Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the SQ3R learning model (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) on student learning outcomes. The problem in this study is the low student learning outcomes. This research uses purposive sampling. The instrument used in this study used non-tests and tests. The results of data analysis showed that there was an influence on the use of the SQ3R learning model (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) on the learning outcomes of Grade IV students of SDN 1 Gisting. This is indicated by the average value of student learning outcomes who follow learning using the SQ3R learning model (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) in the experimental class is higher than the average value of student learning outcomes who do not use the SQ3R learning model (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) in the control class.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of the Card Sort method in improving reading ability. Reading is a means for students to learn things that are not yet known and can expand knowledge, students can recognize themselves, their culture and even help recognize the culture of other people, and students can recognize written messages contained in reading. To achieve the above goals, students' ability to read is needed. The Card Sort method is a learning method used to help remember what they have read in reading books, not only from short-term memory to long-term memory. The problems in learning to read that occur in class IV SDN 1 Landbaw are that students cannot read well and correctly, students cannot answer questions related to information and reading material, and draw conclusions from the reading. As a result, most students are less active in concluding reading content, students also feel bored with learning to read so they are less enthusiastic about following it. The use of the Card Sort learning method is expected to be able to improve students' reading skills in accordance with the Class IV Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) in Indonesian language subjects at SDN 1 Landbaw because in using the Card Sort method students are required to actively carry out responsibilities for the assigned tasks. given by the teacher. The results of research using the Card Sort method can improve students' reading skills. Learning with this method can improve the reading of class IV students at SDN 1 Landbaw. The average Card Sort method in student learning in Indonesian language subjects from the status cycle reached 60.50%, then in the second cycle it reached 80.50%, so there was an increase of 20%. In this case, students' reading increased by 45%. So with an increase in reading, 80% of students completed their studies and 20% of students who did not complete their studies.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas IV di SD 6 Metro Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model problem based learning berbasis media ICT Google Sites terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental group design dengan desain penelitian yaitu non-equivalent control group design. Populasi dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 53 peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 6 Metro Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model problem based learning berbasis media ICT Google Sites terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis pada pembelajaran IPAS peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 6 Metro barat tahun ajaran 2024/2025.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV di SD N 4 Metro Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari penerapan model discovery learning berbasis media aplikasi wordwall terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan desain penelitian non-equivalent control gruop design. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan jenis teknik purposive sampling. Populasi dan sempel penelitian ini sebanyak 34 orang. sampel ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan uji Regresi Sederhana dengan hasil Fhitung > Ftabel, yaitu 6,605 > 4.54. Nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,021 < 0,05 sehingga dapat di simpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model discovery learning berbasis media aplikasi wordwall terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV pada mata pelajaran IPAS di SD N 4 Metro barat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh pendekatan STEM berbasis media powtoon, (2) pengaruh pendekatan STEM berbasis media powerpoint, (3) perbedaan antara pengaruh pendekatan STEM berbasis media powtoon dan powerpoint terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPAS Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experimental design. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 8 Metro Timur dengan jumlah 57 orang peserta didik. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh penerapan pendekatan STEM berbantuan media powtoon dengan nilai signifikasi (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penerapan pendekatan STEM berbasis media powerpoint dengan nilai signifikasi (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pendekatan STEM berbasis media powtoon dengan pendekatan STEM berbasis media powerpoint terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPAS Kelas IV SD Negeri 8 Metro Timur dengan nilai signifikansi 0,038 < 0,05. Penerapan pendekatan STEM berbasis media powerpointlebih unggul dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dibandingkan media powtoon.

Abstract

Rendahnya sikap sosial peserta didik sekolah dasar seperti empati, toleransi, dan tanggung jawab menjadi tantangan dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di era modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Value Clarification Technique (VCT) berbantuan media Prezi terhadap peningkatan sikap sosial peserta didik sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen dan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian melibatkan peserta didik kelas V di MIN 5 Bandar Lampung. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket sikap sosial yang telah divalidasi dan reliabel, serta diperkuat dengan observasi dan dokumentasi kegiatan pembelajaran. Kelompok eksperimen diberikan pembelajaran menggunakan model VCT berbantuan media Prezi, sedangkan kelompok kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada sikap sosial peserta didik yang mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan model VCT berbantuan Prezi dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi model pembelajaran berbasis nilai dengan media digital interaktif mampu menciptakan proses belajar yang lebih menarik, reflektif, dan bermakna, sehingga berkontribusi terhadap penguatan empati, kerja sama, toleransi, dan tanggung jawab peserta didik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan model pembelajaran karakter yang adaptif terhadap kemajuan teknologi di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The problem of this study is the low learning outcomes of Civics of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 5 Metro Pusat. This study aims to determine the positive and significant effect of intrapersonal intelligence on students' Civics learning outcomes. This research method is ex post facto with quantitative research type. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation studies. The population in this study amounted to 59 students and the entire population was used as a research sample. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale, which was previously tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence between intrapersonal intelligence on the learning outcomes of Civics of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 5 Metro Pusat in the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect and differences in the use of card sort media and couple cards on the critical thinking skills of IPAS students. The method used in this research is quasi experimental with a non-equivalent control group design. The population and sample in this study were obtained through purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 52 students. Data were analyzed using simple regression test and t-test. The results showed that there was an effect of card sort media and couple cards on the critical thinking skills of IPAS fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Margajaya in the 2023/2024 academic year and there were differences in IPAS critical thinking skills between experimental classes with card sort media which had a higher effect than the control class using couple card media so that card sort media and couple cards can be used as an alternative learning model that can improve students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using gadgets and online games on students social interactions. This type of research is quantitative with ex-post facto research methods. The sample in this research is consisted of 58 students. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The data analysis technique uses the simple regression test. The results of the research show that the correlation coefficient has a positive and significant influence on the use of gadgets on students social interactions with a value of 0.014 with very low criteria and the correlation coefficient has a positive and significant influence with the use of online games on students social interactions with a value of 0.001 with very low criteria. Then, the coefficient of determination (The R2) obtained was 0.448, which means that the use of gadgets and online games has had an influence of 44.80% on students social interactions and 55.20% of the relationship is influenced by other variables not researched.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the application of LKPD canva based on the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model to critical thinking skills in the subject of science at SD Negeri 4 Tumijajar. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the effect of the application of LKPD canva based on the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on the critical thinking skills of students in the subject of science in grade IV of SD Negeri 4 Tumijajar. The research method used is a quantitative method using a quasi-experiment. The population in this study were 45 students in grade IV of SD Negeri 4 Tumijajar, involving 45 students who were also used as research samples. Data collection techniques use test, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the data analysis show that there is an influence of the application of LKPD Canva based on the Problem Based Learning model on the critical thinking skills of the science subjects of grade IV students at SD Negeri 4 Tumijajar as indicated by the results of simple linear regression calculations with Fcount = 4.82 ≥ Ftable = 4.35 the percentage of completion of the experimental class is higher, namely 84%, which means it is at a strong level.
