Abstract

Hotel Kokoon Banyuwangi termasuk hotel baru dan merupakan bangunan tertinggi di Kabupaten Banyuwangi mencapai 13 lantai dengan ketinggian 57,7 meter. Adanya konsep green building diharapkan gedung tersebut telah menerapkan konsep green building. Penelitian dilakukan sesuai dengan kondisi gedung yang telah melewati masa konstruksi, sehingga tahap penilaian dilakukan hingga tahap Final Assessment. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat capaian green building berdasarkan greenship untuk bangunan baru versi 1.2 di Indonesia pada Hotel Kokoon Banyuwangi. Variabel penelitian meliputi 6 (enam) kategori greenship yakni kategori tepat guna lahan, efisiensi dan konservasi energi, konservasi air, siklus dan sumber material, kesehatan dan kenyamanan dalam ruang, manajemen lingkungan bangunan. Data primer pada penelitian ini meliputi sistem proteksi kebakaran, aksesibilitas difabel, pengukuran pencahayaan, pengukuran kebisingan, pengukuran suhu dan kelembaban, kuisioner tamu dari Hotel Kokoon Banyuwangi serta wawancara dengan pihak pengelola dan pelaksana. Data sekunder meliputi as-built drawing Hotel Kokoon Banyuwangi, dokumen RTRW kabupaten Banyuwangi, Bill of Quantity, Rencana Kerja dan Syarat-syarat (RKS), serta panduan teknis perangkat penilaian greenship untuk bangunan baru versi 1.2 Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan perhitungan, Hotel Kokoon Banyuwangi telah menerapkan konsep green building sebesar 49,505% atau setara dengan Silver, setelah dilakukannya rekomendasi Hotel Kokoon Banyuwangi mendapatkan persentase predikat sesuai dengan kemampuan gedung yaitu sebanyak 62,376% atau setara dengan Gold. Biaya yang diperlukan dalam upaya meningkatkan peringkat dari Silver ke Gold adalah sebesar Rp. 80.116.500,00.

Abstract

The developments in the construction sector are increasing rapidly which makes construction service providers competitors implement an integrated system. Along with the current progress of science and technology, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is present as an integrated system innovation in the form of a digital platform. This study was conducted by analyzing the project of the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Jember using the BIM system. The use of BIM was doing modeling using Revit and scheduling planning used Synchro Pro. The data in this study used secondary data obtained from the Bureau of Planning, University of Jember. The results of the analysis showed that the total budget for the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Jember construction was IDR 7,054,568,108.31 with structural work costs details was IDR 3,448,641,620.63 and architectural work was IDR 3,605,926,487.68. The length of time needed in the construction implementation of the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Jember was 148 days starting from January 1, 2020, until May 27, 2020.

Abstract

Damage to buildings makes the building less comfortable to live in, so identification of damage is needed and how efforts to deal with it and the cost of repairs. This research was conducted by taking an object in the building Rusunawa Putri University of Jember by conducting a direct survey. The data obtained is then analyzed to determine the type of damage to buildings that occur and the repair and repair costs. From the results of this study note that in the Rusunawa Putri University of Jember building identified 7 (nine) types of damage, namely: weathering of the ceiling (ceiling), lights off, cracked and moist walls, window supports, window hinges, door frames, and doors door lock release. The index value of the condition of the Putri Rusunawa building is 99.59% so it is included in the condition index in zone 1 between 85% -100% which has excellent conditions. The analytical method used to determine the cause of damage is the Fishbone Diagram. From the results of the analysis of the dominant causes of damage namely by human factors, management factors, and material factors. The suggested remedial action is a routine check from the manager. The cost of building repairs is Rp 89.855.416

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pemilihan penyedia barang dan jasa pada Kabupaten Ngawi menggunakan Perpres No.12 Tahun 2021 dan aplikasi SPSE V4.4 sesuai dengan perubahan peraturan yang berlaku. Namun pada implementasinya pelaksanaan pengadaan barang dan jasa masih belum berjalan sebagaimana mestinya yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip pengadaan yaitu bahwa pengadaan barang dan jasa di LPSE Ngawi belum sepenuhnya transparansi kepada publik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur tingkat kinerja aplikasi SPSE V4.4 di Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Ngawi, dengan harapan penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja aplikasi Sistem Pengadaan Secara Elektronik sesuai dengan Perpres No.12 Tahun 2021 dan memenuhi prinsip-prinsip pengadaan. Metode analisis faktor dalam penelitian ini adalah Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) menggunakan perangkat lunak bantu analisis statistik. Pengumpulan data sekunder diperoleh melalui web resmi LPSE Ngawi. Sedangkan data primer dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada responden yaitu, Pokja UKPBJ dan kontraktor peserta tender 2021 yang menggunakan SPSE V4.4. Variabel penelitian ini dikelompokkan menjadi enam yaitu, Kualitas Sistem (KS), Efisiensi dan Efektif (EE), Terbuka dan Transparansi (TT), Akses Pasar Bersaing (APB), Adil atau Tidak Diskriminatif (TD), dan Akuntabilitas (AK). Hasil pengolahan data kuesioner, diperoleh perhitungan nilai kinerja SPSE yang diukur melalui prinsip-prinsip pengadaan pada penyedia jasa dan panitia pengadaan diperoleh nilai kinerja yang sudah cukup baik dengan nilai kesesuaian antara 66% hingga 99%. Berdasarkan analisis dengan metode IPA kesesuaian SPSE V4.4 terhadap Perpres No.12 Tahun 2021 berada pada kuadran B yang menandakan instrumen tersebut sudah berjalan dengan memuaskan. Analisis untuk kesesuaian fitur pada SPSE V4.4 juga sudah disesuaikan dengan Perpres No.12 Tahun 2021 dan peraturan pendukungnya.

Abstract

To minimize the effects of global warming, there are several efforts that can be done, for example by conserving energy. In this problem, the concept of green building is the right solution to reduce global warming, especially in the scope of Civil Engineering Buildings. The Al-Hikmah Mosque at the University of Jember is a new building, with the concept of an environmentally friendly building, it is hoped that the mosque has implemented the concept of an environmentally friendly building based on GBCI standards. The research is included in quantitative descriptive research using the reference Greenship Version 1.2. The research was conducted according to the condition of the building that had passed the construction period (Final Assessment). There are 6 variables used in the study, namely the appropriate land use category (TGL), energy effectiveness and conservation (EPE), water conservation (PA), material cycle and recycling (DUM), indoor air quality (KUR), building environmental management. (PLB). Based on the results of the analysis and calculations, the Al-Hikmah Mosque at the University of Jember got a percentage of 48% or Silver, after the recommendation of a strategy to increase the rating using a SWOT analysis, the Al-Hikmah Mosque at the University of Jember got a percentage of predicates according to the building's ability, which was 61.386% or Gold. The cost required to increase the rating is Rp. 97,383,600,000.

Abstract

The construction project for Building B of RSPTN University of Jember still employs conventional methods, utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel, which results in a lack of integration between disciplines and an inefficient volume calculation process. To overcome this, this study implements BIM to improve coordination, clash detection, and automation of work volume calculations. The purpose of this study is to implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks to improve the accuracy of coordination between disciplines through clash detection and to simplify and accelerate the calculation of work volumes on the construction project of Building B of RSPTN University of Jember. The implementation method of this research includes the creation of a 3D model of the building using Autodesk Revit, which integrates the disciplines of architectural structure and QTO calculation. Furthermore, clash detection analysis was carried out using Autodesk Navisworks. The study's results showed that the use of BIM through Autodesk Revit and Navisworks was effective in significantly identifying clashes between building elements, utilizing the clash detection feature. In addition, the volume calculation process became more accurate and efficient, as indicated by the minimal discrepancy between the BIM-based and conventional methods. BIM enables automated volume calculations directly from a 3D model, which includes detailed information for each construction element. The implementation of BIM has been proven to minimize the risk of errors, accelerate decision-making processes, and improve the overall effectiveness of project execution in the construction phase.
