Abstract

Determination of suitability test on digital mammography have been conducted from 2016-2018 at a hospital in Makassar City using voltage accuracy parameter. This measurement was used detector, and X-ray multimeter. Statistically, voltage accuracy parameter has correlation value, r = 0.866 (perfect correlation). While the p value obtained in voltage accuracy parameter is p < 0.05. There are significant differences in value from 2016-2018. The result of the suitability test for voltage accuracy parameter is still within the tolerance limit as recommended by the IAEA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pemanfaatan media pembelajaran biologi selama proses pembelaajran Hybrid berlangsung di SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner siswa. Hasil penelitian meunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara Hybrid yang diikuti 11 siswa secara luring dan 20 siswa secara daring. Media pembelajaran yang dimanfaatkan dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu video animasi, zoom cloud meeting, lcd proyektor dan media presentasi. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang digunakan mudah dioperasikan untuk siswa yang luring namun guru mengalami kesulitan untuk siswa yang belajar secara daring. Hasil 80% siswa memperoleh kesulitan dalam proses pembelajaran dan seluruh siswa membutuhkan media pembelajaran berbantuan teknologi untuk menunjajng proses pembelajaran baik secara daring maupun luring. Adapun kesimpulan penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi yang dapat menampilkan gambar bergerak atau video baik secara daring maupun luring dalam waktu bersamaan untuk membantu mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to reveal the difficulties faced by students in the learning process at the course of Structure of Animal Development II (SPH II), organogenesis of mesoderm derivatives material. Type of this research is descriptive research conducted at Offering G Biology Study Program, Mathematics and natural science faculty, State University of Malang. Data collection techniques are using observation, interview and questionnaires. The results of the study showed that 88.8% of students had difficulties in the learning process, 44.4% of them had difficulty to understand the material and 44.4% had difficulty to obtain reference. All students expect teaching materials that are equipped with supporting media. The conclusions of this study provide recommendation for developing printed book integrated with technology that can display videos to resolve student difficulties in learning.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kesulitan yang dihadapi mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran pada matakuliah Struktur Perkembangan Hewan II (SPH II) materi organogenesis turunan mesoderm. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan di Offering G Program Studi Biologi FMIPA Universitas Negeri Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan observasi, interview, dan angket kebutuhan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 88,8% mahasiswa memperoleh kesulitan dalam proses pembelajaran, 44,4% diantaranya kesulitan memahami materi dan 44,4% lainnya kesulitan memperoleh sumber rujukan. Seluruh mahasiswa mengharapkan adanya bahan ajar yang dilengkapi dengan media penunjang. Adapun kesimpulan penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi pengembangan bahan ajar cetak terintegrasi dengan teknologi yang dapat menampilkan gambar bergerak atau video untuk membantu mengatasi kesulitan mahasiswa dalam belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap permasalahan yang dialami guru SMA dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran biologi selama proses pembelajaran Hybrid berlangsung di SMA yang berada di Kabupaten Bone Bolango, Provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Tapa, SMA Negeri 1 Suwawa dan SMA Negeri 1 Kabila. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan metode wawancara dengan guru dan observasi kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. Hasil penelitian meunjukkan bahwa guru mampu mengoperasikan media pembelajaran dengan baik hanya untuk siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran secara tatap muka sedangkan untuk pembelajaran yang berlangsung secara daring, guru mengalami kesulitan. Kusilitan guru menggunakan media pembelajaran dalam proses Hybrid Learning dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya pemahaman guru terkait pemanfaatan media pembelajaran untuk dapat dioperasikan baik secara daring maupun tatap muka, penggunaan media pembelajaran yang bersifat konvensional dan tidak ditunjangnya fasilitas yang memadai untuk menjalankan proses pembelajaran secara Hybrid Learning. Adapun kesimpulan penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi terkait pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi dan dapat digunakan baik secara tatap muka maupun virtual agar guru dengan mudah mengoperasikan dapat dengan mudah memanfaatkan media pembelajaran dan memberikan pemahaman yang sama baiknya bagi siswa dan memberikan pelatihan kepada guru untuk teknis pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran secara Hybrid Learning.

Abstract

This study aims to isolate and identify the microscopic fungi found in sago pulp (Metroxylon sagu Rottb). The results of this study were used as a learning resource for high school biology class X on fungi. This research is a descriptive study that aims to obtain isolates of microscopic fungi isolated from sago pulp (Metroxylon sagu Rottb). After the microscopic fungi isolates were found, the identification process was carried out. The results of the identification of microscopic fungi were used as a source of high school biology learning in the form of LKPD and then tested the validity of the LKPD. The results showed that the type of microscopic fungi found in sago pulp (Metroxylon sagu Rottb) was from the Ascomycetes class, especially the Eurotiales order with the species name Aspergillus sp. and the learning resource is declared valid with a CVI value of 1.00 so it is suitable to be used as a source of learning biology on fungi in class X high school.

Abstract

Prospective student educators can use Lesson Study to improve their ability to plan and design learning. However, understanding of the implementation of Lesson Study in the learning process by 1st semester students at the Postgraduate Biology Education Study Program, Universitas Negeri Malang are still lacking. Thus, a study or research is necessary for the implementation of Lesson Study by students. This study aims to determine student learning activities through the application of Lesson Study and as a form of training for students to transform their knowledge as prospective educators. Descriptive qualitative research is the type of research conducted here. There were three stages to this research, namely planning, implementing, and reflecting. The data obtained from this study are the implementation of Lesson Study activities with the application of the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model, the implementation of Lesson Study activities with the application of the STAD cooperative learning model combined with Snowball Throwing, student learning activities, and the results of reflection on the implementation of Lesson Study. According to the study's findings, Lesson Study can accurately reflect student activities and its implementation in the learning process is also able to provide prospective educators with an understanding of pedagogical competence.

Abstract

Pembelajaran abad 21 dicirikan oleh keterampilan dan kompetensi yang dapat ditransfer ke peserta didik. Tingginya tingkat keragaman dan kompleksitas keterampilan abad 21 menjadi pertimbangan untuk menerapkan instrumen asesmen yang beragam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrument asesmen otentik yang mampu menfasilitasi keterampilan abad 21, seperti critical thinking, collaborative dan problem solving. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri atas 5 tahapan yaitu analyze (analisis), design (perancangan), develop (pengembangan), implement (implementasi) dan evaluation (evaluasi). Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Univ Sulawesi Barat Angkatan 2019 semester V kelas C dan D. Hasil penelitian diketahui jika instrumen yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sesuai dengan kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif.

Abstract

There is a high incidence of stunting in various villages across Indonesia these days. One of the reasons these problems are difficult to solve is the lack of knowledge and understanding by the community. The goal of the local food edu-digital website implementation program is to increase community knowledge of stunting and the use of local foods that can help overcome stunting in Sari Murni Village, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province. In this service program, three activities are carried out: 1) data collection for website content, 2) creation of local food edu-digital websites, and 3) website management training. Through this activity, we obtained (1) digital documentation consisting of text, images, and videos, and (2) an information sistem containing information about stunting, local food potential which can be overcome stunting, and local food processing methods, in addition to village information about development and activities.

Abstract

This article is based on the Community Service Program through the Thematic Village Development Community Service program at Gorontalo State University. The aim is to accelerate the achievement of SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) Point 3 (ensure a healthy life and encourage prosperity for all people at all ages) in Mohungo Village, Tilamuta District, Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo Province after the COVID-19 pandemic. The solution offered from this program is the development of healthy gardens in yards using TOGA (Family Medicinal Plants) waste technology. TOGA waste is a technology for utilizing used consumables as a means for planting TOGA. Implementation of activities includes observation and surveys, outreach and education, making healthy parks, and launching programs. Based on the stages of the activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation of making a Toga waste garden is very beneficial for the community and the government, namely by increasing public knowledge, especially PKK mothers, in utilizing plastic waste as a planting medium and planting family medicinal plants. Community involvement in assisting each stage and process from start to finish is a form of community concern for the environment.
