Abstract

This research is based on the Application of the Curriculum of the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) in the Formation of Religious Characters of SMPIT Khoiru Students, Ummah Rejang Lebong. SMPIT Khoiru Ummah in implementing its learning applies the Curriculum of the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) curriculum that integrates with the National Local Content curriculum based on Islamic education, which includes the National curriculum (Ministry of Education and Culture), Ministry of Education curriculum and JSIT curriculum. Problem formulation of this study: First, How is the implementation of the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) curriculum in the formation of religious character of SMPIT Chorus Ummah students, Second, how is the content and program of the JSIT curriculum, Third, what are the advantages and disadvantages of the curriculum. In order to find the answer the study used a descriptive qualitative approach and the location of his research at SMPIT Khoiru Ummah with the main data sources obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. And data analysis techniques are obtained from data reduction, data presentation and data verification by triangulating data. Based on the results of the study, it was found that: 1) The application of the JSIT curriculum could shape the religious character of SMPIT Khoiru Ummah students as evidenced by the internalization of Islamic values on all subjects, local content and program curriculum, 2) JSIT curriculum content and programs shaped, training, workshop, BPI, PRAMUKA SIT, mabit, rihlah, mukhoyam qur’an, putsal, dhuha, English corner, club science, archery, spirituality, tahsin and tahfiz, 3) The advantages of the JSIT curriculum are: students can master general science as well as science Islamic religion, the achievement of special competencies that must be possessed, students are able to do community service in the form of teaching Koran able to memorize 3 juz of the Qur’an and students are more easily directed. In addition, the negative influence of children outside the school is reduced because the child’s time for school is longer. The shortcomings of the JSIT curriculum are seemingly compelling towards students, forcing teachers in the preparation of lesson plans to be in accordance with the peculiarities of JSIT, the learning hours are so crowded.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the processing of ammoniated, biofermented and amorphous corn husks on physical quality, dry matter, ash content, crude protein (CP), ether extract (EE), crude fiber (CF), and nitrogen free extract (NFE). This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) which consisted of 4 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments given were P1: untreated corn husks (control), P2: ammoniated corn husks (2% urea), P3: fermented corn husks (5% Aspergillus niger), and P4: amofered corn husks (2% urea + 5% Aspergillus niger). The variables observed included physical quality and nutrient content (dry matter, ash, crude protein, ether extract, crude fiber, and nitrogen free extract). The data obtained  analyzed using Analysis of Variety and followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results of the study had a significant effect on the physical quality, dry matter, ash, crude protein, ether extract, crude fiber and nitrogen free extract (P<0,05), but had no effect (P>0,05) on the ash content. Amopheric processing has the best effect on physical quality, crude protein and crude fiber content of corn husks. Fermentation processing gives the best effect on ether extract and nitrogen free extract.

Abstract

This research aims to determine effect of applying a combination of trichocompost fertilizer and NPK fertilizer with different levels on the productivity of Pakchong grass. This research was conducted from October to December 2023 at the Integrated Field Laboratory Greenhouse, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. This study used a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of trichocompost and NPK fertilizer factors. The trichocompost fertilizer factor consisted of 4 treatment levels, namely T0: without trichocompost (control), T1: 15 tons/ha of trichocompost fertilizer, T2: 30 tons/ha of trichocompost fertilizer, and T3: 45 tons/ha of trichocompost and the NPK fertilizer factor consists of 4 treatment levels, namely K0: no NPK fertilizer (control), K1: 100 kg/ha urea + 50 kg/ha TSP + 50 kg/ha KCL, K2: 150 kg/ha urea + 75 kg/ha TSP + 75 kg/ha KCL, and K3: 200 kg/ha urea + 100 kg/ha TSP + 100 kg/ha KCL. The data obtained were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and followed by the Least Significant Difference (LSD). The results showed that the combination of trichocompost and NPK fertilizer did not give a significant interaction (P>0.05) on the number of tillers, fresh weight and dry matter of pakchong grass, but  had a significant effect (P<0.05) on fresh weight and dry matter of pakchong grass crown. The results of the LSD test on fresh weight and dry matter of pakchong grass showed  that T3 trichocompost fertilizer treatment gave the best results when compared to other treatments. The results showed that the use of NPK fertilizer had a significant effect (P<0.05) on the crude protein content and crude fiber content of pakchog grass. The results of the LSD test on crude protein showed that K3 treatment provides the best results compared to other treatments. While the crude fiber content of K3 treatment was significantly different from K1.

Abstract

Currency as a legal means of payment is needed in domestic and international economic activities to achieve the social welfare of Indonesian society as a whole. Regulations regarding the nature and price of currency are contained in Article 23 B of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. To ensure legal certainty and legal protection, another law was enacted, namely Law Number 7 of 2011 concerning currency. The aim of this research is to analyze the use of crypto money as a means of payment in Indonesia. This research uses a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis techniques to test the validity of the data in this research by looking for existing reference sources. Based on the research results, it shows that a series of legal regulations in Indonesia regarding digital crypto money show the government's awareness in creating the rule of law within the scope of the economic ecosystem in the digital era. So this is something special for Indonesia as a country that is serious about protecting its people in cryptocurrency transactions as assets or commodities (crypto assets). However, there are conflicting perspectives in viewing the position of digital crypto money. Bank Indonesia places it as digital money (virtual currency) so its use is prohibited as a means of payment. As for the Ministry of Trade, through Bappebti, it places crypto digital money (cryptocurrency) as a digital asset or commodity so that based on normative provisions it is allowed to be traded on the Futures Exchange. Therefore, the government needs to harmonize the law in positioning crypto digital money.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises have an important role in maintaining general economic balance in an area through increasing income in the category of community economic independence. Micro-enterprises are more directed at production carried out by households. However, there are still many problems in its operations, especially in human resources and the management of products and waste from products in a sustainable manner. In this activity, researchers use a participatory approach which is often called participatory action research (PAR). The result of this assistance is that improving the quality of knowledge of business actors can be carried out properly through providing education regarding administrative requirements that must be met by business actors in managing their business, including NPWP, NIB, PIRT, Trademarks and Halal Certification. improvement of product quality that has been carried out for business actors in this assistance through the implementation of a marketing mix strategy as expected. Utilization of tree waste and banana peels through education in this activity can run well. Utilization of banana peel waste is carried out for animal feed and this assistance can be carried out properly starting from the drying process to milling.

Abstract

The presence of four reservoirs as rainwater collection infrastructure at the University of Lampung is expected to enhance the infiltration process and recharge the groundwater aquifers. However, the threat of water scarcity in the area may arise due to the reduction of recharge areas. Therefore, a comprehensive study is necessary to understand the important factors in maintaining groundwater availability. This research aims to analyze groundwater aquifers, identify fluctuations in the water level of Reservoir B, and analyze the relationship between the elevation of the water level in the reservoir and the availability of groundwater in the University of Lampung environment. The research methodology involves the interpretation of geoelectric data and the calculation of water level fluctuations in the reservoir. The analysis results indicate that the shallow groundwater aquifer is estimated to be located at depths ranging from 10 to 30 meters, while the deeper aquifer is situated at depths of 80 to 130 meters with a layer of sandy tuff. The highest fluctuation in water level is recorded at 14 cm during rainfall with an intensity of 52.1 mm/day. There were no significant changes in the water level observed during rainfall with intensities ranging from 0 to 2.4 mm/day, and the average fluctuation observed is approximately 0.5 cm every 8 hours.

Abstract

Abstract Self Efficacy is a factor that has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. In contrast to Self Efficacy, the average previous research shows a negative and significant impact on Employee Performance. This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach. This study used primary data collected by observation and questionnaire methods. The questionnaire was distributed to 250 Indomaret employees throughout the islands in Indonesia including Lampung province as the representative of the island of Sumatra, Banjarmasin as the representative of the island of Kalimantan, Kendari as the representative of the island of Sulawesi, Jakarta as the representative island of Java, and Bali as the representative island from the eastern side of Indonesia. The data obtained were analyzed using PLS 3.0. The results showed that Self Efficacy and Workload had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on previous studies as the main formula for finding new variations/novelty in the research being conducted. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from 400 employees of Private Islamic Universities spread throughout Indonesia. The data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show concluded that the Employee Creativity variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values point positively and are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.007. This is because the more creative employees can make work easily completed, problems can be overcome easily, and company targets can be achieved to improve Employee Performance. In line with the results of the first hypothesis, in the next row as a result of the second hypothesis also shows that the Commitment variable can strengthen the influence of the Work Creativity variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000 more significant than direct testing of 0.007. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted. Keywords: Employee Creativity, Employee Performance , Commitment

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini bertempat didesa Bandar Kecamatan Soosh Buay Rayab OKU. Adapun judul materi yang disampaikan yaitu Penyuluhan Kesantunan Berbahasa di Media Sosial Untuk Mahasiswa KKN di desa Bandar Kecamatan Sosoh Buay Rayap OKU. Adapun permasalahan mitra dalam penyuluhan ini sebagai berikut Kesantunan mahaiswa dalam menggunakan bahasa masih belum pandai mengelola bahasa. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuandalam berintekasi dimedia sosial sehingga mahasiswa mendapatkan hasil setelah terselenggaranya penyuluhan ini.Disisi lain solusi yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra secara sistematis sesuai dengan prioritas permasalahan yang ada di Universitas Baturaja adalah memberikan penyuluhan interaksi dimedia sosial dalam berkomunikasi.

Abstract

Desa Margomulyo salah satu desa di Kecamatan Jati Agung dengan matapencaharian utama dalah bertani dan beternak. Potensi lahan pertanian dan peternakan cukup luas. Namun, permasalahan yang terjadi hingga saat ini adalah budaya beternak di Desa Margomulyo yang masih menggunakan sistem tradisional. Persoalan utama yang menjadi prioritas Peternak di Desa Margomulyo adalah kemampuan peternak untuk menyusun ransum pakan sapi potong masih rendah, pemanfaatan teknologi pengolahan pakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas nutrisi makanan ternak masih rendah, serta usaha peternakan yang belum mampu mendongkrak perekonomian peternak.Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Margomulyo Kecamatan Jati Agung Kabupaten Lampung Selatan yang dilakukan antara lain adalah memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan teknik pembuatan ransum sapi potong berbasis sumber daya pakan lokal, memberikan penyuluhan pembuatan silase dan amoniasi untuk limbah pertanian, memberikan penyuluhan tentang strategi usaha bidang peternakan. Kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan menggunakan metode Participation Rural Apraisal (PRA). Hasil kegiatan yang diperoleh yaitu sebelum dilakukan kegiatan tingkat pengetahuan peternak tentang jenis dan kebutuhan pakan adalah 25,7%, pengetahuan tentang penyusunan ransum sebelum dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian terdata 11,4%, pengetahuan peternak tentang pengawetan pakan hijauan 13,8% dan pengetahuan peternak tentang perbaikan kualitas limbah pertanian sebelum dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian terdata 13,1%. Setelah kegiatan dilakukan masing-masing meningkat menjadi, 63,2%, 52,6%, 34,2%, dan 47,3%. Disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan yang dilakukan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peternak di Desa Margomulyo, Kecamatan Jati Agung, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.
