Abstract

Unlike conventional energy sources, solar lights provide access to sustainable lighting in areas not yet covered by the electricity grid. However, it is also important to carry out a detailed analysis of the energy effectiveness of using streetlights. The aim of this research is to analyze the difference in energy effectiveness between the use of conventional streetlights and solar panel-based streetlights. The research method used in this research is a field research method with a comparative approach. Field research is an approach that involves collecting data directly from the location or place where the phenomenon under study occurs. This research uses a comparative approach, where in this case the researcher compares the energy effectiveness between the two types of streetlights used, namely conventional streetlights in Andongsili Village and solar panel-based streetlights in Bumerto Village, both are in Central Java. The results of this research prove that solar panel-based streetlights have extraordinary energy effectiveness, converting sunlight into a sufficient resource for lighting throughout the night. The use of solar panel-based streetlights has a positive impact on the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and dependence on fossil fuels. Additionally, in the context of remote villages that have limited electricity supplies, solar panel-based streetlights bring significant benefits in providing sustainable lighting. The use of solar panel-based streetlights provides significant financial benefits in the long term compared to conventional streetlights.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pemberian reward dan punishment dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas tambahan sebagai wali kelas di SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara dan study document. Dari pemaparan data dan temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pemberian reward kepada guru yang telah melaksanakan tugas tambahan secara maksimal sesuai dengan uraian tugas yang diberikan sangat mempengaruhi kinerja wali kelas baik yang menerima maupun yang tidak menerima reward karena menjadikannya motivasi dalam melaksanakan tugas. Pemberian punishment juga mempengaruhi kinerja wali kelas dalam melaksanakan tugas karena punishment dijadikan motivasi untuk terhindar dari sanksi – sanksi yang dapat diberikan oleh pihak management sekolah. Sehingga pemberian reward dan punishment secara bersamaan memberikan dampak yang baik dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas tambahan sebagai wali kelas.

Abstract

Inflation and interest rates are factors that can affect the exchange rate from the point of view of macroeconomic theory. Changes in the inflation rate can affect the demand and supply of a currency and therefore will affect the exchange rate of the Rupiah and changes in interest rates will have an effect on the flow of Indonesian state funds so that it affects the demand and supply of the Rupiah exchange rate. The problem in this research is how the influence of inflation and interest rates in Indonesia in the period 2006-2020. The discussion methodology uses quantitative methods with multiple analysis. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the website of the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in the form of TimeSeries for 15 years. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the T statistical test and the F statistical test using the EVIEWS 10 program. The results showed that in the partial test (t test) the value of the panel data regression analysis test showed that the t-count for the independent variable Inflation was -0.818360, while t table with a = 0.05 and df = (n-k), df = 12 where the t-table value is 2.17881 which means that the t-count value is smaller than the t-table value (0.818360 2.17881), then when viewed from the probability value, which is 0.4291 which is greater than 0.05 then Ho is accepted. This means that Inflation has no effect on the Exchange Rate. And the results of the panel data regression analysis test show that the t-count for the independent variable Interest Rate is -1.341310 while the t-table value with a = 0.05 is 2.16037 which means that the t-count is smaller than the t-table equal to (1,341310 2,17881) and when viewed from the probability value that is equal to 0.2047 which means greater than 0.05 then Ho is accepted. This means that it shows that the Interest Rate has no effect on the Exchange Rate. While the simultaneous test (f test) results in the output of Eviews, the calculated F value is 4.127236 while the F table with a level of a = 0.05 is 3.89, thus F count > F table (4.127236 > 3.89), then also seen from the probability value of 0.043248 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05 so that Ho is rejected. This shows that the Inflation and Interest Rate variables together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the Exchange Rate, so that the regression model can be used to predict the dependent variable.

Abstract

Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Narkotika Kelas IIA Muara Beliti merupakan tempat pembinaan narapidana yang menyelenggarakan program pembinaan pendidikan agama islam dan pembinaan aklaqul karimah sebagai upaya untuk menumbuhkan iman dan takwa narapidana. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT (strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities dan Threats) dalam mengiindentifikasikan faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman) lapas Narkotika kelas IIA Muara Beliti dalam menjalankan program ini. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan metode dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa program pendidikan agama islam dan pembinaan aklaqul karimah sudah berjalan cukup baik dan kegiatan pembelajaran sudah terstruktur dengan baik dan memenuhi sistem pembelajaran

Abstract

Ulama klasik dan konvensional tidak mensyaratkan perempuan janda yang memiliki anak yatim sebagai syarat mutlak keabsahan berpoligami. Pandangan tersebut berbeda dengan pandangan Muhammad Syahrur, ulama kontemporer, yang menyebutkan bahwa poligami hanya dapat dilakukan dengan perempuan janda yang memiliki anak yatim. Pendapat Syahrur ini, jika dilihat selayang pandang, menemukan implementasinya dalam Peraturan Perkawinan Irak yang masih berlaku hingga dewasa ini. Sejauh mana konsep poligami Syahrur terimplementasi dalam tubuh Peraturan Perkawinan Irak dan bagaimana ushul fikih memandang keakuratan konsep poligami Syahrur tersebut merupakan persoalan yang hendak dijawab dalam penelitian ini. Dengan penelitian berjenis library research dan metode deskriptif-analitis serta ditambah dengan pendekatan ushul fikih, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa konsep poligami Syahrur, walau belum seutuhnya, telah terimplementasi dalam Peraturan Perkawinan Irak. Hanya saja, dalam Peraturan Perkawinan Irak tidak disebutkan secara jelas apakah perempuan janda tersebut harus memiliki anak yatim atau tidak, Peraturan Perkawinan Irak juga terlihat begitu longgar, karena tidak memberlakukan syarat-syarat poligami umumnya terhadap perempuan janda, seperti keadilan sebagaimana Syahrur. Konsep poligami Syahrur, dalam lensa ushul fikih mengandung kelemahan dan kesesuaian. Kelemahannya adalah absennya teks-teks Hadis dalam ijtihad Syahrur yang merupakan sumber hukum penting dalam ushul fikih. Sedangkan kesesuaiannya adalah pengetatan pemberlakuan poligami Syahrur selaras dengan cita ushul fikih.

Abstract

Direktorat Jenderal  Pajak (DJP) mewajibkan Wajib Pajak untuk melakukan pemutakhiran dan verifikasi data Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK) menjadi Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP).  kepada seluruh wajib Pajak untuk segera melakukan proses pemadanan NIK menjadi NPWP secara mandiri melalui situs djponline.pajak.go.id sebelum 31 Desember 2023. dengan NIK menjadi NPWP masyarakat menjadi lebih mudah sebab tidak perlu lagi repot mendaftarkan diri ke Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) karena integrasi NIK sebagai NPWP sudah berjalan. Wajib pajak, baik orang pribadi, wajib pajak badan, maupun wajib pajak instansi pemerintah didorong untuk segera mengintegraiskan Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK) nya menjadi Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP). Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mensosialiasasikan kepada masyarakat dalam hal  sinkronisasi NIK dan NPWP. Metode yang dilaksanakan ceramah dan penyuluhan serta praktek secara online dalam sinkronisasi NIk dan NPWP bagi peserta yang sudah ada kelengkapannya, selain itu diharapkan tervalidasinya NIK dan NPWP.  Hal ini sejalan dengan sudah mulai diterapkannya Peraturan Menteri Keuangan (PMK) Nomor 112/PMK.03/2022. Dalam PMK yang menjadi aturan turunan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 83 Tahun 2021 dan Undang-Undang (UU) Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 penggunaan format baru NPWP ini akan diterapkan Ditjen Pajak dalam seluruh layanan pajak atau kepentingan administrasi pihak lain yang mensyaratkan NPWP mulai 1 Januari 2024

Abstract

The research aims to find out the most frequently occurring things and bad student behavior faced by Indonesian language teachers in elementary schools and private schools according to the perceptions of class teachers working in the 20017-2021 academic year. Data was collected using a questionnaire developed by researchers based on an open and open approach. closed. question. The questionnaire was applied to 30 teachers in both types of schools. The most common bad behavior is chatting and joking with other people. Meanwhile, the most troublesome bad behavior is not respecting teachers. As a result, teachers must learn appropriate behaviors that will most likely maximize available instructional time while minimizing time and energy wasted due to student disobedience. In addition, these teachers are interested in learning the reasons for students' bad behavior.

Abstract

The problem of used cooking oil waste both from households and from home-based businesses and the lack of facilities for disposal (shelter) of used cooking oil are classic reasons for the community so it is interesting to carry out community service activities. On the other hand, the phenomenon of waste that has not been utilised optimally while if the waste is managed properly it can provide benefits and home business opportunities. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out activities including: 1) socialisation and education of waste from the household industry into useful and economically valuable products 2) using appropriate technology and local wisdom. 3) calculation of product costs requires a simple accounting system 4) product packaging and marketing Methods This service activity aims to socialise the benefits of used cooking oil or used cooking oil into washing soap. The method of service activities carried out is by counselling, training and practice and mentoring. This activity was carried out for PKK women in Tegalwaru Hamlet who are members of the UMKM Communication Forum Sayegan Sleman. The expected goals include being able to reuse used cooking oil or used cooking oil into laundry soap products with economic value in addition to fostering public awareness of environmental hygiene and health.

Abstract

Learning fundamental skills movements can be done with a game approach and using simple tools. This study aims to develop a game-based basic motion learning model in elementary schools, and to see the effectiveness of the developed model. The subjects in this study amounted to 158 consisting of 5 elementary schools, experimental and control subjects were taken from a sample of 68 students. The research method used is Research and Development from Borg and Gall. Based on the results of the validation of physical education learning experts, movement learning experts and game experts declared valid for trials with locomotors obtaining percentages of 80.00% and 85.00%, non-locomotor basic movements obtained percentages of 80.26% and 82.89% and in The manipulative basic movement learning model obtained a percentage of 80.88% and 84.38%, respectively. The results of the small group trial state that the learning model developed can be implemented by students with a percentage of 79.79% and the large group at gets a percentage of 82.14%,. The results of the effectiveness state that the developed model can improve the basic movement skills of walking, running, throwing, catching and jumping with a mean difference of t0 is 15,462 > t-table 1,668, degrees of freedom 66 = 0.05. The conclusion is that the developed model is valid and can be applied to physical education learning, and can improve the basic movement skills of elementary school students.

Abstract

This research examines the efficacy of Kinesio taping therapies in reducing pain related to plantar fasciitis. A thorough technique was used, including systematic sampling, to choose 30 individuals. Applying inclusion and exclusion criteria ensured homogeneity. Demographic attributes such as age, height, weight, and BMI were painstakingly documented, resulting in a complete profile. The study methodology used a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) to compare pain levels, as evaluated by the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), across various therapies. The data collection process included evaluations conducted before and after the intervention, which allowed for a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of Kinesio taping. The paired sample t-test demonstrated a statistically significant reduction in pain levels (p = 0.001*), providing evidence to support the notion that Kinesio taping is a useful method for alleviating pain associated with plantar fasciitis. Despite the positive results, Johnson et al. (2020) expressed doubt, and the discussion acknowledges this by highlighting the impact of methodological variations and participant variables on the inconsistent results. The research promotes the use of established techniques, subgroup analyses, and thorough assessment methods to improve the dependability of results and resolve conflicting conclusions. Ultimately, this study provides significant knowledge on the possibility of Kinesio taping as a non-invasive treatment for plantar fasciitis. The favorable results emphasize its effectiveness, but a cautious interpretation is maintained, advocating for more study to get a more nuanced comprehension.
