Abstract

Kemampuan siswa dalam belajar Ilmu Pengatahun Alam sejak wabah pandemi covid-19 di MI AT-Tarbiyah Loa Janan Samarinda belum maksimal dengan standar KKM. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran online menggunakan media video melalui aplikasi WhatsApp terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada materi IPA kelas IV MI AT-Tarbiyah Loa Janan Samarinda. Penelitian ini termasuk deksriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Quasi Eksperimen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas kelas eksperimen (IV A) dan kelas kontrol (IV B) dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan pre-test dan post-test dan dianalisis menggunakan uji t (t-test). Berdasarkan analisis data bahwa kelas yang menggunakan media video yaitu kelas eksperimen nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 97 sedangkan nilai kelas kontrol rata-ratanya sebesar 88. Selain itu, diperoleh nilai thit (4,702) > ttabel (2,02). Hal ini dapat dinyatakan bahwa thit > ttabel sehingga Ha diterima. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar online siswa dengan menggunakan video dan tanpa menggunakan video. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran online menggunakan video melalui aplikasi WhatsApp efektif terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada materi IPA kelas IV MI At-Tarbiyah Loa Janan Samarinda.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia karena pendidikan bukan hanya proses belajar untuk mencerdas tetapi juga mendidik untuk mendidik akhlak dan karakter anak, guru sebagai pendidik berperang penting untuk memotivasi siswa dalam belajar, dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning yang bisa membuat suasana belajar menjadi menyenangka, pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia merupakan pelajaran yang terdiri dari salah satu komponen objek keterampilan bahasa yaitu,membaca,menyimak,berbicara dan menulis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kolerasional. Adapun tujuan pendekatan korelasional adalah untuk mengidentifikasi prediktif dengan menggunakan teknik kolerasi hubungan antara dua variable. Metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi tertentu, teknik pengambilan populasi pada umumya yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Az Zukhruf dengan jumlah 16 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif/statistik dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian kelas III Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Az Zukhruf pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia pada Model Problem Based Learning siswa dapat terlibat aktif dan model tersebut sebagai salah satu alternative yang menjadikan pembelajaran lebih aktif, efektif, dan menyenangkan yang diharapkan mampu memotivasi siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Problem Based Learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar Bahasa Indonesia. Model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar Bahasa Indonesia sebesar sebesar 45.6% siswa kelas III Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Az Zukhruf. Kemudian dipengaruhi 54,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal individu seperti faktor keluarga, lingkungan, masyarakat dan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (berbasis masalah) dapat memberikan motivasi pada siswa untuk hasil belajar yang maksimal pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas III SDIT Az Zukhruf.

Abstract

One of the functions of this research is to explore the academic supervision conducted by the school principal and its subsequent impact on the changes in the performance of Islamic religious education teachers at State Elementary School 009 Penajam, along with the influencing factors. This study employs a field study method with a qualitative approach. The research results indicate that the academic supervision carried out by the school principal includes aspects of learning planning by providing guidance in formulating learning objectives, overseeing the implementation of learning by providing an example in initiating and presenting materials, and guiding the evaluation of learning by assisting in the preparation of assessment tools. Several factors influencing academic supervision activities include support from teachers who are the objects of supervision, where a teacher's cooperation and openness in the implementation of supervision by the supervisor are supportive factors. Conversely, inhibiting factors in the implementation of principal supervision include the limited time allocation for Islamic religious education in elementary school.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how effective the results are through developing thematic learning modules containing traditional games for the independence of class III at SDN 1 Kepoh. This research uses quantitative research methods. The research method explains the design of this research activity which was carried out at one of the elementary schools in Blora Regency, namely at SDN 1 Kepoh. Researchers chose SDN 1 Kepoh as a place for observations, interviews, product validation and product trials on class III students. design experiment with one group pretest posttest type. The design is used to compare results before and after treatment. Experimental research methods refer to research methods used to find the effect of certain treatments on others under controlled conditions.This research uses validity test instruments. Testing the reliability of study materials is based on the opinions or considerations of related experts. Data collection techniques using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test were used in this research to evaluate the null hypothesis. The research results show that the effectiveness tests carried out included the normality test, paired sample T test, and N-Gain test. The results of the normality test show normal values ​​and in the paired sample T-test the significance value is 0.000, meaning that there is a significant difference in the pre-test and post-test. And in the N-Gain test, the mean N-gain score was 0.4601, so the test results can be categorized as moderate. So it can be concluded that the test results of the effectiveness of thematic media modules containing traditional games in increasing the learning independence of class III students are in the moderate or sufficient category.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Data yang dilaporkan WHO menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 870 orang dari 7,1 milyar penduduk dunia atau 1 daru delapan orang penduduk dunia menderita gizi buruk, persoalan masalah gizi buruk pada balita di Kota Makassar sebanyak 2,06% atau sebanyak 2145 balita yang terdata sebagai gizi buruk di Kota Makassar di Puskesmas Layang terdapat 39 kasus gizi buruk yang telah didata oleh petugas kesehatan ataupun dari laporan masyarakat. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara perilaku ibu terhadap kejadian gizi buruk pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Layang Kota Makassar. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Survei Analitik dengan rancangan Cross Sectional Study untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku ibu terhadap kejadian gizi buruk pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Layang Kota Makassar. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil analisis uji hubungan dengan uji Chi-Square mendapatkan hasil 0,000 < 0,05 atau ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu terhadap kejadian gizi buruk balita dengan nilai p=0,000, ada hubungan antara sikap ibu terhadap kejadian gizi buruk balita dengan nilai p=0,006, dan ada hubungan antara tindakan ini berupa pola asuh terhadap kejadian gizi buruk balita dengan nilai p=0,000 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Layang Kota Makassar. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara perilaku ibu terhadap status gizi buruk balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Layang Kota Makassar Kata Kunci : Perilaku, Pengetahuan, Sikap, Tindakan, Status Gizi Buruk Balita

Abstract

Background. Corporate training programs often focus on delivering content without fully considering how adults learn best, leading to limited engagement and skill retention. Andragogy, the theory of adult learning, emphasizes self-directed learning, relevance, and practical application, which could significantly enhance professional development in corporate settings. Despite its potential, the application of andragogical principles in corporate training remains underutilized, limiting the effectiveness of such programs in fostering meaningful skill development and growth. Purpose. This study aims to examine how incorporating andragogy principles can enhance professional development in corporate training programs. Method. A mixed-methods approach was employed, using surveys and interviews with 100 corporate employees who participated in training programs designed with and without andragogical elements. Quantitative analysis was conducted to measure the impact on skill acquisition, engagement, and satisfaction, while qualitative interviews provided insights into the learners’ experiences. Results. The results show that training programs incorporating andragogical principles led to higher engagement and better skill retention compared to traditional methods. Employees reported greater satisfaction and perceived the content as more relevant to their job roles, contributing to improved motivation and a more positive learning experience. Additionally, self-directed learning components significantly boosted long-term retention of skills. Conclusion. In conclusion, applying andragogy principles to corporate training programs enhances the learning experience and leads to more effective professional development outcomes. Organizations seeking to improve the impact of their training initiatives should consider incorporating these principles to foster greater learner engagement and long-term skill retention.

Abstract

In the learning process, a teacher must have a strategy in any subject including English lesson. Why the lecturer must have strategy in teaching, because strategy can support the learning process and achieve the learning goals. The strategy used by lecturer in teaching English will make the students more enjoy of the learning process because in the class the students have different abilities in understanding English lesson. The aim of this research is to analyzed lecturer’s strategies in teaching English at class of Intensive English Course of Language Center IAIN Samarinda 2019/2020. The researcher used qualitative research design. The subject of this research was one English lecturer of English Course at Language Center IAIN Samarinda. The data were gotten from interview. Then the data would be analyzed by reduction, display and conclusion. The result of this research showed that the lecturer’s strategies in teaching English as follows: (1) The lecturer prepared the Lesson Plan (RPS) before teaching English. Lesson Plan has an important role to improving the quality of education. (2) In giving materials the lecturer was not only use text book but also used article and internet. (3) The methods used by teacher in teaching English were Grammar Translation Method. (4) The media used by lecturer in teaching English were Visual. (5) In classroom the lecturer build the good interaction with the students and helped the students who have difficult in the lesson. (6) The lecturer used oral and written test and also his own assessment to student every two weeks. (7) The lecturers gave reinforcement to the students in the last of lesson by giving motivation to always improve study in English and ask the students that still not understand about the lesson to consult with the lecturer and asked the students to review again the material that has been learned at home.

Abstract

Quality culture is a value sistem that creates an atmosphere that supports continuous quality improvement in educational institutions. In this article, quality culture is defined as a combination of values, thoughts, symbols, and practices that influence behavior and beliefs within educational institutions. The process of forming a quality culture involves important elements such as ethics, integrity, teamwork, appreciation, and communication, all of which aim to improve the overall quality of education. Factors that shape a quality culture include the environment, values, role models, routine rituals, and communication networks. Strategies for creating a quality culture include understanding, habituation, and giving rewards and sanctions. Through quality culture-oriented management, the five pillars of educational quality—focus on students, total involvement, measurement, commitment, and continuous improvement—become the foundation for transforming the education sistem. This article also emphasizes the importance of implementing quality culture values ​​in building an education sistem that is ready to face future challenges, based on the principles of fairness, integrity, and continuous learning.

Abstract

Maraknya degrasi moral yang terjadi pada peserta didik, salah satu penyebabnya yaitu arus modernisasi yang terbuka dan tanpa adanya pengawasan dari orang tua secara langsung. Oleh karena itu pendidikan mempunyai peranan penting dalam memberikan bekal dan arahan mengenai karakter religius pada peserta didik. Pendidikan karakter Islami sangat penting diberikan kepada peserta didik mulai dari usia dini hingga pada jenjang Sekolah Dasar. Upaya pembelajaran tersebut tentunya membutuhkan media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan yaitu melalui vidio atau film. Hal ini dilakukan untuk menyampaikan sekaligus memberikan gambaran mengenai karakter religius yang sesuai dengan ajaran agama Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu film animasi yang memberikan gambaran nuasa karakter Islami yaitu Hafiz & Hafizah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter Islami dalam film animasi Hafiz & Hfaizah. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu adanya karakter Islami terhadap Allah yaitu tawakal, senantiasa mengingat Allah dalam kondisi apapun, dan mengucapkan kalimat thayyiba. Karakter Islami terhadap diri sendiri yaitu sabar, sedangkan karakter Islami dengan lingkungan yaitu saling menolong, memberikan nasehat atau motivasi, saling berbagi, jujur, dan saling memaafkan.
