Abstract

Manuscript type: Empirical paper Research Aims: The purpose of this paper is to investigate how customer shopping values (utilitarian, hedonic, and symbolic) influence customer trust, engagement, and purchase intention for live stream selling on e-commerce marketplace platforms. Design/methodology/approach: The information was gathered online from 225 valid respondents. Respondents are Shopee users from Indonesia who have watched Shopee Live stream selling within the last two weeks. The data was analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with LISREL 8.51. Research Findings: The findings revealed that only symbolic value affects purchase intention, both directly and indirectly, whereas hedonic value affects purchase intention directly. Utilitarian value influences purchase intent indirectly through product trust and customer engagement. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study adds to the body of knowledge about online commerce by expanding on previous research on live stream selling, particularly by small sellers on Indonesian e-commerce platforms. Practitioner/Policy Implication: According to the findings of this study, small sellers doing Live Stream selling should focus on symbolic and hedonic value to increase customer purchase intention. Research limitation/Implications: The study's respondents may only represent some of the population of Indonesian online shoppers. Future research could consider balancing the types of respondents. In addition to enhancing the insight, the research model could be expanded by including additional antecedents or moderators.

Abstract

Abstract: This community service aimed to develop children's character and motor skills through the traditional game Boiboian. The activity was carried out at SD Negeri 004 Rambah Samo, Rokan Hulu Regency, involving teachers, students, and lecturers from the Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program, Universitas Rokania. The method used included preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. Activities consisted of socialization, training, and practical sessions on playing Boiboian, emphasizing cooperation, honesty, patience, and self-confidence. The results showed that children enthusiastically participated in the activity and demonstrated improvement in teamwork and communication skills. Furthermore, the activity successfully reintroduced local cultural values through traditional games. It is concluded that Boiboian is effective in strengthening character and motor skills while preserving local culture. Keyword: character education; traditional games; children skills; physical education; Boiboian. Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan karakter dan keterampilan motorik anak melalui permainan tradisional Boiboian. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 004 Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu dengan melibatkan guru, siswa, serta dosen dan mahasiswa dari Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan dan Rekreasi Universitas Rokania. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan terdiri dari sosialisasi, pelatihan, serta praktik permainan Boiboian yang menekankan nilai-nilai kerja sama, kejujuran, kesabaran, dan kepercayaan diri. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme siswa yang tinggi serta peningkatan kemampuan mereka dalam bekerja sama dan berkomunikasi. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berhasil menghidupkan kembali nilai-nilai budaya lokal melalui permainan tradisional. Dengan demikian, permainan Boiboian efektif dalam memperkuat karakter dan keterampilan motorik anak serta melestarikan budaya daerah. Kata kunci: pendidikan karakter; permainan tradisional; keterampilan anak; pendidikan jasmani; boiboian.

Abstract

Kecukupan asupan air harian merupakan faktor penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan fisiologis tubuh manusia. Kekurangan cairan dapat menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan yang berdampak pada penurunan kinerja fisik maupun kognitif. Seiring berkembangnya bidang data science, pendekatan machine learning dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menganalisis dan memprediksi tingkat hidrasi seseorang berdasarkan karakteristik individu dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan tingkat hidrasi manusia ke dalam kategori Good dan Poor menggunakan beberapa algoritma machine learning, yaitu Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), dan Random Forest. Dataset yang digunakan merupakan dataset publik Daily Water Intake yang mencakup atribut usia, jenis kelamin, berat badan, tingkat aktivitas fisik, kondisi cuaca, serta jumlah asupan air harian. Tahapan penelitian meliputi proses preprocessing data, pelatihan model, dan evaluasi kinerja menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Random Forest memberikan performa terbaik dalam mengklasifikasikan tingkat hidrasi dibandingkan algoritma lainnya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam penerapan machine learning untuk analisis kesehatan berbasis data.

Abstract

Problems: The problem in this research is that there is no new drive measuring tool in table tennis. Purpose: To make a drive measuring tool for table tennis. Methods: This research method is research and development (R&D). The population and sample in this study were 30 table tennis athletes from PTM Rohul. The study was conducted on May 13, 2025, by administering questionnaires to 2 media experts and 2 material experts. The first drive test was conducted on May 13, 2025, and the second drive test was conducted on May 15, 2025, to test the reliability of this instrument. The criterion test, using a previously existing drive test (from Tomoliyus), was conducted on May 14, 2025, to determine the validity of the test. This study involved samples of 30 PTM Rohul athletes from the first and second tests. The data collection method used questionnaires and tests. Results: The research results obtained from material experts were 87% and 86% (appropriate), and media experts were 85% and 88% (appropriate). Validity was 0.84 and reliability was 0.87. Conclusion: Research on the development of a forehand drive instrument in table tennis has produced a valid and reliable measuring tool to objectively assess the athlete's forehand drive technique. Through stages of content validity, construct validity, and reliability testing, this instrument has been proven to be able to measure aspects of accuracy, speed, and consistency of forehand drive strokes with a high level of accuracy. This study only involved a limited sample from one region or club, so the generalizability of the results still needs to be tested on a wider population. Encourage the development of similar instruments in other table tennis techniques such as backhand drives, chops, and smashes. It is recommended to develop application-based digital instruments, so that forehand drive skill measurements can be carried out efficiently and in real-time

Abstract

The research explores the issue of child custody (hadhanah) in Indonesia after divorce, focusing on the challenges arising from the increasing divorce rates. It addresses the gap between classical Islamic jurisprudence, which traditionally prioritizes maternal rights, and the modern social realities that necessitate multidimensional considerations—legal, psychological, and social. The novelty of this study lies in its attempt to reconstruct the concept of child custody by harmonizing the principles of Islamic family law with the evolving needs of modern Indonesian society. This is achieved through the reinterpretation of classical fiqh texts using contemporary approaches, such as maslahah mursalah (public interest) and maqasid al-shariah (objectives of Islamic law), to align them with the principle of the best interest of the child. The research employs a qualitative methodology with a normative-sociological approach, supported by a literature review. Primary data is derived from classical Islamic jurisprudence literature and contemporary Islamic legal thought, while secondary data includes Indonesian legislation such as the Compilation of Islamic Law and the Marriage Law, alongside relevant scholarly articles. The findings reveal the urgent need to reinterpret the concept of hadhanah in a way that reflects current social, legal, and psychological considerations. The research emphasizes that harmonizing traditional sharia norms with modern social realities will enable the application of more humanistic Islamic law, thus contributing to the development of a contextual and equitable framework for Islamic family law in Indonesia. This approach helps address contemporary challenges and strengthens the adaptability of Islamic family law in the modern era.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah terlihat bahwa kemampuan smash mereka masih kurang baik, arah cock datar dan tidak menukik, pukulannya gampang dikembalikan, jalan bola tidak kencang, cock sering keluar lapangan atau tidak mengarah pada sasaran dan juga masih ada yang menyangkut di net. Hal ini diduga karena kelentukan pergelangan tangan dan power otot lengan-bahu yang sehingga mengakibatkan akurasi smash tidak mengarah pada arah sasaran smash. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah terdapat Hubungan Kelentukan Pergelangan Tangan dan Power otot lengan-bahu Dengan Hasil Akurasi Smash Bulutangkis Putra Pada PB. Angkasa Pekanbaru. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu keseluruhan populasi (total sampling) atlet bulutangkis putra PB. Angkasa Pekanbaru berjumlah 8 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik korelasi. Kemudian, tes data menggunakan tes normalitas, tes produk momen korelasi, dan tes bahwa Lhitung variabel X1 = 0,254, Lhitung variabel X2 = 0,140 dan Lhitung variabel Y= 0,190 dimana Ltabel diperoleh 0,285 (α = 0,05), dengan demikian Lhitung = 0,254 < Ltabel 0,285 pada variabel X1, Lhitung 0,140 < Ltabel = 0,285 pada variabel X2 dan Lhitung = 0,190 < Ltabel = 0,285 pada variabel Y , dengan kata lain disimpulkan bahwa data X1, X2 dan Y berdistribusi normal.

Abstract

Premarital medical check-ups represent a preventive strategy aimed at preparing couples for marriage and strengthening family well-being. However, in Indonesia, their implementation remains fragmented and insufficiently integrated into the formal marriage system. This study examines the role of premarital medical check-ups in safeguarding the objectives of Maqasid al-Shariah within Islamic marriage, as well as the challenges and opportunities surrounding their implementation. This study adopts a qualitative research design using a content analysis approach to examine scholarly sources, including journal articles, theses, and dissertations related to premarital health screening, Islamic law, and Maqasid al-Shariah.. Data were examined using content analysis to explore the relevance of premarital medical check-ups to the protection of life (hifz al-nafs), lineage (hifz al-nasl), intellect (hifz al-‘aql), wealth (hifz al-māl), and religion (hifz al-dīn). The findings indicate that premarital medical check-ups align closely with the objectives of Maqasid al-Shariah by reducing health risks, enhancing psychological and social readiness, and supporting sustainable family resilience. Nonetheless, regulatory gaps, limited public awareness, and cultural barriers continue to hinder their optimal implementation. This study proposes the integration of premarital medical check-ups with Maqasid al-Shariah based premarital guidance as a comprehensive approach to strengthening Islamic marriage systems in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pokok masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian dan profesional guru terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik MTsN 2 Bone? Pokok masalah tersebut kemudian dijabarkan ke dalam beberapa 3 sub masalah penelitian, yaitu: (1) Bagaimana kompetensi kepribadian guru MTsN 2 Bone? (2) Bagaimana motivasi belajar peserta didik MTsN 2 Bone? (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik MTsN 2 Bone? Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Kompetensi kepribadian guru MTsN 2 Bone berada pada kategori sedang, dengan frekuensi 10 dan persentase 55% dengan nilai rata-rata 76,01 dari skor idel 80. (2) Motivasi belajar peserta didik MTsN 2 Bone berada pada kategori sedang, dengan frekuensi 54 dengan persentase 64,30% dengan nilai rata-rata 78,55 dari skor ideal 92. (3) Terdapat pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik sebesar 50.3%. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah bahwa kompetensi kepribadian guru lebih ditingkatkan lagi. Kompetensi kepribadian guru dapat terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik di MTsN 2 Bone. Sebab seorang guru memegang kunci utama dalam menstimulus motivasi belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

The transformation of national healthcare governance following the enactment of Law Number 17 of 2023 marks a radical shift in disciplinary enforcement from a regime of professional autonomy to a state-centred one. This centralization of power triggers administrative legal problems regarding the MDP’s institutional independence, which is anomalous in its accountability to the Minister of Health, and gives rise to clashes between procedural authority and the managerial autonomy of healthcare facilities. This research aims to analyze the legal position, procedural supremacy, and material jurisdictional limitations of the MDP as the central authority for the disciplinary enforcement of medical and healthcare professionals. Employing a normative legal research method, this research examines the coherence of norms in the latest regulations. The research results demonstrate that the MDP possesses absolute attributive authority that legally annuls the tradition of collegial dispute resolution, including the prohibition on internal hospital mediation. Functionally, the Council acts as a prejudicial dispute determiner, obliged to issue a recommendation before criminal law enforcement is executed, with jurisdiction confined to 17 types of disciplinary violations. This research concludes that executive dominance in disciplinary enforcement provides legal certainty through the objectivity of violation parameters, yet demands a total restructuring of internal hospital regulations to submit to the supremacy of state administrative law.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh menurunnya minat generasi muda terhadap Silat Sendeng Putra Melayu Hulu sebagai warisan budaya lokal di Desa Rambah Tengah Hilir, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan struktur teknik dasar dan jurus, sistem latihan, serta nilai filosofis dan peran sosialnya dalam masyarakat. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek guru silat, pelatih, anggota aktif, dan tokoh adat yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa silat ini memiliki teknik langkah, tangkisan, dan kuncian yang sistematis dan bertahap. Selain sebagai bela diri, silat berfungsi membentuk disiplin, penghormatan kepada guru, serta memperkuat identitas budaya Melayu Hulu secara berkelanjutan..
