Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the marketing strategy is applied by Dm Coffea Nusantara in increasing consumer purchasing decisions. The population is a generalization area consisting of objects or subjects that have certain qualities and characteristics that are determined by researchers to be studied and then conclusions drawn. Meanwhile, this study examines marketing strategies in increasing purchasing decisions at Pamella One supermarkets. So that the object of this research is the person responsible for Dm Coffea Nusantara which consists of management. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that the success of the marketing mix of Dm Coffea Nusantara, namely the efforts made by Dm Coffea Nusantara in terms of providing the products provided, namely by maintaining product quality, from ingredients to the production process. With targets for all groups, Dm Coffea Nusantara must maintain the quality of its products so that consumers are not tempted by other batik products. DM Coffea Nusantara's efforts to set prices are according to the target market. Because this target applies to all people, so provide affordable prices with estimated expenses but by emphasizing costs on the products offered so that the prices that have been set even though they are cheap but still make a profit and can be used for business playback Dm Coffea Nusantara.

Abstract

The problem with this research is that the football dribbling skills of Persiraja Fc football club players are still lacking. The aim of this research is to find out the relationship between balance, agility and concentration on soccer dribbling ability. This research is quantitative correlational, the population and sample in this research are 24 people. The sampling used was total sampling. This research instrument includes a standing stroke test for balance, an agility test using the Illinois agility test, a concentration test using the concentration grid exercise, and a ball dribbling test using the ball dribbling test. The data analysis technique uses the Spearman rho correlation analysis technique and multiple correlation using the α = 0.05 level. The results of the research are 1) There is no significant balance relationship with the dribbling ability of Persiraja Fc club players with the results of data analysis obtained t_(count ) 0.51< t_table 1.71 2) There is a significant relationship of agility with the dribbling ability of Persiraja Fc club players with the results of the data analysis obtained t_(count )2.29>t table 1.71 3) There is no significant balance relationship with the dribbling concentration of Persiraja Fc club players with the results of the data analysis obtained t (count )1.59<t table 1, 71 4) There is a significant relationship between balance, agility, concentration on the dribbling ability of Persiraja Fc club players and the results of data analysis obtained F_count 3.07>F_table 1.98.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the transformation of the Islamic education curriculum in Indonesia in response to social, cultural, and global challenges. The method used is literature study by analyzing various documents, policies, and scientific studies related to the development of the national curriculum, especially in the context of Islamic education. The results of the research indicate that education plays a strategic role in shaping human resources that not only possess knowledge but also have strong competencies and moral values. The Indonesian education system has undergone six curriculum changes, starting from the 1968 Curriculum to the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP), reflecting the changing needs of society. The 2013 Curriculum comes with a scientific approach that balances aspects of knowledge, skills, and attitudes while emphasizing the strengthening of character education. The Merdeka Curriculum, as the latest innovation, offers flexible, student-centered, and contextual learning according to local needs. This curriculum transformation demonstrates ongoing efforts to build an adaptive, humanistic, and transformative Islamic education system to produce superior generations with global competitiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang eksistensi wanita pekerja yang menjadi korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) dalam menjalankan tanggung jawab keluarga di Kota Pekanbaru, ditinjau dari perspektif hukum Islam. Fenomena ini semakin relevan mengingat banyaknya perempuan yang menjalankan peran ganda sebagai pencari nafkah dan pengurus rumah tangga, meskipun hidup dalam kondisi yang penuh tekanan akibat kekerasan domestik. Fokus penelitian meliputi tiga rumusan masalah: (1) bagaimana kehidupan rumah tangga wanita pekerja korban KDRT, (2) apa saja upaya yang dilakukan dalam menjalankan tanggung jawab keluarga, dan (3) bagaimana pandangan hukum Islam terhadap upaya tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam kepada wanita pekerja korban KDRT, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik untuk menggambarkan dinamika sosial yang dialami subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wanita pekerja korban KDRT tetap berupaya menjalankan perannya dalam keluarga meskipun mengalami tekanan psikologis, sosial, dan ekonomi. Mereka tetap bekerja, merawat anak, dan menjaga keberlangsungan rumah tangga. Dalam perspektif hukum Islam, tindakan mereka dinilai sebagai bentuk amanah dan pengabdian mulia, selama tidak bertentangan dengan syariat. Islam menegaskan larangan terhadap KDRT dan mengedepankan keadilan serta perlindungan terhadap perempuan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya perlindungan hukum, dukungan sosial, dan pemahaman keagamaan yang adil untuk mendukung wanita pekerja korban KDRT agar tetap dapat menjalankan perannya secara bermartabat. Kata Kunci: wanita pekerja, kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, tanggung jawab keluarga

Abstract

            Artikel ini menganalisis sistem imbalan dalam pendidikan Islam, menjelaskan hubungan antara pendidikan Islam dan prinsip-prinsip yang diambil dari Al-Qur'an dan hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW. Sistem imbalan yang dimaksud melibatkan pemberian kompensasi dalam bentuk keuntungan yang mencakup berbagai elemen, serta metode pembagian keuntungan tersebut. Nabi Muhammad SAW, sebagai pendidik pertama dalam Islam, menekankan bahwa tujuan mengajar harus didasarkan pada niat tulus hanya kepada Allah.Penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka dengan sumber data dari berbagai literatur, termasuk Al-Qur'an, hadis, buku, dan artikel ilmiah. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sistem imbalan dalam pendidikan Islam memiliki dua dimensi: dunia dan akhirat. Untuk mencapai upah di akhirat, pentingnya moralitas dalam penerapan upah dunia tidak bisa diabaikan, karena pahala akhirat hanya akan tercapai jika aspek moral dipenuhi. Dengan demikian, moralitas menjadi landasan utama dalam sistem imbalan ini.Dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ini, manajer lembaga pendidikan dapat lebih efektif dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan Islam secara berkesinambungan serta membentuk karakter dan moral peserta didik sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has led to the practice of content monetisation on social media such as YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook, which has become a new source of income for individuals. From the perspective of maqāṣid sharī'ah, according to Abdul Majid al-Najjar, this phenomenon can be considered valid if it is in line with the five main principles, namely protecting religion (ḥifẓ al-dīn), soul (ḥifẓ al-nafs), intellect (ḥifẓ al-'aql), offspring (ḥifẓ al-nasl), and property (ḥifẓ al-māl). This research uses a qualitative-descriptive analytical approach by examining the social media accounts of Indonesian digital creators such as Atta Halilintar, Ria Ricis, and Jerome Polin and strengthening the findings with fiqh literature, fatwas of scholars, and digital economy regulations. The analysis shows that content monetisation is sharia-compliant if the content produced does not violate religious teachings (ḥifẓ al-dīn), does not feature violence or exploitation (ḥifẓ al-nafs), encourages education and the use of reason (ḥifẓ al-'aql), maintains norms of decency and family honour (ḥifẓ al-nasl), and obtains halal, transparent, and free from elements of gharar, usury, and maisir (ḥifẓ al-māl). Thus, content monetisation is acceptable within the framework of maqāṣid sharī'ah as long as it meets the established ethical and legal criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how students perceive the utility-perceived self-efficacy, perceived cheating risk, and of online formative assessment using Google Forms. Additionally, it aims to assess the benefits and drawbacks of using Google Forms as an online formative assessment tool for EFL teachers. This study was a quantitative. investigation into how senior high school students felt about teachers utilizing Google Forms to evaluate their students. The population of this study is student senor high school in Seluma. The sample in this study were 40 students. a perception survey that offered The attitudes of senior high school students were assessed employing a 10-item online survey divided into three variables: perceived self-efficacy (three statements), perceived cheating risk (four words), and perceived utility (four statements) (three statements).According to the poll results, 23.5% of the majority of students said that using Google Forms helped them learn to read and made that process easier. Regarding her use of Google Forms, her 11.25% of students were neutral, 15.5% of students disagreed, 8.25% of students definitely disagreed, and 42% of students strongly agreed. The findings revealed many drawbacks to utilizing Google Forms as well as students' perceptions that using it positively enhances learning despite the possibility of cheating. In order to track each student's development during the course and create interventions to prevent cheating on online tests, English language teachers are recommended to involve all students in online formative assessments. The current study contributes to greater knowledge of the benefits and drawbacks of English online testing.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the concrete efforts made by Muslim families in Bagansiapiapi, Riau in implementing the concept of religious moderation to create a harmonious atmosphere in the midst of a pluralistic society. This research is a field research, with a sociological-empirical approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The research informants consist of ten Muslim families in Bagan Siapiapi as key informants. The data that have been collected are then processed to be analyzed qualitatively-descriptively-analystically through the fath al-dzarī’ah theory. The results of this study indicate that there are four efforts of religious moderation that have been implemented by the Bagan Siapiapi community, namely: first, the "Clean City" activity. Second, the "Bakar Tongkak" activity. Third, regular meetings of the Interfaith Harmony Forum (FKUB). Fourth, prevention of intra and interfaith conflicts in society. The activities of “Cleaning the City”, “Bakar Tongkak”, and the regular meetings of the Interfaith Harmony Forum, from the perspective of fath al-dzarī’ah, are forms of al-dzarī’ah or means to create religious moderation whose ultimate goal is for the good or welfare of the heterogeneous Bagan Siapiapi community. As achieving welfare is highly recommended in Islam, all activities that lead to the common good must continue to be encouraged (fath).

Abstract

  This study aims to determine the use of the Kambang Iwak Recreational Park as a means and infrastructure for community tourism sports in Palembang City. Kambang Iwak is one of the city parks that has an important role as a green open space as well as a place for recreation and physical activity. This research is motivated by increasing public awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle and the need for public spaces that can support these activities. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a field approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation, interviews with informants, documentation, and the distribution of questionnaires to randomly selected park visitors. The results of the study show that most people use Kambang Iwak Park for sports activities such as jogging, cycling, morning gymnastics, and other leisure activities. Park facilities such as jogging tracks, night lighting, children's play areas, and a beautiful natural atmosphere are the main supporting factors that make people feel comfortable and safe when doing activities. Respondents also stated that the park made a positive contribution to their physical and mental health. However, there are several suggestions related to improving facilities, managing cleanliness, and providing space for sports community activities
