Abstract

This study examines the academic culture in Christian universities in Indonesia through the Value Survey Model (VSM) 2013 Hofstede, analyzing its impact on innovation readiness and technopreneurial development. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through surveys from faculty members and students across several Christian universities. The study employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the relationships between Hofstede’s cultural dimensions, including power distance, individualism vs collectivism, masculinity vs femininity, uncertainty avoidance, long-term vs short-term orientation, and indulgence vs restraint. Findings indicate that Christian universities in Indonesia exhibit a collectivist academic culture with high uncertainty avoidance and significant power distance, which influence institutional innovation potential. While long-term orientation and masculinity moderately affect academic behavior, constraints in academic freedom and risk-taking hinder the adoption of digital and entrepreneurial initiatives. This study highlights the role of academic culture in shaping innovation readiness and provides strategic recommendations for fostering a more adaptable and competitive academic environment aligned with global technopreneurship trends.

Abstract

While existing literature explores AI in healthcare, this study uniquely high-lights technopreneurial approaches to address accessibility and affordability ofAI-based therapies. Focusing on Indonesia as a case study, the paper exam-ines how AI can support children with ADHD who often face delays in speechdevelopment and communication. ADHD affects attention, language process-ing, and social interaction, creating challenges for effective therapy. AI inte-grates machine learning to analyze speech patterns, detect phonological errors, and provide adaptive therapy exercises tailored to children’s developmental lev-els. Findings indicate that AI improves diagnostic accuracy and delivers engag-ing interventions through interactive and gamified tools, enhancing motivationand participation for children who struggle with conventional therapy. AI sys-tems can track progress and adjust feedback in real time, offering personalizedsupport. However, barriers remain regarding affordability, infrastructure, andthe need for human oversight to manage complex emotional and behavioral re-sponses. In this context, technopreneurship is essential to scale affordable AI-based therapies for schools, clinics, and homes. By bridging gaps in healthcaredelivery, this study contributes to SDG 3 (Good Health), SDG 4 (Quality Ed-ucation), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities). It emphasizes the importance ofinterdisciplinary collaboration among AI developers, speech-language patholo-gists, medical professionals, and educators. Overall, AI-driven technopreneur-ship demonstrates strong potential to improve early detection, therapy person-alization, and language development for children with ADHD, while ensuringbroader accessibility and sustainability.

Abstract

One of the independent curriculum programs is independent learning. Independent learning means exploring the greatest potential of educators and students to innovate and improve the quality of learning independently. Based on the results of interviews with class II teachers of SDN Tinjomoyo 01, it is known that reading skills in class II are good, only in reading words that they recognize in everyday life fluently still need to be improved. Therefore, this study aims to increase the reading speed of students by utilizing picture story books through a differentiation approach. The method used is the mixed methods method, with a sequential explanatory research design. The techniques used in collecting data include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the reading speed formula, namely the number of words divided by the time taken in one minute. The results of the reading speed of students who have utilized picture story books through a differentiation approach are shown in a recapitulation graph of student reading speed. The average results of student reading speed at the beginning of the study without using picture story books showed a value of 0.922592593. Meanwhile, the average reading speed results of students who have utilized picture story books through the differentiation approach show a value of 1.082592593. Thus, there is an increase of 0.16 for the average reading speed of class II students of SDN Tinjomoyo 01 using picture story books.
