This study aims to find out whether Internship Experience and Soft Skills can affect Job Readiness in Students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. The method of this research is quantitative. The sample used was as many as 45 respondents with the criteria of students of the management study program and who had participated in internships. The data collection technique was in the form of a questionnaire that was compiled in several statements and measured using a likert scale and a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses statistical methods with SmartPLS 4.1.8 software. The results of the study show that: 1) Internship Experience has a positive and significant effect on Job Readiness. 2) Soft Skills have a positive and significant effect on Job Readiness.

This study aims to determine whether work-life balance and workload can affect the job satisfaction of SDIT Al-'Arabi teachers. This research uses quantitative methods with saturated sampling techniques (census), which is one form of non-probability sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire which is arranged in several statements and measured using a Likert scale. The research population was SDIT Al-'Arabi teachers with a sample of 51 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach through Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results showed that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Likewise, workload also shows a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. This study concludes that work-life balance and workload have a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine whether Workload and Compensation have an influence on Job Satisfaction of Teachers at SMP N 10 Tambun Selatan. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample or census of 43 respondents. The data collection technique was in the form of a questionnaire arranged in several statements and measured using the Likert Scale. Data analysis used in this test used the Structural Equitation Model (SEM). Data was processed using SMART PLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Teachers at SMP N 10 Tambun Selatan, and (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Teachers at SMP N 10 Tambun Selatan.

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Work Discipline and Workload on Teacher Performance at XYZ School. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample or census of 42 teachers as respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire in several questions and was measured using a Likert Scale. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Data was processed using SMART PLS 4.1 software. The results showed that (X1) Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, (X2) Workload had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and job satisfaction on performance on the Shopee Xpress Hub Cakung Courier. The research method used is quantitative research with sampling technique that is simple random sampling and the slovin formula obtained by 148 respondents. However, data was successfully collected from 151 respondents to improve validity and reliability. Data were collected through questionnaires with (scale Likert 1-4) and analyzed using multiple linear regression tests with SPSS version 26. The results showed that the workload did not affect and insignificant to performance with a calculated t value -1,175 < 1,976 (t table) and Sig 0.242 > 0.05. Meanwhile, job satisfaction influence and significantly to performance with a calculated of t value 4.358 > 1.976 (t table) and Sig 0,000 < 0.05. Then, the calculated F value 9.547 > 3.06 (f table) and Sig 0,000 < 0.05 show that workload and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance on the Shopee Xpress Hub Cakung Courier. This study provides important insight into the factors that affect courier performance, with special emphasis on the importance of workload and job satisfaction in improving performance.

This study examines the role and impact of military leadership in the business sector in Indonesia, an important topic amidst the growing number of former military personnel occupying leadership positions in companies. The primary objective of this research is to analyze how military leadership styles are applied in business contexts and their impact on organizational performance. The research questions include: What is the role of military leadership in the business sector? What is its impact on business organizational performance? This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design and in-depth interviews as data collection techniques. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify key patterns and themes. The findings indicate that military leadership significantly contributes to organizational discipline and efficiency but faces challenges in flexibility and innovation. The conclusion of this research highlights the importance of adapting military leadership to the dynamic business environment and provides suggestions for further in-depth research.

Mathematics learning does not only focus on students' mastery of numbers, but also functions significantly in developing the ability to solve problems holistically. This skill is not something that is taught separately, but is integrated into the entire educational process, offering a real context so that mathematical concepts and abilities can be understood and applied. One approach that is highly recommended to achieve this is Problem Based Learning (PBL). This method has been proven effective in improving students' critical thinking skills through exploration and solving relevant problems, allowing students' knowledge to grow in a constructive way. The low achievement in problem-solving competency in Indonesia is a strong reason to apply PBL in mathematics teaching. This study aims to analyze the literature on the application of PBL to improve students' problem-solving abilities. Data were collected and analyzed from relevant journals, and testing and comparison of results were carried out to identify patterns and results from previous studies. In addition, this study also applies a bibliometric approach to explore publication trends, keywords, and the development of themes related to PBL in mathematics education. The analysis was carried out using VOSviewer software to map the relationship between topics and the progress of PBL research themes in the world of mathematics education.

Discovery Learning (DL) is increasingly being applied in mathematics learning, but in-depth studies are still needed to assess the extent to which this method is effective in improving students' abilities in solving mathematical problems, as well as analyzing various existing research regarding the impact of DL models on students' problem-solving abilities. This research aims to analyze various existing research results regarding the influence of DL models on students' problem-solving abilities. This study is very important to provide strong evidence about the effectiveness of DL, so that it can help educators make evidence-based decisions in the mathematics learning process. For its methodology, this research uses quantitative meta-analysis by conducting a systematic review of 12 research articles published between 2017 and 2024, and calculating the effect size. The results of the meta-analysis show that the DL model has a significant influence on mathematical problem solving abilities (KPMM), with an effect size reaching 2.569, which shows a large impact in improving this competency. This research contributes to strengthening empirical evidence regarding the effectiveness of DL in mathematics education, especially in terms of developing problem-solving abilities. These findings suggest that educators should consider integrating the DL model in mathematics teaching to improve students' problem-solving abilities.

The purpose of this study is to examine the development of scientific publications related to the use of the Inquiry Based Learning (IBL) model in improving students' mathematical critical thinking skills from 2015 to 2025. This research uses a bibliometric analysis approach with a descriptive approach, where data is collected through searches on Google Scholar and analyzed using the Publish or Perish and VOSviewer applications to identify publication trends, researcher collaboration, and mapping of main topics. From a total of 200 initial documents, 16 articles met the criteria and were analyzed further. The results showed a fluctuating trend in the publication of IBL studies on MVC, with peaks of attention occurring in 2020 and 2022. Network visualization and keyword density show that IBL and MHS topics continue to be an important focus, but face implementation challenges that require further attention. This research is expected to be a reference in designing effective learning strategies to improve critical thinking skills.

This study aims to analyze the trends and development of research related to the use of Geogebra in improving the understanding of the concept of revival with a bibliometric approach. Data was collected from the Google Scholar database using the Publish or Perish (PoP) application in the 2020-2025 time span. The initial identification results found 393 documents, which were then filtered to obtain 11 documents worthy of analysis. The analysis was conducted with the help of VOSviewer software to map keywords, annual trends, and research topic density. The results showed that the number of publications increased significantly since 2021, with peaks in 2022 and 2023. Network, overlay, and density visualizations show that the topic of Geogebra usage is growing and diversifying, with a focus on interactive learning models, student abilities, and visual understanding of the concept of congruence. This research makes an important contribution to literature mapping and opens up opportunities for further research in the field of mathematics education technology.
