Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of location, price, and promotion on investment interest in PT Industrial Estate of Makassar (Persero) located in Maros Regency. The study applied a quantitative process by statistical methods. The study use multiple regression analysis and classical assumptions were tested beforehand. The study collected the data through questionnaire distributions to 60 respondents of enterprise consumers. The results of the study found that a strategic location became the main attraction in the process of growing investor interest in the services offered in the development area of the company. Furthermore, the price offered by PT. Industrial Estate of Makassar (Persero) to investors can create investment interest because the price offered has a value in accordance with what will be obtained. Meanwhile, promotions that are not carried out on a massive scale become things that cannot affect investor interest, besides certain conditions where promotions do not affect interest because investors sometimes seek information directly before PT. Industrial Estate of Makassar (Persero) conducts promotions through the media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge management on supporting the business transformation of PT Industrial Estate of Makassar (KIMA). The implementation of knowledge management by providing opportunities for employees to share knowledge with each other, apply their knowledge, carry out work procedures, master technology, and understand its organization to support its business transformation. The research design is descriptive with a quantitative approach. A total of 37 employees, out of 42, who were interviewed and filled out the questionnaire were sampled in this study. The data were analyzed using a simple linear regression model and evaluate normality distribution firstly. The study also ensures the obtained data is valid and reliable with the use of Statistical Critical Scores for the evaluation. The main result indicates that knowledge management has a positive and significant impact on supporting PT KIMA's business transformation.

Abstract

The research was aimed to (1) identify the level of sustainability of the paprika agribusiness in Gowa Regency, (2) identify the factors affecting the sustainability of the paprika agribusiness in Gowa Regency. Rap-Paprika's MDS (Multidimensional Scaling) analysis is used to identify the level of sustainability as well as factors affecting the sustainability of paprika agribusiness in Gowa Regency in terms of economic, ecological, social, technological and institutional dimensions. The results of this study show that the level of sustainability of agribusiness peppers in Gowa Regency is at a sustainable level with an index value of 72.83. This result shows that the agribusiness of peppers in Gowa Regency is already running quite well, where the very sustainable dimension is shown the social dimension, while the economic dimension, ecological dimension, technological dimension, and institutional dimension still need attention from policymakers, so that the sustainability of these four dimensions can be raised to a very sustainable level. From the results of the MDS analysis of 5 dimensions of sustainability and 49 sustainability attributes, showing 15 sensitive attributes that show the most dominant factor affecting the sustainability of paprika agribusiness in Gowa Regency, Monte Carlo and MDS analysis showed that the value of the status of the paprika sustainability index in Gowa Regency in each dimension with a confidence interval of 95%, the MDS analysis results showed S-Stress values for all dimensions and multidimensional had a smaller value from 0.25, the coefficient of determinatinon (R²) value of each dimension and multidimensional is close to the values 1. These results show that the interrelationship of all attributes used in each dimension in the Rap-paprika MDS analysis is good enough to untangle the problem of agribusiness sustainability of peppers in Gowa Regency.

Abstract

Islamic banking is demanded to continue improving in providing the best service to customers. It is not enough to understand how to keep customers doing transactions, companies must know that there are other ways consumers contribute to the company and stay engaged in itThe level of customer engagement can be shown in how involved they are with the company's offerings. The research team wanted to see how employee skills affected customer satisfaction. Makassar's Sharia Commercial Bank served as the study's sample institution. 200 questionnaires. The results of the study were processed using smartPLS 3. The results showed that employee competency has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, employee competency has no significant effect on customer engagement, and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer engagement.

Abstract

Application of Capital Asset Pricing Model in Insurance Sector Companies". For stock selection decisions. In this study, the insurance sector became the author's choice to compare and choose the optimal stock, PT. Maximus Graha Persada Insurance with issuer code (ASMI), PT. Asuransi Harta Aman Pratama with issuer code (AHAP) and PT. Asuransii Multhi Artha Guna with issuer code (AMAG). The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The sampling technique is generally carried out randomly by collecting quantitative or statistical data The data used in this study is secondary data where the stock price or closing price of the insurance sector is chosen randomly by the author, and the selected one is an insurance company with issuer codes ASMI, AHAP, and AMAG in brackets for five consecutive years. Data analysis techniques used to explain stock investment decision-making use the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method. The study results used CAPM that the shares of insurance companies with the issuer code AMAG are the best stocks for investors because they have the lowest positive return rate and beta value.

Abstract

Employer branding pada dasarnya adalah sebuah konsep yang bisa diterapkan di dalam sebuah perusahaan untuk membuat para pekerja atau karyawan nyaman dan merasa perusahaan tesebut adalah tempat yang baik untuk bekerja. Dalam hal ini, perusahaan harus memberikan keuntungan lebih kepada karyawan atau fasilitas yang dapat mendorong karyawan agar merasa seperti tinggal dirumah sendiri. Employer branding sendiri sebenarnya memiliki dua tujuan. Pertama, employer branding dilakukan untuk membuat karyawan yang bekerja merasa senang bekerja di perusahan tersebut dan yang kedua bertujuan untuk proses seleksi karyawan baru agar lebih mudah menemukan kandidat terbaik serta mempertahankannya. Jadi dengan memanfaatkan employer branding maka perusahaan menjadi lebih baik dimata karyawan begitu juga akan ada banyak calon karyawan baru yang berminat bekerja di perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian case studi yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi branding perusahaan dan efeknya terhadap kinerja organisasi. Keywords : Branding Perusahaan, Kinerja Organisasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada kegiatan pertambangan batu kapur milik PT. Semen Tonasa dengan safety behavior sebagai intervening. Metode penelitian Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantatif yang merupakan metode untuk mengkaji teori tertentu dengan cara meneliti hubungan antar variable penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner, wawancara, obeservasi atau analisa dokumen-dokumen yang relevan dengan penelitian. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara parsial berdasarkan rumus slovin yang meliputi seluruh tahapan kegiatan penambangan batu kapur yang terdiri dari mine development, drilling, blasting, mining service, loading dan hauling. Metode analisis dilakukan menggunakan bantuan software smartpls meliputi pengujian outer model uji validitas dan reabilitas serta pengujian inner model yang terdiri dari analisis variant (R2) atau Uji Determinasi , path coefisien dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi mempengaruhi secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun hubungan kinerja secara tidak langsung melalui safety behavior berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan. Berdasarkan nilai r-square pada menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi mampu menjelaskan variabilitas konstrak kinerja sebesar 62,27%, dan sisanya 37,3 diterangkan oleh konstrak lainnya diluar yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan kompetensi mampu menjelaskan variabilitas konstrak safety behavior sebesar 67,5%, dan sisanya sebesar 32,5% diterangkan oleh konstrak lainnya diluar yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Safety Behavior, Kinerja.

Abstract

This study examined how self-efficacy, employee development, and organizational commitment affected workers' performance. The sample for this study, which incorporates quantitative research, consists of 70 permanent hotel employees. A saturated sampling approach is used in the sampling process. Techniques for gathering data include surveys, literature reviews, and supplementary secondary data. Validity tests, reliability tests, cross-tabulation tests, correlation tests, determination tests, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and f-tests with SPSS 26.0 were all used in the data analysis process. The finding of this study demonstrates that organizational commitment, employee training, and self-efficacy are all factors that simultaneously affect employee performance. Employee performance is partially influenced by organizational commitment, employee training, and self-efficacy, but not by either factor alone. 0.647, or 64.7%, for the corrected R square. It is recommended for hotels to improve employee self-efficacy based on the magnitude (self-confidence) indicator. In addition to hotels having to increase employee training based on reaction indicators (participation in hotel activities) and behavior (becoming the best employee), hotels must also increase commitment based on affective indicators (paying attention).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance through Work Stress at PT Sulawesi Jaya Metalindo. The population in this study is employees of PT Sulawesi Jaya Metalindo which amounts to 46 employees. The sample in this study is all employees who are the population of this study or commonly referred to as saturated samples. Data collection techniques were used by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study show that (1) Transformational leadership style has a negative and significant effect on work stress at PT Sulawesi Jaya Metalindo. (2) Work discipline has a negative but not significant effect on work stress at PT Sulawesi Jaya Metalindo. (3) Transformational leadership style positively and negatively affects performance at PT Sulawesi Jaya Metalindo. (4) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance at PT Sulawesi Jaya Metalindo. (5) Work stress has a negative but insignificant effect on PT Sulawesi Jaya Metalindo’s performance. (6) Transformational Leadership Style through work stress as an intervening variable has a positive but not significant effect on performance at PT Sulawesi Jaya Metalindo. (7) Work discipline through work stress as an intervening variable has a positive but not significant effect on performance at PT Sulawesi Jaya Metalindo. Abstract

The banking sector is currently required to play an active role in efforts to increase economic growth and improve people's lives. Human resource management must always be considered because it functions efficiently, effectively and productively to achieve company goals. One of the most crucial assets of a bank is employee performance. Consequently, human resources are required to always be able to develop themselves proactively in producing good performance. One of the causes of the poor performance produced by employees is the high workload that must be borne. This is due to a mismatch between the employees themselves and the work they are doing resulting in excessive workload. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload on the performance of bank employees. The research method uses a cross-sectional study design. The research began in May 2023 at a bank in Makassar City. The number of samples used were 106 employees who were taken using the total sampling technique. The collection of employee workload data and employee performance data was measured using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was filled in directly by the respondents. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. Chi-Square test results show that the workload variable is significantly related to employee performance (p<0.05). The company (bank) must pay serious attention to the workload given to employees.
