Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand awareness, brand association, and brand loyalty associated with brand equity on consumer purchase decisions in using GO-JEK services in Depok City. These three variables were analyzed both partially and simultaneously to identify the degree of their influence on consumers' decisions in choosing online transportation services. The research method used is a quantitative approach with the distribution of questionnaires as a data collection instrument, while the analysis is carried out using inferential statistical techniques. The results show that partially the variables of brand association and brand loyalty have a significant and dominant influence on purchasing decisions. This indicates that consumers' perception of the image and emotional connection with the GO-JEK brand plays an important role in the decision to choose the service. In addition, the results of the simultaneous test showed that brand awareness, brand association, and brand loyalty together had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. These findings confirm that strong brand equity is an important factor in increasing consumer interest and preference for GO-JEK services. Therefore, companies need to maintain and strengthen branding strategies to increase competitiveness and maintain customer loyalty.

Abstract

Public service is one of the main functions of village government as the leading governmental organization that directly relates to the community. This study examines "Legal Accountability of Village Government in Public Services to the Community" with the aim of understanding the form, mechanism, and scope of legal accountability inherent in village government when carrying out public services. Through a normative juridical approach by examining related laws and regulations, such as Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services, and other technical regulations, this study found that village governments bear legal responsibility both administratively, civilly, and criminally for actions and decisions that cause harm to the community. This accountability encompasses aspects of legality of actions, compliance with service standards, transparency, and accountability in the use of authority. The research findings indicate that there are still obstacles in implementing accountability mechanisms, such as low understanding among village officials, minimal oversight, and weak documentation of service procedures. This study recommends increasing the capacity of officials, strengthening the oversight system, and improving operational service standards as strategic steps to achieve quality village public services based on legal certainty.

Abstract

An evaluation of land cover change and erosion hazard was conducted to develop effective rehabilitation strategies in the Bukit Suligi area, Riau. Satellite imagery from 2014, 2019, and 2023, analyzed using land cover classification and NDVI, showed an increase in moderate vegetation cover from 58.77% to 82.65%, with 2.88 hectares of open land. Erosion estimates using the Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE) indicated the highest potential erosion on cropland/open land (20.4 tons/ha/year) and the lowest on protected forest (4.7 tons/ha/year). The Erosion Hazard Index (EHI), calculated using actual erosion and a Tolerable Soil Loss (TSL) value of 11.2 tons/ha/year, identified 1,200 hectares as low hazard (EHI 0.05) and 283 hectares as high hazard (EHI ≥ 0.15). Rehabilitation strategies were prioritized using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), incorporating ecological, social, institutional, and technological criteria. Soil and water conservation emerged as the top priority (weight 0.320), followed by community participation, institutional support, and technology. Recommended actions include terracing, check dams, reforestation with native species, agroforestry, economic incentives, and ongoing monitoring. These results support sustainable rehabilitation planning in similar landscapes
