Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan buat memberdayakan warga warga pesisir tepi laut selatan Kabupaten Gorontalo spesialnya Desa Huangobotu lewat kenaikan keahlian pembuatan proposal usaha. Diharapkan dengan aktivitas ini warga pesisir hendak sanggup membuat proposal usaha sendiri dengan baik serta benar secara mandiri bila diperlukan buat pengajuan permintaan dana dalam pembuatan usaha. Pemberdayaan Warga Pesisir Desa Huangobotu Kecamatan Kabila Bone lewat kenaikan Kapasitas SDM UKM dicoba bersama mahasiswa dengan sebagian sesi ialah:( 1) sesi persiapan, dicoba dengan survey dini kemampuan Desa setelah itu penjajakan kerjsama antara pihak Jurusan Metode Industi dengan Desa Huangobotu,( 2) Tahapan penandatanganan kerja sama,( 3) tahapan dialog dengar komentar antara pihak Jurusan( regu dedikasi) dengan seluruh elemen Desa menimpa kemampuan serta permasalahan yang terdapat di Desa( 4) Tahapan penentuan judul selaku turunan dari tema dedikasi yang telah terdapat selaku hasil dari dengar komentar. Hasil aktivitas dedikasi kepada warga diperoleh kenaikan kemampuan serta kasus yang nantinya jadi bahan pertimbangan dalam keberlanjutan program dedikasi desa binaan. Salah satu permasalahan yang sangat berarti yang di angkat ialah Pemberdayaan Warga Pesisir Desa Huangobotu Kecamatan Kabila Bone lewat kenaikan Kapasitas SDM UKM

Abstract

The learning process only focuses on the material by memorizing concepts, students have not utilized worksheets to do practical work optimally, so the biology learning process in schools does not encourage students to practice critical thinking skills. This study aimed to determine the effect of implementing STEM-based student worksheets in improving students' critical thinking skills at SMP Negeri 1 Peusangan, Bireuen Regency. This study used a pretest-posttest control group design. The study population was 88 VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Peusangan. The research sample consisted of 67 students. The sample is determined through the purposive sampling technique. The researcher determines the class of the research sample using purposive sampling. The taking of the experimental class and the control class is determined by looking at the standard deviation of the results of the homogeneous pretest of students (the ability of homogeneous students). Critical thinking skills are measured by multiple-choice questions with reason. It is used to determine the increase and difference in the critical thinking skills of students. Analysis of N-Gain test data, paired sample t-test, and independent sample t-test. The results showed that the implementation of STEM-based LKPD could improve students' critical thinking skills on excretory system material in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Peusangan. In addition, there are differences in the KBK of students between the experimental class and the control class on the excretory system concept in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Peusangan.

Abstract

 Abstrak: Novel merupakan karya sastra fiksi yang artistik, karena novel terbentuk dari proses imajinatif dan proses  realitas objektif. Selain sebagai bahan bacaan diwaktu santai , novel juga sebagai media untuk menyampaikan nilai-nilai kehidupan melalui cerita,  karena novel  mengandung nilai-nilai tertentu yang disampaikan kepada pembaca, salah satunya seperti nilai moral. Tujuan penelitian  ini untuk menggambarkan  (1) nilai moral yang terkandung  dalam novel Ayah  karya Andrea Hirata dan (2) teknik pengarang untuk menyampaikan nilai moral  dalam novel Ayah  karya Andrea Hirata.Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif, karena data dalam penelitian berupa kata-kata yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai moral dalam teks novel dengan desain penelitian deskriptif (analisis teks). Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa novel Ayah karya Andrea Hirata dengan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan dokumetasi ini melalui perilaku tokoh, jalan pikiran tokoh,kebahasaan tokoh dan  penggambara tokoh lain dalam novel Ayah  karya Andrea Hirata yang mengandung nilai moral.Berdasarkan  hasil penelitian,dalam novel Ayah  karya Andrea Hirata terkandung nilai moral yaitu, (1) Bentuk nilai moral individu yang berkaitan dengan hubungan antara  manusia dengan dirinya dan kejiwaannya.Wujud nilai moral individu dalam penelitian ini adalah, (a) Sabar yang ditunjukkan dengan sikap mengendalikan diri serta bertahan dalam situasi sulit meski tersakiti dengan  tidak mengeluh, dan (b) kerja keras, pantang menyerah  yang ditunjukkan dengan perjuangan mengejar cinta, berlatih, bekerja dengan sungguh-sungguh sampai tercapai suatu keinginan. (2) Bentuk nilai moral sosial erat kaitannya antara  manusia dengan manusia serta lingkungannya. Wujud nilai moral sosial dalam penelitian ini adalah (a) kasih sayang, (b) peduli , (c) tanggung jawab, dan (d) cinta tanah air. (3) Bentuk nilai moral religius berkaitan  dengan  hubungan antara manusia dengan Tuhan. Dalam hal berperilaku, memeluk kepercayaan dan serta beribadah.  Wujud nilai moral religius tersebut yaitu, (a) tawakal (b)  bersyukur. Teknik yang digunakan pengarang untuk meyampaikan nilai moral dalam novel Ayah  karya Andrea Hirata ini adalah dengan teknik secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Dalam novel ini nilai moral dapat dilihat secara langsung melalui tokoh- tokoh di dalamnya. Sedangkan yang secara tidak langsung melalui  persitiwa dan konflik dalam cerita novel.  Kata-kata Kunci: Nilai Moral, Novel, Teknik Penyampaian Nilai Moral

Abstract

Jagung manis merupakan produk yang saat ini mengalami permintaan yang besar. Telah banyak varietas jagung manis hibrida yang ada di pasar. Salah satu perusahaan yang mengembangkan jagung manis adalah CV. Danau Tondano Seed Expert Jember. Perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan lokal yang berdiri sejak tahun 2017 dan memiliki fokus bisnis pada pengembangan jagung manis (sweet corn), jagung pakan (field corn), dan jagung ketan (waxy corn). Salah satu Varietas jagung manis yang dimiliki oleh CV. Danau Tondano Seed Expert Jember adalah varietas YS 12 yang telah dilepas oleh Kementan RI nomor : 27/Kpts/PV.240/D/I/2023. CV. Danau Tondano Seed Expert Jember akan memproduksi dan menjual benih jagung sebesar 2 ton, maka perusahaan memerlukan perencanaan strategi pemasaran yang baik. Pada tahap awal analisis SWOT kemudian dilanjutkan dengan metode AHP untuk menarik kesimpulan strategi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis SWOT menunjukkan perusahaan pada sel/kuadran V, yaitu menjaga dan mempertahankan (Hold and Maintan), serta hasil analisis AHP didapat beberapa strategi prioritas untuk pemasaran benih jagung manis Varietas YS 12 yaitu : Mengoptimalkan peran tenaga pemasaran dan peningkatan volume promosi untuk memperluas jaringan pemasaran produk, mengoptimalkan branding produk untuk menghadapi  persaingan dan meningkatkan produksi serta persediaan bahan untuk mengatasi fluktuasi ketersediaan dan harga bahan

This study aims to determine the effect of online learning on the employability skills of students of the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Gorontalo. The method used in this study is a quantitative correlational method. Correlation research is research that aims to determine whether there is a relationship between two or more variables. In this study, data processing was carried out using SPSS version 25.0. The sample of this research was 177 students from class of 2017, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Gorontalo. Research data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Analysis prerequisite tests include normality tests, linearity tests, and multicollinearity tests. Hypothesis testing includes simple regression analysis. The results of the study show: There is a significant effect of online learning on the employability skills of students of the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Gorontalo by 2.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of workload and work stress on employee performance at PT. FIFGroup Cabang Central Remedial Jawa Barat 2. The population and sample amounted to 41 people or all employees of the billing division at PT. FIFGroup Cabang Central Remedial Jawa Barat 2. The sampling technique used in this research used saturated samples. The data collection tool in this research used a questionnaire with 41 respondents. The design used in this research is testing using SPSS for Windows version 26. The results of this research show that: (1) Workload has a significant effect on Employee Performance, (2) Work Stress has not effect and is not significant on Employee Performance, (3) Workload and Work Stress has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. FIFGroup Cabang Central Remedial Jawa Barat 2. This research provides advice to PT. FIFGroup Cabang Central Remedial Jawa Barat 2 to be able to pay more attention to carrying out busy work every day and pay close attention to and maintain work stress conditions experienced by employees so that employee performance increases.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative research method with a true research design an experiment with the type of posttest- only control group design which aims to test the effect of using the YouTube application on the results of learning Arts and Culture in class X UPT SMK Negeri 2 Sidrap. The population of this study is all students of class X SMK Negeri 2 Sidrap with samples taken of 18 students of class X BRT 1 SMK Negeri 2 Sidrap and using the Purposive technique sampling. There are 2 variables in this study, namely the effect of using the YouTube application (independent variable) and the learning outcomes of Class X Students' Cultural Arts (dependent variable). This research was conducted in class X UPT SMK Negeri 2 Sidrap. Data collection techniques using documentation and tests. Data from the test results that have been collected are then analyzed using the mean and t.test formulas . Based on the results of data analysis, the experimental group value = 85 and the control group value = 66.111 and the t test obtained T count 5.897 > from T table 5% (2.120) with db 16 . Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of the YouTube application has an effect on the learning outcomes of Cultural Arts class X UPT SMK Negeri 2 Sidrap

Abstract

Real Work Lectures (KKN) are a learning process for undergraduate students Mandailing Natal State Islamic College. Developing through community service activities in various areas of community life. The implementation of this community service program aims to develop empathy and concern for various real problems faced by society and the development of society. Sustainable development is needed to smarten the lives of the nation's people and achieve people's welfare. (Janosik, 2005). As technology develops, it must be accompanied by the development of human resources in the fields of education and economics.Islam is a religion brought by the Prophet Muhammad SAW to Arabia in the 7th century in the Arab region. Islam is based on the belief in the oneness of ALLAH, (tauhid) and considers the Al Qu'an to be a holy book that was revealed directly from ALLAH SWT to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The Muslim ummah, followers of the Islamic religion, spread worship such as prayer or worship, fasting during the month of Ramadan, zakat, hajj, and jihad. The Islamic religion teaches values such as justice, compassion, simplicity and brotherhood. Muslims are expected to live according to religious teachings and follow the moral principles set out in Islam. Islam also has a significant influence on culture, art, architecture, literature and legal systems in various countries where the majority are Muslim. It is important to remember that Islam has various traditions and sects such as Sunni, Shiite, Sufi and others, which provide variations in practices and interpretations of the religion. The Islamic religion also has a rich and complex history, and has followers all over the world.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of World Oil Prices, Exchange Rates, and Interest Rates on the Inflation Rate in Indonesia for the 2015 – 2022 Period. The type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique was total sampling, namely 96 data/samples with SPSS software version 26.0. Based on the research results, it shows that the world oil price and interest rate variable has a positive and significant effect on the inflation rate in Indonesia, but the exchange rate variable has no significant effect on the inflation rate in Indonesia. The research results also show that the variables of world oil prices, exchange rates, and interest rates simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the inflation rate in Indonesia.
