who come from outside their community. The village is a village Sriwulan transition from traditional culture to modern culture. These changes are marked by the emergence of local institutions, namely the organization of grass-roots organizations (grassroots organizations) are diverse and have an important role in community empowerment. Local institutions appear on the initiative of the community and have a real agenda to strengthen the public welfare efforts. An important found role in this research is a study group of mothers who do women’s empowerment activities of its members, not just on matters of religion, but also social issues, economics, and art.Keywords: Empowerment of women, the organization of grass-roots

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dalam pengaruh kalor terhadap perubahan suhu dan wujud benda menggunakan model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Wonoharjo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua siklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus II komponen perangkat terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan pengamatan (observasi), dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Wonoharjo yang berjumlah 5 orang. Sedangkan obyek penelitian adalah keseluruhan proses pada penerapan model Snowball Throwing di SD 1 Wonoharjo. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dari hasil observasi, tes akhir siklus dan dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan model pembelajaran Snawball Throwing dapat meningkatkan proses pembelajaran pengaruh kalor terhadap perubahan suhu dan wujud benda terkait masalah kehidupan sehari – hari pada siswa kelas V semester II SDN 1 Wonoharjo tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 sebesar 40% untuk antusias, 20% untuk keaktifan, dan peran serta sebesar 40%, ada peningkatan kompetensi pengaruh kalor terhadap perubahan suhu dan wujud benda sebesar 40%, dan peningkatan perilaku/sikap sosial siswa sebesar 20% untuk disiplin siswa, 45% untuk sikap tanggung jawab, dan sikap percaya diri sebesar 25%.

Abstract

Desa Pancasila is one the models to mainstream Pancasila as the national value of Indonesia. The research aimed to describe and analyze Desa Pancasila as a strategy to implement Pancasila at village level. The research design used a qualitative descriptive and literature review. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The results showed that the community’s potential with the diversity of natural resources, human resources and cultural resources could support the implementation of Pancasila national values. Local actors (local government, community leaders, and youth groups) have a significant role in implementing national values. The collaboration of local actors is in-depth dialogue, sharing vision, building trust, building commitment, and sharing knowledge. The obstacles occurred because of the globalization process and the lack of community participation. We argue that three possible solutions to overcome these problems: (1) to put the community leaders as facilitators to implement the national values; (2) to build awareness of the communities about the nation and state through joint movements to build national insight; and (3) to make a regular interactive dialogue between local leaders and the community related to the implementation of national values.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to improve public services in Gedang Kulut Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency. In the era of technological advances, the government is required to provide fast, responsive and efficient services by utilizing existing technology. With collaboration with technology, it is hoped that it will be easier for the community to carry out activities related to public services. Therefore, village officials must master technology. Through interviews with the KKN Team to the people of Gedang Kulut Village, information was obtained that the community complained about public services. From the observations, it was found that this problem was a bright spot, due to the lack of knowledge and skills of village officials in making public services that could make work easier and easily accessible to the community. A series of student service events that have been carried out have resulted in the village of Gedang Kulut having a website that can support public services. In addition, village officials are also assisted in managing correspondence, then the Gedang Kulut village community can also arrange letters online which can be done anywhere, without having to go to the Gedang Kulut village hall. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik di Desa Gedang Kulut, Kecamatan Cerme, Kabupaten Gresik. Di era kemajuan teknologi, pemerintah diharuskan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada. Dengan adanya kolaborasi dengan teknologi, diharapkan masyarakat akan lebih mudah dalam melakukan aktivitas yang berhubungan dengan pelayanan publik. Oleh karena itu, perangkat desa harus menguasai teknologi. Melalui wawancara Tim Pengabdian Mahasiswa kepada masyarakat Desa Gedang kulut diperoleh informasi, bahwa masyarakat mengeluhkan mengenai pelayanan publik. Dari hasil observasi, ditemukan titik terang dari permasalahan tersebut, disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan perangkat desa dalam membuat pelayanan publik yang dapat mempermudah pekerjaan dan mudah diakses oleh masyarakat. Serangkaian acara pengabdian mahasiswa yang telah dilaksanakan, membuat desa Gedang Kulut memiliki website yang dapat menunjang pelayanan publik. Selain itu, perangkat desa juga terbantu untuk pengurusan surat-menyurat, kemudian masyarakat desa Gedang Kulut juga bisa mengurus surat secara online yang dapat dilakukan dimanapun, tanpa harus mendatangi balai desa Gedang Kulut.

Abstract

The aim of this service is to improve public services in Gurah District, Kediri Regency. In this era that relies heavily on technology, the government is required to provide fast, responsive and efficient services. With technological developments, it is hoped that it will be easier for people to carry out various activities, especially those related to public services. Therefore, government employees must master technology. Through interviews by the Student Service Team with Gurah sub-district officials, information was obtained that there was no website available to optimize public services. From the results of observations, a bright spot was found in this problem which was caused by the lack of support from the central and regional governments in providing website access that made it easier for the public to access available information and public services. A series of student service events that have been carried out have resulted in the Gurah sub-district having a website that can support public services. Apart from that, sub-district officials can also collaborate with village officials in providing access to information in the village. Then the people of Gurah sub-district can also process letters online which can be done anywhere, without having to go to the Gurah sub-district office and the public can also quickly get news updates that are happening in each village. Di era yang serba mengandalkan teknologi ini, pemerintah dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang cepat, tanggap, dan efisien. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi, diharapkan masyarakat akan lebih mudah dalam melakukan berbagai aktivitas, khususnya yang berhubungan dengan pelayanan publik. Oleh karena itu, pegawai pemerintah harus menguasai teknologi. Melalui wawancara Tim Pengabdian Mahasiswa kepada aparatur kecamatan Gurah, diperoleh informasi bahwa belum ada website yang tersedia guna mengoptimalkan pelayanan publik. Dari hasil observasi, ditemukan titik terang dari permasalahan tersebut yang disebabkan karena tidak adanya dukungan dari pemerintah pusat maupun daerah dalam penyediaan akses website yang memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi maupun pelayanan publik yang tersedia. Serangkaian acara pengabdian mahasiswa yang telah dilaksanakan, membuat kecamatan Gurah memiliki website yang dapat menunjang pelayanan publik. Selain itu, perangkat kecamatan juga bisa bekerjasama dengan aparat desa dalam penyediaan akses informasi yang ada di desa. Kemudian masyarakat kecamatan Gurah juga bisa mengurus surat secara online yang dapat dilakukan dimanapun, tanpa harus mendatangi kantor kecamatan Gurah dan masyarakat juga bisa secara cepat mendapatkan update berita yang terjadi di setiap desa.

Abstract

Student Service carried out by State University of Malang Students with the theme "Local Economic Empowerment of Cage Farmers in Jatimulyo Hamlet through Business Training for Processed Food Products Made from Freshwater Fish" aims to hone skills and explore knowledge, especially in the field of innovative food processing made from freshwater fish as an effort to reduce losses and improve the economic welfare of cage farmers. The implementation methods are socialization, demonstration to partners and entrepreneurship training. The processed food products are nuggets from tilapia and meatballs from milkfish. The product is a frozen food product using vacuum packaging. The frozen food method was chosen because it is done with processing production costs that are not too expensive and the manufacture is not too long. Still, the method can produce processed products that are attractive, can be stored for a long time, and increase the selling prospects of freshwater fish. The results of the joint evaluation in the form of sharing obtained satisfactory results. This is evidenced by several positive opinions expressed by cage farmers. In addition, the implementation of business training by the student service team showed that there was a change in the knowledge and experience of Jatimulyo Hamlet cage farmers in making frozen food products made from freshwater fish. Pengabdian Mahasiswa yang dilaksanakan oleh Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Malang dengan tema “Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Lokal Petani Keramba Dusun Jatimulyo Melalui Pelatihan Usaha Produk Olahan Makanan Berbahan Dasar Ikan Air Tawar” bertujuan untuk mengasah keterampilan dan menggali ilmu pengetahuan terutama dalam bidang pengolahan pangan inovatif berbahan baku ikan air tawar sebagai upaya mengurangi kerugian dan peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi petani keramba. Adapun metode pelaksanaannya yaitu sosialisasi, demonstrasi kepada mitra dan pelatihan kewirausahaan. Produk olahan makanan yang diciptakan adalah nugget dari ikan nila dan bakso dari ikan bandeng. Produk tersebut merupakan produk frozen food dengan menggunakan kemasan vacum. Metode frozen food dipilih karena dilakukan dengan biaya produksi pengolahan yang tidak terlalu mahal dan pembuatannya tidak dengan proses yang terlalu lama, namun metode tersebut dapat menghasilkan produk olahan yang menarik, dapat disimpan lama, dan meningkatkan prospek jual dari ikan air tawar. Hasil dari dilaksanakannya evaluasi bersama dalam bentuk sharing, didapatkan hasil yang memuaskan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan beberapa pendapat positif yang disampaikan oleh petani keramba. Selain itu, dengan dilaksanakannya pelatihan usaha oleh tim pengabdian mahasiswa ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa adanya perubahan pengetahuan dan pengalaman petani keramba Dusun Jatimulyo dalam membuat produk frozen food olahan makanan berbahan dasar ikan air tawar.

Abstract

Abstract The current challenges of character building include moral and ethical crises due to technological advances, as well as gaps in values and labor market needs. The transformation of character education is important in realizing Indonesia's vision towards the Golden Generation 2045. This study aims to identify character education policies implemented by the Indonesian government, analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of these policies, and analyze the roles of educational institutions, communities, and government in supporting the implementation of character education policies. The method used in this research is a literature review with five stages: finding literature relevant to the research topic, evaluating literature sources, identifying themes and gaps between theories, creating an outline structure in the preparation of literature, and preparing literature reviews that follow the standard format for writing academic papers. The results show that the character education policy is based on Law No 20 of 2003, Presidential Regulation No 87 of 2017, and Minister of Education, Culture and Research No 47 of 2023. Factors that influence the effectiveness of character education policies include the active involvement of various stakeholders such as teachers, parents, communities and businesses. This inter-stakeholder collaboration can improve policy support, implementation and monitoring, ensuring that each party plays an active role in creating an educational environment that supports students' character development. Educational institutions are responsible for integrating character learning in the curriculum, communities provide support and active participation, and the government makes supporting policies and provides financial support and infrastructure for the implementation of character education at all levels.
