This study aims to understand the analysis of credit interest calculation using flat rate and sliding rate method at Kospin Jasa Capem Jatibarang. The data collection methods are literature study, documentation, interviews, and observation. The technique used for data analysis is quantitative description analysis with flat rate and sliding rate method formulas. The research findings show that the flat rate calculation method has a greater interest value than the sliding rate calculation method, both for 12 months and 24 months. The flat rate method is more appropriate for short-term loans, and is suitable for debtors with fixed income, while the sliding rate is more appropriate for long-term loans because the nominal interest decreases.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana analisis perhitungan bunga kredit dengan menggunakan metodologi flat rate dan sliding rate di Kospin Jasa Capem Jatibarang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi pustaka, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Teknik yang digunakan untuk analisis data adalah analisis deskripsi kuantitatif dengan rumus metode flat rate dan sliding rate. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa metode perhitungan flat rate memiliki nilai bunga yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan metode perhitungan sliding rate, baik untuk jangka waktu 12 bulan maupun 24 bulan. Metode flat rate lebih tepat digunakan untuk jangka pendek, dan sesuai untuk debitur yang penghasilannya tetap, sedangkan sliding rate lebih tepat untuk pinjaman jangka panjang, karena nominal bunganya yang semakin menurun.

Dental caries is an infectious disease caused by demineralization of enamel and dentin which is closely related to the consumption of cariogenic foods. Generally children entering school age have a high caries risk, because at this school age children usually like food and drink snacks as they wish. The impact that occurs when since the beginning has experienced caries is in addition to the function of the teeth as chewing that is disrupted, swollen gums, the child will also experience disturbances in carrying out their daily activities, so the child will not eat and consequently malnutrition can occur, this causes the child to be unable to study because of lack of concentration so that it will affect intelligence. The results of the field analysis and preliminary interviews with school leaders as partners in community service obtained data that students in Muhammadiyah Private Elementary School 03 Medan aged 6-8 years experienced dental caries with the characteristics of cavities, porous, and stains / plaques. These characteristics are related to the patterns or behavior of students who like to consume sweet foods like candy, bread, and chocolate. School Dental Health Efforts (UKGS) have also not been implemented in schools. Therefore, community service is needed to be carried out with a form of socialization prevention for early caries in order to provide knowledge of the main causes, ways of spreading, impact, efforts to prevent dental caries, and providing remineralization (dental caries prevention) containing Casein Phosphopeptid-Amorphous Calcium Phosphate (CPP-ACP) to students of grade II Muhammadiyah Primary School 03 Medan. Community service activities were carried out by five service teams from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of North Sumatra on August 27, 2019, involving as many as twenty two USU FKG students who were undergoing clinical clerkship. The socialization and provision of caries prevention materials to 111 students who were in grade II of Muhammadiyah Primary School - 03 Medan.

Based on Basic Health Research, dental and oral diseases still occur in the province of North Sumatra, both urban and rural. Through the USU Community Service Institute, community service activities are carried out with the title of improving oral and dental health through counseling and maintenance of oral health in the Medan Belawan community. This activity is based on the need to maintain oral and dental health from an early age, so that good behavior in maintaining health can be accustomed from a young age. Implementation of counseling on Improving Dental and Oral Health during the Covid-19 Pandemic to the Medan Belawan community, totaling 67 people, activities are carried out within 1 (one) day. Extension methods and techniques include video screenings, lectures, demonstrations of phantoms in oral and dental care and question and answer sessions. The results achieved are that it is necessary to carry out further dedication to the school environment in Medan Belawan for Health Education and Maintenance during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Healthy behavior can affect the health of everyone's body. Dental and oral health is very important to always pay attention to because it is part of general health. To keep your teeth and mouth healthy, you can always keep your teeth and mouth clean every day. The easiest thing to do is to brush your teeth and wash your hands before eating. Techniques and the correct way of brushing teeth greatly affect dental hygiene. If the oral health is not good, then it requires a dental radiographic examination as a supporting examination to be able to determine the condition of the teeth and the supporting tissues of the teeth as a whole. This activity is based on the need to maintain dental and oral health from an early age, so that good behavior in maintaining health can be accustomed from childhood. In addition, there are still many children in junior high school who are not properly aware of the importance of dental health for general health. This counseling can increase knowledge and provide understanding and awareness about the importance of maintaining personal and oral health by brushing teeth regularly and washing hands properly.

Firm value is investors' perception of the company's success in managing its resources which is reflected in the share price. Several factors that influence company value include the company's ability to carry out social responsibility which is related to the public value of the company. Apart from that, Good Corporate Governance can also influence the size of the company's value. However, internal factors, namely asset growth, can also have an impact on company value. This research aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, Institutional Ownership and Asset Growth on company value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample companies are consumer goods companies with data analysis methods using descriptive and verification analysis. The results showed that partially Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure had a negative and insignificant effect on firm value but Institutional Ownership and Asset Growth had a positive and significant effect on firm value.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis aplikasi akuntansi UKM pada UD putra amalia batik talang tegal. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan Wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data. Analisis data kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aplikasi Akuntansi UKM memberikan kemudahan bagi UMKM dalam melakukan pembukuan keuangan usaha. Transaksi bisnis berupa pembelian dan penjualan, hutang dan piutang, pembayaran biaya operasional dan lain-lain, akan lebih mudah dan praktis. Aplikasi UKM juga mudah digunakan setiap saat karena dapat diakses melalui smartphone dan dapat memberikan informasi secara realtime, membantu operasional lebih efektif dan efisien serta dapat mengetahui posisi keuangan kapan saja dan dimana sajaKata kunci: Aplikasi UKM, Laporan keuangan, UMKM.

Tujuan kegiatan ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai forum komunikasi dan koordinasi sekolah untuk memperkuat literasi dan numerasi di tingkat SD. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode studi literaturMetode kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu Forum Komunikasi dan Koordinasi Sekolah (FKKS) tim kampus mengajar UPT SD Negeri Menilo dilakukan bersama Kepala Sekolah, Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan, dan Dewan Guru. Di dalam FKKS, mahasiswa mempresentasikan Rencana Aksi Kolaborasi (RAK) yang akan dilaksanakan selama penugasan. Hasil dalam pelaksanaan Forum Komunikasi dan Koordinasi Sekolah Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 7 di UPT SD Negeri Menilo adalah pengesahan Rencana Aksi Kolaborasi (RAK) dalam membantu untuk meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi peserta didik di UPT SD Negeri Menilo. Pentingnya pemeliharaan kesehatan khususnya pada alat pencernaan selama ini masih kurang diperhatikan oleh masyarakat pada umumnya, ditambah lagi dengan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat akan penyakit lambung dan penanganan penyakit lambung sejak dini menyebabkan penyakit saluran pencernaan baru diobati setelah kronis, oleh sebab itu perlu di bangun sebuah sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit saluran pencernaan khususnya pada lambung berbasis web. Tujuannya adalah untuk membantu pakar dalam menangani pasien yang mengalami gejala penyakit lambung. Inferensi yang di gunakan yaitu metode Forward Chaining. Aplikasi sistem pakar ini akan menampilkan pilihan gejala yang dapat dipilih oleh pengguna untuk mendapatkan hasil akhir berupa jenis penyakit dan saran untuk pencegahannya.

Background: Chronic periodontitis is one of the inflammatory diseases in the oral cavity that can cause damage to the structure of the supporting tissues of the teeth. The bacterium Porphyromonas gingivalis is the cause of chronic periodontitis which has specific virulence factors that produce lipopolysaccharides by destroying the host cell wall mechanism. Black tea with the Latin name Camellia sinensis contains theaflavins with antibacterial effects. Materials and methods: This study was an in vitro experimental laboratory study with disc diffusion method (Kirby Bauer), minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC). The samples of this study were black tea ethanol extract with a concentration of 10%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100% with positive control group is chlorhexidine 0,2%, and negative control group is BHI broth, which tested Porphyromonas gingivalis. The Kruskal Wallis test results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the diameter of the bacterial inhibitory zone produced from the concentration group of black tea ethanol extract (7 mm), 40% (8,6 mm), 60% (10 mm), 80% (10,6 mm), and 100% (11,2 mm) (P <0.05). The Spearman correlation test results (r=0.431) showed a positive correlation with moderate strength between an increase in the concentration of black tea ethanol extract to the diameter of the bacterial inhibitory zone. Result: The MIC value in this study is 10% and the result of MBC is 20%. Conclusion: the ethanol extract of black tea has an antibacterial effect on Porphyromonas gingivalis. There is an increase in inhibition zone diameter along with an increase in the concentration of black tea extract, which indicates black tea ethanol extract has concentration-dependent antibacterial properties.

PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan currently does not have a system that can assist in the process of recording business trips. In general, management of letters, especially Business Travel Orders or SPPD, is very important for every government agency or company. In addition to the SPPD, the official travel document that employees need is an accountability sheet that contains details of travel expenses. In making the SPPD, there are currently many deficiencies that must be faced, such as the occurrence of typing errors in inputting data so that the creation of the SPPD is carried out repeatedly, and also the search for proposed employee data, and the assigning employee in making the SPPD has not been done automatically so it requires longer time. As well as calculating the cost of official travel is also still done manually by the HR executive staff. To overcome this problem, a better system is needed so that the recording of official travel at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan becomes more effective and efficient. Therefore, a Mobile-based official travel recording application was created to manage business trips at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. Making this application using the waterfall software development method. The stages of the waterfall model start from planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. By using a computerized system, the results of the implementation show that this application is easy to use and recording official travel at the company is faster. Making an Official Travel Order becomes easier, can save time, and minimizes errors that may occur. Facilitate the data search process, because the SPPD that has been created is stored in the database.
