Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the balance scorecard measurement from the perspective of finance , customers , internal business processes , growth and learning have a partial effect on the performance of employees of Bank Negara Indonesia. from the perspective of partial influence on the performance of employees of Bank Negara Indonesia. The scope taken in this study is a survey conducted on research respondents, namely employees of Bank Negara Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of risk management strategies on the financial performance of Budi Karya Maju Company. The research method used is in the form of a case study at Budi Karya Maju's company. Researchers conduct analysis on the company's annual financial statements which include balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, besides that researchers also collect information related to the implementation of risk management strategies carried out by the company in the same period. The result of this study is that during 2022, Budi Karya Maju implemented a risk management strategy that focuses on mitigating operational risks and financial risks so that the risk management strategy implemented by Budi Karya Maju has a real positive impact on the company's financial performance, increasing net profit, revenue, and overall financial stability

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of risk management strategies on the financial performance of the Budi Karya Maju company. This research involves collecting secondary data from company financial reports over the last five years period and in-depth analysis of the risk management strategies implemented by the company. The multiple linear regression analysis method is used to identify the relationship between independent variables, namely risk management strategies (such as risk diversification, insurance, hedging and other risk mitigation), with the dependent variable, namely the company's financial performance (such as sales growth, profitability and liquidity). The research results show that the implementation of risk management strategies has a significant impact on the financial performance of the Budi Karya Maju company. Risk and insurance diversification has been proven to have a significant positive influence on sales growth and company profitability. On the other hand, risk mitigation practices also contribute positively to company liquidity. However, the analysis results also show that the use of hedging techniques does not have a significant impact on the company's financial performance. These findings provide valuable insights for company management in optimizing their risk management strategies to improve financial performance. The practical implication of this research is the importance of considering risk diversification and insurance as the main strategy, while still paying attention to risk mitigation practices to ensure optimal liquidity. For future researchers, it is recommended to expand this research by considering external factors, such as market conditions and industry regulations, to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the relationship between risk management and company performance. Abstract

Kegiatan “Pelatihan Pembuatan Akun Publons Bagi Dosen” ini dilaksanakan secara pada hari Kamis, 18 Agustus 2022. Peserta kegiatan yang terlibat adalah sebagian dosen Institut Teknologi Bisnis AAS Indonesia. Pada kegiatan pendahuluan ini, dosen selaku narasumber menjelaskan tentang Publons. Publons adalah situs web komersial yang menyediakan layanan gratis bagi akademisi untuk melacak, memverifikasi, dan menampilkan tinjauan sejawat dan kontribusi editorial untuk jurnal akademik. Pada kegiatan inti ini, dosen selaku narasumber kegiatan pengabdian masyakarat memberikan demonstrasi tentang bagaimana membuat akun Publons. Pada kegiatan ini, narasumber mengajak para peserta lain (dosen) untuk saling berdikusi mengenai berbagai permasalahan yang mungkin terjadi saat proses pembuatan akun Publons. Untuk memiliki Publon ID, tentunya harus mendaftar. Cara daftarnya sangat mudah, disarankan menggunakan akun yang sudah dibuat di ORCID supaya bisa langsung terupdate identitas namanya. Bila tidak memiliki akun ORCID, bisa masuk menggunakan Linkedin, Facebook, dan lainnya. Jika kita ingin membuat akun Publons dengan email, ada beberapa langkah yang harus dilakukan. Pada kegiatan penutup ini, dosen selaku narasumber kegiatan pengabdian masyakarat memberikan kesempatan kepada para peserta kegiatan untuk memberikan respon atau bertanya terkait dengan akun Publons. Dalam kegiatan ini, para peserta (dosen ITB AAS Indonesia) terlihat bersemangat dan antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini. Mereka langsung mempraktekkan cara membuat akun Publons. Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada perempuan terutama ibu-ibu rumah tangga mengenai kewirausahaan serta memanfaatkan peluang bisnis di era digital dan di masa pandemic dengan kegiatan ekonomi kreatif, sehingga para perempuan dapat berdaya secara ekonomi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat khususnya anggota PKK RW 08 Perumahan Nilagraha Gonilan Kartasura untuk membantu meningkatkan penghasilan keluarga dengan melakukan kegiatan ekonomi kreatif yaitu pembuatan kalung dari kain perca. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini antara lain ceramah, tutorial dan tanya jawab. Dari banyaknya pertanyaan yang muncul dari peserta menunjukan bahwa para peserta mempunyai minat yang besar dengan program pembuatan kalung dari kain perca. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK mendapat pengetahuan tentang ekonomi kreatif yaitu dengan memanfaatkan barang yang sudah tidak terpakai seperti kain perca menjadi barang yang mempunyai nilai jual. Disamping itu ibu-ibu PKK mempunyai tambahan keahlian membuat kalung dari kain perca serta mengetahui bagaimana cara penjualan dari hasil pembuatan kalung yang dapat dijual langsung ke konsumen, dititipkan di toko-toko aksesoris maupun dijual secara online melalui medsos. Abstract

Dengan menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada siswa kelas VC di SDN Lawangan Daya 2 Pamekasan, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada bidang IPA dan disiplin ilmu yang berkaitan dengan IPA. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan selama dua siklus. Tiga puluh siswa di kelas VC dijadikan sebagai subjek penelitian. Pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini mencakup berbagai metode, antara lain wawancara, dokumen, tes, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan paradigma pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) di kelas IPA yang memuat topik seperti bumi dan luar angkasa mempunyai pengaruh yang besar dan menguntungkan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yaitu dari enam puluh persen pada siklus satu dengan nilai rata-rata tujuh puluh enam menjadi delapan puluh tiga persen pada siklus dua dengan nilai rata-rata delapan puluh dua. Paradigma Pembelajaran Dasar Problem Learning (PBL) pada kelas VC di SDN Lawangan Daya 2 Pamekasan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada disiplin ilmu dan mata pelajaran yang berhubungan dengan bumi dan kosmos yang diajarkan pada mata pelajaran ilmiah. kurikulum

Abstract

The use of chemical fertilizers in agricultural activities in Wonosobo can cause heavy metal contamination and soil damage on agricultural land. Gunturmadu Village is a village located in Wonosobo Regency with the majority of the population working as farmers. Based on observations, organic materials in the form of soybean boiled water waste in Gunturmadu Village have not been widely utilized. KPM students in Gunturmadu Village planned a socialization program for the practice of making liquid organic fertilizer from soybean boiled water waste using the batch broth fermentation method as an effort to realize a sustainable environment by preventing damage to soil nutrients, thereby increasing agricultural yields and increasing knowledge and skills in making liquid organic fertilizer. The activity was attended by 26 PKK RW members of Buaran Hamlet, Gunturmadu Village and 13 KPM students with direct counseling and practice methods. Data collection was in the form of pre-tests and post-tests. The research stages include the preparation, counseling, and evaluation stages. The results of the study showed an increase in knowledge and skills in making liquid organic fertilizer by 70.6% and a decrease in the percentage of misunderstanding by 70.96%.

Abstract

Di dalam dunia pendidikan, teknologi turut mengambil peran dalam menciptakan suatu kegiatan pembelajaran yang aktif dan efisien. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran terdapat dua aktor utama yakni pendidik dan peserta didik yang mempunyai peran sentral dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Saat menjalankan tugasnya sebagai seorang pengajar, guru menggunakan metode dan model pembelajaran tertentu agar dapat merangsang siswa menjadi aktif saat pembelajaran, penggunaan metode dan model pembelajaran tersebut dibantu dengan media pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran merupakan sarana komunikasi yang menjembatani komunikasi antara guru dan siswa. Media pembelajaran dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat menumbuhkan hasrat dan minat yang baru, menumbuhkan dorongan dan impuls dalam aktivitas belajar bahkan mendatangkan imbas-imbas psikis pada peserta didik. Begitu pula dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, perlu adanya suatu media yang mampu menjadi alat perantara/komunikasi yang efektif antara guru dan siswa sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat belajar dan hasil belajar. Secara umum, media pembelajaran terdiri dari media audio, media visual, media audio visual, orang, bahan, alat, teknik dan latar. Pada penelitian skripsi saya ini saya akan membahas mengenai media pembelajaran audio visual Smart TV. Media pembelajaran audio visual Smart TV, merupakan teknologi yang berkelanjutan dalam perkembangan generasi televisi. Smart TV yang terhubung dengan wireless dan mempunyai aplikasi android di dalamnya merupakan satu keunggulan tersendiri disamping dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi (Smart TV) dan Minat Belajar terhadap hasil belajar PPKn siswa. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat adanya dampak dari media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi (Smart TV) dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMAN 4 Kota Madiun.

Abstract

Leprosy is a contagious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium leprae, which attacks the peripheral nerves and skin. This study aims to analyze whether household ventilation, housing density, window availability, wall and floor conditions, room separation, and personal hygiene behaviors are significantly associated with leprosy incidence in Cirebon regency.  This research is an analytical observational study with a case-control design, involving 77 case respondents and 77 controls randomly selected. Data were collected through observation and interviews regarding home conditions and personal habits, and then analyzed using the chi-square test. The results show that the variables of ventilation size (p-value < 0.001 and OR = 5.361), window condition (p-value < 0.001 and OR = 3.640), room separation (p-value < 0.001 and OR = 6.249), and occupancy density (p-value = 0.014 and OR = 2.387) were significantly associated with the incidence of leprosy, while floor type (p-value = 0.297 and OR = 1.539) and wall type (p-value = 0.250 and OR = 1.543) were not associated with leprosy incidence. Regarding personal hygiene factors, knowledge (p-value < 0.001 and OR = 7.125), attitude (p-value < 0.001 and OR = 6.818), shared towel use (p-value < 0.001 and OR = 5.2), and nail-cutting habits (p-value < 0.001 and OR = 3.433) had a significant effect on leprosy, while bathing frequency (p-value = 0.294 and OR = 1.539) did not show a significant relationship. The findings indicate that the physical housing environment and personal hygiene are associated with leprosy occurrence in Cirebon Regency, suggesting that control efforts should prioritize housing improvements and the promotion of proper hygiene practices Keyword: Leprosy, Physical Home Environment, Knowledge, Attitude, Personal hygiene

Abstract

The problem in the study carried out is that it provides an understanding regarding student learning in Civics learning which is still not good, especially because the teacher only uses the classroom environment and places more emphasis on taking notes from textbooks. In addition, student participation in asking and answering questions during learning activities is still lacking, which makes them less motivated to learn. Using the Teams Games Tournament approach, this study aims to improve Civics learning outcomes and student involvement in the learning process in class IV SDN Blega 1 unit "GOTONG ROYONG". Planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting are the four steps of classroom action learning carried out over two cycles. At SDN Blega 1, the research participants were grade IV students. The authors tested, interviewed, and made observations while developing a data collection methodology. Based on the findings of the data analysis, it was found that students learned more about human collaboration in the Civics curriculum. Whereas in Cycle I 44% of students passed the KKM, and 56% of students did not pass, after being given instructions, Cycle II used the Teams Games Tournament approach to carry out learning achievement tests, so that the number of students who passed increased. 32 people or 89%, while the decrease in the number of students who did not pass was 4 people or 11%, and Cycle III increased the number of students who passed by 36 people or with a percentage of 100%. Civics learning outcomes for class IV SDN Blega 1 can be improved through learning activities with the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) paradigm.
