Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the development of scientific publications related to the use of the Inquiry Based Learning (IBL) model in improving students' mathematical critical thinking skills from 2015 to 2025. This research uses a bibliometric analysis approach with a descriptive approach, where data is collected through searches on Google Scholar and analyzed using the Publish or Perish and VOSviewer applications to identify publication trends, researcher collaboration, and mapping of main topics. From a total of 200 initial documents, 16 articles met the criteria and were analyzed further. The results showed a fluctuating trend in the publication of IBL studies on MVC, with peaks of attention occurring in 2020 and 2022. Network visualization and keyword density show that IBL and MHS topics continue to be an important focus, but face implementation challenges that require further attention. This research is expected to be a reference in designing effective learning strategies to improve critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the trends and development of research related to the use of Geogebra in improving the understanding of the concept of revival with a bibliometric approach. Data was collected from the Google Scholar database using the Publish or Perish (PoP) application in the 2020-2025 time span. The initial identification results found 393 documents, which were then filtered to obtain 11 documents worthy of analysis. The analysis was conducted with the help of VOSviewer software to map keywords, annual trends, and research topic density. The results showed that the number of publications increased significantly since 2021, with peaks in 2022 and 2023. Network, overlay, and density visualizations show that the topic of Geogebra usage is growing and diversifying, with a focus on interactive learning models, student abilities, and visual understanding of the concept of congruence. This research makes an important contribution to literature mapping and opens up opportunities for further research in the field of mathematics education technology.

Abstract

Praktik muamalah pada pengelolaan lahan pertanian secara umum merupakan bentuk tolong menolong yang dianjurkan dalam agama selama kerja sama itu tidak dalam bentuk dosa maupun permusuhan dengan didasari rasa persaudaraan antara kedua belah pinak. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui praktik kerja sama pengelolaan lahan pertanian di Desa Tellulimpoe sesuai dengan akad Muzara'ah dan Mukhabarah. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini mengemukakan tentang analisis kualitatif Penyaluran Kredit/Pembiayaan Bank. Dengan fokus masalah yaitu bagaimana penyaluran pembiayaan Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh data tentang bagaimana penyaluran pembiayaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan proses penyimpulan hasil penelitian dengan  cara berfikir induktif, metode  yang  digunakan  ialah  metode  kualitatif  yaitu  strategi meneliti yang lebih banyak memanfaatkan dan mengumpulkan informasi secara mendalam ter­hadap fenomena yang diteliti. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan cara menelaah dan mengkaji secara mendalam terhadap data yang didapat, sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dalam kajian ilmiah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan penyaluran pembiayaan yang dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan prosuder yang ada yaitu berdasarkan peraturan dan ketentuan yang sudah di tetapkan oleh Bank yaitu setiap nasabah yang datang ke bank untuk meminta pembiayaan harus memenuhi semua persyaratan dari Bank.Kata Kunci: Penyaluran, Pembiayaa, Ekonomi Lemah AbstractThis research proposes about qualitative analysis of Credit Distributi / Bank Financing. With the focus of the problem is how the distribution of financing The purpose of this study is to obtain data on how financing disbursement. The type of this research is field research which is case study by using descriptive qualitative approach and the process of conclusion of research result with inductive way of thinking, the method used is qualitative method that is research strategy which more use and collect information deeply to phenomenon investigated. This analysis is done by reviewing and examining deeply to the data obtained, so that obtained conclusions that can be accounted for in scientific studies. Based on the results of research in the field of financing disbursement is done in accordance with the existing prosuder is based on the rules and provisions that have been set by the Bank that every customer who comes to the bank to ask for financing must meet all the requirements of the Bank.Keywords: Distribution, Financing, Weak Economic

Abstract

This study aims to analyze occupational safety in the smoked fish production process through the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) approach in two groups of micro, small, and medium business actors, namely those managed by the Suku Anak Dalam community and those managed by the general public. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a field observation approach and in-depth interviews to identify potential hazards and preventive measures taken at each stage of work. The results of the study indicate that in business units managed by the Suku Anak Dalam community, most work stages have the potential to cause hazards, but are not accompanied by adequate preventive measures. In contrast, in business units of the general public, several basic control measures have been implemented, such as the use of aids, gloves, masks, and protective shoes. This difference indicates a gap in the implementation of occupational safety due to factors of knowledge, culture, and access to information. This study concludes that a culture-based and educational occupational safety approach is needed to increase awareness and prevent work accidents, especially in remote indigenous communities

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Leadership and Workload on Employee Performance at CV. XYZ. The research methodology used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used a census sample involving 42 employees as respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire consisting of several statements and measured using the Likert Scale. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Data were processed using SmartPLS 4.1 software. The research findings indicate that Leadership (X1) has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. Additionally, Workload (X2) also has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of Training and Promotion on the Performance of Employees at PT. XYZ. This research uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 60 employees and employs a census sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with several statements measured using a Likert Scale. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method through SmartPLS 4.1 software. The research results show that partially, Training (X1) and Job Promotion (X2) have a significant positive effect on (Y) Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether the Influence of Leadership and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT. XYZ. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample or census of 40 employees as respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire in several questions and was measured using a Likert Scale. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Data was processed using SMART PLS 4.1 software. The results of the study showed that (X1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, (X2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

In this era of globalization and intense industrial competition, companies are required to improve their efficiency and effectiveness in order to maintain their competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, work discipline, and work compensation on employee performance at PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries. The background of this study is based on the phenomenon of declining employee performance identified through the results of a pre-survey, where the majority expressed dissatisfaction with working conditions, the implementation of discipline, and the compensation system. This study uses a quantitative method, with data collection conducted through a questionnaire administered to 84 employees of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, workload, and work environment on employee performance at the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas. The background of this study is based on the phenomenon of leadership imbalance, high workload that affects employee health, and suboptimal work environment conditions, particularly regarding facilities and mobility. The research method used is a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique through SmartPLS software. The research sample consists of 100 employees selected using a saturated sampling technique. The results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a negative but significant effect on employee performance, indicating that as workload increases, performance tends to decrease. The work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where adequate facilities and space can increase work productivity.
