Abstract

Adolescence is a period of rapid growth and development, physically,psychologically, and intellectually. Teenagers still have limited knowledge abouthealthy living behaviors and the risks of negative behaviors. Improvement ofAdolescent Health Knowledge and Character Through the SMART YouthProgram, students will receive training on mental health, stress management,responsible decision-making, and strengthening adolescent character. The aimof this community service is to enhance teenagers' knowledge and awarenessabout the importance of healthy living behaviors and stress management andinstill SMART character values (healthy, independent, active, religious, andresponsible) in teenagers' daily lives. The activity methods were carried outthrough the delivery of materials, educational films, training, integrationpractices, and question-and-answer sessions. Topics include reproductivehealth, stress management, life skills, physical and social activity, ethics andreligious values in adolescent life, discipline, and integrity in daily life. Thisactivity was conducted on Wednesday, February 28, 2025, with 30 participants.The success of the activity was measured using a questionnaire. The resultsshow an increase in knowledge from the category of sufficient knowledge togood, with teenagers increasingly understanding the importance of maintainingphysical and mental health, being able to act independently, being active inpositive activities, upholding religious values, and being responsible in everyaction. Conclusion: expanding students' knowledge and skills in facingadolescent challenges, as well as supporting the formation of a healthy, happy,and responsible adolescent character. Suggestion: It is expected to continueand integrate SMART values into learning activities and counseling guidancesustainably as part of student character development.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa Bersama (BUMDESMA) merupakan bentuk kolaborasi antar desa yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian lokal melalui pengelolaan potensi ekonomi yang ada. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang kompeten dan berkomitmen menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, pengembangan SDM, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai BUMDESMA di Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research dan melibatkan 104 responden yang merupakan pengelola inti BUMDESMA. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dengan skala Likert 5 poin dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan pengembangan SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara langsung maupun melalui peran komitmen organisasi sebagai mediator. Temuan ini memperkuat teori Resource-Based View (RBV) dengan menekankan pentingnya sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan berkomitmen dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengelolaan BUMDESMA dengan memberikan wawasan praktis tentang pengembangan kompetensi dan penguatan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian lebih lanjut diharapkan dapat mengeksplorasi faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi kinerja dan menguji model yang dikembangkan di sektor ekonomi lainnya

Abstract

Abstrak Pandemi COVID-19 telah menjadi katalisator dalam percepatan digitalisasi di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Generasi Z (kelahiran 1997-2012 berusia 12-27 tahun), yang notabene sangat adaptif terhadap teknologi, dengan cepat beralih ke platform digital untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sosial, belajar, bekerja, dan berbelanja dan kebiasaan konsumsi generasi Z telah ikut berubah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh content marketing dan influencer marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui variabel mediasi FOMO (fear of missing out). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Generasi Z pengguna media sosial Instagram, Tiktok dan Facebook di Kabupaten Jember dan jenis populasi yang akan diteliti adalah populasi infinite. Adapun jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan mengacu pada Rumus Slovin yaitu sebanyak 400 orang. Teknik atau metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah puposive sampling dan accidental sampling. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa content marketing dan influencer marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap FOMO. Content marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan influencer marketing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. FOMO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Content marketing dan influencer marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan mediasi FOMO. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa FOMO berperan sebagai variabel mediasi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni mengevaluasi pengaruh kompetensi dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja dengan komitmen pegawai sebagai variable intervening di Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Jember. Sampel melibatkan seluruh pegawai yakni sejumlah 144 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) software WarpPLS 7.0. Dari hasil analisis data, dapat diterangkan bahwa variabel kompetensi dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen pegawai. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dilingkungan Rumah Sakit Paru Jember. Jumlah populasi seluruh pegawai “Rumah Sakit Paru Jember” yang diambil sebanyak 325 orang pegawai, maka populasi dalam penelitian ini bertindak pula menjadi sampel, atau penelitian ini dapat dikatakan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Analisis data dan permodelan persamaan struktural dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS 4.0. Penelitian ini termasuk explanatory research. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja, untuk mengetahui apakah kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja, untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui apakah kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja, untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja melalui kepuasan kerja, dan untuk mengetahui apakah kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja pada pegawai rumah sakit paru jember melalui kerja  kepuasan. Hasil uji menyatakan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, hasil uji ada pengaruh signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, hasil uji ada pengaruh signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen kerja, uji tidak berpengaruh signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap komitmen kerja, hasil uji terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen kerja, hasil uji tidak terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen kerja melalui kepuasan kerja, dan hasil uji terdapat pengaruh kompensasi terhadap komitmen kerja melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Paru Jember.

Abstract

College students, as the younger generation in higher education, face significant challenges in achieving financial independence. Low levels of financial literacy, a consumptive lifestyle, dependence on parental allowances, and gender influence are important factors that deserve further study in shaping students' financial management behavior. This situation is increasingly relevant amidst the increasing needs of students to meet educational costs, lifestyle, and social demands, which are often not matched by adequate financial management skills. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, lifestyle, allowances, and gender on the financial management of college students in Banyuwangi City. The research method used was quantitative, with a survey approach using a questionnaire with 50 student respondents from various study programs. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship and influence of independent variables on student financial management. The results showed that financial literacy and lifestyle significantly and positively influenced student financial management. This means that the greater students' understanding of financial concepts and the wiser they are in managing their lifestyles, the better their financial management skills. In contrast, the variables of pocket money and gender did not show a significant effect, indicating that neither the amount of pocket money nor gender differences directly influence students' financial behavior. These findings indicate that improving financial literacy through formal and non-formal education, as well as fostering a frugal lifestyle, are key to developing students' ability to manage their finances wisely. This research offers practical implications for higher education institutions and policymakers to design more systematic financial education programs to enable students to achieve sustainable financial independence.

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to examine the effect of public service motivation and competence on staff performance with professionalism as an intervening. Method: This research can be classified as explanatory research. The research population was all 80 staff at the Jember Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) and sampling used saturated sampling. The analytical model used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of WarpPLS software. Results: Results of the research state that public service motivation and competence has significant effect on the professionalism. Competence has significant effect on the staff performance. Public service motivation has insignificant effect on the staff performance. Professionalism has significant effect on the staff performance. Public service motivation and competence has significant effect on the staff performance, mediated by professionalism. Novelty: This research tries to test a model related to human resources performance by involving public service motivation and professionalism as intervening.

Abstract

Objective: The aim of the research being developed was to test and analyze the effect of agile leadership and training on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the performance of Family Assistance Team cadres, and the effect of agile leadership and training on the performance of Family Assistance Team cadres both directly and indirectly with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable. Method: Research design used descriptive and quantitative research methods. The research population was the entire Team 1 Cadre of the Family Assistance Team in 50 Villages/Subdistricts of Stunting Locus in Jember Regency, totaling 150 people. The sampling method used a saturated sampling technique (census). The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the WarpPLS 7.0 application. Results: Findings research shown that agile leadership and training has significant effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has significant effect on the performance of Family Assistance Team cadres. Agile leadership and training has significant effect on the performance of Family Assistance Team cadres both directly and indirectly with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable. Novelty: This research is a development of theory and similar previous research which is reference material as a reference to compare whether previous research and theory can be used as a reference in improving performance in different places.

Abstract

Objective: The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of information technology on engagement management, analyze the effect of information technology on organizational performance, analyze the effect of engagement management on organizational performance, and analyze the effect of information technology on organizational performance through engagement management as an intervention. Method: This research uses descriptive and quantitative research methods. The population was all BLUD Health Centers in Jember Regency, totaling 50 Community Health Centers. The sample was the Head and the Person in Charge of Personnel at the BLUD Community Health Center in Jember Regency and was taken by total sampling, so that the total sample in this study was 100 respondents. Data processing in this research uses Variance-based SEM or Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the Warp-PLS 7.0 SEM PLS program. Results: Research findings state that there is a positive and significant effect of information technology on engagement management. There is a positive and significant effect of information technology on organizational performance. There is a positive and significant effect of engagement management on organizational performance. There is a positive and significant effect of information technology on organizational performance through engagement management as an intervening variable. Novelty: This research uses a model of factors that effect organizational performance by involving information technology and engagement management (as an intervening).

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the influence of endorsers, product quality, and word of mouth on brand attitude and consumer satisfaction of Kopi Kahyangan in Jember Regency. In addition, this study also examines the role of brand attitude as an intervening variable in the relationship between endorsers, product quality, and word of mouth with consumer satisfaction. Expectation-Confirmation Theory (ECT) is used as a theoretical basis to understand how consumers' initial expectations are formed and influence satisfaction after consumption. Method: The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Kopi Kahyangan consumers in Jember Regency. The sample in this study was selected using a purposive sampling technique, and data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The research model tests direct and indirect relationships between variables to understand the patterns of influence that occur. Results: The results of the study indicate that endorsers, product quality, and word of mouth have a significant influence on brand attitude and consumer satisfaction. In addition, brand attitude has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. However, brand attitude does not act as a significant intervening variable in the relationship between external factors and consumer satisfaction. In other words, consumer satisfaction is more influenced by product quality and word of mouth factors than by brand image formed from external factors. Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in the use of Expectation-Confirmation Theory (ECT) in the context of local coffee product marketing, especially in seeing how external factors shape initial expectations that then affect customer satisfaction. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of focusing on real consumption experiences in increasing customer loyalty. The results of this study can be a basis for business actors in designing marketing strategies based on consumer experience and customer engagement to increase brand competitiveness in local and national markets.
