Abstract

Pendidikan Kimia Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas Mataram memiliki tujuan menghasilkan calon pendidik yang berkualitas melalui proses belajar. Belajar dapat dimaknai sebagai suatu peristiwa terbentuknya asosiasi-asosiasi antara stimulus dan respons yang dapat diamati dan ditingkatkan dalam proses pembelajaran yang kemudian dapat diukur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran kegiatan proses perkuliahan dalam bentuk persepsi mahasiswa terhadap implementasi teori belajar Thorndike yang terdiri atas hukum kesiapan (law of readiness), hukum pengulangan (law of exercise) dan hukum akibat (law of effect). Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket kuisioner dalam bentuk google form yang terdiri atas 38 item butir pertanyaan yang mewakili indikator hukum teori belajar Thorndike pada mahasiswa semester lima (V) dengan total responden mahasiswa sebanyak 42 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistis sederhana untuk mendapatkan nilai rata-rata persepsi mahasiswa serta tingkatan kategorinya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh informasi secara menyeluruh tentang persepsi mahasiswa pada semua indikator masing-masing dari teori belajar Thorndike yang terdiri atas, hukum kesiapan (law of readiness) sebesar 3,43, hukum pengulangan (law of exercise) sebesar 3,10 dan hukum akibat (law of effect) sebesar 3,32, dengan nilai skor semuanya berkategori tinggi.

Abstract

This research is a Research and Development type with the aims to determine: 1) The characteristic of chemistry learning module based on simple experimental on the rate of reaction subject, and 2) The feasibility and practicality of the chemistry learning module based on simple experimental on the rate of reaction subject. The method used in this research is the 4D (Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination). This research was carried out until the development stage. The population were XI IPA students of SMAN 1 Pringgarata of the academic year 2021/2022. While the sample in this study were55 student who were taken randomly with stratified (stratified random sampling). The result showed that the value of validity obtained using the Aiken index (V) was 0,78 in the category of valid. Meanwhile, practicality of the chemistry learning module developed can be seen from the student responses of 84% in the category of high practicality. Based on the data, it can be conclude that the developed chemistry learning module based a simple experimental on the rate of reaction subject is feasible and practical so that it can be used in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics, level of feasibility, and practicality of Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on ethnoscience-based problem-based learning based on the main material of colloidal systems. This study is a type of research and development that adopts the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) developed by Dick and Carry in 1990. The location of this research was conducted at SMAN 1 Kediri. The level of feasibility of LKPD was measured through an expert validation sheet, and several aspects of the assessment were assessed by 3 validators using the Aiken V index. There were 2 validation questionnaires used in measuring the feasibility of LKPD, namely physical validation and content validation of LKPD. The results showed that the physical validity value of LKPD was 0.83, which is a very valid category, and the content validity value of LKPD is 0.82, which is a very valid category. The level of practicality of LKPD was measured through a response questionnaire filled out by 48 students of class XI MS SMAN 1 Kediri. The results of the analysis of student responses show that the developed LKPD is said to be very practical because it has a practicality percentage of 87%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the developed LKPD is feasible and practical and can be used in learning colloidal systems.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine: 1) the characteristics of the developed contextually-based E-LKPD on acid-base topic and 2) the level of validity and practicality of contextually-based E-LKPD on acid-base topic. This research is a Research and Development research with a 4D research model (define, design, develop, disseminate). The population in this study were students of class XI IPA SMAN 1 Kediri with a sample of the entire population, namely 42 students because the population were relatively small or less than 100. The results showed that the validity value obtained using the Aiken index (V) was 0.84 in the very category of valid. The level of practicality is measured through student responses to the contextually based E-LKPD. The results of the student response analysis are in the very practical category with a practicality percentage of 91%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the contextually based E-LKPD on acid-base topic developed is feasible and practical for used in learning because it meets the valid and practical categories.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the level of validity and practicality of the POE (Predict, Observe, Explain) based chemistry electronic module on coloid system subject. The study is a Research and Development study which adopts the 4D model (define, design, develop, disseminate). The study population was XI-IPA students of SMAN 5 Mataram in the academic year of 2022/2023 while the sample of this research was 70 students who were taken randomly. The results of the research indeed indicate a very positive outcome. The developed POE (Predict, Observe, Explain) based chemistry electronic module on coloid system subject, has achieved high validity (feasibility) with a score of 0.79 in the valid category. Additionally, the practicality level, as measured by student responses, is very high with a practicality percentage of 84.5%. This leads to the conclusion that the developed e-module is both suitable and practical for use in the learning process. These findings underscore the quality and effectiveness of the e-module in assisting students in gaining a better understanding of chemistry materials.

Abstract

This research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach aimed at describing the scientific literacy abilities of prospective chemistry teacher students on reaction rate. This research involved 50 students as samples with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data collection technique uses a test instrument similar to PISA based on scientific literacy which is analyzed using descriptive statistics. From there validator the instrument of validity obtained was 0.803 for the content aspect and 0.747 for the language aspect and the reliability score obtained was 0.65 with high information. Based on the research results obtained, each aspect of scientific literacy received a low category. The results of this research indicate that the science literacy skill of the pre-service chemistry teacher students still need to be improved so that each indicator reaches sufficient numbers and overall scientific literacy abilities become better. Students' science literacy skill were obtained from four aspects of science literacy skill, including the knowledge aspect (34.86%), the context aspect (68.86%), the competency aspect (52.26%), and the attitude aspect (75.1%) so that it was obtained the average science literacy skill of the pre-service chemistry teacher students in the overall reaction rate is 57.78% in the low category.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of the Pawongan Values of Tri Hita Karana Teachings to Strengthen Diversity at Kesuma Mataram Catholic High School. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model of qualitative analysis with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the Pawongan value of the Tri Hita Karana teachings is implemented and strengthens diversity at Kesuma Mataran Catholic High School, in various forms of activities such as social service, social communication, joint celebration of religious holidays, imtak programs, choirs, financial assistance, giving gifts, donations to requiring.

Abstract

This research is descriptive qualitative research which is motivated by the emergence of various conflicts that occur in society. The aim of the research is to find out how multicultural education and multicultural values are implemented at SDN 36 Cakarnegara after the conflict between two villages in Mataram City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis is done by reducing data, presenting data and providing conclusions. The research results show that: post-conflict multicultural education in 36 Cakranegara is carried out through: visits, creating an atmosphere of harmony, modeling, introducing other people's cultures; invite students to imtak activities that apply multicultural values after the conflict at SDN 36 Cakranegara, namely: Values of harmony, cooperation, concord, appreciation, respect, compassion, tolerance, love of the homeland.

Abstract

This research is a development research that aims to produce an IPAS (Chemistry) Project teaching module as a teacher's guide in learning, which is feasible in terms of validity and practicality. This module development adapts the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) because the stages are arranged in detail and systematically, involving revisions, trials, and validation by experts. The test subjects were class X students of SMKN 1 Narmada with the Agribusiness of Agricultural Product Processing (APHP) expertise program. The research instruments included validation sheets and student and teacher response questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, with module validity calculated using Aiken's V formula, and module practicality analyzed using a Likert scale. The results showed the average validity of the four validators was 0.861, which was classified as very valid. The level of understanding between validators was tested using the Percentage of Agreement (R) method, resulting in an average of 0.90 with a reliable category. The practicality of the module based on teacher and learner response questionnaires showed an average percentage of 94% and 81%, respectively. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the IPAS (Chemistry) Project teaching module on substance material and its changes for class X SMK has a high level of validity and practicality, so it is suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran matematika di tingkat sekolah dasar kerap kali menghadapi tantangan yang cukup besar, terutama dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keaktifan peserta didik. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat menjawab tantangan ini adalah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi pendidikan berbasis aplikasi interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan keaktifan peserta didik kelas IV di SDN 46 Ampenan dalam pembelajaran matematika peneliti menggunakan aplikasi Baamboozle. Pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) diterapkan dalam dua siklus yang mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi aktivitas belajar, wawancara dengan peserta didik, serta tes pemahaman konsep matematika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Baamboozle dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi pecahan dengan rata-rata kenaikan nilai dari 65 pada pra-siklus menjadi 85 pada siklus kedua. Selain itu, tingkat keaktifan peserta didik meningkat secara signifikan hingga mencapai 90%. Dengan hasil ini, aplikasi Baamboozle dapat direkomendasikan sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif yang efektif dan menyenangkan di sekolah dasar.
