Abstract

Iddah and ihdad are sharia commanded by Allah, and they have the value of worship. While female public officials are bound by the rules of employment. This study seeks to normatively and empirically analyze the hadiths about iddah and ihdad. The study of iddah and ihdad is dynamic, necessitating collaboration on normative and empirical hadith studies. The research data can be analyzed using various theories, including normative and empirical hadith understanding, public policy theory, justice theory, and maslahah theory. We obtained the data through literature, interviews, and observation methods. The study’s results demonstrated the integration of normative and empirical hadith studies. The typology of hadith studies is becoming increasingly complex, necessitating the elaboration of normative and empirical studies while adhering to the principles of hadith studies.[Iddah dan ihdad merupakan syari’at yang diperintahkan Allah dan memiliki nilai ibadah. Sementara wanita pejabat publik terikat dengan aturan kepegawaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hadis-hadis tentang iddah dan ihdad secara normatif dan empiris. Kajian iddah dan ihdad mengalami sebuah dinamika, sehingga kajian tersebut perlu mengkolaborasi studi hadis normatif dan empiris.  Beberapa teori untuk menganalisis data penelitian adalah teori pemahaman hadis normatif dan empiris, teori kebijakan publik, teori keadilan, dan teori maslahah. Data diperoleh melalui metode Pustaka, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan integrasi kajian hadis normatif dan empiris. Tipologi kajian hadis dengan arah kajian semakin kompleks, perlu elaborasi kajian normatif dan empiris dengan tetap memelihara prinsip-prinsip kajian hadis.]

Abstract

The aims of this study were to describe level of conceptual understanding and conceptual difficulties on the nervous system from the perspective of pre-service biology teachers. This research was used cross-sectional research design with a sample of 30 participants was selected randomly. The six essays that were created using the conceptual understanding indicator, and twelve multiple-choice questions that were created in the form of three-tier examinations, and the open questionnaires developed to detect challenging concepts in the nervous system make up the instrument. Data has been analysed using descriptive statistics. Data analysis indicates that the average score of conceptual understanding of pre-service biology teachers is 67.33 belongs to the medium category. For the highest percentage of conceptual understanding indicator is ability to exemplify concepts (86.67%) and the other hand, lower percentage is indicators of ability to connect various concepts (46.67%). The best concept for conceptual understanding especially about sub-matter of structure and function of neurons, central and autonomy nerves. Conversely, for the nervous system concepts that are recognized as challenging, particularly the concepts of physiology, impulse transmission mechanism, and somatic nerve inertia. The lack of conceptual understanding caused by complexity of subject, abundance of terminology, and intangible things. The study is expected to be used mainly for development of various learning methods or media that viewed as suitable for improving conceptual understanding of and reducing conceptual difficulties.

Abstract

Observing skills is the first step, and questioning is the second step of the scientific approach. Students ask questions based on their observations. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between observing and questioning skills. The population is students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education who take science courses. The sample consisted of 11 people who were taken randomly. Collecting data on the topic of food digestion, the lecturer displayed a picture of several chickens eating in a cage and around it, there were lots of grass scattered. Students observe pictures and write down their observations, and are asked to write questions. On ecology, the lecturer gave two pictures of tropical forests and newly planted teak forests. Students are asked to observe pictures and are assigned to write questions. On the topic of the respiratory system, the lecturer gave a picture of a family exercising. Below the picture, the heart rate increases during exercise. Data analysis was carried out on the scores of observations and student questions with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test followed by the linearity test. The results were confirmed by a scatter plot and Pearson's product-moment correlation test using SPSS version 16. The results showed a relationship between observing skills on ecological material. There was no relationship between the two skills on the topic of food digestion and the respiratory system.

Abstract

This article explores the synergy between Samin culture and the concept of environmental fiqh in Central Java. This research employs qualitative methods, including in-depth observations, participatory observations, and documentation studies. This research seeks to provide a deeper insight into how local culture that has interacted with environmental fiqh can stop the plan to establish a cement factory as a pretext for national development. More specifically, this study uses the concepts of culture, ecology, and environmental fiqh to analyze the resistance of the Samin community to the plan to build the cement factory. The research findings show that the synergy of Samin culture with environmental fiqh was able to stop the plan to establish a cement factory on Mount Kendeng, Pati Regency, Central Java. This study offers a new perspective on formulating policies that are more inclusive and sustainable by strengthening the synergy between local culture and environmental fiqh principles.

Abstract

Milk is a product that is often consumed because it has many good benefits for the body. One of the benefits of milk is that it contains calcium, which is useful for the growth of bones and teeth. However, many consumers still choose dairy products based only on their appearance, even though milk quality is not based on its appearance but is found during milk processing. Pasteurization is the process of heating whole milk at a specific temperature and for a certain period to increase the milk's shelf life and maintain the milk's quality. Two types of pasteurization processes are Long Temperature Long Time and High Temperature Short Time. k-Nearest Neighbor or k-NN is a data mining method used to classify objects from the data, using distance calculations or Euclidean Distance to look for similarities between neighbors. So, based on this problem, milk quality classification is carried out. The research was carried out by classifying milk quality using the K-NN method. The public data used to classify is 1,059 pasteurized milk data, with seven regular or ordinary attributes and one special or class attribute. The K values ​​that will be used in this research are k=3, k=5, and k=7. From the analysis of calculation results using the k-NN method, the accuracy values ​​obtained are k=3 is 97%, k=5 is 89%, and k=7 is 87%.

Abstract

Madrasah merupakan satuan pendidikan formal dalam binaan Menteri Agama yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan umum dan kejuruan dengan kekhasan Agama Islam. Madrasah Aliyah (MA) merupakan jenjang pendidikan menengah sebagai lanjutan dari Sekolah Menengah Pertama, MTs, atau bentuk lain yang sederajat, diakui sama atau setara Sekolah Menengah Pertama atau MTs. MA berada dalam ruang lingkup Kelompok Kerja Madrasah (KKM). KKM Ma arif Demak memiliki 32 MA yang tersebar di wilayah kerja KKM Ma arif Demak. Selama pandemic Covid 19 yang dimulai sejak Maret 2020, proses pelaksanaan pendidikan di KKM Ma arif Demak dilakukan secara daring. Proses pelaksanaan pendidikan secara daring menyebabkan: 1) materi yang diberikan tidak tersampaikan dengan baik; 2) tampilan media pembelajaran kurang menarik; 3) keterbatasan kuota pembelajaran baik dari sisi siswa maupun guru apabila proses pelaksanaan pendidikan dilakukan dengan cara conference terus menerus; dan 4) siswa merasa kesulitan dalam mengulang materi pembelajaran apabila proses pelaksanaan pendidikan dilakukan dengan cara conference. Oleh sebab itu, MA di KKM Ma arif Demak membutuhkan sebuah media interaktif yang dapat digunakan dan dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran. Salah satu aplikasi yang mudah untuk digunakan sebagai media interaktif pembelajaran adalah Ms. Power Point. Ms. Power Point menyediakan beberapa fitur diantaranya: efek, gambar, animasi, suara, serta video. Seluruh fitur yang disediakan Ms. Power Point dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai daya tarik penyampaian bahan ajar kepada siswa dalam mengikuti proses pelaksanaan pendidikan.

Abstract

Pemerintah mewajibkan semua penduduk mengikuti program wajib belajar pendidikan dasar selama dua belas tahun dengan rincian enam tahun pendidikan di sekolah dasar, tiga tahun di sekolah menengah pertama, dan tiga tahun di sekolah menengah atas. Sistem pengajaran yang diterapkan di sekolah selama ini masih menggunakan metode pengajaran Teacher Learning Center (TCL) yang mana guru hanya memberikan materi di depan kelas dan memberikan tugas untuk mengukur penangkapan siswa mengenai materi yang diberikan pada saat itu. Sistem pengajaran TCL hanya bisa dilakukan saat Proses Belajar Mengajar (PBM) dilakukan secara tatap muka pada saat guru dan siswa bertemu di dalam kelas. Namun pada pandemic Covid-19 ini PBM TCL tidak dapat dilakukan, sehingga Pemerintah dalam hal ini Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan dituntut untuk mengeluarkan kebijakan pendidikan dengan mengedepankan kesehatan dan keselamatan peserta didik, pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, keluarga dan masyarakat, maka pembelajaran secara daring, salah satunya SDN Wonosari 01 Semarang. PBM di SDN Wonosari 01 Semarang juga sudah menggunakan aplikasi pengajaran secara daring, namun belum adanya keseragaman dalam menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran secara daring tersebut, sehingga menjadi kendala bagi guru, siswa, dan terutama bagi orang tua siswa yang ikut membantu mendampingi siswa selama PBM. Edmodo merupakan platform media sosial, seperti facebook yang dikembangkan khusus untuk siswa dan guru dalam suatu ruangan kelas virtual yang dapat berfungsi untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran yang menarik dan mudah digunakan (Subiyantoro, 2013). Edmodo membuat pembelajaran menjadi dapat diselenggarakan dimana saja dan kapan saja tidak terbatas ruang dan waktu. Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Edmodo sebagai aplikasi yang digunakan dalam PBM di SDN Wonosari 01 Semarang sehingga memudahkan para guru dalam menyampaikan materi, memberikan tugas, dan video pembelajaran, selain itu memudahkan para guru untuk melakukan penilaian dan merekap kehadiran siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis penerapan strategi pemasaran produk melalui platform TikTok Live pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) bernama Arrikna di Kudus. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi isu-isu inti terkait implementasi pemasaran digital melalui TikTok Live serta efeknya pada penjualan UMKM. Tujuan utama penelitian adalah untuk memahami sejauh mana strategi pemasaran digital ini efektif dalam meningkatkan eksposur dan penjualan produk UMKM Arrikna. Penelitian ini Metode penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penggalian data mencakup wawancara, observasi mendalam dengan pemilik UMKM, serta analisis konten TikTok Live yang telah dihasilkan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TikTok Live memberikan platform yang efektif untuk berinteraksi secara langsung dengan calon pembeli,  meningkatkan  kesadaran merek, dan mendorong keterlibatan pelanggan. Meskipun beberapa hambatan terkait sumber daya terbatas dan pemahaman teknis ditemukan, kesuksesan strategi ini tercermin dalam peningkatan penjualan dan pertumbuhan bisnis Arrikna.

Abstract

Professional teachers have personality competencies, pedagogical, social and professional competencies. One indicator of a professional teacher is if the prospective teacher masters the basic competencies (BC) of the subject being taught. Mastery of BC in the curriculum is very important, so that prospective teachers can plan learning by describing BC into indicators and learning objectives. The depth and breadth of the material available determines the teacher's ability to understand these competencies. Quantitative descriptive research using survey techniques (46 respondents) was conducted to analyze prospective teachers' perceptions of BC which includes cognitive competence and skills competence. The research steps began with preparing a questionnaire in Google Forms (50 Questions) which had been validated by science education experts. Questionnaires were distributed to prospective teachers. Data was analyzed using percentages. The research results showed that prospective madrasa teachers stated that BC skills were more difficult to understand and teach than cognitive BC. The most difficult BC to understand and teach to students in class IV is material about life cycles. In class V, the most difficult are single substances and mixtures. The most challenging material for prospective teachers to understand and teach in class VI is electricity.

Abstract

One of the advantages of information technology in the field of business is that it can help in measuring the level of customer satisfaction. Because measuring customer satisfaction is an important element in providing better, more efficient and more effective services. KOPIMA stores, which is a student cooperative, is experiencing unstable sales problems, this is the result of customer dissatisfaction. There is a system used to measure the level of customer satisfaction with services at KOPIMA stores to find out what are the expectations of customer complaints and how to evaluate service at KOPIMA stores. To measure the level of customer satisfaction with services at KOPIMA stores, the Fuzzy Associative Memory (FAM) method is used. FAM is a flexible decision-making method, which is a fuzzy system that maps fuzzy sets to other fuzzy sets. The output obtained is a web-based system, with the results of the FAM method that can be implemented to calculate customer satisfaction into the rating category, namely 8% satisfied and 92% very satisfied in the November 2022 assessment and December 2022 assessment, namely 4% satisfied and 96% very satisfied . So it can be concluded, customer satisfaction has increased with the assessment criteria being very satisfied with the service at the KOPIMA store.
