Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of variation in the use of teaching materials and the need for the development of teaching materials in the form of LKPD integrated with educational game media that can increase student activity in the learning process. This study aims to determine the development process, determine the level of validity, and practicality of LKPD based on Pobica learning media for grade V elementary schools. This research method uses Research and Development (R&D) research with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. Data collection techniques used in this study are interview techniques, observations, and questionnaires in the form of student needs analysis, product validation tests, student responses, and teacher responses. The results of the study are to produce a product in the form of LKPD based on Pobica. The percentage of validity obtained from material experts obtained a percentage of 85% with the category very valid. The percentage of validity obtained from media experts was 87% with the category very valid. The percentage of validity obtained from language experts was 95% with the category "very valid". Practicality assessment is obtained from student responses and teacher responses. In a small-scale trial, the student response questionnaire obtained a percentage of 84% with the category very practical. While in a large-scale trial, a percentage of 79% was obtained with the category practical. The results of the teacher response questionnaire obtained a percentage of 95% with the category very practical.

Abstract

Kedudukan perjanjian kredit tanpa jaminan hak tanggungan adalah perjanjian sah dalam hukum perdata selama sesuai dengan (Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata), meskipun tidak diatur dalam UU Hak Tanggungan karena tidak melibatkan agunan berupa tanah atau bangunan. Kredit jenis ini tetap diakui oleh Undang-Undang Perbankan, dan pelaksanaannya tunduk pada prinsip kehati-hatian serta penilaian kelayakan debitur. Namun, tanpa hak tanggungan, posisi hukum kreditur menjadi lebih lemah jika terjadi wanprestasi, karena tidak memiliki hak eksekusi langsung terhadap objek jaminan, sehingga penyelesaian harus melalui gugatan perdata di pengadilan. Penyelesaian kredit macet tanpa jaminan hak tanggungan sesuai putusan No.: 11/pdt.g.s/2018/pn son yaitu kredit dengan jaminan hak tanggungan memberikan perlindungan hukum yang lebih kuat bagi kreditur karena memungkinkan eksekusi langsung melalui parate eksekusi tanpa perlu putusan pengadilan. Sebaliknya, kredit tanpa hak tanggungan lebih berisiko karena eksekusi hanya dapat dilaksanakan lewta gugatan perdata dan putusan pengadilan yang inkracht, sehingga proses penyelesaiannya lebih lambat dan kompleks. Namun, baik kredit dengan maupun tanpa jaminan tetap sah secara hukum selama sesuai dengan syarat sah perjanjian menurut KUHPerdata. Bagi debitur, hak tanggungan menciptakan tanggung jawab dan risiko lebih besar, namun memberikan kepastian hukum bagi kedua belah pihak.

Abstract

Background: Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) remains a significant global public health issue, with rising prevalence, including in Indonesia. At the same time, numerous studies have investigated modifiable risk factors of T2DM. To date, stress, fruit, and green-leafy vegetable consumption as risk factors of T2DM remain limited. Purpose: This study investigated the association between stress, fruit, and green-leafy vegetable consumption with T2DM occurrence among individuals under the supervision of Kalasan Public Health Center, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 356 registered outpatients selected through purposive sampling. Stress levels were measured using the WHO Self-Reporting Questionnaire, while fruit and vegetable consumption was assessed using the Indonesia Basic Health Research 2018 questionnaire. T2DM status was determined based on fasting blood sugar levels recorded in medical records and confirmed by a physician's diagnosis. Results: Stress was linked to a higher probability of T2DM (Adjusted Odds Ratio (AOR)=2.61; 95% CI=1.25–5.44). Consuming fruit and green-leafy vegetables 2–3 times per week was associated with a lower likelihood of having T2DM (AOR=0.27; 95%  CI=0.13–0.56 and AOR=0.07; 95%CI=0.03–0.20, respectively). Conclusion: Stress increases the probability of T2DM. Fruit and green-leafy vegetable consumption 2-3 times per week was associated with a reduced likelihood of T2DM. These findings emphasize the need for targeted public health interventions promoting stress management and healthy dietary patterns strategies to mitigate T2DM risk in primary healthcare settings.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilakukan di kelompok tani Sejahtera Nagari Batu Bajanjang Kecamatan Lembang Jaya Kabupaten Solok Sumatera Barat pada tanggal 16 Mei 2025. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini sebanyak 25 orang terdiri dari Balai Pengawasan dan Sertifikasi Benih (BPSB), Kabid Hortikultura Dinas Pertanian Sumatera Barat, Kabid Hortikultura Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Solok, Penyuluh Pertanian (BPP), Kelompok Tani dan Mahasiswa. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada seluruh peserta dalam memahami proses panen benih kentang G-0 beserta tahapannya sampai proses dormansi. Berikut ini adalah beberapa manfaat panen benih kentang bermutu: Meningkatkan wawasan kelompok tani tentang proses panen benih kentang sesuai SOP, mengurangi resiko kerusakan pada umbi yang dipanen dan memastikan hasil panen yang berkualitas. Dengan dilakukannya bimbingan teknis ini, menambah pengetahuan para petani bahwa pentingnya mengetahui, memahami dan menerapkan tata kelola panen dan pascapanen benih kentang secara utuh dimana selama ini belum termanfaatkan secara optimal.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada Leton Coffe, sebuah usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di bidang minuman berbahan dasar kopi, mengenai Perhitungan Aset Tetap dan Penyusutannya. Tim PKM melakukan pendekatan melalui diskusi dengan pihak pengelola Leton Coffe dan studi kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data dan informasi yang relevan. Hasil awal menunjukkan bahwa sistem perhitungan aset tetap dan penyusutannya belum mencerminkan kondisi yang sebenarnya, dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan pihak pengelola terkait laporan keuangan terutama dalam hal aset tetap. Dalam pelaksanaan PKM, tim memberikan materi dan pelatihan mengenai cara melakukan perhitungan aset tetap dan penyusutannya. Hal ini diimplementasikan dengan melakukan perhitungan ulang terhadap daftar aset tetap yang ada, memisahkan aset tetap dengan aset lain, dan mengestimasikan penyusutan berdasarkan masa manfaatnya. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai total aset tetap Leton Coffe adalah Rp 261.522.400 dengan rata-rata penyusutan tahunan sebesar 25%. Penyusutan untuk tahun 2022 diperkirakan sebesar Rp 65.380.000. PKM ini memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi Leton Coffe karena memberikan pemahaman baru mengenai perhitungan aset tetap dan penyusutannya. Dengan adanya pemahaman ini, diharapkan Leton Coffe dapat memperbaiki sistem perhitungan dan laporan keuangannya agar lebih akurat dan sesuai dengan kondisi yang sebenarnya. Saran dari PKM ini adalah pentingnya Leton Coffe untuk terus meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan terkait laporan keuangan, terutama dalam hal perhitungan aset tetap dan penyusutannya. Dengan pemahaman yang baik, Leton Coffe dapat mengelola aset tetap dengan lebih efisien dan akurat, sehingga berdampak positif pada kinerja keuangan dan pengelolaan usahanya secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

It is still debatable whether distance learning is effective to be implemented fully. In pandemic where classes have been conducted online for more than a year, students’ motivation in attending the lectures fully is questionable. This study aims to determine students’ motivation in attending the lectures gradually. The students’ motivation six months after the face-to-face meeting was forbidden is compared to their motivation a year after the classes were done online. This research is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental research design with a time-series model. The population of this research is all 1st and 2nd semester students who took English For Business 1 and 2 courses. Data collection was carried out by using questionnaires to gain students’ motivation using Dornyei’s L2MSS questionnaires and additional 10 items from regular face to face class modified into items about the online language learning added to Language Learning section. Data analysis was conducted using the t test for paired samples. The results of the analysis obtained that distance learning is effective to maintain students’ motivation in attending classes in shorter period while it possibly decreases in longer time and teacher possibly needs creativity to maintain the students’ motivation.

Abstract

Team Pair Solo (TPS) is a method of cooperative learning in which the students do problem first as a team, then with a partner, and finally on their own. It is designed to motivate the students to tackle and succeed at problem which initially were beyond their ability. And then all students take individual quizzes on the material. The purpose in this research is to answer and investigate the effect of Team Pair Solo technique in teaching speaking related to speaking skill. In this research, quasi-experimental design used pre-test and post-test design. The writers given the test of two classes as subject, so there were control class and experimental class as compared. Despite this, the writers used quantitative approaches because the analyzed data was homogeny. The result of homogeneity test is to know the equivalent in capability before the writers give the treatment to the experimental group. Based on the research finding, it is found that the statistic computation from the post-test support the hypothesis and the students taught by using Team Pair Solo technique have better scores in speaking than those taught by using non-Team Pair Solo. This finding means that the alternative hypothesis is accepted. It is proved from the computation where computed F-value (23.196) was higher than the critical F-value (4.098) in significant level 0.05. The t-value shows 4.816, the sig. shows 0.000. The significance level is lower than 0.05 (0.000<0.050). Therefore, it can be concluded that Think Pair Solo technique is effective in teaching speaking.

Abstract

Learning is enhanced when it accours within a positive condition where the students fell exitement about what they are learning. Students are the center of learning process. They are forced to be active in reading, doing tasks, and in answering teacher’s question. The article aimed to discuss the characteristics of joyful learning, students’ motivation and the influence of joyful learning in building students’ motivation in studying English. The researchers used library research. For this reason, the researchers have proven it through analytical efforts and in-depth studies in several international publications. In short, the researchers examined each piece of evidence with a phenomenological approach to get answers to research questions that are among other things, involve a data coding system, critical evaluation, and drawing of valid and reliable final results . The result show that teachers can identify the characteristic of their students, so they can choose the kind of the appropriate educative games they can give. So although they come from different background, the students still have a high motivation in studying English. Abstract

Abstract Teacher candidates play a strategic role in ensuring the quality of future educational systems, yet many continue to encounter significant challenges during their teaching practicum, particularly related to pedagogical competence. This study investigates the pedagogical obstacles faced by EFL teacher candidates during their teaching performance in the English Laboratory of Muhammadiyah University of Metro. Using a descriptive qualitative design, data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis involving 12 assistants and 5 key informants. The findings reveal that teacher candidates commonly struggle with selecting appropriate teaching methods, managing students’ diverse learning abilities, and utilizing instructional media effectively. Moreover, the mismatch between chosen teaching strategies and students’ learning conditions often leads to ineffective learning processes. This study highlights the importance of strengthening pedagogical competence, including mastery of teaching methods, classroom management, and instructional media integration, to improve the teaching readiness of future teachers. The implications emphasize the need for more comprehensive pedagogical training and ongoing mentorship during teaching practicum programs.
