Abstract

This study aimed to describe: 1) planning of Islamic-based curriculum, 2) process of implementation of the curriculum, 3) learning evaluation, and 4) community participation in integrated Islamic Junior High School (SMP IT) Miftahul Jannah Bandar Lampung. This study used a qualitative research design, through intensive observation in normal circumstances (natural setting). Data were collected using interviews, observation and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using inductive-conceptualism technique. The results of this study are: 1) the planning of the used curriculum integration, namely the national curriculum and Islamic-based curriculum, 2) the implementation of the curriculum was integration of subject matters with Islamic values, 3) the evaluation system consisted of authentic assessment, self-assessment, daily tests, midterm tests, semester tests, school exam, and national exam, and 4) community participation was in the forms of suggestions for improvement in the learning process in the school.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) perencanaan kurikulum berbasis Islam, 2) proses pelaksanaan kurikulum, 3) evaluasi pembelajaran, dan 4) partisipasi masyarakat dalam terpadu SMP Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (SMP IT) Miftahul Jannah Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif, melalui pengamatan intensif dalam keadaan normal (pengaturan alam). Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik induktif-konseptualisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) perencanaan integrasi kurikulum yang digunakan, yaitu kurikulum nasional dan kurikulum berbasis Islam, 2) pelaksanaan kurikulum adalah integrasi materi dengan nilai-nilai Islam, 3) sistem evaluasi terdiri dari penilaian autentik, self-assessment, ulangan harian, ulangan tengah semester, tes semester, ujian sekolah, dan ujian nasional, dan 4) partisipasi masyarakat adalah dalam bentuk saran untuk perbaikan dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah.Kata kunci: kurikulum, manajemen sekolah, sekolah islam terpadu

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and know the relations between: (1) leadership of principal with pedagogic competency of teacher, (2) school climate with pedagogic competency of teacher, (3) leadership of headmaster and school climate simultaneously with pedagogic competency of teacher on elementary. The kind of this research is quantitative by using method of expost facto. Data are obtained from questionnaire and documentation, and then analyzed by used correlation technique and regression both simple and double. Hypothesis test is done by Product Moment correlation, which have been done before with analyze precondition test. The results of this research are, (1) the teacher should be able to increase his/her pedagogic competency and are not satisfied with the performance that has been achieved, so it can cause optimal school climate, (2) The principals should give more attention in case of Teachers performance so it can increase school climate.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui hubungan antara: (1) kepemimpinan kepala dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru, (2) iklim sekolah dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru, (3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah bersamaan dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru di SD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode expost facto. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik korelasi dan regresi yang digunakan sederhana dan ganda. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan korelasi Product Moment, yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya dengan analisis uji prasyarat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah, (1) guru harus mampu meningkatkan / kompetensi pedagogik nya dan tidak puas dengan kinerja yang telah dicapai, sehingga dapat menyebabkan iklim sekolah yang optimal, (2) Kepala sekolah harus memberikan lebih perhatian dalam hal kinerja guru sehingga dapat meningkatkan iklim sekolah.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah, kompetensi paedagogik guru

Abstract

Abstract: ANDROID BASED MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM AT INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY MIDDLE SCHOOL IN BANDAR LAMPUNG. This study aimed to analyze and describe an Android-based SIM at SMK SMTI (Industrial Technology High School). There are four elements described, namely (1) planning an Android-based SIM at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung, (2) organizing an Android-based SIM at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung, (3) implementing an Android-based SIM at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung, and (4) monitoring and evaluation of an Android-based SIM at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung. The approach used in this study was a descriptive qualitative approach. The research data were obtained from two sources, namely researchers and 10 informants. Data collection techniques were carried out by: (1) interviews, (2) observation, and (3) document study. The validity of the data was obtained from the findings that were carried out by testing the credibility, dependability and confirmability. The results showed that, (1) the SIM planning at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung accommodated the needs of steakholders obtained through brainstorming and selecting them according to school objectives. (2) SIM organization at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung socialized Android-based SIM according to users such as teachers, students and parents. (3) the implementation of an Android-based SIM at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung could improve education quality services that are effective and efficient. Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the management of madrasa education quality-based development through management of madrasa, culture of madrasa, new student enrollment, and management of the education. This research uses qualitative approach the draft case studies. Data collection techniques used is interviews, observation, and study the documentation. The results showed that 1) Madrasa have conducted the function of management such as planning, organization, actuating dan controlling in madrasa management, 2) Existence of madrasa culture is closely related to the positive values and norms that binds all citizens of madrasa, 3) new students enrollment to capture the grade regular and superior class to get good input that will produce a very good output.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengembangan manajemen berbasis kualitas pendidikan madrasah melalui pengelolaan madrasah, budaya madrasah, pendaftaran siswa baru, dan manajemen pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi rancangan kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Madrasah telah melakukan fungsi manajemen seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, actuating Dan pengendalian dalam pengelolaan madrasah, 2) Adanya budaya madrasah terkait erat dengan nilai-nilai dan norma-norma positif yang mengikat semua warga madrasah, 3) tingkat pendaftaran mahasiswa baru untuk menangkap kelas kelas reguler dan unggul untuk mendapatkan masukan yang baik yang akan menghasilkan output yang sangat baik.Kata kunci: manajemen pengembangan, manajemen madrasah, manajemen pendidikan dasar

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe lesson plan and learning implement through cooperative learning model NHT (Numbered Head Together) type which can improve the basic skills of social studies learning outcomes. The method used in the study is Classroom Action Research. The results of this study showed an increase in each cycle 1-3: The lesson plan value for each cycle is very good. Teacher performance in the learning process is very good. Achievement of social science basic skills, reached 87%, which means that eight indicators that have been achieved. The improvement  student learning outcomes, for the first 1 cycle students who completed are 20 students, the second 2 cycles up to 26 students and the third 3 cycles reached 34.    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan perencanaan pembelajaran, dan Pelaksanaan pembelajaran melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT (Numbered Head Together) yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dasar IPS dan hasil belajar siswa kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan peningkatan pada setiap siklus 1- 3 yaitu; Nilai perencanaan pembelajaran menjadi sangat baik. Nilai kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran menjadi sangat baik. Ketercapaian keterampilan dasar IPS pada siswa yaitu, terampil mencapai 87 %, yang artinya dari 8 indikator sudah tercapai secara keseluruhan. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, untuk siklus 1 siswa yang tuntas mencapai 20 dari jumlah siswa, untuk siklus 2 siswa yang tuntas mencapai 26 dari jumlah siswa dan siklus 3 siswa yang tuntas  mencapai 34.Kata kunci: keterampilan dasar ips, nht, pembelajaran kooperatif

Abstract

This research aims: to determine the effect of students perceptions about teaching methods and the availability of learning in school on learning outcomes Physical Education eighth grade students at MTs 1 Kotabumi. This reseach was clasified as descriptive verification with ex post facto and surveys approach. Population in this research is 189 students and sample 128 student(5 classes) where taken by Slovin formula. Data analysis technique is using Simple Linear Regression and Multiple Linear Regression. The result of research showed: (1) There is an influence of students perceptions about teaching methods on physical education learning outcomes. (2) There is an influence of the availability of school learning on physical education learning outcomes. (3) There is an influence students perceptions of teachers teaching methods and the availability of school learning on physical education learning outcomes.Penelitian ini bertujuan: untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar dan ketersediaan sarana belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar Penjasorkes siswa kelas VIII di MTs Negeri 1 Kotabumi. Metodelogi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 189 siswa dan sampel 128 siswa (5 kelas) di ambil dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linear Sederhana dan Regresi Linear Multiple.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Ada pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar terhadap hasil belajar penjasorkes. (2) Ada pengaruh ketersediaan sarana belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar penjasorkes. (3) Ada pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru dan ketersediaan sarana belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar penjasorkes.Kata kunci : hasil belajar, metode, persepsi, sarana.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine the students 'perceptions toward pedagogical competence of Physical Education Sport, and health teachers' so that it would become a benchmark in providing better teaching-learning process. The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis with total sample of 213 people by a sampling of the whole population developed by Isaac and Michael. This technique has tables’ error rate 1%, 5%, and 10 %. The researcher used questionnaire. He analyzed data by using Likert scale. The results obtained in the research of students 'perceptions of pedagogical competence of physic is considered good to fairly well by the overall students’ percentage stated strongly agree is amount to 26.85%, while the students stated agree is amount to 57.75%.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru penjasorkes agar menjadi panduan guru pejasorkes dalam memberikan pembelajaran lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 213 orang menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang dikembangkan oleh Issac dan Michael dengan tabel tingkat kesalahan 1%, 5%, dan 10%. untuk tehnik pengambilan data menggunakan tekhnik angket. Analisis data menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru penjasorkes cukup baik dengan pesentase keseluruhan menyatakan sangat setuju ada 26,85%, menyatakan setuju ada 57,75%.Kata kunci: guru penjasorkes, kompetensi pedagogik, metode diskriptif

Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze the effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes, the influence of learning discipline on learning outcomes, and the influence of motivation and learning discipline on learning outcomes during online learning. This research was a quantitative research with ex post facto method. The population of this research amounted to 136 students. The sampling technique used was probability sampling using a simple random sampling technique with the outcomes of 58 students. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire to collect data on student answers and documentation in order to obtain data on learning outcomes. The data analysis techniques used was multiple linear regression test. The outcomes of this research indicated that there was an influence between learning motivation on learning outcomes of 62.7%, learning discipline on learning outcomes of 37.3%, and simultaneously learning motivation and learning discipline on mathematics learning outcomes of 65.6%. The conclusion of this study shows that there is an influence between learning motivation and learning outcomes, learning discipline and learning outcomes as well as learning motivation and learning discipline on mathematics learning outcomes in fourth grade students.Kewords: motivation, discipline, learning outcomes, mathematics for elementary schoolDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jiip.v3i1.23043

Abstract

This research aims to show the problems that occur regarding the application of the new student admission system through the zoning system, the real impact and the implications of various constraints and problems from the application of the zoning system in acceptance of new students. This research is a literature research with data resources using previously study and information from trusted mass media. The results of the study explain that there are several problems that need to be resolved so that the application of the zoning system in the new student admissions policy can be carried out optimally. The problem is reducing the capacity of the achievement pathway, the condition of school accreditation is not evenly distributed, and many schools have inadequate classroom conditions. The impact of the implementation of the zoning system is that it makes it easier for students to attend school, equalizes the quality of schools, and creates perceptions of the limitations of school choices for students.

Abstract

Nowadays, many students are still lack of good character and there should be a character-building program from school. This paper aimed to collect and analyze articles that are related to the implementation of a Child-Friendly School in building students' characters. The method used was a literature review, in which articles were collected from Google Scholar and the Directory of Open Access Journals. The criteria of articles used were from the last five years. Based on the articles that were collected, it can be concluded that Child-Friendly School is a very good educational concept to be implemented especially in building students' character.
