Abstract

PT Pertamina (Persero) cq subsidiary PT Pertamina Patra Niaga C&T (PPN) merupakan BU Niaga Migas yang ditunjuk oleh KEMEN-ESDM untuk melakukan pendistribusian LPG PSO (Bersubsidi) melalui Penyalur LPG kepada Masyarakat yang berhak di seluruh Indonesia. Saat ini PT PPN telah memiliki sistem ERP dalam mendukung aktivitas untuk menjalankan proses bisnis, namun sistem yang berjalan saat ini belum mengakomodir administratif dan lapangan secara spesifik seperti jadwal penebusan dan distribusi. Saat ini untuk memberitahukan informasi tersebut kepada sejumlah Penyalur masih menggunakan E-mail ataupun Aplikasi Messenger secara manual yang menyita waktu dan ditambah juga apabila ada perubahan jadwal dan alokasi secara tiba-tiba berdasarkan kebutuhan LPG di lapangan akan menjadi sulit untuk mengirimkan informasi serta tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik. Sehingga untuk meningkatkan produktivitas bisnis terutama dalam penyaluran LPG PSO dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang secara khusus mampu mendukung sistem ERP dalam melakukan sejumlah proses komputasi. Sales 1 Management Information System (S1manis) diimplementasikan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan Private Server. Berdasarkan observasi kebutuhan mandatori terhadap Sistem Informasi kepada Pertamina dan para Penyalur LPG PSO, pasca dilakukannya Sosialisasi dan Implementasi fitur jadwal pada S1manis secara signifikan para Penyalur LPG PSO mendapatkan informasi jadwal, alokasi yang valid dan realtime sehingga semakin memudahkan dalam mendukung pendistribusian LPG PSO.

Abstract

Tujuan artikel ini menguraikan hukum keluarga dalam kacamata antropologi hukum. Dari uraian tersebut akan diperoleh pemahaman yang utuh mengenai tujuan, fungsi, dan peran hukum dalam kehidupan masyarakat yang bercorak  multicultural. Metode naratif sosiologis mejadi pilihan dalam penyajian tulisan ini. Implikasi yang diperoleh bahwa  hukum perspektif antropologi dipelajari sebagai bagian yang integral dari kebudayaan secara keseluruhan, dan karena itu hukum dipelajari sebagai produk dari interaksi sosial yang dipengaruhi oleh aspek-aspek kebudayaan yang lain, seperti politik, ekonomi, ideologi, religi, struktur sosial, kekeluargaan dan lain-lain, atau hukum dipelajari sebagai proses sosial yang berlangsung dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Dapat dismpulkan, hukum dalam perspektif antropologi bukan semata-mata berwujud peraturan perundang-undangan yang diciptakan oleh negara (state law), tetapi juga hukum dalam wujudnya sebagai peraturan-peraturan lokal yang bersumber dari suatu kebiasaan masyarakat (customary law/folk law), termasuk pula di dalamnya mekanisme-mekanisme pengaturan dalam masyarakat (self regulation) yang juga berfungsi sebagai sarana pengendalian sosial.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah pukulan lob bulutangkis siswa ekstrakurikuler masih kurang maksimal, sarana dan prasarana siswa pada saat praktek juga belum memadai, sehingga mempengaruhui pukulan lob bulutangkis siswa tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini untuk menciptakan terobosan terbaru dalam siswa ekstrakurikuler yang berprestasi yakni dengan melakukan pengembangan instrumen pukulan lob pada olahraga bulutangkis usia 15-18 tahun. Jenis penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (researce and development/R&D methode). Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang, Teknik penarikan sampel adalah total sampling yang berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil validasi ahli materi yakni 100% katergori “sangat layak”, sedangkan hasil validasi ahli media yakni 98,55% kategori “sangat layak”, Hasil validitas tes korelasinya adalah 0,836 dengan besarnya kontribusi koefisien determinasinya adalah 69,89, sehingga dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrument tes pukulan lob pada olahraga bulutangkis usia 15-18 tahun tersebut sangat layak untuk digunakan. Kesimpulannya adalah tes tersebut sangat layak untuk digunakan instrument tes pukulan lob pada olahraga bulutangkis usia 15-18 tahun

Abstract

This comparative research explores the complex martial arts disciplines of Sambo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Judo, and Taekwondo, analyzing their distinct techniques, strategic orientations, and impact on combat preparedness. The research highlights the diverse levels of skill across practitioners, as measured by participant scores (PS). BJJ practitioners excel in ground-based fighting methods, whereas Taekwondo focuses on agility and precise striking. Thematic studies demonstrate that Sambo exhibits flexibility by swiftly shifting between striking and grappling techniques, which is in contrast to Judo's emphasis on strategic balance, leverage, and tactical accuracy. The research clarifies the effectiveness of each discipline in improving the readiness of practitioners for war, highlighting the need to align training methods with particular combat situations and strategic goals. Nevertheless, the presence of constraints such as the size of the sample and the variety of the demography requires careful interpretation of the results

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya sebuah tradisi yang telah turun-temurun dilaksanakan dan untuk mengetahui sudut pandang ‘urf terhadap tradisi tersebut, yakni tradisi menimbang anak yang lahir dibulan Safar pada masyarakat Melayu Rokan. Sebuah tradisi yang harus dilaksanakan bagi orang tua yang memiliki anak yang lahir di bulan Safar. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian lapangan (field research). Adapun  populasinya adalah masyarakat suku Melayu Rokan, di Desa Serombou Indah, Kecamatan Rambah Hilir. Data diambil dengan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa tradisi menimbang anak yang lahir di bulan Safar dimaksudkan untuk mendoakan sang anak agar terhindar dari bebagai keburukan, karena bulan Safar dipercayai sebagai bulan yang membawa keburukan, konon bila tidak dilaksanakan, masyarakat percaya bahwa sang anak, akan mudah sakit, dan pendek umurnya. Kemudian menurut tinjauan hukum Islam, tradisi ini merupakan ‘urf fasid, kecuali apabila dihilangkan unsur mitos bulan Safar didalamnya, maka tradisi ini kemudian dapat dikategorikan menjadi ‘urf shahih.

Abstract

Problem: The problem in this study is that there is no new smash instrument in table tennis. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop smash instrument in table tennis. Methods: This research method is Research and Development (R&D). The population and sample in this study were 20 PTM Pasir Pengaraian table tennis athletes. The data collection methods in this study included questionnaires and measurement tests. Questionnaires were distributed to material and media experts to assess the feasibility of the table tennis smash test instrument. The tests were conducted to determine the validity and reliability of the smash test instrument. Reliability was assessed by correlating the results of the first smash test with those of the second, while validity was established by correlating the results of the first smash test with the criterion test. The criterion test involved field judges' evaluations using a smash assessment matrix. Data analysis was performed using the product-moment correlation formula. Results: The results of the study were obtained from material experts 82% and 85% (appropriate), media experts 88% and 86% (decent). Validity 0.89 and reliability 0.84, indicating valid and reliable based on the Kirkendall category. Conclusion: This study successfully developed a new smash test instrument for table tennis, which was deemed appropriate and feasible by experts. The instrument demonstrated high validity (0.89) and reliability (0.84), making it suitable for assessing smash performance.

Abstract

Muallaf is the term for non-Muslims who have just converted to Islam. It is also interpreted as someone who receives guidance. Religion aims to provide guidance and guidance in living human life on this earth. Everyone has the right to determine the religion they believe in and also has the right to change their own choices and there is no element of coercion from anyone in choosing the religion they believe in. The problems faced by every convert to Islam are different and the efforts to solve them are also different. Therefore, there is special treatment for converts to Islam, for example being able to receive zakat without having to pay attention to their economic situation is entitled to receive guidance about Islam until they are able and receive the same treatment in the social environment even though they have the status of a convert. Because basically deciding to embrace any religion is regulated in the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The type of research in this research is field research, namely research that examines applicable legal provisions and what happens in reality in society. In this research the author used qualitative data analysis with descriptive methods. The results of this research show that Muslim households in Pekanbaru City face a number of challenges that can determine family harmony and welfare. One of the main challenges is rejection from the family and social environment after embracing Islam, experiencing a decline in the economy due to losing the facilities provided by the family and even losing one's job. The research also found that religious formation efforts, especially through the An-Nur Center for Muallaf Institutions in Pekanbaru City, have an important role in helping overcome this problem.

Abstract

Divorce mediation has become one of the alternative dispute resolutions recognized in the Indonesian legal system. However, its application in the State Civil Apparatus has its own challenges that require in-depth analysis. This research aims to propose to the government and the courts that mediation for the state civil apparatus be carried out during the process of obtaining a superior's license by a mediator appointed and approved by the local government so that after the superior's license is issued, the mediation process is no longer carried out in court. This research uses a qualitative method with a juridical-sociological approach, data sources are taken through primary and secondary data, in the form of data from four religious courts in one of the provinces in Indonesia. All data were analyzed using the Milles & Hubberman Interactive Model Analysis. The results of the study were threefold: First, the implementation of mediation is not yet optimal, second, the recommendation to appoint a competent mediator team, third, the proposal to adopt the results of mediation into the trial. This study recommends increasing mediator training and psychological support for the State Civil Apparatus involved as a form of wider socialization of the benefits of mediation.

Abstract

Regional autonomy entails the rights, authorities, and responsibilities granted to autonomous regions, allowing them to oversee and manage their own government affairs and address local community interests in accordance with established laws and regulations. This research aims to identify the entities responsible for collecting market service fees and directing them to the local revenue office. The discussion is based on previous research findings. From these discussions, it becomes evident that several factors influence the contribution of market retribution collection to locally generated revenue. The research employs a descriptive qualitative analysis method to interpret various conditions and situations. Data collection includes interviews conducted at the Yogyakarta city regional revenue service and Yogyakarta city market. With this approach, it is anticipated that the contribution from market service levies to local revenue services will be realized. The research results conclude that by using market fees as one of the main sources of income, local governments can reduce their dependence on fund transfers from the central government.

Abstract

The advancement of technology has significantly impacted teenagers' lifestyles, particularly in terms of physical activity and fitness. One notable phenomenon is the increasing number of students aged 13-17 who spend hours playing online games. This study aims to review the impact of online gaming on teenagers' physical fitness based on various existing studies. Using a literature review method, this article examines research findings related to decreased physical activity, increased risk of obesity, and the psychological and social effects associated with online gaming habits.
