Abstract

Sei Lekop Health Center is an overview of the health situation in the UPTD of the Sei Lekop Health Center which is published once a year, in this profile contains various data about health, which includes health status data, health efforts and health resources. The health profile also provides other supporting data related to health such as population data, socio-economic data, environmental data and other data. Data is analyzed by simple analysis and displayed in the form of tables, maps and graphs. In this study the population of researchers amounted to 102 people using the Slovin formula, the sample size of this study from the total population taken by researchers was 102 people and using an error rate of 5%, the number of responses was obtained by 81 people.In the table above the results of the influence of X1, X2 and X3 on X4 (e1) are equal to 0.467, which means that the effect of X1, X2 and X3 on X4 is 46.70%. Then, the effect of X1, X3 and X4 on Y is 0.607, which means that the influence of X1, X3 and X4 on Y is 66.80%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja, self efficacy dan tanggung jawab berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai.(2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, self efficacy dan tanggung jawab berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai sig > 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,497 > 0,05. Self Efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai sig < 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Tanggung jawab berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai sig < 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Serta terdapat pengaruh simultan stres kerja, self efficacy dan tanggung jawab terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil sig < 0,05 dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa stress kerja, self efficacy secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kota Batam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, work environment and workloads on employee’s performance partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were employees of PT. Inline Flow Specialty as many as 52 employees. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires and analyzing the data obtained using quantitative data analysis. Quantitative analysis includes: Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis testing through t test and F test, and coefficient of determination (R2), Data processing with the help of SPSS 21 Software. The data that have met the validity, reliability and classical assumption test from the results of multiple linear regression test obtained by the following equation: Y = 19,439+ (-0.244X1)+0.834X2+0.102X3+e From the results of the t test (partial) it shows that work stress has a significant effect on performance, work environment has a significant effect on performance, and workloads has no significant effect on performance and simultaneously work stress, work environment and workloads have a significant effecton Performance. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) are known that 24.6% of the variation in performance can be explained by the variables of Work Stress, Work Environment and Workloads. While the remaining 75.4% (100% - 24.6%) was applied by other variables that were not proposed in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja dan Budaya Organisasi mendeterminasi langsung terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. Sample dari penelitian ini adalah Pegawai yang bekrja di Sekretariat DPRD Kota Batam. Kuisioner yang disebarkan sebanyak 66 dan seluruhnya kembali, dengan teknik nonprobality sampling. Untuk menganlisis data penelitian ini dengan teknik analisis multiple regresion dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel, kepemimpinan transforamasional dan motivasi kerja menderterminasi secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan tingkat signifikansi < 0.05. Sedangkan budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai menderteminasi secara langsung tidak signifikan > 0.05. Koefisien determinasi R Square kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0.868 dan kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 0.864.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada determinasi langsung kemampuan kerja, Disiplin kerja, Komitmen Organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan untuk mengetahui apakah kemampuan kerja, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi mendeterminasi langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai kelurahan. Adapun yang menjadi sample dari penelitian ini adalah Pegawai kelurahan di Kecamatan Sekupang Kota Batam. Kuisioner yang disebarkan sebanyak 81 dan seluruhnya kembali, dengan teknik nonprobality sampling. Untuk menganlisis data penelitian ini dengan teknik analisis multiple regresion dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel, kemampuan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja menderterminasi secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000< 0.05. dan komitmen organisasi menderteminasi secara langsung tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan kemampuan kerja, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja menderteminasi secara langsung signifikan 0.000 <0.05. Hasil pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa variabel kemampuan kerja, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja yang di mediasi oleh kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan 0.000 < 0.05. Koefisien determinasi R Square kemampuan kerja, disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0.785 dan penempatan kerja, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 0.702.

Abstract

The main aim of this study was to conduct a thorough investigation into how work stress, work environment, and workload impact employee performance, both individually and in combination. The research focused on 52 employees employed at PT Inline Flow Specialty. Data collection primarily involved administering questionnaires to the participants, and subsequent analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression within a quantitative research framework. Results from the partial t-test revealed that work stress and work environment significantly influenced employee performance, whereas workload did not demonstrate a significant effect. However, when these factors were considered together, they collectively showed a considerable impact on performance. Further examination of the data revealed that the coefficient of determination (R2) indicated that 24.6% of the variation in performance could be explained by work stress, work environment, and workload. However, the bulk of the variation, accounting for 75.4%, was attributed to other unexplored factors. This underscores the intricate nature of performance determinants in the workplace and suggests avenues for future research to delve deeper into these unexplored factors.

Abstract

Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk menelaah dampak dari instabilitas penjualan, perubahan arus kas operasional, serta tingkat leverage terhadap keberlangsungan laba perusahaan, dengan slack resources diposisikan sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif, dengan mengaplikasikan analisis regresi data panel serta jalur (path analysis) untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel. Sebanyak 138 sampel berasal dari data keuangan perusahaan tambang yang telah terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id) dalam rentang tahun 2018 hingga 2023. Temuan penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa baik ketidakstabilan penjualan maupun variabilitas arus kas operasi tidak ditemukan pengaruh yang bermakna secara statistik terhadap slack resources. Sebaliknya, leverage menunjukkan efek negatif yang signifikan terhadap slack resources. Secara statistik, hanya slack resources yang terbukti berperan positif terhadap keberlanjutan laba. Selain itu, variabel volatilitas penjualan, fluktuasi arus kas, dan leverage tidak menunjukkan pengaruh secara langsung maupun melalui jalur tidak langsung terhadap persistensi laba dengan perantara slack resources.

Abstract

Introduction/ Objectives: Study This aim for know spiritual leadership , culture organization , competition , service to religious performance through spiritual motivation . Methods: Method Which used in study This is method mixed Methods. This research combines two existing forms of research: qualitative and quantitative. The research method uses a causal model survey using path analysis techniques. Results: The results show that spiritual leadership determinate significant to spiritual motivation on private hospital of lhokseumawe city, aceh province .organizational culture, competence, service. the next results show that spiritual leadership, organization culture, service, spiritual motivation determinate significant to religious performance on private hospital of lhokseumawe city, aceh province. and the last results show that spiritual leadership, organtization culture, competence, and service determinate significant to religious performance through spiritual motivation on private hospital of lhokseumawe city, aceh province. Conclusion: Based on conclusion which obtained from this study, there is some suggestions that can made into reference for increase performance religious Private Hospital Nurses in Lhokseumawe City, Aceh Province. Suggestions for Spiritual Leadership and Spiritual Motivation, namely with push training program development spiritual leadership for leader at home pain to strengthen spiritual motivation of employees. Spiritual Leadership and Religious Performance are: provide a platform or forum for leaders and employees for share practice best related spiritual performance in environment Work.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the analysis of fundamental factors and systematic risk on stock prices through company value as an intervening variable in mining sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in this connection research on mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019–2023. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques and moderated regression processed using stata software. The results of the study indicate that ROA and PER have a positive and significant effect oni stocki prices, while DER and systematic risk do not have a significant effect. Simultaneously the four variables contribute significantly to stock price variations with an adjusted R² valuei of 15.3%. When the company value is entered as an intervening variable the adjusted R² value increases to 33.8%. The conclusion of this study confirms that fundamental factors and systematic risk are the main determinants in  creating stock prices, and their effectiveness depends on the company's ability to deal with systematic risks.

Abstract

The assessment results of government financial statements in Indonesia remain a concern for academics, practitioners, and researchers. Although the WTP opinion is the highest rating from the Indonesian Audit Board on Local Government Financial Statements, problems persist, such as errors in presentation that do not comply with SAP, weak internal control systems (SPI), and recurring findings despite follow-up actions outlined in the TLRHP report. The achievement of WTP reflects the quality of financial reports prepared by central and regional governments, yet challenges remain in ensuring consistency and compliance. This study aims to examine the influence of SAP implementation, human resource quality, and SPIP on the quality of local government financial reports, with information technology as a moderating variable, focusing on Bintan Regency. Using a quantitative method supported by descriptive analysis and data triangulation, data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews with 140 respondents from 39 regional agencies. Smart PLS Version 4.0 software was applied for analysis. The results show that SAP, SPIP, and information technology positively and significantly affect the quality of LKPD in Bintan Regency. In contrast, human resource quality has a negative and insignificant effect. Moreover, information technology moderates the effect of SAP on LKPD quality but does not moderate the influence of human resource quality and SPIP.
