The best employees are very important assets for the company, because of that sales companies need a system that can choose the best employees objectively and optimally so that they are right in choosing the best employees who will have an impact on the progress of the company. To be able to solve the problem the author conducted research using a Decision Support System using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The WP method is part of the Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM), which requires a normalization process to be calculated. This method in detail calculates the weight of the value of each criterion. The final result of the research shows that the 10th alternative (A10) with a Preference Value of 0.1120 was chosen to be the best employee recommended in the selection of sales manager

Determining the selection of quality laying hens is a decision that must be carried out so that production results will increase and the quality of the eggs produced, there are lots of criteria that must be owned for the complexity and importance of the problem requiring analytical methods rather than intuitive decisions. as a condition for obtaining the scholarship. Each laying hens must have criteria to determine the quality of laying hens. Decision Support System Determining the Quality of Laying Hens with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method is an element that greatly influences the smooth running of the task. The division in this study will be appointed a case, namely looking for the best alternative based on predetermined criteria using the SAW (Simple Additive) method. Weighting) The research was conducted by finding the weight value for each attribute, then a ranking process was carried out which would determine the optimal alternative, namely the best quality laying hens.

IoT-based reservoir water storage system using NodeMCU. This system can monitor and send information about water levels in real-time via the internet. The method used is to detect the water level in the reservoir using an ultrasonic sensor and control the water level using a relay. This system can help reduce economic losses caused by not being able to detect accurately by buoys which can cause an overflow of water in the reservoir. The method used in this research is the prototype method with stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation and evaluation. An IoT-based reservoir water storage system using NodeMCU ESP8266, relays, and ultrasonic sensors connected to the internet via Wi-Fi and controlled using the Blynk application on a smartphone. The aim of this research is that the system can provide notifications to users if the water level in the tank has reached certain limits, such as low, medium and full water conditions. As a result of this research, an IoT-based reservoir water storage system has been successfully developed using NodeMCU, relays, ultrasonic sensors, and the Blynk application which can monitor and send information about water levels in real-time via the internet.

Dalam penyelenggaraan pemilu, terdapat masalah terkait kurangnya metode evaluasi menyeluruh dalam seleksi anggota panitia pemilihan kecamatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan metode evaluasi yang efektif dengan menggunakan teknik Addition Rate Assessment (ARAS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 99,95%, dengan nilai tertinggi sebesar 0,9367, yang direkomendasikan sebagai calon anggota panitia pemilihan kecamatan. Penerapan ARAS membuat proses seleksi menjadi lebih transparan dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, serta memastikan bahwa anggota yang terpilih memiliki integritas dan tanggung jawab penuh dalam menjalankan tugas mereka. Dengan demikian, penggunaan ARAS tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi dalam penyelenggaraan pemilu, tetapi juga memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap proses demokratis yang adil dan akuntabel.

Among the vegetables most commonly consumed by people around the world are tomatoes. One of the potential vegetable commodities to be developed is tomato plants. This plant can thrive in rice fields, dry land, and highlands. Use of Technology Digital images are images that can be processed by computers directly. A matrix with M columns and N rows can be used to describe a digital image. The smallest element in an image is called a pixel or image element, and is the intersection between columns and rows. image processing is the process of processing an image numerically; in this case, each pixel or point in the image is treated. One method of image processing is to use computer software to process each pixel in the image. It is easier for object recognition applications in image processing to identify objects based on differences in hue values when the hue values of objects are limited to a certain value. The color space system that mimics the capabilities of the human eye is called the HSI color space model. HSI incorporates the grayscale or color components of an image. The test image of Tomato fruit with a value of H = 32 S = 0.675 I = 83 can be considered ripe, according to the range of fruit reference values that have been established through the use of the HSI method.

Smart farming has become a rapidly growing research area with the aim of increasing agricultural productivity and efficiency through advanced technologies. One of the key technologies in smart agriculture is image processing, which enables real-time monitoring and analysis of crop conditions. This article reviews image processing applications in smart agriculture, with a focus on the methods and techniques used for crop monitoring. Image processing methods discussed include pest and disease detection, measuring plant growth, as well as monitoring soil moisture and plant health. Image processing techniques such as convolution-based image analysis (Convolutional Neural Networks/CNNs), image segmentation, and pattern recognition are applied to obtain accurate and relevant information. Case studies and field experiments show that image processing can provide accurate and real-time data, enabling farmers to make more informed and efficient decisions. In conclusion, the application of image processing technology in smart agriculture has great potential to increase crop yields, reduce resource use, and advance sustainable agricultural practices.

Background. Along with the development of the times and changes in the way of looking at the use of technology in learning Arabic is becoming more sophisticated and complicated. For that, the use of Augmented Reality technology is applied in learning Arabic in order to improve the learning process. Augmented Reality technology is a technology that in its use can combine digital elements that can be seen virtually and can also be presented in the form of 3D animation. Purpose. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using Augmented Reality technology in Arabic language learning on student learning motivation. Apart from that, to create innovative and creative Arabic language learning for students. Method. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a randomized control experimental approach. Data was collected through questionnaires in the form of questionnaires. Results. The results of this research show that the use of Augmented Reality technology in Arabic language learning can increase student learning motivation. Students who are involved in Augmented Reality-based learning show a higher level of motivation, as well as a more active level of participation in the learning process. The use of Augmented Reality technology strengthens student engagement with learning material, increasing their understanding of the Arabic language context. Students are also increasingly interested in learning Arabic. Conclusion. The conclusion of this research states that Augmented Reality technology in Arabic language learning has a positive impact on student learning motivation. This emphasizes the importance of implementing technological innovation in education to increase learning effectiveness and strengthen student engagement. This research provides a basis for further development in the use of Augmented Reality technology in the context of learning Arabic and other subjects.

Algoritma Counter, yang menggabungkan teknik background subtraction dan object tracking, menawarkan solusi potensial untuk tantangan ini. Tomuan Holbung Village is a village located in North Sumatra. As a village, there is still information that has not been accessed by many others through public communication, namely the internet. For this reason, it is necessary to develop an information system. Technology changes human life into quick and easy access to information data. Technology contributes to the arrangement of management systems and work processes in government and private institutions. One of the applications of Information Technology in village life is the use of the Village Information System (SID). In the development of this web-based village information system using the spiral method in development which consists of analysis, design, coding and testing as well as entity relationship diagrams in designing the database. The existence of a website-based village information system can facilitate devices in processing village information data to be more effective and efficient in providing information about village government in Tomuan Holbung Village. In addition, researchers also added features of activities that were widely informed. The Village information system is equipped with a web-based display so that users can adjust the contents in the system such as a web-based village information system as a means of information in web development in Tomuan Holbung Village using the spiral method.

Bad governance or poor governance by some economic actors is one of the causes of the economic crisis in Indonesia. So that the emergence of public mistrust of government performance. To restore public confidence to the government, good governance is needed, one of which is the application of e-government. E-government is a form of information and communication technology by the government which can provide information and services to the public, business affairs, and matters relating to government. One of the results of the development of e-government is e-Village Budgeting. E-village budgeting is an online-based village budget management application in order to increase transparency and accountability of the village budget. One of the problems that often arises in the administration of village governance is related to the administrative system of village financial management that is not orderly, so that not a few that cause problems of irregularities in the use of the budget. This research will be designed a web-based application that can help make financial reporting easier. The application was made so that budgeting and development monitoring in remote villages are more transparent.
